Yo, what's going on?

In today's video I'm going to cover five weird things that I do daily and some of you might

consider them a little bit weird.

But I do these things every single day to skyrocket my body's anabolic hormone testosterone.

Now testosterone is the ultimate anabolic hormone and besides increasing your muscle

mass testosterone has some incredible benefits that I all want you guys to reap.

So increasing your testosterone is also going to increase your energy.

It's also going to decrease your body fat.

It's going to increase your sex drive, increase your ambition, increase your confidence.

Step number one is I want you to pick up a pair of these hater blockers right here.

These in fact are called blue blockers.

Now, why is this important?

When you're staring at your computer really late at night or you're on your cell phone,

what you're doing is the blue rays, they come in from all electronic devices like your phone,

your computer, your TV, they omit these things called blue rays which are very negative on

your eyes and actually increase your cortisol levels and cause major disruptions in your

sleep.

Now if you know a thing or two about testosterone levels getting REM sleep, optimizing your

REM sleep cycle is one of the most crucial things when it comes to increasing your testosterone

naturally, so by wearing these for the last like hour and a half before you go to bed

- so anytime if I'm like say 30 minutes before I go to bed, I'm on my cell phone, I'm looking

at my emails.

I'm doing a whole bunch of shit on my phone.

I jump on my computer, typing away, staring at my screen, if I don't have these on, all

of those blue rays are just being penetrated by my eyeballs - talking penetration right

into my eyes causing my cortisol levels to spike and shutting down the amount of REM

sleep that I get, but for ten dollars - literally guys, these things were ten dollars on Amazon,

they're called Blue Blockers, completely shuts down the blue rays from all electronics and

I notice that I don't get headaches anymore because I've got lighter eyes, so my eyes

are more sensitive.

I never get headaches from staring at my screen.

And even when it's really dark and you're just staring at this bright iPhone screen

like it strains the shit out of your eyes.

This is going to actually reduce the headaches, reduce any type of eye fatigue that you get

from staring at those bright screens, so pick up a pair of blue blockers, increase that

testosterone.

Tip number two is intermittent fasting.

Now research has shown that intermittent fasting actually makes your androgen receptors more

sensitive towards testosterone, so doing intermittent fasting is a great way to increase the sensitivity

of those androgen receptors, secrete more testosterone in your body and also it's an

awesome way to decrease your body fat, so remember intermittent fasting simply means

you have an eating window and you have a fasting window, so at the minimum you want to have

a 16 hour fast every single day to really increase the sensitivity of those androgen

receptors, so just pack all your food into a small eating window.

You absolutely do not have to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours to maximize those testosterone

levels.

Try out intermittent fasting, get some blood work done and I guarantee you you will have

much higher natural testosterone levels.

Tip number three, ZMA plus Brazil.

Every single night within one hour of bed time I will want you to take three ZMA pills

and consume two Brazil nuts.

Now, zinc, magnesium and selenium these are three essential minerals that are so crucial

for high testosterone levels and they are three of the most common mineral deficiencies.

In fact magnesium is the number one mineral deficiency in the United States, across the

world in fact.

And magnesium levels can become really low from a lot of different reasons that's why

it's so common of a deficiency.

They can become low from excessive caffeine and stimulant use.

They can become low from even being really mentally stressed out, through consuming alcohol,

so there's a lot of different ways it can lower your magnesium level, but simply having

two Brazil nuts every single night which are super high in selenium and taking three ZMA

pills which is zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, you can assure that you do not dip too

low on those levels and you can secrete the maximum amount of anabolic hormones.

Tip number four - sprint your way to alpha status.

According to AnabolicMen.com there are four different powerful research studies which

show just two bouts, two short bouts of high intensity interval training where you're firing

up your fast-twitch muscle fibers for just even four to six minutes, doing this twice

a week can absolutely sky rocket not only your testosterone but your DHEA and your human

growth hormone levels.

We're going to go into tip number five in a second, but I want you to think of it like

this - any extreme event that just forces your body so far outside its comfort zone

that it's forced to adapt, that's going to increase your testosterone levels.

So tip number five I'm going to get into these different forms of exercise and a few other

outside-the-box things such as taking an ice bath and how it increases your natural testosterone

levels, but if you just think of it logically your body secretes testosterone out of survival.

Your body just doesn't secrete testosterone because it wants to, so when you force your

body into these powerful stages of adaptation where you're running for your life, so say

for instance you are running for your life.

You have a serial killer chasing you, you have a polar bear, whatever it may be and

you're running for your life, so you're running as fast as humanly possible, your body's going

to secrete more hormones out of survival.

I want you to kind of reverse engineer that because in the same respect, the more intense

form of exercise that you do and just the more intense - doing an ice bath which is

basically torturing yourself jumping in a bucket full of ice, that's going to also increase

your testosterone because your body''s trying to survive.

It doesn't want to freeze to death.

So tip number five, let me dive into all these different forms of exercise.

I actually have them on my phone because the list is rather long and I couldn't remember

the entire list.

So testosterone boosting training.

Now I'm going to get some heat on this, but every single day I want you to either do sprint

intervals or one of these things on my T-boosting training list.

I want you to do this every single day for 30 straight days if you're serious about really

jacking up your testosterone levels to the point where if you got some blood work, a

doctor would actually think you're on anabolic steroids.

So I in fact did this exact same routine last year.

I got my testosterone levels checked.

It was like a 1275 and the doctor assumed I was on a small dose of testosterone.

I want you to do one of these forms of testosterone boosting training every single day and even

if it's just one or two sets out of one of these exercises and keep in mind, some of

these you can even do at home, so between the ice bath, between the sprint intervals

and between the isometrics which you can do at home, you have no excuse not to do one

of these so barbell squat, barbell deadlift, any type of dumbbell or barbell pressing,

any type of dumbbell or barbell rowing, like dumbbell one armed row, barbell rows, sprint

intervals box jumps, leap jumps, excuse me leap ups, dumbbell squat jumps.

And then these are the ones you can do at home, dumbbell, oh no, wall sits until failure,

pushups until failure, upper arms and chest isometric hold, upper back and traps isometric

hold and quadriceps isometric hold.

All you have to do is do one of these things every single day even if it's only one or

two sets.

Do that every single day for 30 straight days and I guarantee you, you will have super high

testosterone levels.

And by the way the upper arm and chest isometric hold is just like going like this and tensing

and flexing that muscle for as long as you can until failure.

The upper back and traps is where you're like this where you're like pressing your traps

up and your upper back up and you're going to hold this isometric position for as long

as you can and then the quad you can go one arm at a time.

Like if you're sitting down you just squeeze the quad muscle for like 60 seconds.

It sounds super simple, but it is in fact really difficult.

So I want you to do one of these testosterone boosting training tricks every single day

for 30 straight days.

And keep me updated.

If you have the budget or you have an easily accessible doctor, you can get some blood

work, take your blood work before you do this and then take it right after, like after on

day 31.

Let me know your results and I guarantee you, you will have such higher testosterone levels.

Remember your body is an adaptation machine.

Force your body outside its comfort zone and you're going to be an anabolic machine.

How Carrie Fisher's Passing Will Affect The Future Of Star Wars - Duration: 3:53.

Carrie Fisher was a whole lot more than just Princess Leia.

She was a fierce advocate for social causes, an important voice for destigmatizing mental

illness, a bang-up script doctor on many of your favorite 1990s movies, and an incredible

author.

It's not often that one person can be so talented in so many fields, but Fisher was the exception.

She lived more in her six decades than most of us ever will in a lifetime, and we'll never

know what more she had in store for us.

But as incredible as she was in all these different ways, she's still best known for

one thing above all: her role as Leia in Star Wars.

Her tragic passing due to a heart attack will almost certainly affect the future of Star

Wars.

As sad as we fans are, it's impossible not to ask the question that's on all our minds:

what effect might our loss of Carrie Fisher have on Episode VIII and Episode IX?

Will they change Episode VIII?

Shooting on director Rian Johnson's Star Wars: Episode VIII actually wrapped back in July

2016, and it's been confirmed that Fisher had already finished her scenes for the 2017

debuting film.

So, however Disney decides to address Fisher's passing, they have a decent bit of footage

and a good chunk of time to figure it out.

Productions this big usually have a tight schedule, but as Rogue One showed us, it's

not uncommon to go back for extensive reshoots and editing in the months leading up to release.

If Disney decides to address Fisher's passing in a more direct way, like having General

Leia be written off into retirement or die heroically, there's some time to tackle

that.

But, it might not be easy.

Going full CGI

As the computer-generated cameos in Rogue One made clear, fully CGI characters can't

yet seamlessly share the screen with live actors.

Though the resurrection of Peter Cushing's Grand Moff Tarkin was a powerful test for

how far digital effects have come, the resurrected actor still looked a bit off when acting alongside

living actors on screen.

Lucasfilm knew that Tarkin had to be in Rogue One, since he's the commander of the Death

Star, and it'd be strange for him not to be there in some capacity.

Even his limited screen time was a whole lot of expensive work, so it's not really feasible

to try and do this for a main character in a film.

If they try to alter or add Leia scenes digitally, it could get tricky.

It's been done before

If we're looking for a modern example for how Fisher's passing might be addressed on-screen,

we don't need to look further than Furious 7.

To finish Paul Walker's character's story, the studio used a mix of CGI and human stand-ins

to narratively retire Walker's character and have him ride off into the sunset with his

family.

It's a viable concept to apply to Episode VIII, because Leia is obviously one of the

most iconic Star Wars characters in the franchise.

They'll have to address her absence at some point in the next couple of films.

Who leads the Resistance next?

Leia had become a revered Resistance leader by the beginning of The Force Awakens.

So in the wake of Fisher's passing, who will lead the Resistance?

Star Wars now has a fair share of strong, young heroes, and it's not crazy to think

that folks like Poe Dameron, Finn, or Rey could eventually step into that void.

Of course, Luke Skywalker is another obvious option, considering he'll be returning for

a major role in Episode VIII.

So, if they're looking for a steady hand to take the lead, he'd certainly be a worthy

successor.

How could this affect Luke and Kylo Ren's arcs?

Any changes the producers make to Leia's story for the next two films will resonate with

her relatives.

Luke and Leia's sibling bond was definitely important to the script pages hidden deep

inside Lucasfilm.

And the big story for Leia and Han in The Force Awakens was the effort to turn their

son back from the Dark Side… which didn't end so well.

Did Lucasfilm plan to rely on the mother-son story between Leia and Kylo Ren?

And if so, how does that story have to change now?

Could Leia's absence change Kylo's fate before the new trilogy comes to an end?

Could potentially losing both parents push him to the Light?

Or further into the Dark?

Either way, Star Wars just won't be the same without Carrie Fisher.

Hello! Happy new year -- 2017, very exciting.

I'm here for my first vlog, which is also

exciting for me; I haven't really vlogged

here yet, but i just wanted to all let

you know something: In 2016, many people

were complaining, weren't happy... but me

honestly, my year was great for two reasons:

First, I had many wonderful experiences

and celebrations with family and friends.

I really enjoyed... my heart was just full. It

was a great year for me personally. And

second, because of YOU! Here on youtube, so

many people have joined, subscribed...

you've signed up, watch my videos, given

feedback, commented... really i'm just SO

happy.

Last month, we had 10,000 people

subscribed, which is just incredible.

I'm so excited; thank you so much for joining,

for coming, for watching. I'm just really

happy to be helping you learn ASL. So I THANK you for watching,

yes, but not only that -- also for your

feedback, your comments, your stories.

I'm teaching, yes, but you teach me, too.

I'm learning so much from you every day.

I read ALL of your comments and I learn

so much, so thank you. And NOW, looking

forward to 2017, I'm really excited.
