Waching daily Dec 21 2018

Hey guys! So we're here at the G2 gamer house and

we're doing a bootcamp before the spring split and

so far we've been here for about a week I'll say and

we've been playing some scrims. Just trying to learn each other.

We've been playing some board games to try to learn both inside the game and outside the game.

So that's basically what we've been up to the last week and we're going to continue until Christmas.

So that's basically why we're here.

The biggest inter is... I don't know if it could be like a shared prize but I would say

Perkz probably has it so far. I think he's testing his limits a bit too much on the AD carry position.

I've played with him when he played funnel and there were some champs

for example when he played Tristana in funnel

he would just W in and like lose the game alone

so there's like some tendencies there, but I would say Miky is facilitating him quite well in terms of inting alongside him

so they would share the prize so far.

I mean, it's not only us.

Us and Jankos.

Have you seen mid as well?

I mean top as well we can't decide. Okay, probably us. I mean, I would have to after today's scrims

I think we won the charts.

Today we top the charts but before it was actually quite close between

everyone, you know, but I think now we are leading for a little bit.

Yeah, I think they'll take the lead in the next few scrims.

Yeah we can lose it again.

We have to try harder to keep it up.

Yeah, it feels like our new teammates are playing well.

I mean Caps is playing well every scrim so far at least and Miky is you know playing well as well so...nice.

Yeah, so I've played with Miky before so I kind of knew like what to expect when-

At least playing with him and for Caps I have

briefly talked to him

you know in Danish at Copenhagen, for example, like before the game and stuff like that but I haven't

talked to anyone from Fnatic basically, so I was kind of interested to know how the dynamic is going to be

with him joining the team but so far everything has been great and we're just really hungry to improve and yeah.

Having some struggles maybe but...

Yeah, I mean I think... I never like to have huge expectations I never

know exactly what to expect but I've been really

surprised, like happily surprised talking with all the all my teammates because

it feels like we have a lot of the same values and we have a lot of same of the same goals

so I think we're gonna have very good results because the way we think and the way

we want to play the game

is very similar and

that's basically it.

It's a mix I think I would say Jankos.

Jankos or him.

Yeah, I think whenever he plays solo queue and he's tilting he screams or something.

Yeah, I like to let it all out, you know because if I let it all out and

I reset again like I tilt for let's say

a good ten seconds, and I'm like, oh

explode, you know, and then, I'm fine again.

This is just how it works but Jankos likes to scream.

I don't think anyone has been obnoxiously loud...

I think Jankos is the loudest person.

Especially when he streams, when he doesn't stream it's fine you know

but when he doesn't stream sometimes he has a meeting in Polish or he is like...

in an interview or something but every time he talks Polish a lot.

Like probably fifty percent during the day, you know 50 percent of the day it goes in Polish you know.

Okay that's only if I stream or if I interview.

When he talks Polish it's really loud.

But that is my language.

So it's just like well, yeah, but I'm not being loud overall. Not that loud. Maybe a bit loud maybe less loud than last split.

Our goals is doing...

Yeah, I mean we can also make a PR answer of we will try to improve and we will try to be the best version

of ourselves and we will try to support each other and just like, you know, just do well.

Yeah, I mean I think something that's important is that..

I mean, obviously we want to win everything but it's really gonna be a slow start, right?

Because we're a new team and it's usually always a slow start.

So we just wanted to learn a lot in the beginning and then work our way up and then

it's all about the second half of the season, right?

That's the PR answer right there.

No, it's a good one actually. Yeah, yeah.

No, I mean it's kind of a good answer I agree with you. Do you want to add something?

No I mean you guys touched on it.

Me. I know so many champion quotes because I played every champ in the game and have voices on and yeah

only Caps can be a competition in the quote department.

I mean I used to be really good at it on Fnatic, but I feel like Miky is kind of challenging me.

So, I'm a bit skeptical.

The team communication so far in scrims has been really cluttered-ish and a lot of people are like trying to talk because everyone...

you know, in some teams people are quiet and then you have two/three people talking in this team

we have five people talking

so sometimes there is a little bit of a clutter or sometimes a lot of calls going on and a lot of

ideas going through so

we are trying to work on it so that we kind of listen to

the guy who's talking and we are just kind of trying to learn our voices as well as so that

you know, we just know who is talking at what moment and who we should follow.

So everyone knows that the second blue of course to the mid lane

but now on G2 we kinda have two mid laners and

one of them is not really willing to give up his blue.

So usually we do rock paper scissors for the blue buff.

Rasmus always wants blue

but then I

just like to draw my hand like this and we play rock paper scissors and he always loses no matter what

and I think I got like

so far, I'll say seven blue I think or five or six I would say five or six blue buffs from him.

At first, Perkz was winning a lot of them because he would always go rock

but now I kind of figured out that he always goes rock

so I'm winning, I feel I'm getting to the point where I'm winning more of them

because I use paper a lot more...

so I'm getting a lot more blue buffs, so that's a good sign.

Yeah, but I figured out how we can solve this in the future

that is I just play all mages AP top laners and I just take it so they don't have to do rock paper scissors

in the game while we have to improve they can back and just take the blue buff.

I like how the blue buff is in the jungle but no one considers me getting it you know, like you or them.

Well if you die

like on average ten times a game

then you're most likely gonna give the blue buff over to the enemy team and that would be worse.

But, we agreed that bot lane are the biggest inters.

Yeah, but I don't know. He has too big of an ego.

What is SFTP? - Duration: 3:52.

Hi, Erin with ExaVault here.

Today we're answering what is SFTP. We'll start by taking 30 seconds to

review FTP, then dive right into what is SFTP,

a technical overview why businesses choose to use SFTP and look at some

quick practical examples of what businesses might use SFTP for.

We'll take the confusion out of SFTP as your file transfer solution.

What is SFTP? First,

let's review FTP or file transfer protocol.

FTP is a protocol for transferring data between a computer and remote computer

or server over an Internet connection. Simply FTP facilitates data transfer

through a client server relationship, allowing you to manage and transfer

files from one system to another. Now let's take a look at SFTP and find

out how it can help your business with critical file transfers.

SFTP stands for SSH file transfer protocol.

While SFTP is a secure protocol for transferring files,

the s stands for ssh or secure shell.

SFTP still uses a client and server connection to facilitate file transfer,

but SFTP is a separate protocol. Unlike FTP,

SFTP file transfers are done over the control channel.

There is no need to open a separate data channel to complete your file transfer.

SFTP requires authentication by the server you're connecting to and runs

over an ssh session on TCP port 22. SSH or the secure shell acts as a

privacy layer for your connection, establishing a secure channel between

your local computer and a remote computer or server.

This helps ensure that important information like usernames,

passwords, and personal data aren't sniffed by

someone maliciously. Additionally,

encryption helps ensure your data isn't visible in plain text as it transfers

over the Internet. With SFTP both commands and data are

encrypted.

Why is SFTP a smart choice for business file transfer?

SFTP is pretty much the standard for the purpose of secure data transfer.

Like FTP there are a lot of uses for SFTP,

which makes sense since SFTP can be used by any industry for any file type.

Businesses that need to protect sensitive information,

love SFTP. So much so that many companies submit

their payroll to ADP using SFTP. Be it customer data,

accounting and financial information, files that reveal internal operations,

or agreements with contractors and government agencies.

SFTP ensures secure and efficient file transmission,

all without sacrificing security or compliance.

How does SFTP translate to the real world?

A likely candidate for SFTP is a legal firm the needs to keep tight control on

its record and access to copies of files for courts,

local governments, the federal government,

and of course the IRS. IT professionals love SFTP because it

helps keep restricted access to their overall systems and reduces risk.

And movie production companies use SFTP to securely distribute digital movies to

theaters, thus enabling moviegoers like yourself

to enjoy the latest blockbuster on the big screen.

Video shows 'ISIS fanatics' brand backpackers 'enemies of god' as one is killed - News Live - Duration: 5:04.

A video of the murder of the Scandinavian backpackers shows suspected ISIS terrorists branding the women "enemies of God" as one of the tourists is decapitated

The horrifying video of the killings has been circulating on social media after Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, 24, from Denmark, and Maren Ueland, 28, from Norway, who were both found stabbed to death in woodland on Monday

Now gruesome details from the horrifying clip have emerged as the Danish intelligence service confirmed the video showing the murder of one of the women is genuine

The men can reportedly be heard shouting "it's Allah's will" while others claim they hear "this is for Syria" also being said

On Thursday night, a video of the four men suspected of murdering the two women emerged of them pledging allegiance to ISIS in a chilling video

The footage apparently shows the men pledging allegiance to Daesh leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, condemning "destruction caused by the warplanes of the Crusader alliance"

One of the suspects, sitting in front on a black and white flag, is seen brandishing a knife in the chilling footage

The speaker reportedly goes on to say: "Keep fighting the enemies of Allah, wherever you are, you have no excuse and, be informed that we are your supporters

you have allies among us."  Morocco's general prosecutor has confirmed the authenticity of the video, which shows the men threaten to carry out attacks

Investigations by Morocco's Central Bureau for Judicial Investigation also showed that the video was made last week before the killing of the two women

The victims were found in an isolated area on the way to North Africa's highest peak of Toubkal, officials said

Investigators say terrorism was a motive behind their deaths.  Danish intelligence said earlier on Thursday that Islamic State could be behind the killings

Investigations by the bureau also showed the video was made last week before the killing of the two women

The evidence discovered so far pointed to a terrorist motive, the bureau said.  Preliminary investigations of the video found that it was shot in a different place from where the women's bodies were found, a police source told Reuters

Ms Ueland and Ms Vesterager Jespersen were studying to be outdoor guides and left for Morocco on a 'month long private holiday'

They were seen with three men in Marrakesh before heading on their hike.  An employee at their hotel said the men were waiting for the women, telling MailOnline: "While they were packing, three other guys were waiting for them outside the hotel

They were Moroccans.  "They were young and they seemed clean-cut. They didn't seem like they were criminals

They were young, not more than 27 or 28 years old, and they seemed like nice guys, not at all suspicious

"I think they met with the girls in the square and started speaking in English, and that's how they met

"[They] left with the guys.and we didn't hear about them again until the 17th, when we heard that they had been murdered

"  The four suspects are said to be aged between 25 and 33.  Danish intelligence said earlier on Thursday that Islamic State could be behind the killings

"The video and preliminary investigation according to the Moroccan authorities indicate that the killings may be related to the terrorist organisation Islamic State," the Danish intelligence service said in a statement

"This is a case of an unusually bestial killing of two totally innocent young women," it said

Before leaving, Jespersen had posted on Facebook about her upcoming trip.  "Dear friends, I'm going to Morocco in December

Any of you guys who's around by then or any mountain friends who knows something about Mount Toubkal?"  Compared to other countries in North Africa, Morocco has been largely insulated from militant attacks

The most recent took place in April 2011, when 17 people were killed in a bombing of a restaurant in Marrakech

"This is a brutal and meaningless attack on innocent people, which we react to with disgust and condemnation," Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg said in a statement

Ms Ueland's mother, Irene, told Norwegian broadcaster NRK: "Her priority was safety

The girls had taken all precautionary measures before embarking on this trip."  Louisa's mum Helle Jespersen has told local media the family is completely "broken"

She said: "She was always happy and positive," adding that her daughter saw the best in everyone

Germany legend Oliver Kahn says Alisson is better than Manuel Neuer - Duration: 3:05.

legend Oliver Kahn believes that Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson is out-performing Manuel Neuer – the German who is considered the best in the world in his position

Liverpool heavily invested in the summer transfer window and brought in the likes of Alisson, Xherdan Shaqiri and Fabinho to help stage a title challenge this season

The move looks to be paying off as the Reds are currently top of the table with a lot of the plaudits already heading Alisson's way

Jurgen Klopp's men are also in the last 16 of the and will face Bayern in the two-legged tie

Bayern, meanwhile, have struggled this season as they continue to get to grips with their new manager Niko Kovac while Neuer has yet to find the form he displayed before fracturing a metatarsal in his left foot

Kahn, who won eight Bundesliga titles and a trophy with Bayern, feels that Neuer may be struggling with 'psychological aspects' following his nine-month lay-off but is impressed with Alisson since he featured at the World Cup in Russia

'At the moment it's Alisson. He showed at the World Cup that he is a world-class keeper,' Kahn told and DAZN

'Neuer did not manage to play as good as he did before since returning from his injury

I think two things broke his rhythm a little bit: the early exit from the World Cup and his injury

'It is not easy when you know as a player: "If something happens to my foot again that might be it for my career"

Those are psychological aspects that play a role. He must find perfect confidence in his body and then he will find his old level again soon

'Bayern will travel to Anfield on February 19 for their knockout clash in the .

The Day I Met Young Thug: Is He A Misunderstood Genius ? - Duration: 5:42.

Hey, it's Ergy ! In Atlanta one more time!

No Dais Off Studio

I just wanted to talk about the day I met Young Thug, Lil Baby and Gunna

The kind of crazy things that happen in Atlanta

We had our interview with Lil Baby

that was scheduled. I connected with

Rashad, his manager at Quality Control

The label of Migos owned by Pee and Coach K

So we made it to the concert

With Lil Baby but on PnB Rock's tour

Right before he really blows up with 'Yes Indeed' feat. Drake

It started to be known here, but not really in France

So we go to the concert and we quickly realized he's back in Atlanta

A lot of people are waiting for him

So there are a lot of artists backstage

So I end up face to fac with Hoodrich Pablo Juan

Who I interviewed a week prior

And Gunna, who I was trying to get for weeks without success

He was there, chilling with Lil Baby like it was nothing

So I do the interview with Lil Baby

By the way, you can watch it right there

The interview goes well, but Lil Baby isn't used to it yet.

He's a bit shy, his street ways are still very much here

A bit hard to get answers, but it goes well.

So I see Gunna around,

Behind the camera, chilling

So I get to him right after

That's how I ended up interviewing Gunna

The same night!

Once again, here's the link

Gunna, smiling, already interview-ready, at ease

One of my best interviews til this day

it's a great memory

The night goes well, but I'm supposed to go home, it's the end.

I talked with Rashad again

And he tells me they're going to shoot the video for 'Oh Okay'

We text back and worth, he send me the address

The place was hard to find in one of the expensive area of Atlanta

'Buckhead', which has big mansions

Typical of Atlanta, where are poor neighborhoods

And if you make a right instead of a left

And you end up in an impressive neighborhood

With huge mansions, the 'Black Hollywood' side of Atlanta

So I end up in front of that mansion with a gate

A 'Rennaissance' kind of place that was quite impressive

So I'm on set

The shooting goes well, I reconnect with Gunna

I was taking some Behind The Scenes of Lil Baby

And Young Thug was on set

I wanted to talk about Young Thug because I'm not the biggest fan

Young Thug has done a lot for the new generation

But his universe can be a bit weird

He tries a lot of things and that's how he gain in visibility

By always pushing boundaries, but for me

Some songs are amazing, like on Slime Language

Songs like 'Chanel" or 'Audemart', great songs!

But other songs are completely missing the point

It's too experimental, I have a hard time with those

That's my personal opinion

Leave your comments to tell me what you think about Young Thug

However, I fell in love when I met him

Unfortunately, he's very discrete

I didn't get a chance to talk to him

I didn't want to disturb him during the video shoot

But just by being around him, I can understand his genius

His creativity, he controls everything about his image

It's not a mistake taht he was waering on dress on 'Jeffery' cover art

He's always trying to create attention

Some kind of reaction, that you like it or hate it, you know Young Thug

Any publicity is good publicity

That's how it works here

And he pushes it to its extreme

To see him on this shoot, when he's on camera

He doesn't break character

As soon as he's out of the frame

And the camera is on Gunna or Lil Baby

He talks to the cameraman to give him directions

Shoot like this, do this, do that

He controls his image, marketing, creatives

Interviewing him would be a dream come true

Young Thug, love him or hate him, is very smart in his way to do things

He created his own lane

And he opened doors for guys like Lil Baby and Gunna

That new generation who's less afraid to break the rules/codes

And push their universe/imagery further

So they can get visibility

So many people make music nowadays

it becomes very hard to create your own lane

And to be visible

The music industry, especially in Atlanta, is saturated

Young Thug showed the way to this new generation

I Hope you like it!

if you want more 'Facecam' videos

If I can help you better understand the behind the scenes

Especially in Atlanta since I've lived here for about 10 years

Please like the video

Buyer Series: What is Earnest Money? - Duration: 3:13.

Hi everyone! Emily Farber from Lepic- Kroeger, Realtors®. Thanks for joining me.

Today is the second video in my buyers' series--all about earnest money, what is

it, and how does it work. Let's get going!

Earnest money is one of three aspects of creating a legally binding contract. In the world of real

estate in order to create a legally binding contract there are three main

components. First, you need to have an offer. Second, you need to have acceptance

(and get that in writing.) And, third, you need to have earnest money.

There needs to be an exchange of some sort of consideration and that

consideration needs to be "of value." While your love and affection may be of value,

most sellers are going to want to see cash. In my local area the standard

amount for earnest money is generally about one percent of the purchase price.

When you write an offer to the seller you generally write out your earnest

money check at that time. That check is made out to the trust account of the

listing brokerage. Upon acceptance of your offer your agent will deliver your

earnest money to the sellers agent. Then, within 5 business days, you should expect

that earnest money check to be deposited into the trust account of the listing

brokerage. Your earnest money becomes part of your down payment at closing. So,

what if something goes wrong in your transaction? What if your financing is

denied, or what if something horrible comes up on inspections and you and the

seller just can't come to terms about remedying that? Well, those are reasons,

protected, through your purchase agreement where you could cancel the

purchase agreement, end it all, and get your earnest money back. However, if you

just get squirrely, you get cold feet, you change your mind, you freak out and you

decide you're not going forward with the purchase agreement, you're not gonna buy

the house, well, that could be bad news for you.

The seller could make a claim for your earnest money and keep it. The

reason you give earnest money in a real estate transaction is that it shows the

seller you're serious. It's your skin in the game. Do you have more questions

about the buying process? Be sure to watch some of the other videos in my

buyer series. This one right here is all about contingencies. Click on that link

and you'll be directed right there. I appreciate your time. Thanks for watching.

I put out videos every Friday. I like to call it "free advice Friday." They are

about all things real estate, easy do-it-yourself projects, and feature

stories about the greater Iowa City area. I really appreciate the comments and

suggestions that I get from my viewers. Give me a thumbs up, leave me a comment

down below, and be sure to hit that subscribe button. I'll see you next time.
