3 Easy Tips For PEACE During Your Spiritual Awakening - Duration: 6:09.

Hey everybody hope you're doing well today. my name is JaKob and in today's video I

want to go over three tips with you that will help you find peace during

your spiritual awakening. I know sometimes you don't really need to try

to find peace during the spiritual awakening it's just kind of there and

you're in this blissful state. But in this video it's gonna be more geared

towards those of you who are kind of in that down swing period where like

nothing is easy and everything is very challenging these three tips are fairly

simple and in my experience anyway have helped a lot with periods of like heavy

emotions and like just darkness in general so anyway let's get into the

video. Okay so for point number one just accept the darkness kind of accept

the darkness what this is what this darkness expresses itself as as I'm sure

you're familiar with is like heavy weird dark thoughts that you normally wouldn't

think or you think that you shouldn't be thinking don't try to force them out

that will cause a lot of conflict within yourself just accept them observe them

this goes with your thoughts and emotions as well so don't look at these

heavy thoughts and emotions the way they are don't look at them objectively look

at them subjectively because they're not here these emotions don't look at them

for what they are look at them for what they are kind of leading you into which

is well a better life essentially more fulfillment more peace and more love

within yourself because all this garbage is going to be leaving your system and

that's why you're experiencing it so heavily and if you are taking ownership

of these thoughts and emotions and not just allowing them to be allowing them

to leave you then it will be very hard to look at these from a different

perspective you won't be able to look at them from a place of okay well I'm

heading in a do too new direction if you're taking ownership of them it's

going to be kind of like wow these are my thoughts how like what do I do when

I'm feeling this way which is not really the case so to summarize that point one

essentially just observe them be aware of them

and don't take ownership of them so for point number two make forgiveness a

spiritual practice forgiving yourself forgiving others forgiving yourself for

past mistakes just do this as frequently as you can if you find yourself blaming

somebody or you're kind of feeling regret for something you did in the past

just keep on forgiving yourself this will lighten up your vibration a lot

especially when you're going through this sort of Darkness you're gonna feel

like you're making so many mistakes and you're gonna be so like you're gonna

feel so sensitive to what other people are doing but the thing is these things

were likely just happening before but since you're kind of here in this dark

place you're gonna be sensitive to them and you might end up taking them more

personally or taking your mistakes or your thoughts more to heart and just

forgive yourself as frequently as you can because they're there gonna be a lot

of slip ups from yourself and other people and if you kind of hold on to

this grudge it's gonna be it's going to make you feel a lot heavier than you

need to be during this I mean you're already releasing so much negative

emotional baggage or heavy emotional baggage that holding on to stuff will

make this transition into a higher frequency for you a lot more difficult

it will just it'll make it feel like the period of time that you're in this state

of being you feel like it's extended which it won't be but it might feel like

it's gonna drag on so for point number three clear your space your room clear

your aura just clean it up tidy your house especially when it comes to

tithing your spaces this will make it make your mind kind of more clear and

more at ease during these transitions which can be very helpful and what I

would do when I think regards to clearing your aura is if you have some

sage or anything or incense just make sure your whole vibe is clean come out

to nature go even just to get some fresh air will be extremely helpful and

just maintaining your energy levels as best you can because I know during these

periods of kind of like emotional turmoil I guess you could say there your

energy levels will be very low so don't feel guilty for don't feel guilty for

taking an extra nap or something or sleeping all day because sometimes it

can be more beneficial to do that than to kind of push yourself beyond the

point that you need to because in the long run if you're trying to do that

you're gonna well you're gonna tire yourself out more and then you're gonna

end up sleeping twice as much as you would have in the first place anyway so

just keep all that in mind water especially will help you clear out a lot

of those toxins it'll clear your or everything like that and it's one of the

simplest is a very simple and easy way to just make your body feel better in

general anyway if lastly I'd like to say it's a sort of a bonus tip if you can

just meditate make it a daily practice if you can I left this one I didn't make

it one of the three main points because I know when you're in this sort of state

it's very challenging when you're in a one of these heavy transitions that the

spiritual awakening brings a belt about doing these daily practices committing

to them it's not very easy but if you can even for five minutes a day I think

this would be the most helpful out of everything I said I tried to keep it to

the most simple easy stuff for you anyway that's all I like to say for this

MDRT Motivation by Jensen Siaw - For whom are you doing it? - Duration: 1:37.

hi there this Jensen again Jensen Siaw now about three years ago I

was at a final sprint event I was the keynote speaker and after I've spoken in

the evening there was a celebration of dinner and drinks so one consultant or

adviser came up to me and she asked me this question

she said Jensen last year I did my MDRT but this year by this time October or so

I'm still quite far away from it now the question to me was Jensen why

should I do my MDRT again I told her to look at the picture on her mobile phone

she checked out her mobile phone and she looked at it it was the picture of her

three children and I told her for them you will have to do it and do it again

that's wrong as you are charging forward working hard to close your final sprint

to close your final quarter with a good result ask yourself this question who are

you doing it for because the journey ahead in the next few weeks towards the

end of the year could be one that you close cases could be one you

face objections could be one your face rejections there will be obstacles

challenges there will be highs there will be lows there'll be moments where you feel

tired and might not even want to continue but when those down moments hit

you I like you to remember one thing for whom you are doing it for just remember

the person and you will always choose to do the right thing and keep moving

forward see you the next time

- So I know one of the concerns that you two have

is what's gonna happen in adulthood

when they have a boyfriends and

Will they be able to have kids?

We're gonna bring an adult patient that was born

with a Cloaca and now she's going to come

with her own baby, Benjamin.

You can ask all the questions that you have about

how she lived her life having a Cloaca.

- Were you ever worried that

you might have an accident in school or?

- I know that I've had plenty of them in school.

The teachers were very careful with that aspect of it

and they did help me out through most of it

and they did tell my parents as well, just to let them know.

My mom always provided me with, you go to school instead of

just bringing your lunch box you also bring extra clothes,

extra underwear, that type of thing.

Just in case that something happens.

Even if she does have an accident be like

"sweetie, come on"

like what do I do with him when he has an accident?

"Alright, come on let's go, bathroom time".

(everyone laughing)

let's get you changed and that's it.

And you just make it as normal as possible.

- So when you were growing up was there

any period where you had more difficulty?

- I think it might have been the more earlier years

than the later years.

Like middle school especially cause kids in general

tend to be cruel no matter what age they are.

I honestly don't remember most of it,

by the time I went to college I was just like

alright don't remember any people anymore I'm in college

this is different, this is a whole other ballgame.

So I mean during those tough times just be like

it's alright, it's not gonna last forever.

There will be something better out there and

there will be something more to experience

and this is not the only experiences you're gonna have.

Don't try to keep them enclosed and everything.

Just let them experience life, let them fall,

let them get up on their own.

It'll show them that you can fall and still get up

and still meet new things and have new experiences

because I know that some parents like to keep their kids

like in a little bubble.

They're like oh we can't let you do this,

or we can't let you do that and

I think that hurts them more

than it does help them.

If you make them tough now

they'll appreciate it down the line.

It may be tougher, it made me who I am currently.

- And Linda do you know when is your

first memory in the hospital?

- Honestly? I've only heard stories from my parents,

cause I had my first surgery I had

20 hours after I was born.

Children only remember stuff when it's constantly

being done in a certain aspect.

So all the earlier stuff that happens from now til five,

I don't think they'll remember it much.

- Just the love? Right?

- Yup, just the love that you guys give them.

Other than that, they won't have any memory of it.
