Waching daily Dec 31 2018

yeah playtime scary isn't it thank you thank you I don't even know who or what

but everything just thank you I think I want to play around with dreams I've sat

here and played around with dreams with you in the French cruise and that was a

lot of fun and it opened up more curiosity I guess so what was on your

mind when you raised your hand well when I guess I was kind of reflecting on a

question that she had let's go there okay cool okay her kids should have they

have their own guidance and which they're not ever gonna be able to

utilize that they keep following her around through airports so then here's

kind of what I was thinking and that took me to an example of last week we're

coming out of restaurant on my family my nephews three he was holding a balloon

that the wind took and it took it off into traffic and like a three-year-old

he darted after it and then I yelled at the top of my lungs Lucas stop and he

hit the brakes and then so I was just kind of wondering where his guidance was

at that point

well first there are a few flawed premises going on here because okay it's

quite satisfying to believe that you saved him we want to start there because

at the heart of believing that you saved him or anyone is the belief that they

can't save themselves we get what you're talking about because it may really feel

to you that he would not have had the wherewithal to stop it may really feel

to you like he was not connected to sentient being and that his inner being

would not have been able to stop him but we want you to really think about so

often you do for others and you mean well when you do it especially when you

think you're saving their life but you're also giving another message that

says I do this for you because I see that you cannot do this for yourself you

just want to be sure that you're not disempowering now here's the most

important thing we would not practice that while our little three-year-old is

running into traffic we think it's a perfectly wonderful thing to grab him to

pounce on him to tackle him to shout at him the fact that you shouted and your

word stopped him tells us that he was more in control of himself than you

might have believed but it felt risky to you and your behavior was appropriate

under those conditions but how often are you or others who are not in those

situations where it really is life or death getting run over or not getting

run over shouting at them your demands are your commands when it's not like

that how often are you not giving the little ones an opportunity to utilize

their own guidance system because you really believe they don't have one most

people that got here first really believe that they're smarter than those

who are coming in and that's really not true the newer they are coming in the

more resilient and connected to source energy that they are let's see that do

you get it and kind of being an Abraham practitioner lover etc I III totally

take that kind of freedom of play with them and I

enjoy just kind of kicking back and watching their own little decisions and

processing through whatever activity we're doing so I really and in that

contrast I see my sister on the other end of the spectrum but of course I'm

not a parent so I'm not gonna start offering advice but let's not talk about

being a parent not being a parent let's not talk about those clumps let's talk

about mixing them all together and someone being under the influence of

source and someone being under the influence excited or not yeah so here's

a good question what influence do you believe you were under when you said

look a stop in polls oh you were aligned you are aligned and you were on it and

you presented it in such a way that he stopped have you ever told him to stop

doing something and he continued I've never really said stop anything I'm more

encouraged but in that moment it was like that or get hit you know so but can

you feel the power of your focus the power of the expectation of your words

and can you feel the tuned-in nature of who you were and the power that you

therefore had one who's connected to source is more powerful than millions

who are not you see but it's tricky as you talk about these things isn't it

because his mother would tell an entirely different story most mothers

believe that is their tenacious awareness of what could go wrong that

keeps their children safe they really do believe that Wow yeah

well so I guess it's very good that they cannot then interject into the kids I

guess attracting not all at once but eventually they wear you down yeah if

you got people around you who are worried about this and worried about

that and worried about that before you know it you'll become a worrier - mm-hmm

because where your attention goes is where your vibration goes and where your

vibration goes is what your point of Attraction is and what your point of

Attraction is becomes what your life is and then you say see that's how it is

you believe what happens to you that's why it's so important to understand why

it's happening yeah and speaking of why it's happening in

and I don't want to go off the subject but I I was like so

clarifying right now to have wanted to come up with a different intention and

you caught the kind of brain fart that I didn't even think I was thinking and

then now I kind of see how you guide the whole thing along because I completely

you know fish came off of her question and so I'm just like well that's the way

it is with your inner being all the time that's what we mean when we say your

inner being knows right where you are in relationship to everything that matters

and knows what the path of least resistance is to get you to where you

want to be and so the more you tune in the more experiences like that you have

until you begin to feel in concert with your inner being invincible which is

what you want for your three-year-old yes okay wow that was amazing

you mentioned the steps and in I guess this thought came to me as the last

young lady was in the seat so just to clarify on steps four and five five is

where you four is where your your manifesting in your rocking and rolling

and everything is great and five is where you are at the point that you can

meet resistance but you catch it and just come down to four so right you

don't always drop all the way back down to one we don't mean it like that we

mean it like this once you care about being satisfied and you're managing that

really well so you rarely deviate from it and if you do you catch it early so

you're hanging around there in that connected state of being that's step

three and four three and four three and four three and four three and four three

and four rarely dipping back into one three and four three and four three and

four now what happens is because now you have strong point of Attraction you're

beginning to attract really new things you're beginning to attract new things

that you might not feel all that stable about you're going a hundred miles an

hour in your car and the little deviation from it can take you further

out so you're feeling good and you're in some new territory and something

unsatisfying comes into your experience but if you

are in step 5 it never moves further than from

satisfying to a little unsatisfying when you're in step three and four and three

and four and three and four you're moving really good and you're feeling

exhilaration you're feeling passion you're feeling love your energies are

moving really fast your point of Attraction is really really fast when

you're moving like that and then something new happens something that

normally would have taken you really into a negative place happens you might

move back into a little dissatisfaction but that's usually as far as it goes

because this is the habit of vibration that you've got going on that's what we

mean by step five you are so well connected that nothing takes you out of

alignment or nothing very often takes you out of alignment

Step five is where you intended to live you said I'll come into this physical

experience and I will explore the variety and I won't ask anybody to be a

certain way so that I can feel good I will just understand that feeling good

is the nature of my being and I will just focus upon things that cause me to

feel good and I won't be dependent upon anybody else to do a certain thing to be

a certain condition so that I do feel good that's the only place that freedom

comes from and it requires minding your own business so this is the definition

of step five I'm a step five being which means I feel

good most of the time I mind my own business I don't worry about what others

are doing if I see something that I don't like I talked myself back into the

satisfaction mode quickly I hang around feeling good nothing takes me out and I

am aware of what things do so I don't watch those television programs that

might take me there I don't go to those movies that might take me there I care

about my connection to Source Energy more than life itself because it is life

itself and I don't just monkey around in muddy waters I know the people that are

uplifting in nature I gravitate to them I make sure I'm in a good place of being

before I interact with those who don't I pick out all the positive aspects of

those people that I have to hang around with because I'm related to even though

I don't really want until I have created a path of least

resistance between all people and myself I care so much about the way that I feel

that every chance I get I deliberately carve out a thought pathway but because

I'm a constantly expanding being those thought pathways keep changing I keep

having new criteria new things that I'm thinking about new subjects and new

people new people that I'm feeling my way around not having to know my way

around I'm not waiting for introductions from others hey you might really like

this person this person has some of the same interests that you do I'm a

vibrational coordinator I letting my inner being to all the rendezvous een

I'm consistently where I want to be and I trust Law of Attraction and so I don't

have to pay attention to what anybody else is doing I don't have to pay

attention to what I'm doing because the law of attraction never makes a mistake

now maybe I've got a question about something and the answer to the question

is going to require maybe a little trip into some negative territory so my inner

beam may be inspiring me there but it won't feel negative to be there because

I'm so stable in being there you see what we're getting at it's the way you

feel it's not the condition that you are living in it's the way you are

responding to the condition that you're living in creation for most of you is

much more about your response to what's happening than anything else it's your

response to what's happening because you start the day out let's say you get into

alignment let's say and then life comes to you what do you do next as life comes

to you do you revel in it do you criticize it do you worry about it do

you make a clear statement about what you want and move on it's so much fun to

be a deliberate creator and it is so not any fun at all to be someone who is just

responding with knee-jerk responses to life are you beginning to get this do

you feel a desire to be in control of your own point of Attraction and can you

feel the difference between being in control of your own point of Attraction

as compared to controlling the people around you and isn't that what true

leadership is being in control of your own point of Attraction so now you're a

mother walking to the airport with the others and you're in control of your

connection to source energy and because you're in control of your own connection

to source energy your power of influence is really strong and you don't have to

use your words you don't have to shout your words you just offer your vibration

that you are so well practiced at that some harmonize with it and some don't

but you don't make those who can't hear you your responsibility we know it's not

easy you're bossy and you're nosey and you're human and you like manifestations

more than you do emotions but if you'll just get emotionally aware for just a

little while you're gonna be knocked over by the manifestations that start

flowing your way we think this is a really good time for a segment of

regression thank you so much

you

Grapes are good...for you! - Duration: 1:30.

Did you know that the domestication of grapes

dates back to about 6,000 BC?

This means that grapes are one of the oldest cultivated crops

and that humans have a long and rich tradition

with this tasty little fruit.

Here in the United States,

Washington is the second leading producer of all grape varieties

and in 2015, the grape industry alone

contributed about $300 million to our state economy.

Grapes can be found in a variety of colors

including green, yellow, pink, purple or even black

and like most other fruit,

grapes are relatively high in sugar,

which is why they are so useful for making juice, jams,

and of course wine.

But grapes contain many other beneficial nutrients.

Among those are resveratrol

which can be found in the skin of the grape

and is a type of antioxidant

that promotes a healthy immune system

to help us fight off colds or other viruses

and the oil derived from grape seeds

is rich with vitamins and nutrients

including omega-6 fatty acids,

which our body uses to help maintain normal blood pressure,

lower inflammation, and many other beneficial processes.

So the next time you find yourself in the produce section

at the grocery store, you can be sure

that grapes are both a delicious and healthy choice for you

and your family.

What Giroud's injury means for Hazard and Chelsea's transfer plans - Duration: 5:42.

Olivier Giroud looks set for an extended spell on the sidelines after picking up an ankle injury in the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon

Handed his first start in the league since the 2-0 victory against Fulham at the start of December, the Frenchman was substituted off in the 76th minute following a tackle by James Tomkins

Giroud left Selhurst Park on crutches and Maurizio Sarri is now waiting to find out the severity of the injury

The news regarding the ex-Arsenal man comes as a blow to Chelsea having already lost attackers Pedro and Callum Hudson-Odoi in the past few days

Speaking after the 1-0 win against the Eagles, Sarri said: "The problem is his ankle

I don't know the severity. We have to wait for tomorrow. I think that, later in the evening, I will see the doctor for the first results, but I think the real result will only be known tomorrow

"In the last few days we were a but unlucky. Yesterday in ten minutes we had three injuries – Fabregas, Loftus and Drinkwater – then Giroud today, and today we were already without Pedro and Odoi

"We are in trouble because, in January, we have to play every three days."  Facing seven games next month, as well as the possibility of another match if they, as expected, beat Nottingham Forest in the third round of the FA Cup, Sarri is going to need everyone fit and firing

While there is certainly never a good time to get injured, the fact the January transfer window is due to open in a matter of hours has come at the perfect time for the club

With Giroud and Alvaro Morata both struggling for goals this season under Sarri, there has been plenty of talk that the Blues will look to add a new frontman in January

Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has been heavily linked with a big-money move from the Vitality Stadium, while Gonzalo Higuain, who was linked with the club in the summer, could potentially be an option despite only joining AC Milan on loan in August

However, talk of a deal for the Argentine involves Morata heading in the opposite direction on loan until the end of the season

Amid reports that Sarri may make a move for a new frontman in January, Giroud's injury may force his hand in the transfer market given the club's hectic schedule

Michy Batshuayi and Tammy Abraham are currently on loan at Valencia and Aston Villa respectively, although there has been talk that the former could return after failing to impress at the Mestalla

Giroud's injury could also mean we see Eden Hazard playing as a frontman once again with Morata only just returning from a knee injury picked up in the draw with MOL Vidi in the Europa League

Starting upfront in four out of the team's past five games in the league, Hazard registered goals in the away wins at Brighton and Watford

However, he did reveal after the win over the Hornets that he prefers to play on the left wing

"I will get more goals playing through the middle, for sure," he said. "But I will score more goals also if I play as a winger, so…  "I get more chances through the middle

But my position is winger. I feel better as a winger, but I did well [against Watford] as a striker, against Brighton I did well as a striker

"So the manager chooses where to put me on the pitch and then I try to do my best

"  Facing two semi-final ties against Spurs in the Carabao Cup next month, as well as the Premier League trip to Arsenal, Hazard may well be used as a striker once again give that Sarri is far from convinced about Morata as his first-choice striker

While there is still the possibility that Giroud's injury may not be as bad as first feared, the striker situation at Chelsea most definitely needs addressing next month

Having brought the Frenchman in on deadline day last January, the same cannot happen this time around as the Blues need reinforcements in attack sooner rather than later

Looksmaxing - a e s t h e t i c Eyebrows for Men | BasedShaman Aesthetics - - Duration: 6:23.

most of us are not blessed with genetically amazing eyebrows whether the

genetic lottery I know I sure wasn't look at mine they're kind of thin I've

got a big scar here from being busted open got another scar here from being

busted open I tend to not get myself in those types of situations anymore but

today we're going to eyeb rao max together we're gonna go in the bathroom

I'm gonna show you one simple little trick you can do to looks max your

eyebrows let's begin max Ehrmann

welcome back face Chum here the Internet's best friend we live in an

interesting time more and more young men are saying that they're having trouble

attracting women to them they say that a lot of the girls have high standards and

that they don't meet those standards if you find yourself feeling like that

there are a lot of different steps you can take like using one of these for

your eyebrows now I know what some of you will be thinking but Xiamen that's

key they call it whatever you want to call it and while you're at it you can

also maintain possession of your vCard till you're in your mid forties because

you thought you had everything figured out and you weren't willing to take some

steps to make yourself look a little better you know the way that those girls

took those steps that's why you worship them on Facebook and Instagram because

they made themselves look good my youtube channel is for winners if you're

a winner you should subscribe now let's get started making our eyebrows

aesthetic so I like to start out by using a little brush and just kind of

brushing my eyebrows a little bit okay you don't want them to be clumped up or

anything and this is just the first step you can consider it cry mean your

eyebrows then you're gonna take your little pencil here and extend it a

little bit by the way these products that I'm showing you I will link them

down below in the comments as well as the description they're really cheap on

Amazon so most importantly is to make sure you don't overdo this if you overdo

it it's gonna be obvious you're gonna be walking around looking like a freak and

we don't want that so for me since might get really light right in here and of

course I have that scar that's my primary point of focus now that I've

brushed them out I'm just gonna kind of fill it in just a little bit but not a

lot right not too much same thing and I stretch the skin to make it easier to

fill in now it's going to look a little extreme at first but that's what you use

that's what you use the other side for which is the brush side

that's a boy statics and you sort of brush it in a little bit

I really have to clip some of my nails that'll be our next video I'll show you

how to make your nails super aesthetic since I'm also a little light right

there I'm gonna kind of fill that spot in just a little bit then have to be a

lot either just a little bit and then you kind of brush it back in always make

sure you're brushing it in just really light strokes and then you go back with

the brush to fill it in again since I'm really light right in there I just want

to make that part look a little bit better and brush it in

and if you want you can put a little bit of definition right here but you just

don't want to use too much because when you do too much it's gonna look super

fake and that defeats the whole purpose of trying to look better and if you have

other spots where it's a little bit lighter and you just want to make it

fuller we just want to make it look nice and full

if you already have really nice full eyebrows and you might not even need to

do this a little bit more and then I think I'll be done with this one that's

about good so as you can see this is eyebrows a little bit filled in just a

little bit it's not a lot just a little bit you don't look in you don't want to

overdo it less is more under these circumstances now I just

have to fill that one in so far here's what we have now I'm gonna show you

something that you don't see many people talking about I think I actually created

this one so you take one of these color palettes again I've got links to all

this stuff down in the description and again if you think it's too gay for you

to do this hold on to that v card and hold on to it strong brother because

when the 90% who look normal want to compete with the 10% who look really

good they have to take little steps to do so and girls have got this on lock

they're all really good at doing this guys aren't because they're afraid to

don't be afraid make yourself look better if you want to so I've got this

little palette here and I'm gonna take some of the dark right some of the dark

watch this I'm gonna blow your mind here and just lightly putting it on the

eyebrow just lightly

just lightly applying it to the brow and letting it hang on aesthetics look at

the difference now you hear a lot about that hunter look right you hear a lot

about the hunter look the lowbrow everybody wants a lowbrow a lot of us

don't naturally have low brows mine are not naturally low but I can make them

look a little bit lower by going back at it a little bit with the pin stick with

me now stick with me advanced techniques here brother

advanced techniques real real light and not only will this make you look thicker

and fuller but it makes the brow look a little bit lower as well boom now I'm

going to brush it in again you always want to brush it in you never want to

leave it looking fake always want to brush it in always

boom

and that's what we're at so far so as you can see it's just small little

changes small little change nothing major but the difference between this

brow and this brow is like night and day now keep in mind brows by themselves are

not going to do it for you brows alone are not going to take you from a 2 to an

8 they're just part of the overall and we'll be exploring more of the overall

things we can all do to improve the way we look and the way we feel about

ourselves so if you want to learn more about looks magazine make sure you

subscribe now if you're not already eyebrows can make a huge difference in

your overall aesthetics and your overall looks Maxine don't deny yourself that it

wouldn't be fair it would be somewhat of a crime and injustice you can beat the

best

Woods & Woods… VA Disability for Back Pain Veteran's Attorney Lori Underwood Explains - Duration: 2:30.

Did you know the VA commonly under rates service-connected back pain.

I'm Lori Underwood, an attorney with Woods and Woods, and today we're going to talk about

VA ratings for back pain.

Back pain ratings are evaluated in the diagnostic code usually by incapacitating episodes or

in lesser severity by loss of range of motion.

Commonly service-connected back problems include spinal stenosis, intervertebral disc syndrome,

degenerative disc disease, and there are many others as well.

The ratings officer assigned to your case from the VA should also be taking into account

the functional loss shown in your C&P exams as well as any pain that you are experiencing

because of your service-connected back problems.

A common mistake made by veterans is not fully disclosing their pain and functional loss

to the examiners in these C&P exams.

Don't make that mistake.

In your C&P exams for your back pain also make sure to discuss with your examiner any

radiculopathy you may be experiencing secondary to your back pain because that is a separately

service-connected condition.
