Georgia Toffolos ex James Middleton is reportedly the first contestant to be announced for ITVs new show: Survival of the Fittest.
The show, which has been likened to Love Island, is the ultimate battle of the sexes that will see a team of males and females go head to head with one another.
Despite the series not focusing on couples, the contestants chosen are currently not in relationships and the first singleton to be announced is Toffs ex, James Middleton.
The 23-year-old enjoyed an on-off relationship with the Made in Chelsea star before they split ahead of her appearance in Im a Celebrity.
A TV insider told The Sun: James saw his ex do well on I'm A Celeb and remained supportive of her during her time on the show.
But now he wants a taste of the action and cant wait to travel out to South Africa to be put through his paces.
With a name like Middleton he's sure to do well, some contestants will even think he's royalty. Toff has apparently moved on since her split with James and has been seen hooking up wit Charles Goode, who was rumored to be engaged to Prince Harrys ex Chelsy Davies.
The show begins this month and will be hosted by Irish TV presenter Laura Whitmore.
More: ITV Fans have already expressed their excitement for Survival of the Fittest with one taking to Twitter saying: #SurvivalOfTheFittest looks a bit raunchy! and another commenting: Cant wait for it to start. Contestants will undergo both mental and physical challenges (apparently as bad as bushtucker trials), and although theyre battling against each other, were hoping they may get distracted by the opposite sex.

more than I can even count some of them can be really tiny and some of them are
huge like the Japanese spider crab its legs can reach up to 13 feet woof I
think that's bigger than my whole bedroom Wow I don't think
I ever want to see a Japanese spider crab whoo some crabs live in the water
and some crabs live on land have you ever seen a crab yeah I have to hmm I
see two bibs with the same animal too do you know what animal is on these bibs
is it a cat no is it a dog no but close it's a fox a fox is actually a member of
the dog family that's why they kind of look similar good job
did you know a fox can run almost 30 miles an hour that's really fast did you
know a fox will eat almost anything like bugs spiders and worms you well those
were some fun Fox facts let's see oh I see one more bit with an animal on it
this black bib has an owl on it what sound does an owl make oh that's right
that's an owl hooting oh oh oh good job bananas
I like your owl sounds now let's learn about some fruit who likes to eat fruit
I do too I see a bib with oranges on it oh this bib has watermelons mmm
this one has cherries razor end if you like cherries and there's one more bit
with fruit right here do you know what fruit this is that's right it's
strawberries Wow we found strawberries cherries watermelon and oranges those
are really good fruits I think my favorite is the watermelon watermelon is
green on the outside and red or pink on the inside
and as little wax eats but you don't want to eat those you I also really like
to eat strawberries strawberries are a red fruit and then they have the little
green part on top and you don't eat that part either I must like red fruit
because I really like watermelon and I really like strawberries which of these
last two fruits is also ready is it cherries or oranges can you tell
which one has a red fruit
yeah it's the cherries cherries are red wow those look like really tasty
cherries that means an orange is not red it's the color orange that's funny the
fruits called an orange and it's the color orange hey that was a smart name
huh okay let's count all the bandana pips and you count with me

Wow look at all the awesome bandana bibs now I notice three different colors on
the teethers there's blue green and white I have two bibs with blue teethers
that's the color blue I have one two three four bibs with green teethers

with white teethers that's the color white so we have white green and blue
teethers wow those are some really fun colors I had a great time learning all

like a circle or polka dots and triangles and
gross we learned some awesome fun animal facts we learned about foxes and owls

so today the book of the week is the memo and the memo is it's the memo five
rules for your economic liberation by John Hope Bryant and I'm gonna give you
a little bit information about the author and I have to say that this is
not an unbiased review none of these book reviews are they're
really just my thoughts on the book but a little information about this out
there so I found out about John Hope Bryant by doing like a Google search
just as years ago maybe five or so years ago and I was looking for like
organizations that helped with financial literacy um personal of finances in that
type of stuff and I was looking because it doesn't matter why I was looking I
was looking for the information and a came across his organization online
and they offer financial services to like people like with a low credit score
to help them improve their credit score to help them obtain a house or help them
start a business or be more entrepreneurial different things dealing
dealing with that type of personal finances is what his organization does
and I have a passion for personal finance it's just it's been a passion of
mine since years years years ago so this book reading this book has just really
ignited that passion again in me and I already have stated that I wanted to
talk about a wealth building a financial development on this channel
initially I'm gonna put the concept that interested me whether it's my family
life whether it's dealing with my wealth creation or finances wealth creation or
finances so this book has really sparked me to want to go more into that
direction with both both learning and and John Hoagland I didn't say this his
organization is a nonprofit organization so they have like branches within banks
or branches within different types of locations that help people to improve
their credit scores they can get that home
to get that bake loan so they could start that business things dealing with
you know your finances he helps people do that and nonprofit so that's just I I
I support his organization I fully just appreciate that he took the
time to think of this and then offer this to people and so go ahead check him
out Operation Hope is the name of the organization and so check that out so
back to the book now the memo five rules for your economic liberation now who is
this book for this book I would have to say this is book for anybody the hood
that is looking to grow wealth and it deals a lot with like your mindset on
wealth and like the rules for wealth and creating wealth and wealth generation of
wealth building and so I think it's this book is definitely on my list as a book
to give away as a book to give away for people I would say that this should be
heard of the required books you know up there with the Rich Dad Poor Dad the
faking rich you need to get the memo like literally he explains it thoroughly
in his book on the things the keys the tools the items that you need to have in
order to grow financially and he talks a lot about about poverty or a poverty
mindset and like wealth and the wealthy mindset so that's that with the book so
let me let me go here I have lots of notes so I'm I have lots of notes so I'm
just gonna tell you what those five rules are I just I'm not gonna go in
depth well for the five walls cause his book does a great job of going in depth
of those five rules but I wasn't giving you a general overview of those five
rules so the first one is we live in a free enterprise system embrace it the
second one your mindset makes or loses money and wealth you choose the third
one is your relationships are investments build relationship capital
with yourself first the fourth one don't just get a job be
entrepreneurial and the this spiritual capital is the start of
true wealth own your power and I love how at the end of these it's something
like it's an extra step for you to do like embrace it you choose be
entrepreneurial own your power I love that part about what he says his rules
are because it makes it feel like you have all the power you know he's giving
you the information and then you have the power to do it whether they follow
it or to not follow it I'm going through this fry roast it just really let me
know that I really want to be a part of his movement he cause it's like the
silver rights movement like the first one was like the civil rights and now
it's the silver rights because it's about green it's not really about like
grace white black brown whatever it's about green and that resonates with me
you know what people that you in here arguing about the times these days and
all the race-baiting and all that stuff I'm not I'm not here for that I'm not
here for that help me grow what's in my pocket and in turn to help me to know
give more to organizations and charities and this build more build more wealth in
that topic that's what I'm here for I'm here to grow my person you know for
personal development and for financial development I'm gonna grow mentally
emotionally spiritually you know all those ways financially that abundant
lifestyle that's what I'm that's what I'm about that abundant lifestyle
so this book that book the memo it just really helped reinforce those concepts
and introduce concepts of things that you know I might not have thought about
or it might not have crossed my mind these book reviews are not sponsored and
