Indian doctors have successfully removed the biggest brain tumor in the world.

It was a whopping 1.8 kilograms or almost 4 pounds.

I'm going to tell you everything you need to know, here for you on IO.

What is good this is inform overload, where we overload you with information.

I'm Charlotte Dobre.

A 31 year old shopkeeper named Santlal Pal was living with a massive tumor on his head

for 3 whole years.

IT was so severe that he had lost his vision.

But when he tried to go to hospitals in Varanasi ad Allahabad India, they refused to treat

him because the procedure was deemed too risky.

The tumor was protruding outward from his skull.

He was then sent to Mumbai where he was admitted to the department of neurosurgery.

He had severe swelling under his scalp, a headache, and blindness in both eyes and a

heavy head.

I mean, makes sense, it literally looked like he had two heads.

The tumor was so big that the a CT scan had to be done to analyze the blood supply to

the tumor.

These types of huge tumors are extremely high risk because of the loss of blood supply that

comes with removing them.

The procedure is extremely intricate and requires a large team of surgeons.

After a scan, surgeons realized that the growth had spread to both sides of the brain through

the skull bone.

After a grueling 7 hour surgery on valentines day the tumor was removed.

Santlal needed 11 units of blood and needed to be kept on a ventilator for 3 days afterward.

He is currently making great progress and hes on a full diet.

The doctors hope he will regain his vision as he recovers completely.

Here he is with his wife When doctors looked at medical records, they

discovered that they had removed the worlds largest brain tumor.

It beat the previous record held by Nadkari, who had a tumor that was 1.4 kg removed in

2002.

Santlal's tumor was an entire .4 kilograms heavier.

Super interesting stuff guys, I'm going to respond to some comments now.

William coe – we all think you're pretty cool Charlotte.

Pls never quit because nobody could replace you.

You have great enthusiasm and tell us the stories real good.

Aw that is very kind thanks for the complement.

Oskar Louis Bogglid – here's a fun fact for Charlotte.

White sand beaches are made of coral eating fish poop.

No way.

That's cool.

remind me never to eat white sand.

Not sure I need a reminder but anyway.

Ella alpaca – Charlotte who as the first host on this channel.

I feel like it was Landon or Leroy?

Landon owns the channel but he only hosts on his own channel and most amazing top 10.

I'm not a stranger to the dark

Hide away, they say

'Cause we don't want your broken parts

I've learned to be ashamed of all my scars

Run away, they say

No one will love you as you are

But I won't let them break me down to dust

I know that there's a place for us

For we are glorious

When the sharpest words wanna cut me down

I'm gonna send a flood, gonna drown them out

I am brave, I am bruised

I am who I'm meant to be,

this is me

Look out 'cause here I come

And I'm marching on to the beat I drum

I'm not scared to be seen

I make no apologies,

this is me

*Chorus: ooohhhh*

*Chorus: ooohhhh*

*Chorus: ooohhhh*

*Chorus: ooohhhh*

*Chorus: oooh oo ohhh oo*

*Chorus: oooh oo ohhh oo*

Another round of bullets hits my skin

Well, fire away

'cause today,

I won't let the shame sink in

We are bursting through the barricades

And reaching for the sun

(we are warriors)

Yeah, that's what we've become

Won't let them break me down to dust

I know that there's a place for us

For we are glorious

When the sharpest words wanna cut me down

Gonna send a flood,

gonna drown them out

I am brave, I am bruised

I am who I'm meant to be,

this is me

Look out 'cause here I come

*Chorus: oooh oo ohhh oo*

*Chorus: oooh oo oooh oo oo*

(This is me)

*Chorus: ooohhhh*

And I know that I deserve your love

There's nothing I'm not worthy of

When the sharpest words wanna cut me down

I'm gonna send a flood,

gonna drown them out

This is brave, this is bruised

This is who I'm meant to be,

this is me

Look out 'cause here I come

And I'm marching on to the beat I drum

Video 2 - The Bible is a cookbook - Duration: 7:55.

Peter Leong - Are we there yet? - The Bible is a cookbook

The Bible is a cookbook

For those who are interested in the end times

I'm not a great cook by any chance

but I love a good and simple recipe when I'm preparing a dish for the family.

A good recipe will always tell us the ingredients for the dish as well as the estimated time that would take to complete it

We establish in the first video that God is not a God of surprises. Hence, the Lord does give us good details

about what will happen at the end of times.

He identified two things: 1. the key ingredients that

go into the dish

as well as 2. How long it will take to cook up the dish, and that dish is called 'The day of the Lord'

Let me talk about the ingredients.

I love to begin with the words of Jesus because

Whenever Jesus spoke to his disciples. He tended to make it clear

Remember, three times Jesus for voice impending death at his first coming

Now the reason why Jesus did it is simply because Jesus walked alongside with his disciples

Whether it was eating, drinking, or if I may even say it without being politically correct

Sharing simple human activities like showering and even toileting

That intimacy must have motivated him to share openly with them

Interestingly

He never displayed a form of holiness that isolated himself from them except when he went alone to pray to the Father

Hence we must pay close attention particularly FIRST AND FOREMOST to what he said about the end times

in all three synoptic gospels, Jesus

gave us these ingredients, and I'll read them to you

There will be wars and rumors of wars; nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.

There will be famines and there'll be earthquakes.

He called all of the above the beginning of birth pangs

Then he went on and added more ingredients, but after and over and above the first three ingredients

He said, they'll deliver you up to tribulation and who is you? Christians? And they will put you to death

You'll be hated by all nations for my name's sake or for the name of Jesus (Definitely seems like Christians)

Many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. Lawlessness will increase.

Love of many will grow cold.

believers must endure (Note:ENDURE)

because times will be tough

and the gospel will be preached throughout the world as a testimony to all nations

and

then the end will come (the completion of the dish - The Day of the Lord)

Now enough said about the ingredients, which I'll go deeper in another video, but I'm gonna focus on timing right now

Many Christians say that we will never know when the Lord will return. They quote 1Thessalonians 5 :2

That says the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night

and that's all true but

If the Lord gave us signposts, does it not help to tell us the time of the seasons

Hence we actually have to carry on reading 1 Thessalonians and go into

Chapter 5, verse 4 (1 Thes 5:4)

in it

Paul explained, "but you are not in darkness for that day to surprise you like a thief"

Who is you again? Christians

Why? Because we are

children of light and children of the day

So if we walk intimately with him, we will know the

seasons

The biggest hint of when the Lord will return lies in concept of the Sabbath.

The Lord instituted the Sabbath as a time of rest.

And we know that in Revelation chapter 20 (Rev 20) that there will be a thousand years of peace on earth when the Lord returns,

the concept believers call the Millennium.

2 Peter 3:8 says

With the Lord, a day is like a thousand years

If that's the case, then the marker has been set for the end to be

the six thousand year mark.

Here's the question

When is this mark?

God showed me the significance of calendars even as I was writing this book, Are we there yet?

Our calendar tells us that we are

2018 two zero one eight

from the birth of Christ

But is it six thousand and eighteen years since the creation of Adam?

Are you aware for example that the civil calendar that we are using is really slightly more than two hundred fifty years old

The Jews ...

they not only follow the civil calendar, but they have the Jewish calendar and the Jewish calendar indicates that this year

(right now - Civil Year 2018) we are in year 5778 and they measure it from the creation of Adam

So do we use the Jewish calendar or the civil calendar to measure the timing of Christ's return?

Now let me throw one more spanner in the works

Do you know that the Bible indicates a year to be 360 days long and not

365.2419 days

Because the Bible doesn't really follow a solar pattern (a solar year)

If you read Rev 11:2-3 and Genesis 6-8, it will give you

greater insights into seeing how

to the Bible, a year is actually 360 days long

Now you probably say that it is complicated enough

but fear not, a devout Christian and a former London deputy police commissioner a

guy by the name of Sir Robert Anderson, a very smart man no doubt

did some very good work and the

timing is a little bit hidden

and

it takes a little bit of determination to work it through but if we follow the work of Sir Robert Anderson

We will figure that out. We will know

the closeness of them

Now I've unwound the timing in my book using Sir Robert Anderson's

Initial work research

Yes, it will give you an indication, but you must remember and be aware that cooking is never precise

There will be variations

God is not a God of surprises. Believers who walk intimately with him will know the seasons

Thank you

Video 1 God is not a God of surprises - Duration: 7:24.

Peter Leong - Are we there yet? - God is not a God of surprises ...

God is not a God of surprises

My name is Peter Leong, and this is the first video that I'm making to explain my book

Are we there yet? A book about the second coming of Christ.

A little bit of background by myself. I'm a first generation

Christian

Although I have been walking with the Lord for a long time

I would say more than 40 years

I originally came from Singapore but I now call, Auckland, New Zealand, my home since 1999

My love for the second coming began way back in 1980s

When I read a book by Mary Stewart Relfe

When money fails!

The book is about the universal barcode

system

Being part of the upcoming 666 system

But it was written at a point in time when the barcode system was still in its infancy

So not many people really know that

Many preachers

past and present

preached about the second coming as if it will be happening in their generation

Now, in fact, since the days of the New Testament church the apostles had reminded the audience that they were living in the last days

In 1 John 2:18 the Apostle John called the days that he was living in - 'the last hour'

Throughout the centuries people had attempted to make predictions

John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist movement, was one of them who came up with a projected doomsday

year of

1836

Then there was Sir Isaac Newton (eminent scientist who discovered gravity)

who studied the Book of Daniel and scribbled the year

2060 in some notes in what many suspected to be his prediction of when the Lord will return

Hence it is not surprising that even in our current days

preachers are declaring that we are living at the edge of time and the Lord will come back anytime soon

Before I proceed, I would like to establish a key principle

in terms of studying the end times and that is when we

must actually know God as a person

In Psalm 103:7

the Psalmist reminded us that he made known his ways to Moses and his acts to the children of Israel.

Again in Jeremiah 9:24,

Jeremiah explained that God wants us to know and understand him personally

much like a person; a person with characteristics

Hence in studying the end times, we must know God as a person and there are two characteristics that I would like to highlight

1. The God of the Bible does not lie and that's an important thing. He always keeps his promises

How do we know that? He made it known explicitly to Balaam

when Balak, the king of Moab,

hired him to curse Israel

instead Balaam replied and

prophesied that God is not a man that he should lie or the son of man that he should change his mind

Has he said and will he not do

Has he spoken and will he not fulfilled it and

throughout the Bible God demonstrated why he could be trusted and

That's the reason why we have to be faithful to the Lord

Hence if the Lord says he will return

He will return indeed

The second most important point is this and

some of you might be surprised, but God of the Bible is someone who does not take his people by surprise

And this is the point that I wanna make

Especially so for people who walk intimately with him and whom he considers as his friends

When God wanted to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, did he hide his plans from Abraham?

No, in fact when the Lord visited Abraham and

announced that Sarah would give birth to a son, he shared his concerns

regarding Sodom with Abraham.

It was the same with Jesus. Jesus warned the Apostle Peter that he would disown him three times

Well, Peter didn't believe Jesus, but just as Jesus predicted

Peter DID deny Jesus three times and

Peter only realized that when the rooster crowed.

Now consider the experience of Jesus

during his first coming.

Did he hide his plans that he will eventually be killed?

Not so.

In fact he mentioned to his disciples not once, not twice, but three times

That he will be killed and in fact described to them how he would be killed in all three synoptic gospels of

Matthew, Mark, and Luke

Each time he would tell them in plain Aramaic. Let me give you an example in Matthew -

Matthew 16:21 he said he told his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem

That he must suffer many things from the elders

the chief priests and

the scribes

That he must be killed, and that on the third day. He would be raised

Again in Matthew 17: 22-23, he added more details about what sort of death

he would

be going through

He would be delivered into the hands of man. He would be killed and he would be raised on the third day and

Finally Matthew 20:17-19

He concluded by saying to him they would deliver him over to the Gentiles to be mocked

flogged and finally crucified

Amazingly none of his disciples picked up on what he was saying

You remember he mentioned it three times. It was only after his death and resurrection

that they remembered his words

now here's the $54 million

($54 million) question if his dearest and closest twelve disciples could miss this very

information, which he had made plainly to them,

is it possible that we too

may missed out on some vital

plain information

that he had given in the gospels regarding his second coming

God is not a God of surprises. Over the next few videos. I will show you some of these plain information.

Thank you.

What is a B Corporation? - Duration: 1:35.

What is a B Corp? B Corp is to business what fair trade is to coffee.

It's a company certified for social and environmental sustainability. I actually

like the way Done Good talks about it. Done Good is also a B Corp. They say that

there are companies out there that are mass producing cheap products, paying

poverty wages, and killing the planet. By contrast, B Corps are out there working hard

to make the world a better place. Prosperity Candle was created with all

the B Corp principles in mind, even though we didn't know what a B Corp was

at the time. Our mission is to help women in places of conflict escape poverty and

earn a living wage through candle-making.

There's a lot of greenwashing out there.

We all know that, big companies have big marketing budgets and they promote a

good deed over here and you kind of wonder if there's something bad

lurking in the background. That's why B Corp matters. It's a certification

process that looks at every aspect of your business and scores you on

everything so basically there's no green washing. In fact their mantra is great, B

Corp says that they are the difference between a truly good company and just

good marketing. As consumers we can all make a huge difference by the way we

shop just like fairtrade coffee you can choose B Corp products over others. Just

look for the B Corp logo, which is a circle with a capital B in the middle.

When I go to the store to buy flour to make cookies I choose King Arthur Flour

because they're a B Corp, and lucky for me so is Ben & Jerry's.

This is why Diabetics Should Eat Unripe Bananas and Everyone Else Should too - Duration: 11:54.

this is why diabetics should eat unripe bananas and everyone else should too

they contain several essential nutrients and have benefits for digestion heart

health and weight loss aside from being very nutritious they are also a highly

convenient snack food here are 11 health benefits of bananas that are supported

by scientific research 1 bananas contain many important nutrients bananas are

among the most popular fruits on earth native to Southeast Asia they are now

grown in many warmer parts of the world there are many types of bananas

available which vary in color size and shape the most common type is the yellow

banana which is green when unripe this is what ripe bananas typically look like

bananas contain a fair amount of fiber as well as several antioxidants one

medium-sized banana 118 grams also contains potassium 9

percent of the RDI vitamin b6 33% of the RDI vitamin C 11%

of the RDI magnesium 8% of the RDI copper 10% of the RDI

manganese 14% of the RDI net carbs 24 grams fiber 3.1 grams protein 1.3 grams

fat 0.4 grams each banana contains only about 105 calories and consists almost

exclusively of water and carbs bananas contain very little protein and almost

no fat the carbs in unripe bananas consist

mostly of starch and resistant starch but as the banana ripens the starch

turns into sugar glucose fructose and sucrose bottom line

bananas are rich in fiber antioxidants and several nutrients a medium-sized

banana contains about 105 calories 2 bananas contain nutrients that moderate

blood sugar levels bananas are rich in a fiber called

pectin which gives the flesh its structural form unripe bananas contain

resistant starch which acts like soluble fiber and escapes digestion both pectin

and resistant starch may moderate blood sugar levels after meals and reduce

appetite by slowing stomach emptying furthermore bananas also rank low to

medium on the glycemic index which is a measure from 0-100 of how quickly foods

increase blood sugar levels the glycemic value of unripe bananas is about 30

while ripe bananas rank at about 60 the average value of all bananas is 51 this

means that bananas should not cause major spikes in blood sugar levels in

healthy individuals however this may not apply to diabetics which should probably

avoid eating lots of well ripened bananas and monitor their blood sugars

carefully when they do bottom line bananas contain nutrients that can help

moderate blood sugar levels after meals they may also reduce appetite by slowing

stomach emptying three bananas may improve digestive health

dietary fiber has been linked to many health benefits including improved

digestion a medium sized banana contains about 3 grams of fiber making bananas a

fairly good fiber source bananas contain mainly two types of fiber

pectin decreases as the banana ripens resistant starch found in unripe bananas

resistant starch escapes digestion and ends up in our large intestine where it

becomes food for the beneficial gut bacteria

additionally some cell studies propose that pectin may help protect against

colon cancer bottom line bananas are fairly rich in fiber and

resistant starch which may feed the friendly gut bacteria and help protect

against colon cancer for bananas may help with weight loss no study has

directly tested the effects of bananas on weight loss however bananas do have

several features that should make them a weight-loss friendly food for starters

bananas contain relatively few calories an average banana contains just over 100

calories yet it is also very nutritious and filling they are also rich in fiber

eating more fiber from fruit and vegetables has repeatedly been linked

with lower body weight and weight loss furthermore unripe bananas are packed

with resistant starch so they tend to be very filling and may reduce your

appetite bottom line bananas may help with weight loss they are low in

calories high in nutrients and fiber and may have appetite reducing effects 5

bananas may support heart health potassium is a mineral that is essential

for heart health especially blood-pressure control yet despite its

importance most people are not getting enough potassium in their diet bananas

are a great dietary source of potassium one medium-sized banana

118 grams contains 9 percent of the RDA a potassium rich diet can help lower

blood pressure and people who eat plenty of potassium have up to a 27 percent

lower risk of heart disease furthermore bananas contain a decent

amount of magnesium which is also important for heart health

bottom line bananas are a good dietary source of potassium and magnesium to

nutrients that are essential for heart health six bananas contain powerful

antioxidants fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of dietary

antioxidants and bananas are no exception

they contain several types of potent antioxidants including dopamine and Kate

Chin's these antioxidants have been linked to

many health benefits such as a reduced risk of heart disease and degenerative

diseases however it is a common misunderstanding that the dopamine from

bananas acts as a feel-good chemical in the brain in reality dopamine from

bananas does not cross the blood-brain barrier it simply acts as a strong

antioxidant instead of altering hormones or mood bottom line bananas are high in

several antioxidants which may help reduce damage from free radicals and

lower the risk of some diseases seven bananas may help you feel more full

resistant starch is a type of indigestion carbohydrate found in unripe

bananas which functions sort of like soluble fiber in the body as a rule of

thumb you can estimate that the greener the banana is the higher the amount of

resistant starch it contains on the other hand ripe yellow bananas contain

lower amounts of resistant starch and total fiber but proportionally higher

amounts of soluble fiber both pectin and resistant starch have been shown to have

appetite reducing effects and increase the feeling of fullness after meals

bottom line bananas contain high amounts of

resistant starch or pectin depending on ripeness both may reduce appetite and

help keep you full a unripe bananas may improve insulin sensitivity

insulin resistance is a major risk factor for many of the world's most

serious diseases including type-2 diabetes

several studies have shown that 15 30 grams of resistant starch per day may

improve insulin sensitivity by 33 50 percent in as little as four weeks

unripe bananas are a great source of resistant starch and may therefore help

improve insulin sensitivity however the reason for these effects is not well

understood and not all studies agree on the matter 9 bananas may improve kidney

health potassium is essential for blood pressure control and healthy kidney

function as a good dietary source of potassium bananas may be especially

beneficial for maintaining healthy kidneys one study in women showed that

over 13 years those who ate bananas 2 3 times per week were 33% less likely to

develop kidney disease other studies have found that those who eat bananas

for six times a week are almost 50% less likely to develop

kidney disease compared to people who don't eat bananas

bottom line eating a banana several times a week may reduce the risk of

kidney disease by up to 50 percent ten bananas may have benefits for exercise

bananas are often referred to as the perfect food for athletes largely due to

their mineral content and easily digested carbs eating bananas may help

reduce exercise related muscle cramps and soreness which affect up to 95

percent of the general population the reason for the cramps is basically

unknown but a popular theory blames a mixture of dehydration and electrolyte

imbalance however studies have provided mixed findings about bananas and muscle

cramps some find them helpful while others find no effects

that being said bananas have been shown to provide excellent nutrition before

during and after endurance exercise bottom line

bananas may help relieve muscle cramps caused by exercise they also provide

excellent fuel for endurance exercise 11 bananas are easy to add to your diet not

only our bananas incredibly healthy they are also one of the most convenient

snack foods around bananas make a great addition to your breakfast yogurt cereal

or smoothie you can even use them instead of sugar in your baking and

cooking furthermore bananas rarely contain any pesticides or pollutants due

to their thick protective peel bananas are incredibly easy to eat and transport

they are usually well tolerated and easily digested and simply have to be

peeled and eaten it doesn't get much easier than that
