Waching daily Feb 25 2018

There's an old country song says,

"Love can build a bridge."

I mean, how beautiful is that?

But let me tell you, there's a flip side to that coin.

Because a bridge built at the wrong place,

and at the wrong time...

can tear love apart.

This is my story...

Fall in love, because that obnoxious, little, cute 5-year-old is me, Levi.

That's my older brother JR.

Now, we were raised on Colington Island

which is just off the coast of North Carolina.

At the time, Colington was known for its booming fishing industries

and picturesque long, white, sandy beaches.

Now, commercial longlining is what kept food

on our families' tables for generations.

That is until the powers that be decided...

we needed a bridge to connect us to the mainland.

Now, what those powers did not know

is what happens when you put 10,000 concrete pilings

in the middle of fertile fishing grounds.

Those fish migrate to more hospitable waters.

And fishermen's families are torn apart.

For us, it was a two-step process:

It started with the bank foreclosing on the big house.

And ended with mom heading to the mainland

in search of greener pastures.

The most important life lesson I've ever learned is this:

Sometimes people leave.

And sometimes, unexpectedly.

Take a deep breath.

Mourn the loss.

And start living again.

Dad wasn't going anywhere.

New bridge or not.

He'd grown up here just like his dad.

And his dad before him.

You fished, you lived and you died on Colington.

Woohoo!

It's my home!

Never leaving!

Love this God damn island!

People on Colington do not go down without a fight.

With all the big game fish gone, we turned to crabbing.

Dad knew boats, he knew them really well.

So Old Man Winki gave him a job on the docks.

I see your sign.

You want to work or you just want a paycheck?

No sir, I want to work.

Come on in.

You're going to have a bigger lure

followed by a smaller lure.

And I promise you, the fish will always hit the smaller lure.

JR, Winki, Dad and me,

we were boys.

And then...

there was a girl.

I'm Rose.

I'm Levi.

And when you're 10, love's that easy.

I could have stayed in that water forever.

A local fisherman is dead tonight

after a fatal run-in with the minor bridge.

He was responding to an SOS call from a capsized hobbycraft

when the collision occurred.

Don't take anything for granted.

Because you can't choose what happens.

You can only choose how you respond to what happens.

Boys...

Let me take you to my favorite fishing spot.

Done.

Dead.

And in this case,

Winki chose to respond by illegally adopting us.

Get down. Get down!

Don't let anybody see you.

Don't let them know you're up there.

He said there was no use filling out any paperwork

because he didn't like pens, he didn't like paper

and he sure as shit didn't trust the system.

All right then, this lever that I told you runs the cable?

It comes off a winch in the back of the boom.

And a winch can be two things: It can run a cable...

or it can be a woman.

Now, I would never I'm better than anybody.

And I would especially never say that about my big brother JR.

But at this time, I just got dealt a better hand.

I had the love of a good woman to keep me on the straight and narrow.

And JR didn't.

Whoa...

Don't touch my stuff!

I'm going to get cigarettes.

Okay.

Don't touch my stuff.

JR wasn't going to get cigarettes.

He was going to rob a fireworks stand.

And that was the last time I saw him.

Yes!

Yeah!

Yooo... Yoo!

Yoo!

There's something about being in love

and laying next to a hot body at night

that can make you forget everything.

But beware.

Because when one person is the source of all your happiness,

you've got all your eggs in one basket.

And the world is filled with wolves.

And wolves love to eat eggs.

Hey, how you doing?

I couldn't help but notice your sign.

Do you still need a set of hands?

You looking for work or just a paycheck?

Looking to work, sir.

Hi.

What's your name?

Rose.

Rose?

And you're from here?

Yeah.

Yeah?

Your whole life?

I met someone.

When you know, you just know. You know?

The No. 1 problem with young love is that it's fleeting.

It's the most powerful emotion, but unfortunately...

it can also be the most temporary.

You get that magical moment, a weekend, a year...

But people change.

You can't stop the erosion of time, it just happens.

Ah, you think it's bad,

but let me tell you what hard times are really like.

Going through a breakup is like being shipwrecked

on the loneliest, saddest, most isolated island in the universe.

You can't eat, you can't sleep.

You don't care about anything.

And the reason is you're in withdrawal.

Love is cocaine for your brain.

Dopamine, serotonin and opiates are being created by the boatloads.

And when you come off of that, there's nothing left.

I'm only doing this because I love you.

Levi, your life is your story.

Make it a good one.

And Winki was right.

The only way to break out of that chemical prison

that can shackle your brain is to try new things

that fire new synopses.

Getting out of bed, going running, feeling the sun on your face.

Discovering new things and welcoming new experiences

into your world.

You have to step out into the unknown

and just pray the road will rise to meet you.

And it will.

It has to.

There's no option for failure.

When the time is right, you make your moment.

What will come or unfold isn't anything to fear.

It's what will become the stories of your life.

It's a big world out there.

Go get it.

Chelsea fury after Alvaro Morata's equaliser is wrongly called offside against Manchester United - Duration: 2:32.

Chelsea fury after Alvaro Morata's equaliser is wrongly called offside against Manchester United

CHELSEA were left wishing for VAR after a controversial offside call cost them a point at Manchester United.

The moment arrived with just five minutes remaining at Old Trafford with Alvaro Morata on the wrong end of the decision.

Cesc Fabregas cutely dinked the ball over the back-line into the path of his fellow Spaniard.

Morata was onto it sharply and produced a smart finish in off the post - but the whistle had already gone.

The linesman had his flag raised for an offside, but replays quickly showed the huge error.

It was tight, but Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof was playing the ex-Real Madrid man on.

And that blunder ultimately cost the reigning champions a share of the spoils against their old boss Jose Mourinho.

It had all started so well for Chelsea on Sunday as they silenced the Stretford End thanks to Willians opener on 32 minutes.

However, Mourinho would not be the only ghost from the Stamford Bridge past to haunt them.

Their lead lasted just seven minutes thanks to ex-Blues frontman Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgian, who was never given an opportunity to impress in West London and rejected a return their last summer to join United instead, planted home an equaliser after being teed-up by Anthony Martial.

And that was not the only contribution the big man would have as he helped to put his old employers to sword.

With quarter of an hour remaining he provided the cross for Jesse Lingard to head home the winner.

That result lifted United back to second in the table above Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are stuck in fifth, two points behind Tottenham and six behind the Red Devils.

What Is Religion? A True Religious Mind? | J. Krishnamurti - Duration: 8:00.

Hello everyone and welcome to today's talk.

So I want us to talk about religion in another sense.

I understand that we're quite familiar with religion meaning a belief in an existence

of God or Gods to whom we worship and show our obedience to.

And there's also religion in the sense of belief of "no God."

So I want us to explore a different meaning of religion that originates way back to when

the word "religion" was first invented.

So religion, in this sense, is to gather together, collect.

It is also to ponder over, to give heed to, to observe, care for.

So is this what is going on today in terms of religion?

Because when we look around, we have divided humanity into different, particular, religious

groups right?

We have essentially divided truth into different sections and have organized it.

However, in a sense, we can say that this is like a gathering of energy, collecting

it and getting people together.

However, whenever thought is in control of this or is acting or doing this out, then

naturally, inevitably, thought will limit energy.

It will limit people down into a certain group and cause a division in the world.

Because I feel like that sense of gathering together, is the gathering of human beings,

not the gathering of people to a particular idea of Truth or to a particular belief.

So what is the importance of seeing this and not belonging to any religion or belief or

an idea?

Well as we see going on today, we have divided ourselves to different beliefs of Truth.

And Truth really is like a flower and its really just meant to observe the flower and

in that observing of the flower, there is care, there is love, there is affection.

However, when we take the flower and we pluck it into different pieces... so I have my own

piece of the petal and he has his own piece of the petal, which is supposedly a piece

of truth, then the flower is divided and destroyed.

It's no longer the actual flower.

It's just pieces of it that has been spread throughout.

So we cannot grasp this truth in the way we are doing it right now or in any way at all.

And I think that just seeing that today, observing that, brings about this gathering together

of human beings not just people to a particular group or belief.

And in this, I feel that...

I feel that right now, when we belong to particular religions or groups, we don't ever meet.

Some relationships are never formed or are never possible because I have my particular

idea, belief and the other person has his or her own particular idea and belief and

we never sit down together as friends or as human beings and talk about the problems of

the world today, such as starvation, overpopulation, people who are not all dressed, have no clothes

or shelter.

So I feel that the problems of necessity... just things that we need to survive, I feel

that that can be solved when human beings gather together.

Relationships that would not be formed today because of religious ideas and groups, I feel

like individually when we go into this ourselves and and understand the division that we created

or invent, then we can put that aside, reject that and come together just as human beings,

as friends and when all of us come together and talk about this.

I feel that we can figure this out.

We can find out how to fix the problems we have today, the problems of having everyone

well fed, dressed, sheltered and also the problem of overpopulation.

So I feel that religion is not limited down to my particular idea of it.

It is universal, it is the whole flower, which is connected to the whole world, which is

the whole universe.

And we can never organize this, we can never speak of it.

It's just something that's not even something, but we just don't talk about it because the

minute we do we see we are now referring to an idea of it.

We are no longer referring to what it actually is.

So thank you all for watching and listening to this video and I will see you all next

time.

Have a great day, bye.

Myth 25: Not All Cervical Mucus is Fertile - Duration: 1:14.

Hi everyone!

Today I'm debunking myth #25.

Not all cervical mucus is fertile.

Repeat after me: All cervical mucus is fertile.

As you approach ovulation, your estrogen levels rise and this is what causes your cervical mucus

to go from a plug to a slip n' slide making your cervical mucus visible at your vulva.

Your cervical mucus might change from a sticky, cloudy pasty

to a tacky, cloudy,

and to a stretchy, clear.

But it doesn't matter what kind of cervical mucus you see or how much you see it,

when it's there, sperm can ride that super highway all the way to the Hotel De La Sperm, the cervix,

and check in for 3 to 5 days waiting for ovulation to occur.

Now there are times when a menstruator might observe cervical mucus every day

or have unusual patterns.

If they're coming off hormonal birth control,

breastfeeding,

experiencing underlying causes like food allergies or compromised cervical health,

or maybe they're confusing cervical mucus with vaginal cell slough or arousal fluid.

But these are all temporary and should be addressed with your fertility awareness practitioner.

So while everyone's pattern is different, all cervical mucus is fertile mucus.
