If one day I participate in the Olympic Games,

it will mean that my dream has come true.

I'm Phonnapha Suratwadi.

I'm 14 years old

and I'm a student and weightlifter

at Nakhon Ratchasima School.

Phonnapha is disciplined,

she follows the rules,

listens to her trainer,

and pays attention to all she is told.

She's very confident, and she'll definitely make it.

Not like that. You have to develop this part.

So that the muscle becomes harder.

My record is...

..two weights of 80 and 95kg,

making a total of 175kg.

That is the most I have ever lifted.

I live with eight girls in the room

and we are all weightlifters.

We are like a family,

we play together, and we have good fun.

I miss her a lot,

and I always await her call between 7pm and 7.30pm,

that's when she usually calls me.

I miss my family,

since I live at boarding school,

and I had never been away from them before.

Family is the most important thing.

She is everything to me as a mother.

I love her and I'm worried about her all the time.

As a weightlifter,

my dream is to have a good future and win many medals.

I would also love to be in the Olympic Games.

Top 5 Puzzles For Beginners & Newer Cubers - Duration: 3:06.

Hey YouTube it's me Spotty!

Hope you're all doing great!

Today, I'm gonna be bringing you guys my top 5 picks for cubes you should get if you're

just starting out cubing.

Now quickly, before I get this list started, if you do not have a speedcube, maybe you're

using the Rubik's brand that got you started or a dollar store cube that you got from your

local reject shop then the first thing I recommend you buy is a proper 3x3 speedcube.

Now it doesn't have to be the best one, as almost any 3x3 speedcube released in the

last year or so will be better than a Rubik's brand but my personal recommendation is the

Qiyi Thunderclap V1 as it is a very solid performer but also is a little cheaper than

some other options.

I will link some places where you can buy some cubes in the description.

If you WOULD like to see what cubes I thought were the best for 2016 then I will also leave

a card to the video where I went through the best puzzles for almost every WCA event.

With the said let's get into our first 2 puzzles!

So the first two cubes that I would recommend picking up are the two cubes going up and

down from a 3x3.

So a 2x2 or 4x4.

Both are relatively easy to learn once you know how to solve a 3x3 and will help you

get more into cubing if that's what you're after.

As for recommendations on the puzzles themselves there is a series of puzzles under the brand

'Cubing Classroom' that are both very affordable and perform great.

So the Cubing Classroom MF2s is the 2x2 and the Cubing Classroom MF4 is the 4x4.

Also, as of right now the more random letters they have on the end the better they are.

For example, the MF3 is alright, the MF3S is better but the MF3RS is the best out of

the three.

Ok, the next two puzzles are also WCA events like 2x2 and 4x4.

If you didn't know, this basically means that if you go to a competition they are the

events you can compete in.

So the two puzzles I would recommend are pyraminx and skewb.

These are both really easy events that you can get pretty fast with not too much time.

Right now if you're picking either of these puzzles up the Qiyi or Moyu brands are generally

the way to go.

So for Pyraminx there is the Moyu and Qiyi Magnetic pyraminx's and for skewb there

is the Moyu magnetic or Qiyi skewb.

The last puzzle is not a WCA event so you would NOT be able to compete in this event

if you were to go to a competition.

However, it is still a really fun puzzle to solve and one that is solved exactly like

a 3x3 but at the same time feels quite different then a 3x3 solve.

The puzzle is a mirror blocks.

This one here is the Shengshou mirror block.

You might find the solve quite challenging at first and you'll find yourself having

to think slightly differently.

But the puzzle is very very cool.

It is one of the more simple 3x3 shape mods and is a good introduction to shape shifting

puzzles.

It also introduces centre orientation which is a pretty cool concept and is really easy

to solve on this particular puzzle.

It might look a little daunting, but if you're looking for a really cool non WCA puzzle then

this is the one I would go with if I was a beginner speedcuber.

Alright, let's quickly recap.

If you haven't gotten a proper speedcube yet then I would recommend you see to that

before further expanding your collection.

But if you don't want to upgrade your 3x3 or you've already done so, then the puzzles

I would go for next are the 2x2, 4x4, pyraminx, skewb and mirrorblocks.
