New Atlantis.

New Atlantis is the codename for the energy grid around the planetary surface that will

support the Compression Breakthrough and also the codename for the New Society after the

Event.

In Old Atlantis, before the polar shift 75,000 years ago, the position of equator was different

and thus the position of the whole planetary energy grid was different also.

75,000 years ago and earlier, the energy gird around the planet was complete, under full

control of the Ascended beings and with many sacred temples positioned around the equator.

It is interesting to note that many energy vortexes around the planet are still positioned

around the old Atlantean equator:

The New Atlantis project actually aligns the vortexes of the Old Atlantis with the new

energy grid that is about to be completed soon.

New Atlantis is a project of the Light forces that is already ongoing for millennia.

Saint Germain is one of the main beings working on this project.

He has revealed parts of this project to humanity in his incarnation as Francis Bacon in a novel

called New Atlantis, where he described an utopian society based on meritocracy.

In his next incarnation as Comte de Saint Germain he attempted to co-create a new Society

in America by assisting in the independence of the USA and by being the main spiritual

force behind the Constitution.

Here I have to add that Comte de Saint Germain has formed a secret mystery school in Paris

HE'S KEEP THE PERFUME, BUT FOR ANGELA, HE'D ADAPT FOR HER.

A FLOWER WITH CHEMISTRY, HE COULDN'T GO WRONG

A HUGE SUPER PLANT WAS BEN'S ANSWER ALL ALONG.

HE CREATED THE FLOWER, THE OUTCOME LOOKED BRIGHT

HE KNEW THAT THIS BRAND NEW SOLUTION WAS RIGHT.

BEN SET OFF FOR ANGELA'S TO TEST OUT HIS THEORY,

AFTER THIS LONG EXPERIMENT HE BEGAN TO GROW WEARY.

PRESENTING THE SUPER PLANT WAS THE EASY PART,

NOW HE WAITED TO SEE THE RESPONSE OF HER HEART.

BEFORE HE COULD TELL, POOR ANGELA HAD FAINTED!

THE CHEMISTRY HAD FAILED, WITH POISON TWAS TAINTED.

AS ANGELA WAS DIZZY, TOM WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR

POURING EXTRA PERFUME IN THE FLOWER POT INSTEAD.

THAT DID THE TRICK, YES, THE SUPER PLANT DIED.

AND TOM, BEN, AND ANGELA WERE NOW SAFE INSIDE.

TOM'S SMALL, SIMPLE FLOWERS WERE ALL THAT REMAINED.

BUT HER COAT WOULDN'T DO IN THIS HOT SUNNY WEATHER.

SO SHE FASHIONED AN OUTFIT THAT QUICKLY SET THE SCENE

AT LAST, SHE COULD FINALLY SEE AND BE SEEN.

YET BEFORE SHE COULD SAVOR THIS MUCH WARMER CHANCE,

PIERRE HIT THE BUTTON AND SENT HER RIGHT OFF TO FRANCE!

SHE DIDN'T FIT IN WITH HER BEACH COSTUME HERE,

PEOPLE STARED AND SHE JUST WISHED SHE COULD DISAPPEAR.

AS TOM HAD A COSTUME AND A TRICK UP HIS SLEEVE.

ANGELA LANDED ON A STAGE, WITH SURPRISE, BUT WITH JOY,

THIS WAS WHERE SHE BELONGED, DOING WHAT SHE ENJOYED.

FROM THE SCREAMS OF THE CROWD, THE ADMIRATION WAS CLEAR,

BUT THERE WAS ONE IN PARTICULAR YELLING AN EXTRA LOUD CHEER.

TOM GAVE HIS STAR FLOWERS AND BOWED DOWN ON ALL FOURS,

TODAY TALKING TOM AND THE GANG ARE ON A TREASURE HUNT.

TO FINDING BURIED TREASURE HE WAS ONE GIANT STEP CLOSER.

HE ZOOMED AND HE VROOMED AND THEN FOUND A BIG BOX!

BUT IT WASN'T A TREASURE, JUST A TOY, TO HIS SHOCK.

MEANWHILE BEN WAS DETERMINED TO BUILD HIS OWN CAR,

TO FIND TREASURE FOR ANGELA, HE WOULD HUNT WIDE AND FAR.

BEN KNEW HE LOOKED SILLY AND HE KNEW HE LOOKED STRANGE,

AS HE TESTED THE MACHINE IN A VERY SMALL RANGE.

WITH A MIND OF ITS OWN, THE CAR TOOK OFF LIKE A SHOT!

LEAVING THE INVENTOR TO FOLLOW, AND RUN QUITE A LOT.

IT FOUND SOMETHING PROMISING, THAT BEN MARKED WITH A FLAG,

BUT BEFORE HE KNEW IT, THE WHOLE LAWN HE HAD TAGGED!

TOM LAUGHED WHEN HE SAW THE INVENTION WAS A BUST,

YET BEN WAS SURE HE HAD MADE A MACHINE HE COULD TRUST.

AND TO TOM'S SURPRISE, BEN THEN DUG UP THE GROUND

WHERE BONES FROM AN OLD BURIAL SITE WERE FOUND!

NOW THE SCIENTIST KNEW HE HAD STUMBLED ON GOLD,

into my eyes causing my cortisol levels to spike and shutting down the amount of REM

sleep that I get, but for ten dollars - literally guys, these things were ten dollars on Amazon,

they're called Blue Blockers, completely shuts down the blue rays from all electronics and

I notice that I don't get headaches anymore because I've got lighter eyes, so my eyes

are more sensitive.

I never get headaches from staring at my screen.

And even when it's really dark and you're just staring at this bright iPhone screen

like it strains the shit out of your eyes.

This is going to actually reduce the headaches, reduce any type of eye fatigue that you get

from staring at those bright screens, so pick up a pair of blue blockers, increase that

testosterone.

Tip number two is intermittent fasting.

Now research has shown that intermittent fasting actually makes your androgen receptors more

sensitive towards testosterone, so doing intermittent fasting is a great way to increase the sensitivity

of those androgen receptors, secrete more testosterone in your body and also it's an

awesome way to decrease your body fat, so remember intermittent fasting simply means

you have an eating window and you have a fasting window, so at the minimum you want to have

a 16 hour fast every single day to really increase the sensitivity of those androgen

receptors, so just pack all your food into a small eating window.

You absolutely do not have to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours to maximize those testosterone

levels.

Try out intermittent fasting, get some blood work done and I guarantee you you will have

much higher natural testosterone levels.

Tip number three, ZMA plus Brazil.

Every single night within one hour of bed time I will want you to take three ZMA pills

and consume two Brazil nuts.

Now, zinc, magnesium and selenium these are three essential minerals that are so crucial

for high testosterone levels and they are three of the most common mineral deficiencies.

In fact magnesium is the number one mineral deficiency in the United States, across the

world in fact.

And magnesium levels can become really low from a lot of different reasons that's why

it's so common of a deficiency.

They can become low from excessive caffeine and stimulant use.

They can become low from even being really mentally stressed out, through consuming alcohol,

so there's a lot of different ways it can lower your magnesium level, but simply having

two Brazil nuts every single night which are super high in selenium and taking three ZMA

pills which is zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, you can assure that you do not dip too

low on those levels and you can secrete the maximum amount of anabolic hormones.

Tip number four - sprint your way to alpha status.

According to AnabolicMen.com there are four different powerful research studies which

show just two bouts, two short bouts of high intensity interval training where you're firing

up your fast-twitch muscle fibers for just even four to six minutes, doing this twice

a week can absolutely sky rocket not only your testosterone but your DHEA and your human

growth hormone levels.

We're going to go into tip number five in a second, but I want you to think of it like

this - any extreme event that just forces your body so far outside its comfort zone

that it's forced to adapt, that's going to increase your testosterone levels.

So tip number five I'm going to get into these different forms of exercise and a few other

outside-the-box things such as taking an ice bath and how it increases your natural testosterone

levels, but if you just think of it logically your body secretes testosterone out of survival.

Your body just doesn't secrete testosterone because it wants to, so when you force your

body into these powerful stages of adaptation where you're running for your life, so say

for instance you are running for your life.

You have a serial killer chasing you, you have a polar bear, whatever it may be and

you're running for your life, so you're running as fast as humanly possible, your body's going

to secrete more hormones out of survival.

I want you to kind of reverse engineer that because in the same respect, the more intense

form of exercise that you do and just the more intense - doing an ice bath which is

basically torturing yourself jumping in a bucket full of ice, that's going to also increase

your testosterone because your body''s trying to survive.

It doesn't want to freeze to death.

So tip number five, let me dive into all these different forms of exercise.

I actually have them on my phone because the list is rather long and I couldn't remember

the entire list.

So testosterone boosting training.

Now I'm going to get some heat on this, but every single day I want you to either do sprint

intervals or one of these things on my T-boosting training list.

I want you to do this every single day for 30 straight days if you're serious about really

jacking up your testosterone levels to the point where if you got some blood work, a

doctor would actually think you're on anabolic steroids.

So I in fact did this exact same routine last year.

I got my testosterone levels checked.

It was like a 1275 and the doctor assumed I was on a small dose of testosterone.

I want you to do one of these forms of testosterone boosting training every single day and even

if it's just one or two sets out of one of these exercises and keep in mind, some of

these you can even do at home, so between the ice bath, between the sprint intervals

and between the isometrics which you can do at home, you have no excuse not to do one

of these so barbell squat, barbell deadlift, any type of dumbbell or barbell pressing,

any type of dumbbell or barbell rowing, like dumbbell one armed row, barbell rows, sprint

intervals box jumps, leap jumps, excuse me leap ups, dumbbell squat jumps.

And then these are the ones you can do at home, dumbbell, oh no, wall sits until failure,

pushups until failure, upper arms and chest isometric hold, upper back and traps isometric

hold and quadriceps isometric hold.

All you have to do is do one of these things every single day even if it's only one or

two sets.

Do that every single day for 30 straight days and I guarantee you, you will have super high

testosterone levels.

And by the way the upper arm and chest isometric hold is just like going like this and tensing

and flexing that muscle for as long as you can until failure.

The upper back and traps is where you're like this where you're like pressing your traps

up and your upper back up and you're going to hold this isometric position for as long

as you can and then the quad you can go one arm at a time.

Like if you're sitting down you just squeeze the quad muscle for like 60 seconds.

It sounds super simple, but it is in fact really difficult.

So I want you to do one of these testosterone boosting training tricks every single day

for 30 straight days.

And keep me updated.

If you have the budget or you have an easily accessible doctor, you can get some blood

work, take your blood work before you do this and then take it right after, like after on

day 31.

Let me know your results and I guarantee you, you will have such higher testosterone levels.

Remember your body is an adaptation machine.

Force your body outside its comfort zone and you're going to be an anabolic machine.

Metro Vancouver municipalities prepare for more potholes, road damage due to winter weather

Snow and ice aren't the only hazards Lower Mainland drivers face this winter — potholes

are also causing issues across the region.

"There will be more potholes — there always is after cold weather," said Jamie Umpleby,

director of public works for the City of Coquitlam.

"It really isn't unexpected for this to happen."

Potholes form when water gets into cracks in asphalt, seeps in between layers and into

the ground underneath, then freezes, expands and causes larger cracks.

When the ice thaws, the weakened asphalt collapses.

Thanks to the multiple freezing and thawing cycles that have taken place since early December,

potholes are popping up everywhere, from the Oak Street Bridge in Vancouver to the streets

of Surrey.

Although most City of Vancouver staff are focused on snow and ice mitigation, a couple

of crews began to repair potholes on Tuesday, starting with high-priority locations.

The city anticipates more damage than usual due to the weather.

Each year, Vancouver repairs an average of 32,000 potholes.

Rob Costanzo, Surrey's manager of engineering operations, said the city typically deals

with 7,000 potholes per year and the last harsh winter, which was 2008/2009, added about

2,000 potholes to the annual tally.

Since the week of Dec. 5, when the snow first started to fall, Costanzo's department has

fielded 192 service requests about potholes.

Many of those requests include multiple people complaining about the same pothole.

In December, crews filled in 700 potholes.

Other than that, Costanzo said, there have been no major road issues.

"We just don't have enough snow," he said.

"It's relatively tame compared to other parts of Canada, where they have greater concerns."

So far, the City of North Vancouver's main roads have not been hit by many extra potholes,

but the freezing and thawing cycles will likely result in more road maintenance when temperatures

become more spring like.

"Right now our priority is ensuring the streets are cleared and passable, particularly

the main roads and collector routes," said city spokeswoman Connie Rabold.

The District of North Vancouver expects some minor damage as a result of snow, cold temperatures

and salt use, but a spokeswoman said the regular maintenance budget will cover the cost of

any related road repairs.

City of Richmond spokeswoman Kim Decker said the city does not anticipate any significant

infrastructure or road damage from salt or cold temperatures, other than a handful of

water main breaks as temperatures rise and thawing begins.

"We have regular maintenance programs in place to deal with these events," she said.

Umpleby said Coquitlam has had an increase in calls about potholes and crews out patching.

Thus far there haven't been any significant holes.

The extent of the damage will depend on how long it stays cold and how deep the frost

penetrates.
