Hello! This demonstration video will show you how to use MokaPOS

As your POS in the field of Service Business such as Barbershop, Salon, Spa and similar businesses.

In the below section at the first platform, there is three tabs displayed

Which is favorites, to show frequent selling items

And then library for the complete menu per category

And the last one is custom amount to input nominal which is not available in the library

Now back to the Favorites tab, If you are in a situation where a customer wants to choose a full cut

A pop-up like this will show where we can choose kapster as a variant

For example, you can choose Jack for the variant

We can also add discounts

Order that is in the process can be stored by clicking the save button

If there is a change or an addition in the number of items

you can click that item and the change will be done instantaneously

MokaPOS also offers the feature CRM where you can select customer's database which has been registered

Or for new customers, you can register their information here.

The Feature "save bill" is very assisting in dealing with daily customers

For ongoing transactions, order can be saved

And can be reopened if there is changes

Payments options that are available are

Cash

Card

And others

For cash, Moka suggest a certain nominal that is frequently used by customers when paying

to ease the cashier

If the amount of cash given is not in option

You can insert the received nominal in the custom amount tab manually

And click charge

When the transaction is completed, Moka will show the amount of change needed to be given to the customer

In this display the cashier can also choose to send the receipt through E-mail to the customer

The advantage of E-mail receipt is that customer can give feedback about the service given

Which will assist you to build a better business

Other than that, receipt can also be printed using a printer

All of your transactions can be seen in the activity tab

Where you can discover the details

And items that is included in those transactions

On our MokaPOS website

You can log in by using an email that is registered

The first display of the back-office

Which is the dashboard, where you can observe the sales summary

If you have more than one branch of business

You can observe reports from each branch or from all of your branches at the same time

Just by changing the selection in the dropdown menu outlet

You can also see the sales reports per day, and also get the analysis

On days, and also peak hours in your shop

You can also look at the top selling items per category

For a further more complete reports, you can select the report page

On the report tab, you can find different reports such as sales summary

Payment methods, to see sales reports based on the method of payment

And also item sales for the sales report per item

Where you can also track which kapster that complete how many of their service in a certain period

All of these reports that is provided by Moka can also be exported in the format of Microsoft Excel

And can be used to be the division of commission for the following kapster

The Library tab shows all item on your particular outlet

And editing is also available options such as

Adding

Changing

Or erasing item that is available

You can also keep track on the stock of your pomade that is still available

Customers tab

Shows all of the database of your past customer that has made a transaction in your particular outlet

On the feedback page, you can read feedbacks that is written by your customer via the link in the email receipts

From here you can obtain the feedback on the bad or the good on your service

And you can also respond to all of the complains from your customers

On the employees tab, you can create accounts for your staffs and place them accordingly to your designated outlet

Moka prioritizes security for you by creating a feature that enables you to create a code to authorize transactions

Demo of Moka POS for F&B Businesses - Duration: 6:41.

Hello!

This demonstration video will show you how to use Moka POS

as your point of sale for F&B businesses,

such as coffee-shops, quick-service restaurants, bakeries, etc.

In the main Interface, you can see there are 3 tabs at the bottom:

"Favorite", which shows frequent selling items,

"Library", which shows the complete menu by category,

and finally "Custom Amount",

to input custom amounts for items that are not registered in the Library.

Back to the "Favorite" page

For example, a customer wants to order one Iced Milk Tea.

A pop-up will appear where you will be able to choose the item variant and modifier.

For instance, you can choose Large as the size variant and for the modifier,

you can choose Aloe Vera and Bubble,

50% sugar for sugar level.

We can also increase the item quantity here,

and apply discounts.

If there is a special request from the customer,

you can add it in the Note section.

The order can be finalised by pressing "Save".

Changes on an order can be made by pressing the item itself.

Moka POS also provides CRM feature,

where you can choose registered customer from the database

or for new customers, you can add their profile here.

"Save Bill" feature allows you to serve customers who want to pay later.

You can input the table number or the customer profile to save the bill,

which can be re-opened later if you need to make any changes.

"Print Ticket" feature makes it easy to do split printing for each item category.

For example, you can print food at the kitchen printer,

and beverages at the bar printer.

You can configure the printers to print bills or order tickets from the "Settings" menu.

When checking out, Moka gives you the feature to identify the waiter

who serves the customer.

The payment option provided are cash,

Card,

and Others.

For cash, Moka suggests the nominal amount which is likely to be used by the customer to speed up the transaction.

If the cash amount is not in the suggestion option,

you can input it manually here and press charge.

If cash transaction is used,

Moka will show you the Change

that is owed to the customer.

In this interface cashier has the option

to send the receipt via email to the customer.

Email receipt has many advantages for you and your customer.

Your customers will be able send feedback directly from the email receipts,

which will help you to improve your business.

Receipts can also be printed using a printer.

All transaction history is listed in the activity tab,

where you can see the details

and items on a specific transaction

On the Moka POS website,

you can login by inputing your registered email and password.

On the Dashboard page,

you will be able to see the sales overview.

If you have more than one outlet,

you can view reports for each or all of the outlets

by changing the outlet selection in the drop down menu.

Here you can see sales reports per day,

and look at the peak hours at your store.

You can also see your top selling item for each category.

For a complete report, you can go to the Report page.

On the Report page,

you can look at reports such as Sales Summary,

Payment Methods to see your sales based on payment type,

and also item sales

for sales reports by item for a particular time-frame.

All report provided by Moka

can be exported to Excel.

On the Library page,

you can view your existing items for each outlet.

You can also create new items,

edit existing items,

or delete items.

On the Customer page,

you can will look at your customer database for all outlets.

On the feedback page,

you can see the feedback that your customers submitted via the email receipts.

This gives you insights on how your customer service

and also allows you to respond to all your customer complaints.

On the Employees page,

you can create account for your employees and assign them to specific outlets.

Moka prioritizes on your security,

Moka allows you to create a PIN to authorize certain activities

to minimize fraud or any other undesired actions.

If you have more than one outlet,

you can create additional outlets on this page.

Click "Create Outlet"

to create an additional outlet.
