2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp chickpeas flour, 2 tbsp cashew paste,
1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, 1 tbsp pepperrika, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp lemon juice
to marinate cheese
yogurt
chickpeas flour
salt
red chili powder
turmeric powder
lemon juice
mustard oil
mix well
cheese
mix well
keep it in a refrigerator for 15 mins
heat oil
fry till golden brown from both sides
set aside
heat oil and butter
roast cumin seeds
asafoetida
mix
onion
cook on medium heat for 2 mins
ginger-garlic paste
mix well
green chili
mix well
turmeric powder
salt
garam masala
fenugreek powder
mix well
tomato puree
mix well
pepperrika
mix well
sugar
mix well
cover and again cook for 8-10 mins
cook till oil starts leaving the sides
marinated mixture
mix well
cashew paste
mix well
1/2 cup water
mix well
cook on medium heat for 2 mins
fried cheese
mix well and turn the heat off
cilantro for garnish
mix well
paneer tikka masala is ready
