Let Office 365 write your to do list for you - Duration: 3:33.
Hi, I'm David Stiernholm.
I've found something that I really want to show you.
Let's say that there are things you do at work that you do more than once, maybe even quite often.
And, they are not small tasks, but rather more like projects that take more than a workday, consisting of a number of small tasks.
You do them every once in a while, for different clients, for different months, for different (something).
They are not entirely identical - there is always something that is unique.
Surely, you then don't want to write all the todo tasks they consist of on your todo list manually?
Rather, you would want them to appear on the list automatically,
so that you can focus on doing things instead of on writing that there are things you have to do?
I have found a way to do that if you are an Office 365 user.
Here's how.
Let's assume that you use Outlook Tasks for your todo list
a tool more Outlook users should use, I think.
And just to have an example to play with,
let's say that I want to bake a series of pastries.
In Planner in Office 365, I create a new board which will serve as my bakery.
To make things simple, I set up only two columns: To bake and have baked.
In Flow, I create a new flow that will represent a template containing the different tasks I have to do when baking any pastry.
As a trigger, I choose "When a new task is created" in Planner and I choose to work with my plan Bakery.
Then, I add the first action, namely that I want a new task to be created in Outlook tasks when there's a new task created in Planner.
I formulate the task as "Buy ingredients for " and add the particular pastry that I want to bake from the new task in Planner.
I want this to be done a week before I intend to serve the pastry, so I calculate the task's due date by using the addDays function.
That is, the due date for the baked pastry minus 7 days.
I add two more steps and then, my template is done.
The last thing I want to do is notify myself that the "recipe" containing all tasks needed for baking a certain pastry is prepared in my todo list.
I'll do that by letting Flow send me an email.
Let's say that we want to bake cookies.
In Planner, create a task with the title "cookies", set a due date for the cookies and…
… when you shortly after receive an email saying that the plan is prepared,
go to your todo-list in Outlook Tasks and there,
you'll find three automatically created tasks that represent what you have to do to bake your cookies, each with the correct, calculated due date.
This way, you'll get your tasks written without you having to write them, when doing things that you do more than once.
You'll spend less time maintaining your todo list and have more time for doing the things on your list.

Amazing Convert Story "My Mom Started to Pick Hijabs For Me" - Duration: 19:38.
- Do you remember the day you became Muslim? - Yes, I remember the day I became Muslim I went
to Friday prayer to khutbah and after that I went to ask the Imam a question about Islam
because I've been doing research about Islam and he answered my question and then kind
of the discussion went on and on and on and it came to what so why aren't you Muslim if
you will be this this and this then what are you waiting for so I ended up converting there
took my Shahada and Alhamdulillah so you weren't you weren't you didn't wake up that morning
thinking I'm going to become a Muslim today what did it surprise you when you you know
when you waiting for a khutba listen you left as a Muslim yes I was very surprised shocked
but when I look back on it I'm really happy that I took this step because it is a big
step that's really hard to decide it's hard to wake up and say today I'm going to convert
like this is it I'm going to change my life so I'm glad that that I I did really good
but now I can take the next steps to becoming a better Muslim and learning prayer and learning
fasting and all the next steps how long have you been researching Islam before you reverted
that day I that's a hard question I I learned little bits and pieces I took a course at
the University a few years ago and it was I guess a few years before the point when
I became Muslim and it was about comparative religion so I did touch on Islam there and
I felt that it was a really nice religion I remember talking about it but saying it's
way too strict for me it's for other people but it's beautiful religion and at that point
in my life I when I converted I was looking for something like I didn't feel the need
that I wanted to change my life and so I started I took her an Islamic course at the University
and so there I was asking questions I was learning so much about it surrounding my started
I started to surround myself with other Muslims asking them lots of questions and that was
probably in the summer I converted in November I think it was around the summer that I really
started asking questions surrounding myself with Muslims started going to the front khutbahs
and I guess there's only a few months before took the step tell me tell me how your relationship
with your mother has changed since you've embraced Islam well before I had not so close
a relationship with my mom and even she would ask me to do kind of get an attitude and think
that I don't have to do anything for her and just like any typical teenager I guess but
then when I converted to Islam or when they started looking into Islam I learned that
we're supposed to treat our mothers with respect and she's the most important person to treat
with respect you get a lot of reward for for helping your mother treating her well and
you just realized that how much she went through to raise you and how you should do the same
for her you should help like take care of her and I mean nobody wants to be doing everything
in the house alone like before I wouldn't clean anything I wouldn't cook anything I
was a terrible teacher I guess but but now I really realized like if she's doing that
by herself that's terrible like I should help her and it probably makes her feel so much
better now that I'm helping and it's me us a lot closer it's better to us a lot closer
now she's like one of my best friends and she comes to events and he told me a story
about that your mother somebody it when her friends was interested or she was having some
doubts about her faith and your mother had had some advice for her can you explain to
me about that yeah my mom's not Muslim and she's not really at the point where she's
looking to become Muslim but she is reading a lot about Islam and through her readings
I think she's become quite sympathetic to Islam and and realizes the good goodness that's
in it so when she was talking to one of her friends the other day her friends had taken
on a Bible study scores she's Christian and she wanted to learn more about her own religion
so after completing the course she realized that in the Bible I'm not sure because I didn't
study Christianity but this is just what she was saying that in the Bible the women had
treated so well or they're not presented to how many rights or she didn't like the way
that women were portrayed in the Bible basically and that was one of the reasons she stopped
going to church after taking the Bible studies course which should be the other way around
that it study a religion that you become more more into the faith and have more faith but
my mom her response to that was to recommend that she start reading the Quran even though
my mom is not really reading the Quran but when you read about Islam like it comes out
she pointed out that in the Quran women are revered respected Islam gave women their rights
she had all this to see since you know you started your new journey in the faith you've
obviously gone through some changes one of them being you're wearing the hijab how is
that been for you and that that change and have you when you experience from other people
that that have seen you undergo that change and maybe some comments they've made questions
or even any any sort of objections and ways have any anything at all i started to wearing
the hijab about a year and a half ago I think and since I've been Muslim for three years
it was what a year and a half after I converted and my friends like I said I didn't just put
it on one day I mean first it was wearing clothing than it was covering my arms and
coverings here and basically all that needed to finish was my head so they were kind of
prepared for it in that sense and but they haven't really said too much about it the
only comments that I get are sometimes that it might look or you could look better if
she styled it this way or or things like that but nobody's given me any real problems of
it and my mom as well she's been quite supportive and she she called me at first from a television
show I've never seen but and she made comments like well you could look better without it
but why are you wearing it but she never gave me any real like any huge problem about it
and now even it's just she picking hijabs for me giving them to me she's adjusting my
hijab if it's showing like my neck or something here she fix it for me which I think says
a lot about how she supports me wearing it even though she might not prefer that I wear
it but she has agreed how does it make you feel now that you look back at both ways well
it definitely protects you I feel like my relationships like before I would mingle at
the University and no problem and but now I'm really conscious of that and I think other
people are conscious of the fact that I'm wearing hijab so when a guy approaches me
he won't approach me in the same way that he would have before so I definitely notice
the difference with that which is like I was worried how people would react to me about
getting a job in airport I haven't had any problems nobody said anything to me I work
reacted well like I was scared to ask them can I pray I was scared to put the hijab without
asking them that what our Christmas Day I was so supported there Alhamdulillah one of
the people that I was worried about she came to me the day that I wore it I didn't tell
anyone that I was going where I just wore it and she came and she was like I'm so proud
of you it looks so nice on you even my supervisor came and said wow it looks really nice and
I had so much support Alhamdulillah have you been taking any advantage of any any offerings
that the sensor has to offer if so what are they can you speak a little bit about what
those things when I first converted to Islam there was a course at the Center for converts
to Islam or reverts teaching the Muslims and basically we would go in and ask all of our
questions and it was really good because everyone was in the same position we're all going through
the same it's like a support group kind of with a a guide teacher and I'm still friends
with those people so it was really good to go ahead cuz I wouldn't have met any Muslims
otherwise it really brought us together and we asked any question we asked all questions
that you can imagine and it was really good resource for us and the beginning teaching
us how to pray teaching us how to deal with our families because it's a shock for our
families what without can't eat pork basic things that some people might not realize
that a new muscle needs to know it means and then later on I decided to start taking Arabic
classes which is also offered at the CID and they've been really great they have a really
good teacher Mohammad Yafa and he's knowledgeable about Islam about the Quran he studied Arabic
the language and he's also studied linguistics and you can apply them he's really good Mashallah
and a really strong resource that we have here for teaching we have met other people
who are interested in Islam and I just remember how I felt at that time and I remember how
nice people were with me so I try and do the same because I know I have a big influence
on me it's it's really nice to see the the people coming and I hope that we can continue
to give them the support that I had at the time what you know towards that summer you
know when you were what struck you about Islam that you said this is something interesting
here like what was it in particular or any or many or a couple of things what what when
you started reading what you would appeal to you um I was at a point in my life when
I felt like everything like there was no morals in this society and just everything seemed
to be reinforcing that and I was just wondering what is the point of life and if everyone
is just some greedy take take take be independent and it was just frustrating and kind of discouraging
and then like I started reading about Islam I realized that life isn't like that like
this like sharing and there's a purpose to living there's a purpose to worship our Creator
that we were created there are guidelines for living and the reason that you should
be good and not greedy or not taking advantage of others is because there's an afterlife
and you're going to be accountable for that and it seemed to just make perfect sense for
the time of my life that I was in and then from there I learned about the miracles that
are in the Quran and other things like that that helps support it but that was basically
what called me to Islam any advice for people out there who may be a little lost and searching
and hurting and there's a lot of there isn't there some don't even know they're someone
oh they're but don't even know the first you know step up oh maybe there's another way
you know because all they see is just the physical you can get this by this do this
it'll it'll make you feel better and life goes on and maybe somebody's watching you
right now as a person that's growing up here you know that now you you know you you made
a change and how it's affected what what advice do you have for someone that may be watching
you that it's feeling like they just don't get it what's going on basically I just started
reading about different religions and even reading different religions than you realize
which one's for you and I think that be Islam obviously but I think in reading about other
religions I realized how strong Islam is and also someone that given me the advice they
I wasn't even sure if I believed in God before I was really questioning everything but they
said if you have a small belief in God then just pray to God to up and guide you and this
is before I was interested in Islam I mean if anyone has any belief in a creator just
pray in whatever way and ask for guidance and then that's how you can be guided to the
truth that's what the advice has given to me and as I was praying I'd pray all the time
and then I found myself learning more and more and more about Islam well I know it's
struggle but like when you become Muslim it's not just easy after that that's in the truth
test that's when the true test starts and like we're always going to be tested on our
faith so you just have to be strong and keep praying and asking for guidance surround yourself
with good people who are knowledgeable about Islam because it can also be really confusing
when someone who says that they're Muslim tells you one thing and says that they're
Muslim tells you another thing so just make sure that you're going to the right people
whether it be an Imam or someone at the mosque because having Muslim friends doesn't necessarily
mean that they they know how to advise that that may be one of the benefits of becoming
a Muslim born Canadian become a Muslim you can learn it from sort of do your own investigation
you don't just learn it from the way your father practices or your mother practice that
you dig out the way yeah it's sometimes it can be confusing because you see other Muslims
like you want the easy path they liked it when you convert to Islam you think okay I
converted I'm going to pray but I'll never wear hijab or I'll be one of those Muslims
like look at all these women who are strong in their belief and they don't wear hijab
or I keep using the hijab as an example buttons you know what I there's other things like
they go to parties or something and but they still pray so I want to be like I could be
like them but then you realize that you shouldn't take Islam from how people act if it doesn't
mean that it's correct like that's how I started this oh well I'll fit so much better fit in
so much better if I can take this moderate path but then as a ribbon and learned then
you realize that no I have to take this next step because if you really want to submit
in this you have to do it as we're supposed to so do you find when you submit you say
sometimes it's harder than you do what benefits do you receive from submitting and you're
like what what does it do for you as a person submitting to your Creator things become easier
like I find my life is so much less dramatic now it's I mean it's not always easy but you
do get a lot of peace when you make you know you've made a good decision and so you feel
stronger about yourself you feel happier you feel more at peace and knowing that you're
doing the right thing and Inshallah you'll get reward from that how does how does Islam
give you hope well Islam makes me feel more positive about life in general knowing that
there's a purpose it gives me hope that we can work together as a community and and make
changes and the things that I grew up finding wrong about the society I hope that we can
have a good influence for our children growing up how are we supposed to deal with people
that you know our Christian friends and people that don't have the same religious beliefs
that we do we're supposed to we're supposed to respect everyone I think there's even a
surah about respecting "To you is your religion, and to me is my religion" (Quran: 109:6) so
we're supposed to keep good relations yeah we're supposed to deal with everyone as long
as they don't tell us to do something against Islam that we should have respect and
I just think like if if people had treated me bad I never would have converted to Islam
like if all the Muslims one of the things my mom really supports as she sees the change
in me and she really she's so happy with it she can like night and day overall change
was definitely she's really happy and she defines it with other people she comes to
Islamic events she always has wonderful things to say about the women that she meets at the
event so you have to be like you never know who's going to be become a Muslim even people
who completely reject Islam like if you have patience at them they can become Muslims

Bekah Martinez Calls Out Arie Luyendyk Jr. for DM'ing Her After The Bachelor - Duration: 2:04.
Bekah Martinez Calls Out Arie Luyendyk Jr. for DM'ing Her After The Bachelor
Even Chris Harrison couldnt have predicted this drama. After Arie Luyendyk Jr.
broke up with the woman he proposed to on Mondays episode of The Bachelor, Bekah Martinez called out the former race car driver on Twitter and accused him of direct messaging her after the show. The 23-year-old nanny tweeted screenshots of their alleged exchanges.
One image showed Luyendyk messaging her on Feb. 2 (after the show) about a picture showing Martinezs face on a milk carton.
Earlier that month, it was revealed that Martinez, a.k.a Bekah M, had at one time been on a missing persons list. This may just win the internet today, Luyendyk wrote in the message.
Such a shame they didnt use your license photo. Lol! I made that, Martinez responded at the time. So there was no way in hell I was using the license photo…hahaha. Luyendyk then wrote back, So good.
You seriously crack me up. Hope all is well.. However, this isnt the only time Luyendyk reached out. According to Martinezs screenshots, he also messaged her on Feb.
3 and wrote Just realized you were born the same year as my first 2-on-1. The age gap between Martinez and Luyendyk was a hot topic on the show.
DMing your ex is a good look too @ariejr, Martinez wrote alongside the messages. She then tweeted, Yeah Arie was probably being friendly but guess what I DONT CARE HAHAHA, BOY BYEEEEE..
Martinezs tweets come shortly after Luyendyk proposed to Becca Kufrin and the broke up with her on the season finale.
During the break up, Luyendyk said he still had feelings for the shows runner up Lauren Burnham. Martinez defended Kufrin on social media and continued to slam Luyekndyk. hahahahahaha @ariejr is the biggest f--king tool Ive ever seen, she wrote.
Becca is a queen. Thank the LORD hes out of her life.. Dont miss E! News every weekday at 7 and 11 p.

Angelic message for twin flames - ALLOW THE LOVE BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU TO BE SHARED FREELY - Duration: 2:32.
Welcome to your angelic message for us twin flames from March 5th till March 11th of 2018.
The angels want to mention to us for the upcoming week that there might be emotional explosions
or passionate discussions the upcoming week and that we should realize that this is happening
because the relationships in our lives want to be lifted to a higher level.
With this they mean the relationship with our twin flame, but also with others in our
lives.
These discussions also come up for us to rekindle the magic within our twin flame connection,
but also to rekindle the spark for life in itself.
Secondly, the angels want to mention to us that we shouldn't have such a defensive position
towards life.
We should want to release the battle that is going on within us, but also the battle
we are having with life, to no longer fight the circumstances in our lives, but rather
allow them to be what they are.
Allow the protective wall that you have built around you to crumble.
Allow people but also your twin flame to get into your deepest being.
It is safe for you to be this vulnerable, to open yourselves up.
Furthermore, the angels want to tell us that we should want to open our hearts so as to
allow the love between us in our twin flames to rejoice.
Allow this love to be shared freely between the two of you, but also between you and the
people in your environment, even if this means that you will have to be more vulnerable.
Celebrate life, be totally open for everything, to all that life has to offer, and to all
that life wants to bring to you as by magic.
Lastly, the angels want to give you some advice.
The upcoming week it will be very important that you get back to you, that you allow yourself
to take some rest, and to spend some time in silence, and all by yourself, in silent
and spontaneous contemplation.
To know that your truly want and need out of life, to come to your deeply personal definition
of what happiness and inner peace means to you.
Some of you might feel that you are stuck in your circumstances, the situation you find
yourself in, but this only on the surface of things.
The truth of the situation is that you are finding yourself in this situation for a very
good reason, and that reason is that there will nothing else for you to do, but to rest,
and to allow important and even deeply necessary insights to arise within you about you.

that we're running, meet with us on a one-to-one basis, develop your business
plan and we can then put you in front of a panel where you can pitch for that a
