Mercedes AMG subtly updates its C 63 lineup for New York - Duration: 3:43.

On the heels of the 2018 New York International Auto Show industry preview days, Mercedes-AMG

took over New York City's premiere Mercedes-Benz dealer in Manhattan to reveal the updated

C 63 AMG lineup.

The 2019 C 63 models include a revised coupe, convertible, and sedan, which were all showcased

alongside the all-new AMG GT 63 S four-door coupe at the Javits center.

The W205-based C 63 AMG surfaced back in 2015, beginning with the sedan.

The latest C 63 AMG models receive a list of updates to keep it up with the times.

But the changes only amount to subtle updates to exterior and interior design elements.

That means the C 63's 4.0-liter biturbo V8 remains unchanged in both power guises,

serving up either 469 horsepower in standard form or 503 for the S model, and a 0-60 time

in the neighborhood of four seconds.

The AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT nine-speed automatic, however, does benefit from some recalibrating,

which Mercedes-AMG says allows the updated C 63 to shift faster under hard acceleration.

The suspension and chassis also remain the same, though Mercedes-AMG implemented some

changes to the AMG DYNAMICS driver-selectable profiles, which adjust the behavior of the

adaptive suspension; the response of the throttle, engine, and transmission; and the steering.

For instance, there are new agility functions as part of AMG DYNAMICS, offering "Basic,"

"Advanced," "Pro," and "Master" profiles, in addition to the six pre-existing

drive programs

As for those styling updates, the C 63 models across the board sport new front grille and

a reworked lower fascia, slightly reshaped side skirts, and new AMG light-alloy designs

on the outside.

According to Mercedes-AMG, the changes amount to functional improvements with the C 63's

aerodynamics, improving the cooling of the brakes while increasing efficiency of air

flow.

The rear also benefites from some changes, with updated double exhaust tips and a remodeled

rear diffuser.

On the inside, Mercedes AMG introduced a new combination of Mercedes-Benz's legendary

MB-Tex vinyl and Dinamica microfiber for the seats.

Buyers can also opt for new three new choices of interior trim: Natural Grain Grey Oak Wood,

Natural-Grain Walnut, Wood, and a combination of carbon fiber and aluminum.

Also helping to change up the interior are new steering wheel designs, revisions to the

visual display units, and the inclusion of a new built-in racetrack timing clock and

data logger, as part of the all-new AMG Track Pace option.

Mercedes-AMG says the new C 63 AMG models will hit your nearest showrooms in early 2019,

with pricing to be announced closer to that date.

During a press conference for the KBS drama, The Miracle That We Met, writer Baek Mi Kyung revealed that EXO's Kai was cast for his good looks!.

Kai plays the role of "Ato," a messenger who looks like he jumped out of the pages of a comic book.

When Baek Mi Kyung was asked about the casting decision for Ato, she revealed that Kai was chosen because he had the perfect image.

"Ato is mysterious, yet he has strong visuals.

We needed a handsome actor so we cast Kai.

I am completely satisfied with the casting." — Park Mi Kyung.

The Miracle That We Met will begin airing on April 2, and is about a man who switches lives with another man.

They share the same name and age, but no other similarities.

Kai will star alongside actors Kim Myung Min, Kim Hyun Joo, Ra Mi Ran, and Go Chang Suk.

5. Wooden Pot Holder

With a little bit of sweat and imagination,

you can turn weathered wood boards into a pot holder.

Join two boards by adding three small scraps of wood.

Position hose clamps and strap hinges on the boards.

Attach the hose clamps with screws about 16 ½" apart

and place the strap hinges near the top and bottom of the boards and above 3 inches above the pots.

Drill a hole through the hose clamp and fasten with a screw.

Lean your new pot holder against the window for direct sunlight.

This easy and cheap vertical organizer idea for indoor garden won't take all day to make!

4. Rustic Planter Box

Repurpose scraps of wood you have at home as a planter box to create an upright fairy indoor garden.

Collect your old wood fences and nail them together to make a square shape.

Don't make the box too big and too small, better go with 30 x 23 x 30 inches wide.

Add a top edge to the planter and nail it in place and you will have a matching squared corners.

Fill your new planter with large plants or house trees

or you can opt for succulents and moss.

Fill the planter with old Styrofoam so it won't be so heavy and about 5 inches of soil on top.

Build little legs to allow drainage through the slats in the wood.

3. Hang Your Plants!

Make sure you have a scrap wood and pots (duh! Obviously) ready with you.

Start by placing a pot upside down on the wood.

Mark a square around the pot leaving a 1" bolder on the sides and cut with a chop saw.

Make two circles where one is ¼" smaller

and drill bit the smaller one to create a hole.

Use a jigsaw to cut around the other circle to fit the pot.

Drill a hole in each corner of the wood for the rope to thread through.

Paint the wood then cut four 6 foot pieces of rope and thread them through the holes

and tie a knot in each rope underneath for your bottom piece.

Tie another knot above the last knot and add the next wood square

and slide it down to rest on the knots you just created.

Repeat this process depending on how many pots you want to hang.

2. Mason Jars for Herb Planters

Make a vertical herb planter with scraps of wood fence and mason jars.

Attach hose clamps to the board with screws

and leave 10 inches between each clamp.

Fill the jars with one cup of gravel for drainage purpose.

Add the herbs to each jar and position the jars in each hose clamp

and tighten them with a screwdriver.

Place the vertical planter near a sunny window.
