Waching daily Mar 30 2018

The hype train has started again, let's slow it down a little before it derails.

The sheer amount of speculation happening at the moment, not just by youtubers but by

a large portion of the fan base is heading toward disaster.

We appear to be doomed to repeat the mistakes of the initial release, where not only were

promises not delivered, but hype went crazy.

The failure of the initial release wasn't just Sean Murray's fault at all, if anything,

I believe he never lied, as while my argument here could be considered a little pedantic,

I think it's more likely that he was a little naive in the potential setbacks and difficulty

of their undertaking.

Sean Murray is not a moron, he would know that lieing about features he cannot provide

would be catastrophic, with that in mind, it is very reasonable to assume that he thought

he could provide them at that time, this is backed up by the semi-subtle back tracking

he started doing closer to launch when he realised they weren't going to fully get there.

But then you also have the hype, the insane levels of grand expectations resulting from

the imaginations of a few hundred thousand people that multiplied the negative effects

of the release by a crazy amount.

Now don't get me wrong, it was a failure of a release, but far more of one than it really

deserved.

On that note, we should measure our individual expectations for this, and not go crazy about

what the update may have, because you all have 2 choices.

You can expect the bare minimum of say, a full universe reset with some tweaked generation

settings, maybe a new ship or 2, a new undisclosed feature or 2 to increase multiplayer capabilities

and then be garunteed to enjoy whatever is released.

OR, you can use your imagination to it's greatest effect for the next, potential 4 months, building

an impossible list of new features that will almost definitely not be fully met and then

be dissapointed because you only got 10 of the 40 features you wanted.

Speculation to a degree is fine provided you make it extremely clear that's what it is,

it can also be useful if your speculation is based on logical jumps from hints, but

every so often step back and try to wonder how that feature you want would affect the

game.

For example fully animated avatars, almost every game has them, but No Man's Sky does

not, it's NPC's don't move around they are very minimally animated, so what would it

take for a small team to build fully animated avatars?

it's not like it's a minecraft avatar with 5 joints of movement, that would look massively

out of place, it would need an absolute minimum of 13, they'd probably avoid hair completely

as that's just a nightmare, if they had a AAA 400 man team then sure but they don't,

and of course even if they kept a permanent 1st person view, they'd still need to have

constant animation for reflections and such.

Almost none of the framework for this is in the released version of the game yet, currently,

you are essentially a floating camera, like the original Doom.

VR certainly sounds like a possibility, but consider how much processing power is currently

required to render high textures, because I'm usually recording, even my 1080 and i7

4790k can't handly max settings, and sure my processor isn't current gen but it's still

a better setup than most have, meaning that VR for PC at least would restricted on this

game to less than what VR is already restricted to, as far as people go.

If they've managed some decent optimizations, then it's certainly a possibility, just don't

be sad if it isn't there.

The primary market for No Man's Sky VR would of course be PS4.

I played a little bit of the PSVR when it first came out, it was pretty good but super

low resolution, so I could see it there, but that would likely result in a lot of salt

mining about the difference in quality from normal to VR.

So just bare all this in mind folks and manage your expectations, chances are that if you

are watching this video, you are already subbed and used to my content, I get very very few

hateful comments toward the game so you likely didn't feed into the hype when the game originally

released, but for those who did, and or are doing now, chill out a bit, don't spend an

entire day talking on reddit how you're totally gonna buy your own space station on launch

day (though that would be totally awesome btw HG if you ever watch these, if we're limited

to a single system still for claiming a base when NEXT launches, why not have that lovely

space bound box up for sale to), anywho, where was I?

Oh yeah Manage your expectations <cut before end of word>

The Sahara Desert Is Growing. Here's What That Means - Duration: 6:45.

The Sahara Desert Is Growing. Here's What That Means

The Sahara — the world's biggest hot desert — is getting even bigger.

In fact, it is currently about 10 percent larger than it was nearly a century ago, and scientists suggest that climate change is partly responsible.

In a new study, researchers examined rainfall data gathered across Africa, consulting records dating back to 1920 and noting how changing conditions affected regions around the boundaries of the great desert.

They discovered that while some natural climate cycles could partly explain reduced rainfall and desert expansion southward, human-driven climate change is also playing a part.

And if climate change continues unchecked, the Saharas slow growth will likely continue, the study authors reported. .

Previously, scientists had explored the Saharas expansion by examining satellite data dating back to the 1980s.

This study, which was supported by the U.S.

National Science Foundation, is the first to analyze long-term trends in rainfall and surface air temperature over a timescale of nearly an entire century, the studys lead author, Natalie Thomas, a doctoral candidate in atmospheric and oceanic science at the University of Maryland, told Live Science.

Deserts are defined as places on Earth that receive less than 10 inches (25 centimeters) of rainfall per year, according to the U.S.

Geological Survey (USGS).

With a surface area of about 3.6 million square miles (9.4 million square kilometers), the Sahara is the third-largest desert in the world.

Only the cold deserts are bigger: icy Antarcticas frozen desert spans about 5.5 million square miles (14.2 million square km), and the Arctic desert covers around 5.4 million square miles (13.98 million square km), USGS reported.

A strong expansion.

The study authors originally set out to examine seasonal cycles of temperature and rainfall across Africa, consulting data spanning 1920 to 2013.

But their attention was quickly drawn to trends of decreasing precipitation in the Sahel, a semiarid region linking the Sahara to the savannas of Sudan.

By looking at this more closely, they hoped to discover how rainfall trends might be linked to the Saharas growth over time, according to Thomas.

To a certain extent, many deserts boundaries expand and contract seasonally, as conditions fluctuate between wetter or drier.

But the researchers found that there has been a strong expansion of the Sahara within the 20th century, Thomas said.

Depending on the season, the Sahara experienced growth of at least 11 percent, and it grew by as much as 18 percent during the driest summer months, according to data collected over roughly 100 years.

Over the course of a century, it steadily expanded to become about 10 percent bigger than it was in 1920, the study authors reported.

Much of the Saharas overall size increase can be explained by climate cycles driven by anomalies in sea-surface temperatures.

These cyclical changes in turn affect surface temperatures and precipitation on land, and their impact can last for decades, according to the study.

Decades of drought.

One such cycle, the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation (AMO), entered what is known as a negative phase — with cooler-than-average sea-surface temperatures — in the 1950s, bringing heat and dry conditions to the Sahel region and fueling a drought that lasted until the 1980s, Thomas said.

Using statistical methods, the scientists compensated for the effects of the AMO on average rainfall, and thereby calculated how much of the Saharas growth could be explained by the dryness that the cycles negative phase produces.

They estimated that the AMO accounted for about two-thirds of the deserts expansion — but one-third of the Saharas remaining growth was likely the result of climate change.

The researchers findings point to changes that occur over decades rather than in a single year, and that makes it hard to predict exactly how the Saharas continued growth could affect the wildlife and people near its changing borders.

But as the places where humans grow food become increasingly drier, some areas could become more vulnerable to drought, bringing a greater risk of famine to the people who live there, Thomas said.

The findings were published online today (March 29) in the Journal of Climate.

Tesla's 'day of reckoning' is near as its plunging stock increases financing risk - Duration: 4:49.

Tesla's big stock drop this month will have negative implications for its ability to raise

critically-needed funds, according to Wall Street analysts.

The company's shares declined 22 percent in March on concerns over a fatal car crash in

California last week and worries over its Model 3 production rate.

Tesla's 5.3 percent bond, issued last August and maturing in 2025, also fell 4 percent

to 87.25 cents Wednesday with a yield of 7.6 percent, according to FactSet.

The bond's price declined 8 percent this month.

Morgan Stanley on Wednesday warned Tesla shareholders the stock's fall could be a "self-fulfilling"

prophecy for further declines.

"A lower share price begets a lower share price … For a company widely expected to

continue to fund its strategy through external capital raises, a fall in the share price

can take on a self-fulfilling nature that further exacerbates the volatility of the

share price," analyst Adam Jonas wrote.

Jonas said the company needs to accelerate its rate of Model 3 production if it wants

to raise funds at an attractive price for the company.

"The precise timing of when Tesla can achieve a 2,500/week and then a 5,000/week production

run-rate for its mass market sedan can make the difference between whether Tesla is potentially

raising capital from a position of weakness at a price near our $175 bear case or whether

it can access capital from a position of strength with a stock price near our $561 bull case,"

he wrote.

Another financial firm is already pessimistic over Telsa's Model 3 manufacturing capability.

Moody's downgraded Tesla's credit ratings after the close Tuesday and changed the outlook

to negative from stable, citing the "significant shortfall" in the Model 3 production rate

and its tight financial situation.

Tesla had $3.4 billion in cash or cash equivalents at year end 2017.

The company lost nearly $2 billion last year and burned about $3.4 billion in cash after

capital investments.

Given the company's cash burn rate and how it has $230 million of debt due in Nov. 2018

and another $920 million in Mar. 2019, Moody's believes the company has to raise new capital

soon.

Tesla "faces liquidity pressures due to its large negative free cash flow and the pending

maturities of convertible bonds," the Moody's release said Tuesday.

"The negative outlook reflects the likelihood that Tesla will have to undertake a large,

near-term capital raise in order to refund maturing obligations and avoid a liquidity

short-fall."

Some investors are betting against Tesla, citing its financial liquidity issues and

cash burn woes.

"The losses and heavy capital spending are expected to continue this year.

Over the next twelve months Tesla also has $1.2 billion in convertible bonds coming due,"

Fred Hickey, editor of High Tech Strategist, wrote in an email Wednesday.

"In other words, Tesla has an enormous need for more cash and yet some are beginning to

lose confidence in the company as witnessed by the recent Moody's debt downgrade and sharp

selloff in Tesla bonds.

It looks like a day of reckoning may be ahead."

Hickey owns Tesla put options.

One hedge fund manager believes Tesla's business model is permanently broken.

"Tesla represents a financially non-viable business.

It has an upside-down balance sheet.

The multi-billion cash burn is massive with no end in sight," Accipiter Capital's Gabe

Hoffman wrote in an email Wednesday.

"The financial need for Tesla to issue massive amounts of new equity has been glaringly obvious

for quite some time."

Hoffman cited the recent departures of Tesla executives such as its chief accounting officer

in early March.

"This is an incredibly ominous sign, which I believe confirms my thesis," he wrote.

"Tesla is our fund's largest short position.

We have not covered a single share on this decline."

Tesla did not respond to a request for comment.

Five reasons why this is the best Far Cry game so far! - Far Cry 5 - Duration: 11:23.

What's up guys, Rogue-9 here! As those of you who caught my recent live streams know,

I have been having a ton fun playing Far Cry 5 and in this video, I want to share my thoughts

on some of the upgrades to the franchise that, in my eyes, make this game the best Far Cry

title yet! So let's get started! Since Far Cry Primal took a significant step

away from the rest of the series in terms of the style of the game and Far Cry 1 and

2 are by now so old that any comparison would be unfair, I will be comparing Far Cry 5 mainly

to number 3 and 4. And right out of the gate, there is a massive improvement in Far Cry

5 that for me personally is quite simply game changing.

If you had asked me some years ago "What would be the number one thing you would like

to see improved in the Far Cry 3 or even Far Cry 4?" I would have answered: "The shooting!"

Previous Far Cry titles always used to detect hits using the "hit scan" method.

So your bullets instantly hit whatever you're aiming at, as soon as you hit the fire button.

And while this method can work for games that play out at extremely short ranges, like for

instance Rainbow Six Siege, I really didn't like it in an open world game. Add to this

the fact that combat distances were artificially limited by having bullet simply disappear

in mid-air if you were too far away from your target and you ended up with gunplay that

was so limited that it became kind of immersion breaking.

But "Good news everyone!", with Far Cry 5, Ubisoft have finally implemented ballistic

modelling and now every gun will shoot simulated bullets that come with a certain muzzle velocity

and experience air resistance and gravitational drop. For the first time, it is possible to

have longer range gunfights and the added challenge of having to lead a moving target

at range and compensate for bullet drop makes every hit infinitely more satisfying.

I am kind of surprised that not more people are applauding this subtle, yet hugely significant update.

If this was the only change compared to previous games, I would already be satisfied,

but it doesn't stop there! One of the concerns that many people raised

during my live streams was around the performance problems that specifically Far Cry 4 had had,

especially on PC. Now keep in mind that I have a relatively beefy PC but I can say that

for me, Far Cry 5 runs like an absolute dream. I have all the settings ramped up to the highest

possible setting at a resolution of 1440p and I am still getting between 93-and 96 FPS

while in game. For a predominantly single player game that is all I could ask for and

more and while I am speaking of graphics performance, I have to add that the game looks absolutely gorgeous.

Simply trekking through the Montana countryside, hunting & fishing is an absolute

joy for me and I can play this game for hours at a time without doing a single story mission.

Over to my next point: Far Cry 4 had specific missions where you fought alongside NPC companions

and maybe Far Cry 3 had something like that in a limited form as well (I don't even

remember at this stage) but Far Cry 5 again takes what came before and ramps it up another notch.

You can unlock a total of 9 hero companions plus 3 generic civilian NPCs to fight alongside

you and each one comes with two specific skills that can help you in your quests. A simple,

yet effective, command system allows you to control these companions and one of the best

features of having some support is that when you mess up and get downed (whether it is

through enemy fire or from opening your parachute a little bit too late) your companions will

do their best to come and revive you. Far Cry 4 set a precedent by allowing two

player co-op for side quests and number 5 again takes this one step further by allowing

you to also play the main missions with a friend. Whether you end up coordinating with

your friend to execute bad-ass synchronised shots or melee takedowns or you go in all

guns blazing, playing with two players makes this game easily twice as fun. The only downside

here is that while the second player can still earn cash and perk points to progress their

character, any progress in the main or even the side missions will count only for the host.

The previous "skill tree" style progression

system has been replaced with an extensive perk point system and you can gain these points

by completing story missions, side quests, finding them in world or by completing challenges.

The excellent hand-to-hand combat, climbing, parachuting and wing-suit mechanics are all

still present as unlockable perks and allow you to take your character from regular, fragile,

squishy person to over-the-top super hero as you progress through the game.

And beyond these major changes, the game comes with a whole host of subtle little upgrades

that I personally really appreciate. Firstly, everything you find in the game:

from main missions and side quests, to prepper staches, hunting regions, fish habitats, garages,

boat yards, heli pads or plane hangars, all of these things are added to your map and

journal by speaking to local residents, finding maps & magazines or reading street signs,

I mean look at this here! I've found a magazine on the natural plants of northern America

and that has actually updated my map with certain regions where I can find those plants

and the same goes for hunting magazines. This organic way of gaining knowledge of the area

you're in, the people you can meet and the quests you can go on may only be a small little

detail but I absolutely love it. Then you have the hunting and fishing activities

in and of itself. Of course, Far Cry is not a dedicated hunting or fishing sim but I do

appreciate the thought that has gone into refining the hunting mechanics and adding

the fishing into the game. Something that many players may not even notice is that in

previous games, shooting animals was very arcady in that they simply took varying levels

of damage depending on head or body shots but once you did enough damage, they would

simply fall over. Now, animals will react completely differently to clean heart and

lung shots. As you can see, deer for instance will exhibit a very characteristic jump and

kick reaction when shot through the heart and if you follow them up, you will find relatively

realistic blood trails and eventually the animal will run out of steam and go unconscious.

Those of you who have played dedicated hunting sims or even hunt in real life will recognise

and appreciate these little behaviours and I have to say that I am overall impressed

with the level of care that was taken over portraying the natural behaviours of the wildlife.

Maybe in future we can see these mechanics progress even more. I would absolutely love

it if Far Cry would include truly refined hunting and fishing mechanics, on par with

dedicated sims, but until then I am very happy with the progress that has been made so far.

Another set of details that is truly commendable is the way that the guns are modelled. Not

only do the guns looks stunning, with beautiful fire and reload animations but care was even

taken over making sure that for instance open bolt weapons are actually shown to work correctly.

Something that maybe should be standard by now but many other games from recent times

did not bother getting right. Vehicles are of course still present in the

game and are very similar to previous entries in the series. Helicopters are a dream to

fly and instead of the simply having access to ultra-light buzzers, you can now pick from

a selection of armed or unarmed choppers. Armed and unarmed land and water based vehicles

are also included and handle just about as well as they always used to. I know that some

people don't particularly like the driving in Far Cry games but I don't mind it (maybe

because I am used to it by now) and driving a jeep, while a friend operates a mounted

M2 .50 cal is just as awesome as ever. Another subtle upgrade that can be easily

overlooked is that when playing in co-op, your partner can now ride on any part of your

vehicle without the normal jittering and sliding off we are so used to seeing. Providing several

seats in vehicles, that multiple players can occupy, is quite common in many games nowadays

but being able to ride in the front of a boat or in the bed of a truck without sliding and

juddering off, is an awesome update. Is it realistic? Absolutely not! You can ride on

the roof of a car while your buddy slams into oncoming traffic at full speed and you will

still be safe and unharmed. But given the choice between glitching around and falling

off and being glued on in an unrealistic manner, I would definitely choose the second option.

Beside this, the only significant change in the vehicle department is the addition of planes.

I don't mind that they have been added and flying them, even with mouse and

keyboard, works just about well enough but I would have been just as happy without planes

in the game. For me, they are a bit too arcady and given the lack of suitable runways, I

think that people will bail out rather than landing most of the time. Helicopters are

just far more practical and I don't really think that planes work for a game like this.

Adding joystick compatibility for PCs may sway my mind slightly but overall, I still

don't think that planes will ever play a big part for me in this game.

I guess the story is also worth mentioning but I have only played through part of it

so far. What I can say until now is that I am satisfied with the setting and the split

between three different main regions. I've seen some journalists complain that the game

doesn't do enough to provide a commentary on current social issues in America but I

personally don't get that argument. I believe that the game is quite vague about the fictional

cult that you are fighting on purpose in order to avoid causing offence and I don't mind that.

It's almost a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" case where people

were pre-emptively offended pre-launch but now that the game is out, game critics seem

disappointed that it's not offensive enough. I guess you can't please everyone but for

me, as far as I have played for now, the story is providing a perfectly suitable backdrop

and counterpoint to the silly, over-the-top fun that lies at the core of the game.

So the bottom line for me is that as a big fan of the Far Cry series, Far Cry 5 is the

best one yet. I really appreciate all of the little details, like natural animal behaviours,

beautiful scenery and neat world discovery mechanics but most importantly of all: switching

from a limited "hit scan" shooting mechanic to ballistics modelling and increased range

for all of the different types of weapons has in my eyes, made this game a pure joy to experience.

What is Refractive Lens Exchange Surgery? - Duration: 0:44.

During refractive lens exchange surgery, your ophthalmologist will make a small

opening in the side of your cornea. He or she will insert a pen shaped instrument

through the opening to reach the lens. This instrument uses a special type of

energy to break up the center of your natural lens, then it will carefully

suction out those lens pieces. Your surgeon will then insert an artificial

lens called an intraocular lens or IOL. This IOL will stay in your eye

permanently the new lens lets light pass through and focus properly on the retina

bringing back clearer vision.

Yin & Yang Is NO BULLSH*T - Duration: 12:14.

Hey guys! This is Darryl from The Ignited Minds and in today's video i'll be explaining

To you the importance of balance and why Yin & Yang is no bullshit when i say Yin & Yang

I mean balance and i'm also gonna be showing you how to make use of balance

To make you the best version of yourself

In order to build a beautiful bridge like the golden gate bridge you need physics and the perfect balance

If physics to acquire the perfect balance isn't being applied,

Even the smallest of storm would cause the golden gate bridge to topple

How come there isn't a world that is purely evil with murder and rape or a world that has zero crime rate and

everyone is an Angel?

Because Yin & Yang

exists. Why is that cancer?

Why can't everyone be born a genius?

Why can't there be no war?

It is impossible to have a world with 100% pure goodness or a world that

is purely evil. God or should i say Mother Nature made the universe this way for a reason.

There is no peace without war and no war without peace this is how the universe works

Is it possible to reduce the crime rate on a rate of which cancer will form in your body?

Of course! Eat healthily, have a balanced diet and exercise regularly

You can't be a hundred percent certain you'll be disease or cancer free but you can start now by

Taking action to reduce the chance of cancer

occurring

So how do you know if you are living the best version of yourself right now?

I'll answer that real soon but before that i need to first introduce you to the "Big Trinity 3."

You know you're at your best when your mind, body and spirit are as aligned and balanced as possible

The perfect number you want to try to achieve is

33.3%

it sounds really simple right? It is easy

balancing your mind alone

But, to have the perfect connection and balance between the three is really what most find it impossible, to achieve

Even the most successful is only near the 33.3%

Not to be mean here but did you notice most really successful people of

billionaires die really at an average age of 55?

They stake too much on their mind and spirit they neglect their physical well-being

Are you still feeling doubtful or confused about how i keep emphasizing how important balance really is?

Here are some real life scenarios

to show you how important balance really is when your body temperature is higher than normal will result in hyperthermia

and when it's too low it will result in hypothermia which can be really life-threatening if not taken care of immediately

Would you give someone who is freezing a glass of cold water?

Obviously not right? Let's take a trip back to the medieval era to be a successful ruler,

you better know the law of balance well

The monarchy system has their own law

To prevent people from overthrowing the king and when such law is broken it can lead to cruel medieval

punishments. If the king is too kind,

people with big ambitions and greed will try to take advantage of his kindness and try to overthrow him

if the king rules with too much fear and terror there'll be many reform parties

they'll try overthrow the king whenever a good opportunity

arises as well as pledging fake allegiance to him

"Rule a man with fear and terror he will pledge fake allegiance to you

Rule a man with pure kindness you'll be taken advantage and granted of

Rule a man with a balance of fear and kindness you'll be invincible" - Darryl Dardello

Okay, so let's take water as the final example a lot of people think drinking a great deal of water is

good for them

Indeed! However, drinking too much water can cause water intoxication which can be life-threatening

The human body is made up of an estimated value of

60% water but the thing here to know is that too much of a good thing can really be harmful as well

remember it is all about the moderation and balance

See how the balance of being yang can play such a huge role in everything?

Another thing i observe is that things which help us to maintain good balance

Usually takes a lot of effort to do or taste not as good

while things that increases the scale of balance over to the bedside are usually extremely

pleasurable or taste

extremely good

So here are the list of good things that usually takes a little bit more of an effort

to do or taste not as good #1 is exercising be lifting weights or jogging,

it keeps us fit and makes us feel and look better which makes us feel more mentally

confident. Is it hard? Yes! Especially if you're trying to be consistent.

#2 is going to the dentist it hurts but is it beneficial for you? Of course! and

#3 is having a balanced diet

those awful boiled

unseasoned vegetables it tastes so bland and horrible yet it is extremely nutritious and

good for your health.

Here are the list of bad things which usually

extremely easy to be done as well as being extremely pleasurable

#1 is of course video games come on we all know how addictive that shit is?

gaming, for relaxation is fine but too much of it can be harmful to your eyes as well as your social

life

#2 is fast food your juicy double cheeseburger tastes awesome i

think we really can't deny how good they are

however too much fatty fried food will lead you to Heart disease,

Obesity and many more health deficiencies.

#3 is drinking alcoholic beverages

the magical drink that makes you forget about life for a short period of time

yes, of course you can drink but drink moderately

consuming a huge amount of alcohol consistently can lead to liver failure as well as alcohol intoxication

So do you think all of this is a

coincidence? That

good things are either more difficult to do or

taste not as good as food that has more health benefits for us and

that bad things are more pleasurable and tasty?

Think again

Mother Nature

created the world in this manner to put us all the tests on

how well we can balance our "Big Trinity 3" of course those who can do it better

nearer to the

33.3%

will feel happier as well as more accomplished

So how do i become the perfect balancer in life?

Now, i'm going to share with you guys three steps on acquiring a perfect balance.

Step #1 is knowing your priorities so that you can connect the dots in step #2

It can be my body and spirit, health, love and money and even age, money and time

take note though that whatever category you choose will affect a certain percentage of balance to "Big Trinity 3."

Step #2 is connecting the dots

The thing here is to not focus too much on a certain category

like the billionaire example who neglected their health and died early a

better visualization of the mind body and spirit would be like this

they focus 40% on their mind and spirit and

only 20% on their body so make sure you don't focus too much or your mind and spirit and neglect your health

So right now i'm gonna give you a few ways you can use to balance your mind

cut down the rushing too much rushing causes anxiety

Don't be too slow too or you'll become lazy and end up wasting time

remember again "balance"

"Nature doesn't rush it everything is so perfectly symmetrical." - Lao Tzu

read quality books that give quality information. Knowledge is power if you use it the right way

Try to have at least seven hours of uninterrupted rest

So to balance your body what you wanna have first is a balanced diet reward yourself with two cheat days

Sacrifice at least 15 to 30 minutes a day

exercising it can be cardio weight lifting and even calisthenics

Of course try to have at least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep as well

and lastly

Balancing your spirit do some meditation you want to spend at least 15 minutes a day

meditating people often undervalue what meditation can really do for them

get out alone and bond with Mother Nature let her revitalize your everlasting spirit

Step #3 is

Implementing

the more you do the more the equation is being balanced if you're not doing anything, to your life nothing will change

So how do i know if i'm improving or getting closer to that

33.3%

Simple

The nearer you are to the number the happier and more accomplished you'll be mentally, physically and spiritually

you'll feel that you finally realized the purpose of life as well as your very own existence

Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan Surprises His Kids In School, Their Reaction Is Just Priceless! - Duration: 5:00.

Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan Surprises His Kids In School, Their Reaction Is Just Priceless!

He is dashing, he is a cricket world superstar and at the same time he a doting daddy also.

The mention is of none other than Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan.

Apart from his amazing performances on the field, one thing is very clear about him, and that's his pure soul and the fact that he loves his family to the core.

Shikhar keeps travelling with the team here and there and hardly gets time to spend with his babies.

Nonetheless, whenever he gets some time off from commitments, he makes it a point to live family life to the fullest.

Shikhar's wife, Ayesha Mukherjee and their babies, Rhea, Aliyah and Zorawar Dhawan live in Australia.

Just recently, Shikhar went all the way to Australia travelling for 15 hours flight to surprise his little munchkins.

Yes, the cricketer himself shared a lovely video on Twitter, captioning it as, "Flew almost 15 hours to surprise my lovely children! Their reaction was completely worth it! Cannot wait to spend the coming week with my family.".

Aww! This is so lovely, no? Such doting and loving father he is.

We just can't get over the reactions of his kids.

He made their day in no time! Just like any other father, Shikhar too loves his family the most.

And obviously, while travelling to other countries, he misses them all.

In fact, a few days back, he took to Instagram to cherish some special moments with Ayesha, Rhea, Aliyah and Zorawar Dhawan.

He shared the following video and captioned it, "Best moments of my life with the best people of my life.".

To let you all know, this moustache swirling cricketer Shikhar met his Bong beauty over social media.

Ayesha is 10 years older to him, who was earlier married to an Australian businessman.

And basically, Rhea and Aliyah are Ayesha's daughters from her previous marriage.

And hold on! Interestingly, the age gap between Ayesha's elder daughter and Shikhar is hardly 15 years.

But nothing could stop these two lovers to fall in love, and they tied the knot on October 30, 2012, in a proper Sikh wedding style.

Shikhar has totally redefined the concept of how step-fathers are being calculated.

He is so loving towards them, and their reaction in this video is proving it all.

Shikhar was once quoted as saying, "It wasnt difficult at all.

Joh cheez kudrat se hoti hai woh ekdum aapki zindagi mein dhal jaati hain.

Meri kismet mein thi meri do betiyaan, toh woh ekdum se meri zindagi mein aa gayi.

It just clicked.

Today, the way they love me, I feel so fortunate.".

Shikhar Dhawan, you gave a pleasant surprise to your kids and truly made their day.

Such a loving father you are!.

Kevin Burke - "What the Volume Knob is for" @WANPOETRY - Duration: 1:58.

Burning behind the eyes, salt the teeth, splinters in the knuckles.

This is what the volume knob is for.

Spit, rattles through walls, dice the vocal chords, iron in the throat.

This is what the volume knob is for.

His fingers wrap around dreams, crush sleep to paste, sweat in the mattress.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

Turn it till it breaks off.

Crank that shit.

Open it like a sink.

Let it rinse out all the smoke, the vomit, the stinging.

Shower down, rinse out, clean up, stand up.

When you need up, up, up, up.

Turn it up, up up!

This is what the volume knob is for.

When you are drowning on air, sinking into silence.

When the room is thick with empty, and you are choking on your own skin.

These speakers are floodgates, blowin out, blowin open.

Your ears, a life raft.

Your heart, a flare gun.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

This is what the volume knob is for.

It all feels better swimming in this noise.

It all feels better swimming in this noise.

You stop sinking and you float in this noise, in this noise, in this music, in this music.

This is what the volume knob is for.
