Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku believes he is Jose Mourinho's 'sergeant' on the pitch ahead of Liverpool clash

ROMELU LUKAKU reckons he has earned his stripes for Jose Mourinho — by becoming his on-field "sergeant".

The Belgian's 23rd goal of the season helped inspire Manchester United's come-from-behind win at Crystal Palace on Monday.

It means United head into tomorrow lunchtime's home clash with Liverpool two points clear of the third-placed Merseysiders.

And former Everton hitman Lukaku is fired up for manager Mourinho's latest seek-and-destroy mission.

Lukaku, 24, said: "The manager thinks I'm his sergeant on the pitch.

"I will always put the team first ahead of myself — and that's something I have told him.

"The work-rate I'm delivering to the team is a lot.

"Mourinho has been really good to me and he knows I have that soldier mentality.

"But at the end of the day, I'm a striker and have to score goals.

Lukaku netted in a 2-1 win over Chelsea in United's last Old Trafford outing — his first against a so-called 'Big Six' rival this season.

But the Belgian ace feels he has more than delivered on his £75million transfer fee — with seven goals in his last ten games.

United face a crunch five days, with their Champions League second-leg clash with Sevilla coming on Tuesday.

Lukaku added: "The desire to win is bigger than ever since I came to this club, because I always wanted to win and to chase trophies.

"I always put that in front of my personal objectives and the manager knows that.

what's up guys really quick video today I'm just going to go through what I use

to film my vlogs just in case anyone else was thinking of doing it and I'll

just talk about the different cameras that I use let's go just before I start

I just want to say thank you for choosing to watch my video you've got

this faster you might as well press the subscribe button it helps me out a lot

if you don't mind let's go on with today's video ok so the first camera I

use in case I'm doing any activities outside or things that involve me moving

around is my GoPro it's only a GoPro 4

doing any sort of activity where I don't take my bigger camera just in case it

will break it films in 1080p so it's high-definition and you can also

do 2k you can also do 4k resolution filming as well if you want to so that's

that done the case of the other camera I have is this one it's the canon eos it's

pretty handy you comes with a detachable lens and you can all see by different

ones depending on how much you want to spend it's got a little screen that

flips up so you can record yourself and I've also got a tripod that goes with it

so I can hold up and do any filming I need to do it takes pretty good pictures

it's not as good as a DSLR but I gets the job done this a lot more lightweight

which is pretty helpful for me

the tripod I use is really handy it props up and you can move any of the

legs how you want to side your shoulder so I want to have the camera whilst I'm

talking to you like this I'll just hold it up push them all together and you can

also you can also move all the legs out you can bend them to how you want to go

but if you want to wrap them around something like a post you can do that

and it's just really useful and also really lightweight as well so decides

that stuff I also use a hard drive just to put all of my recordings on and also

my laptop for editing I was using Final Cut Pro to do all my editing and I

really like the software but I only had a free trial so I've had to go back to

iearn movie which isn't ideal but I'm going to save up some money and purchase

the Final Cut Pro 10 which is a lot better it's just quite expensive and I

also need to get a microphone that will help me with my voice in some of the

stuff I do as well that's about it for this video so if you have any questions

about any of this stuff I use or how much things cost just just leave a

comment and I'll get back to you apart from that don't forget to subscribe and

I hope you enjoy my videos thanks for watching guys don't forget to Like

comment and subscribe

see you next time I got a message last week asking for a shout-out so here you

go mate I will leave the link to the Mook our TV

in the description if you want to check him out I think he does

logs stuff like that if you want to get a mention in the next video just leave a

comment and please subscribe on august at 200 subscribers now thank you

That's what true uplifting is... 🚀 Abraham Hicks 🚀 No ads during segment - Duration: 16:03.

earlier we we asked everyone to tell us what does prosperity feel like and it

was a some words came out but it was a sort of limp thing or we really didn't

get very much going about it because we didn't spend enough time on it but

that's that's what the process is about it's about finding something that moves

you in it in getting good enough at a visualization it starts out with lists

of positive aspects and moves into rampages visualization visual is that

well we're talking about we're talking about something in your time out laying

down in the bed and going I'm on the mound and I'm throwing BP and this is

what's happening and this is what people are saying that to me doesn't get me

well if if what you're doing isn't moving the energy then you want to try

something else so we were thinking something more like this there are a few

people on this planet who care about this sport more than I do

is that a true statement absolutely there are a few people on this planet

have who have given more intensity to this subject than I have it absolutely I

like knowing that I have the potential of being what's the label that you give

yourself what's the label I am the inspiration I'm the wind

beneath their wings what's what's what's what's the word what is it what place do

you want to play on that team not then not the structure I will not be a little

example of what how do you create what you want in your life

I want my expectation for their success to be so extraordinary that they can't

misunderstand their own talent absolutely I want to believe in their

talent even more than they believe in their talent and I want law of

attraction to cause them to perform their talent for me because I got out

there ahead with my energy I didn't wait till what they did caused me to have an

emotional vibrational response my response to them was in place before I

saw them my expectation of who they are as players as focusers as team members

is so well practiced that they must be it

or they'll bounce right out of my experience so my coaching is

about them has nothing to do with me except my alignment we're coaching your

coaching is everything about you it's it's you fostering within yourself

belief in your players have to have belief in the players you have to not

not just belief you have to have knowing but be all of them but beyond that no

he'll seriously quite all the ones that are essential essential to winning

seriously let's wrap back around this whole that question and give it to us

again in the perfect moment because because we're leading to something that

you'll you'll feel it all of you are uplifters you that's what

that's what you want to be to your children that's what you want to be to

your husband it's what you want to be to your wife it's what you want to be to to

anyone that you care about you want to be you want to hold them in a vibration

that exudes from them pleasing results that's that's what true upliftment is

yeah so who you are what what you want to accomplish before you get there is

not just belief but knowing not that they can do it but that you can extract

it from them mmm I can I've done because it has to be about you because if you

make it about them who you can't control you lose your way but the fine line is

you're making about them but only in the way of how you see them they're forcing

the object of attention is going to fulfill the manifestation of the

vibration that you achieved your good this this is this is what all

cooperative co-creation is about it's about you and that's why we say you have

to get out ahead of it because if you should just wait wait wait wait because

if you show up yes you did because if you show up if you show up they'll train

you into what they think about where they are yeah don't go into what they

think about where they are and they'll train you that's what I don't think I do

that's what we were talking at you should do that's what we were talking a

little tiny bit okay that's what we were talking about as Esther was saying that

she's she's decided that she's gonna go about this in a different way because

she realizes that she has to alter their perspective of her and

she can't do it through words she can only do it through vibration so that's

what last year was about for me I gave up on the people I was looking at

because I no longer wanted to fight the Battle of cannae believe in him can I

not can I believe in him God you said yeah because sometimes it feels like hey

and we know that all of you feel this way especially when we're talking to you

about a relationship hey what about the other guy shouldn't he be meeting me

halfway shouldn't he be doing something shouldn't what about what about their

part in this cock ring aren't they taking ownership of the rooster say we

say nothing that anybody else is doing is any of your business even if it's

about your life okay nothing that anybody else is doing is

any of your business even if it if it's about the relationship that you have

with them nothing that they are doing is if you have to make the only thing that

is your business your vision the way you feel which means you have to use the

power of your mind to believe so so make it a blank character rather than it

being someone who you've already gained an expectation of that's that's the

value of being a darkroom with your eyes closed rather than looking right at

somebody that's not paying any attention to you or who's given up on themselves

or is given up on sometimes when a person comes to you and they know you're

a really good coach and you have a reputation that this guy can get stuff

from me that nobody else got that's what you want them talking about you want

them to say to each other this guy's getting stuff out of me that

I didn't even know was there don't you love it when you're within a group with

your with a group of friends and you are funnier than you've ever been because

they get it from you they expect it from you they love it

from you they don't just grandstand and be funny they elicit it from you isn't

that just the best sure so that's what your that's what you want them to say so

that's the vision that we would start with okay I'm hearing them talking to

each other and they're telling each other that they don't know why but they

they are they are whether they love me or not there's

something about me that makes them better at this than they've ever been

and they don't know why but I do but there is something about me that makes

them better what they do what is it me yeah but what is it but why I align

minutes my my experience it's my love it's my passion what is it what is it

the new thing that we've just put the finger on right now vision my vision of

what them in the performance they're able to make my vision of my ability to

move their energy because of my amove abou impression of them it's my life I

guess my mind that's the power in this it's my ability to see them not as they

are but as I choose to see them and then when I meet up with them they rise to

the level of what I've seen not to the level of what they've performed before

and not to the level of what any of us have ever thought about them before

they're rising to the level of what I now see because I practiced it in the

off season so but that's that's the moving of the energy it's not me like

forcing my will moving then or it's me seeing them as they're as they can't got

anything to do with BAM it hasn't got anything to do with their behavior and

hasn't got anything to do with their action it doesn't even have anything to

do with their energy it's all because what you just said I'm moving their

energies what because through influence one who's connected to the infinite

stream of energy is more powerful than millions who are not so say it again how

am i moving their energy without getting lost in them by putting myself in a

situation where I'm not distracted from what I know about myself when they don't

perform well I doubt myself I doubt my ability I doubt my ability to convey I

doubt my ability to know I definitely but when but when I get into the privacy

of my own mind and I remind myself things like I get things from pictures

that nobody else gets yeah not because of my methods which are good

and not because of my skill which is great and not because of my longevity

which is long because I have tapped in to the energy

that creates worlds and I am exercising for myself the power of my own mind I

know I'm good at eliciting this from them I know I am now tell us tell us an

example of that we know you've got lots of them Jacob Budhan six-foot-seven

no belief in himself whatsoever throwing 87 88 miles an hour by the end of the

season 91 to 93 total confidence intensity passion for who he is so so

what made you believe more in him than some of the other guy liked him and what

do you think caused that that connection between the two of you because we were

the same he had no confidence when he came in that's how I was when I played

that's how I am sometimes and a you know and in my daily interactions well were

you did you elicit from him were you was your compassion for him about the fact

that he had no comment was about I knew what he was capable of there I knew what

he was capable of I knew it so what makes him different than any others the

way I see him only point of focus now you just chose it that way and that's

why as you make your team a sort of blank slate where you feel that way

about them and you understand that law of attraction is bringing lots of them

to you and lining them up for you and that it is irrelevant who they are is

irrelevant what they do they're already at the top of the heat of pure they

wouldn't be coming there the potential for something for excellence is really

wonderful and what you're doing you're giving it that x-factor that nobody

really understands what it is you're giving it that factor that makes the

difference between their because they're all really good they're all better than

almost anybody ever sees anywhere anytime but in order to play in this

league in this way at this time they've got to be they've got to rise above that

and so what is the factor that makes the difference someone believes in something

and this is a question is it is it believing in vamp say no no

what is it believing in my capabilities of my vision of them and it's believing

in the law it's believing in energy it's believing in law of attraction it's

believing in influence it's believing in momentum it's believing in what I can do

with my focus it's believing in my ability to focus it's believing in my

guidance system it's believing in those things okay so now the general thing my

question which ones do I choose how do I choose because remember I can you you

said don't work with them all do work would it all see that with them all

ignore some of them because way back when when we first started when I was 25

ten years ago you said you can't you can't fix them all use whichever one of

them is the easiest for you to believe but you see we're off the beam already

okay because you keep wanting to be at about make it about them but instead of

at home I thought it was a good timing for that question you told me to come

back around - yeah well not good timing for the question I probably not ever

gonna be a good time for that question oh really because oh I didn't know you

meant it like that know what I'm doing it out well well here hear us hear us is

it about them or is it about you always always about you who cares which one of

them it is why I asked that question got you yeah oh it's so easy it's so easy to

find someone lovable or someone capable and focus upon them and make them your

golden boy and and count on your well-being

because of their behavior but you're vulnerable if that's what you're doing

because they might go to another team or they might not play next year they might

have an injury or they might and on and on and on it goes in other words you

don't want to it's not about them it's about you so this brings us back around

to the most important part why what what what's this all about

anyway what's this all about what's the best part of this is the best part of

this when they throw that ball that is so fast no one sees it or hits it or is

it is it the feeling of the energy moving through the alignment the energy

so good they're just your reason to fly high

they're just your reason to fly high and all there'll be all kinds of evidence of

the fact that you've been flying high yeah but you don't fly high it's the

flights that that that it's all about yeah this conversation is a high flying

conversation we took this subject of deliberate creation to a place that it

has not been before nice with someone who understood it every step along the

way nice and so we ended up with a much better pitching speed nice than we've

ever had before yeah then we ever had before

yeah and and that's great we like the result of that but what we really liked

was the fun of what happened here Yesi and that and that's what that's what you

got to be in it for okay so you love those guys because they are a point of

focus and you love those guys and and you appreciate all of the people that

are all part of the enterprise that give you a focal point isn't it wonderful

but you're going beyond because you see if you don't go beyond what is nothing's

fun nothing's fun that's why there's always a new season and always a new

lineup and always a new synergy between teams and always new that's why you

attract the crowds if it was if it was the same old same old same old the

crowds would have stopped a long time ago so you're bringing the game to a

whole new level for yourself you're making it a life for you you see and

that's what we mean you got to get out there ahead of the game I mean way

before the game there's all that practice and way before the practice

there's all this practice yeah I believe in a brighter world and the world

doesn't have to be bright for me to believe in it I believe in a safe place

for my children in classrooms and the world doesn't have to demonstrate that

for me to know that I believe that things are getting better and the world

doesn't have to show it to me around every corner

for me to believe that I do it for myself I empower myself I have found

compassion for the world in broad and I found compassion for the world in

general compassion meaning and we are

appreciative of the word being introduced earlier I can see this

situation to the eyes of source that's what I believe in I believe in my

connection to source energy and my ability to see this situation through

the eyes of source I have the power to see you through the eyes of source I

practice it all day every day so no matter what you're doing that's what I'm

seeing that's what I'm seeing that doesn't mean that you're not gonna

explain other things to them of course you are it's the time for a segment of

refreshment we've enjoyed this immensely good time for

you

Gov't should ensure that PH is also best country to work in — Angara - Duration: 2:58.

Gov't should ensure that PH is also best country to work in — Angara

After being hailed as the top best country to invest in, the government should make sure that the Philippines is also the best country to work in.

Sen. Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Angara made the call after the Philippines gained recognition for ranking first in the U.S. News and World Report list of the "Best Countries to Invest In" for 2018.

"This recognition is a product of the good work done by both the government and the private sector over the last decade or so," Angara said.

"Now that we are in the spotlight and have captured the attention of the business world, we must see how we can build on that momentum," the senator stressed.

More than being a potential investment hub, Angara said this recognition should result in the availability of quality and decent jobs for Filipinos. "Dapat ay magbunga ito ng mga dekalidad at disenteng trabaho na magpapaginhawa sa buhay ng bawat Pilipino.

Bale wala ito kung hindi ito ramdam ng ordinaryong mamamayan, (The outcome of this recognition should be quality and decent jobs to improve the lives of every Filipino.

It will be all for nothing if this isn't felt by ordinary citizens)," Angara said.

Citing the latest labor force survey by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Angara said there is a decrease in the unemployment rate from 6. 6 percent last year to 5. 3 percent this year.

However, the quality of jobs deteriorated as the underemployment rate. The proportion of those already working but still looking for more work or longer working hours has increased from 16.3 percent to 18 percent.

"Ang ibig sabihin nito ay kahit may trabaho na sila, hindi pa rin sapat ang kinikita nila para sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na gastusin kung kaya't naghahanap pa rin sila ng ibang pagkakakitaan (This means that even if they have jobs, their earnings are still insufficient for their everyday needs that's why they are still looking for other means of livelihood)," he said.

"We are hopeful that the rise in investments would generate higher quality employment opportunities with bigger pay," said Angara, who sponsored the law that raised the take-home pay of workers by lowering income tax rates.

The senator said he hopes that the Duterte government's Build, Build, Build infrastructure program should be paired with a 'Jobs, Jobs, Jobs' program—one that would provide competitive salaries to address not only the unemployment and underemployment issues, but also attract overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) to return and work back home.

"The push of the administration to improve and fast-track infrastructure development while ramping up social services like free education and better healthcare services is moving in the right direction.

These efforts can attract more investments that should lead to better lives for Filipinos," Angara said.

Based in the US News and World Report, the Philippines has been performing well in terms of foreign direct investment (FDI), despite declining inflows to other Southeast Asian countries.

The report also said the Philippines is expected to receive more FDI from within the region from powerhouses like China that are looking to utilize available labor in developing nations in the future.

The Philippines topped the list and is followed by Indonesia, Poland, Malaysia, and Singapore.
