My name is Audrey Taylor, and I'm the CEO of net logixs
We have been very successful been working for Aileron for probably three years now
We've made some significant progress in how the company runs
Testimony to that is the fact that we've been able to go on a very long vacation
And be away from the company so day-to-day operations the company we now have those figured out they can be managed
but for the next level of growth
I really want the opportunity to challenge a leadership team and develop the right leaders in the company to continue that growth without us
So that we can step back and have more time to do other things. We've done the initial planning for this
I've got my co partner with me here today
And the two is of two of us are taking a look at this for how this will work
The reason we're here at aileron today is we've been looking into the energies you
Energy leadership model and looking to leverage that into that process
So that we can get really to that vision of a win-win situation for everybody and move the company forward more quickly
into this leadership model
The benefit of the ongoing class is the fact that it's over a two-year period so it's not just a one one-and-done
It's a reinforcement over the two years
Which is what?
We've benefited for from the president's course with the the ba sessions that we gets it's somebody holding us accountable
And we're looking for them to hold the leadership team accountable
