Now before I start this video

I want us all to understand the end goal is always

HAPPINESS

So no matter what you do no matter what you aim to achieve

The end goal is happiness

so for example you might try find a job you might go

I don't know go on a holiday

What is the end GOAL?

So with that out of the way

Let's explore three mental adjustments

that we can use to improve our life and be happier and more successful, okay

so number one

Most importantly we really need to live in the moment

be present in the moment be present for your friends and families

Enjoy that moment of your life

so I'm sure we've all been in the situation. I know I've been in there for a fact

I get carried away by planning too much in the future or what's gonna happen tomorrow.

Maybe it's a beautiful day?

Maybe it's just hanging around with the boys cracking a cold one

we forget these moments!

we lose these moments because

Our mind is elsewhere our mind isn't in the present moment

and do you see the problem with that

when we've become so focused on

the past or the future

We ignore the moments that are currently happening to us

So a key tip for me is whenever you feel like you're kind of really caught up

And you're not really living in the moment to

RETUNE yourself

Just close your eyes and let your other senses do the works

and obviously the more detailed you can be the better so

Right now what can I hear I can hear a fan going up just over there.

I can hear someone outside cleaning

What can I smell I?

I Can smell the lavender scent that's coming from the candle just on my table

But you see when you start retuning your senses

you kind of live in the moment

so the second thing I have is you need to chase impact and not money and

For a lot of people. I think they've got the wrong way around

So they'll often sacrifice the time, they'll sacrifice their health

They'll sacrifice their relationship to make money

but then once once they've got their money

all money is doing is just rebuilding those relationships, trying to rebuild

I guess lost time

Trying to rebuild a health, and do you see what's wrong. We are kind of prioritizing the wrong thing

We're chasing money in order to supplement things that were we've sacrificed

but why not just don't sacrifice those things and on the onset and

Have money as a secondary objective

Now number three don't compare yourself

This is a very very very very big one and I often share this with everyone, I know

the reason behind this is when you compare yourself to people you never really truly feel fulfilled and

for a lot of people people love comparing themselves to other people because it gives them a sense of direction

Or like a sense of where they're at in life,

and my answer to that is it's

FALSE

I mean there might be that mate who's earning six figures who's dressed up in a super nice suit

Driving a fancy car

or there could be that fourteen-year-old on YouTube. Who's just making #CASHMONEY

What does that mean to you

and HOW does it benefit you to keep chasing them?

to keep comparing yourself to them?

because the way I see it

Once you're comparing yourself to someone you've already lost

you've already freaking lost

and the reason behind this

Is you've just set a friggin cap on where you can go in life

if you idolize that person who's earning six figures

You've just capped yourself on your potential because that's all you can be aiming for

but if you start setting goals for yourself

There is no limit where you can go

you can go far beyond

you would achieve so much more potential than you would ever imagined
