Brock Lesnar Beats Up Roman Reigns!

"Can you believe we're only 13 days away from WrestleMania?" asked Vintage Michael

Cole at the start of every segment.

Yes I can, Vintage Michael Cole, because of the aforementioned you telling me all the

time, and the graphics running after every adbreak.

With his contract expiration date also just 13 days away, Brock Lesnar opened Monday Night

Raw to laugh at him beating up Roman Reigns the previous week.

Paul Heyman revealed the Big Dawg was no longer suspended, leading to another Reigns and Lesnar

brawl which Brock very much won - F5'ing Roman onto the steel steps.

Nia Jax beat Mickie James Nia Jax not only beat Mickie James, she also

beat Kevin Dunn's mute button, managing to call Alexa Bliss a 'bitch' off mic.

Ronda Rousey Video Package Ahead of a face-to-face confrontation next

week, Stephanie McMahon and an NXT hoodie-wearing Triple H (mark) had a typically excellent

video package hyping their WrestleMania match.

Cedric Alexander & Mustafa Ali beat Drew Gulak & TJP

The cruiserweights are back on Raw!

But, more importantly, Drake Maverick was on commentary.

Mustafa Ali won with his beautiful Reverse 450 Splash.

Miz TV: Seth Rollins & Finn Balor The Miz TV segment with Seth Rollins and Finn

Balor began with some Miztourage dissension.

Miz criticised his cronies, while Bo Dallas shot back calling him a "phony A-lister

who can't fight".

It was all a rouse, though, with the Miztourage attacking a complacent Finn and Seth, which

Balor ended standing tall - lifting the IC belt over Rollins' with his devastating

finishing move: a big old smile.

Asuka beat Jamie Frost Asuka squashed local talent Jamie Frost.

Ultimate Deletion Recap Woken Matt Hardy entered himself in the Humongous

Wonder No. 8 Battle Royal, which Michael Cole once again called obnoxious.

In either an INGENIOUS or TERRIFYING direction, Cole appears to be building a feud with Woken

Matt.

DELETE HIM!

Sasha Banks & Bayley Backstage About 18 months too late, Sasha Banks and

Bayley finally came to blows, seemingly on the set of a Disney channel high school teen

drama.

The final straw came when Banks boasted about being a four time champion, to which Bayley

asked 'and how long did you keep those?'

The two brawled after Sasha attacked Bayley from behind.

Braun Strowman beat Sheamus We still don't know who Braun Strowman's

tag partner is.

But Sheamus did get these hands.

Ronda Rousey Beats Up Absolution After being teased throughout the episode

more than a WrestleMania happening 13 days away, Ronda Rousey finally got her promo time,

which… still isn't amazing.

The material, for a change with WWE promos, wasn't the problem.

Calling Stephanie "trust fund tough" was a money line.

It's Rousey's delivery that's the issue; her voice lacking presence, and her timing

overly stagey.

Bar an awful, slow-motion block, though, her wrestling presence is promisingly fierce,

where she responded to Absolution's attack by throwing Mandy Rose at Sonya Deville and

then locking in a vicious-looking submission.

Galanderson beat Miztourage Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson did all they

could to get the crowd invested in their win over the Miztourage, but this match was in

the third hour, and nobody really cared.

Elias beat Rhyno A returning and sorely missed Elias, however,

got some beautifully worked cheap heat - trashing not only (insert your hometown here), but

also (insert your hometown's local sports team here).

He beat Rhyno in a quick match, and laid out Heath Slater for good measure too.

John Cena beat Kane Raw's main event saw John Cena beat Kane

in a No DQ mat- Wait a second… the clocks changed over here at the weekend.

Just let me… oh no, that match did take place in 2018.

The No DQ stipulation, Cena using Taker's trademark spots and a potential Deadman cameo

looming in the background was enough to cover both men working in slow motion, but the latter

never actually happened.

It seems WWE are saving Undertaker's return for next week's go-home show.

Cena called Taker a coward following his win, and then pulled this face.

Which was either a taunt.

Or just he pooped his jean shorts.

So that was this week's Raw in about four minutes.

With all the big angles presumably saved for the go-home show next week, it felt like nothing

of substance really happened here, and there was very little actual wrestling to enjoy.

  With her straight hair freely flowing to her chest, Scarlett looked hotter than ever.

Gushing over her new do, the 27-year-old wrote: Got my mermaid hair back.

"Is that an engagement ring?!" Shocked Scarlett fan While the post was flooded with praise from fans, many were left baffled by a rock on what they claimed was her ring finger.

Are you wearing an engagement ring? one follower commented.

I'm confused? another added.

A third continued: Is that an engagement ring?!?!? YES, a fourth simply wrote, along with a diamond emoji.

However, dont buy a hat just yet.

Scarlett is actually wearing the ring on her right hand but the mirror snap flips the images making it appear otherwise.

While unconfirmed, the snap is believed to have been taken on Saturday as Scarlett is wearing the same outfit and bag as she wore to the Metrocentre in Newcastle.

Daily Star Online revealed how the TV host enjoyed a low-key shopping trip with Lee – shaking off the paps in the process.

A source said: The events of the past few weeks appear to have hit Scarlett hard but she seems determined not to let it get her down.

"Scarlett managed to avoid paps during her trip with Lee, but she couldn't hide from fans.

"They had a snack at Bun and Roll in the shopping centre before heading home..

Meanwhile, we previously revealed how former butler in the buff Lee became one of the family after just a few weeks of dating Scarlett.

On Sunday February 26, the couple enjoyed a cosy meal with Scarletts parents at Mayfair restaurant Quaglinos.

An onlooker revealed: Despite the constant rumours and speculation surrounding Scarlett over the past few weeks she didn't seem to have a care in the world.

There was eight of them in a group, but Scarlett and Lee made sure they sat next to her parents, who were at the end of the table.

something I still kind of struggle with day-to-day but,

I was telling a couple interns at the Portlandia wrap party of Season 8...

I was like "Everything that you want to accomplish in this industry is like

perfectly doable." You're gonna meet people over and

over and over again that will tell you can't and they're wrong. But the

only way it's gonna get done is if you do it. And you have to show up.

And there's gonna be nobody that is gonna be your biggest advocate except

for yourself and you just have to keep going. I've witnessed that first hand.

And it's not really just this industry. Adrianne: It's every industry.

Cole: Obviously there's limiting factors. I mean don't get me on the rant from

anthropology like "class" is a real thing you know?

But I just feel like there is like a lot of opportunity for people

if they can like really just believe in it and make it happen and start like living it.

And one of the biggest struggles is that it probably won't happen as fast as you

want it to - that's like a daily thing for me. It's like I know what I want it

hasn't happened yet yeah and therefore I want to have a

temper tantrum about it. Adrianne: Oh I'm good at that too. "I want the thing now!!!" Cole: You know like I just feel like anything

is realistically like doable if you have that goal

Should You Work with An Agent Who is a Friend or Family Member? - Duration: 3:02.

you're going to need to get through the biggest transaction of your life.

Okay, today we're going to talk about the other

F word in real estate. The first F word is

furniture.

But we're not going to talk about that today.

So the other F word is friends and family.

So what do you do if you've got to list your house and you've got a friend

or family in the business?

Because you all do. Let's face it, everybody does.

There are pros and cons to working with

a friend or family member and having them represent you.

On the pro side, you've got someone who knows you really well,

someone who you trust, and someone who is

more likely to work with a personal-vested

interest in seeing you have the best outcome.

On the other side of things, it's a pretty intimate experience

and you might not want someone all up in your business like that

and also, there is going to be

tense conversations to be had

and do you really want to try to navigate that along with the

existing relationship that you have

Here is a good way to go about it if you're considering

First of all, is that person a seasoned real estate agent?

If they are, it is more likely that they're going to have that

professional confidence where they'll be able to maintain

that strong boundary between personal and professional.

Second, do they work in your market area? If they don't,

Maybe not.

Let's stick with someone who works right in your market area.

If you decide they pass both tests and you're going to go forward

One piece of advice that I would really recommend is

don't come out of the gate asking for a discount

Okay, it just ruins all of the work that you just did.

It introduces a whole awkward element that

you just don't need.

Now, they may very well actually offer you a discount

and I certainly would. Let them

lead that conversation and then

you're feeling more on an even,

professional level. Alright, so if you find out

and decide that it doesn't work.

this person isn't a good match for us,

but you're like, "I feel so bad. What do I do?"

What you can do, is ask them

to help you choose your real estate agent

They could be in Nevada,

and you're in Massachusetts and they can still help you choose

an agent, because we all have broad referral networks.

And you know what, that agent will

toss your friend or family member

a little referral fee, which is great. So, everybody is happy!

And then, if this friend or family member is someone

who really does love and care about you,

they'll be like your partner and just help you

as your friend or family member as you go through the transaction

So, there you go.The other F word in real estate

Expansion Revenue is Your Lifeblood | ProfitWell Report - Duration: 2:44.

Each week we dive deep on benchmarks of the subscription economy that you just can't get anywhere else

This is the ProfitWell Report

Yo, Patrick, it's Fred. As I sit here on my morning walk

The top of Bernal Heights I find myself wondering what portion of my revenue

should be up sell and expansion revenue?

You're my kind of man Fred thinking of the subscription economy amongst nature, but to answer your question

Let's look at the data from over 5,000 companies and 300,000 subscription consumers

As to not bury the lede the answer is just straight up more more more MORE

Expansion revenue is the lifeblood of a successful subscription business

particularly when it comes to looking at growth.

The most efficient companies were looking at an LTV 2 CAC ratio are actually fueling that efficiency mainly off of expansion revenue

note that companies who have an LTV - CAC between 3 & 5 are seeing a median of just under 20 percent expansion revenue as

a proportion of their total revenue

those with an LTV - CAC above 5 are actually seeing 30 percent or more of their revenue coming from expansion that being said

Efficiency doesn't tell the whole story

Growth is important

And if you're efficient you're not always investing in growth

interestingly enough though companies growing in the top 40 percent of their cohorts are seeing at least

roughly 20% of their revenue coming from expansion and a high-end of nearly 40 percent coming from expansion

So to be blunt, more more and more is really an answer of at least 20%

And you really should be shooting for closer to 30%

We've seen a good crop of

externalities for companies who have cracked this 30 percent threshold

When it comes to expansion revenue ARPU tends to be growing at 2x the rate as those companies with expansion below that threshold

Revenue retention is typically net-negative and even gross churn is typically half. Of course this data

is highly correlative because to get proper expansion revenue with these levels you need good pricing good products and

Ultimately you need to be using a value metric yet 20 to 30 percent can act as a solid North Star to benchmark your efforts

That being said the answer is probably still more, more, and more.

- Hey everybody, Daniel Fusco here.

and welcome to today's Two Minute Message.

Now I wanted to talk with you today

about my absolute favorite subject.

Literally, this is my favorite thing to talk about ever.

And that's Jesus.

And why I love to talk about Jesus

is because Jesus is God's prescription

and remedy for all that ails all of humanity.

I know some of you are like, Oh, come on.

I mean, Fusco, you're a modern person,

you're decently intelligent,

I mean, that's so old school.

Listen, Jesus lived in such a way

that He always did those things

that pleased His father

and because of that, Jesus came on a rescue mission

on the cross to die for our sins.

And all that God asked for us is that

we turn from going our own way

and we turn to the Lord.

That's what repentance is,

when you turn from going away from God,

and you turn to God.

And when you embrace Jesus

and you put your faith and trust in Him,

God not only forgives you of our sins,

but what He also does is

He fills you with His Holy Spirit.

Which is the way we were designed to live,

with the power of the Holy Spirit

dwelling inside of us

so that we can be a part

of all that God wants to do

to transform a broken world.

No matter where you're at today,

are you trusting in Jesus?

I pray that you do and that you are.

'cause talking about Jesus is
