I got an email from someone from Africa who said that I had a debit card worth 4.5 million

dollars.

They wouldn't release it to me for some strange reason.

This email is supposedly from a Dr. Edwin Spencer from the African Development Bank

at Cotonou Benin Republic.

Apparently I have an ATM Card in Benin worth 4.5 million dollars.

This card has not been released to me because the director of ATM head of operations withheld

my card quote for his personal use without knowing that his evil plans towards diverting

my funds will be discovered.

These email scams usually end in that, they want to send me this million dollar atm card

because its rightfully mine but I need to pay $100 for them to ship it.

After I pay that money, they disappear.

Now, its pretty obvious that this is a scam.

There is no mention of my name anywhere and there are many grammatical errors.

Why do people fall for these scams?

These emails are actually so grammatically incorrect and so poorly written it acts like

a filter.

So the people that would likely answer these emails are more likely to go through with

the whole scam.

I'm actually going to call this scammer.

For what it's worth: our employees have been instructed to leave

Today I am going to talk about microlearning.

This is an emerging trend in education, online learning, and training.

Microlearning deals with small learning units presented in short-term activities.

It is uses short-term-focused strategies with reinforcement and testing to ensure comprehension.

Microlearning is more than just taking long form content and breaking it down into short

sentences or small units.

The key to these short nuggets of content is being well thought out and the presence

of one learning objective.

Then these individual items or units are offered to the learner to help master an individual

concept or topic.

Of course, the ubiquity of smart phones and tablets have helped propel this type of learning.

The fabled shortened attention span of learners has added to microlearning's attractiveness.

A person can consume content and learn on the go.

Whether it is a new language, technical vocabulary, elements in the periodic table, or reviewing

math formulas, microlearning can be applied in many, many areas; all at the learner's

own pace.

Done in quiz form, this learning style can be addictive to some; as gamification has

proven.

According to Grovo, a microlearning platform, microlearning is 300% faster to develop, 50%

less expensive to produce, and 58% more engaging for learners.

There are obviously difficult concepts that microlearning is not right for.

But with the benefits of shortened time commitments, narrow topic focus, and easily digestible

knowledge nuggets, microlearning has a place in education and likely will become more acceptable

in teaching scholarly content.

Prison Break star actress, DuShon Monique Brown, has died.

The 49-year-old died on Friday at St James Olympia Field Hospital, Chicago, US.

The cause of death is yet to be determined.

Her spokesperson, Robert Schroeder, said: We are devastated by the loss of a very talented and kindhearted soul.

DuShon was a film, television, commercial and voice-over actress who also graced the stages of many Chicago theatres.

She brought laughter and joy to many and will be greatly missed.

Prison Break fans will recognize her as Sara Scofield's friend Katie Welch, who she played for 13 episodes.

Dushon played her more recent role in Chiacgo Fire as Connie, Chief Boden's assistant.

'The Sky is the Limit' for Musical Empowerment - Duration: 2:01.

I started flute in 6th grade.

It's always been part of my everyday life, and so I thought, 'why not use all of my knowledge

to give to someone else who wants musical lessons, but maybe can't afford it or just

doesn't have the means to quite yet?'

I really wanted to join Musical Empowerment because it seemed like an awesome way to stay

connected with my musical roots.

['No, I won't be afraid...']

Musical Empowerment is a nonprofit, and it's also a student organization.

We teach and provide about 130 free, one-on-one music lessons to children in the community

who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford music lessons.

We've got everything from piano to guitar, ukulele, violin, clarinet, flute, we've even

had some trumpets, trombone.

We purchase or receive donated instruments in order to lend out instruments to kids who

are enrolled in lessons so they can take them home to practice every week.

[Violin music] The skills that they learn - patience, creativity, critical thinking,

performance - are skills that kids can take with them into their jobs and careers in the

future as they grow to become adults.

[Flute music] It really develops your self-discipline, makes you see the reward of working

hard in something.

It doesn't have to be music.

So I think Sherlyn is seeing that as well.

[Piano music] After you teach a student something, and they're really happy about themselves

afterward.

I think that's definitely the best moment you can have is when they feel accomplished

and you feel accomplished.[Trumpet music] The growth of Musical Empowerment is just

beyond anything I think any of us could have imagined.

Being able to see it grow from 25 student-teacher pairs to serve over 160 kids across three

campuses, and soon to be six campuses.

Our plan is to replicate across North Carolina and across the country, and the sky's the

limit, hopefully.

NCTs ambition from the very start was to push the limits of K-pop in every way possible, and they werent kidding when they said 2018 was going to be their biggest comeback! With three SMROOKIES trainees joining the group, NCT has now 18 members and its the first time theyve united for a group album.

Their album Empathy delivers high-quality songs from all three sub-units and we were promised six music videos for the grandiose comeback.

Boss, Baby Dont Stop, GO, and Touch have already been released, but we cant wait to see what the boys havent shown us yet. The extraordinary features of their latest releases. Every song and music video weve got delivers something special!.

With Boss, the boys travelled all the way to Ukraine to find the perfect atmosphere and scenery for their edgy comeback. Theres just something amazing about the locations and scenes they chose for the MV.

Baby Dont Stop is the duet of two NCT U members, Ten and Taeyong; and the choreography is definitely among the greatest strengths of their comeback.

Their different styles work perfectly with the intense moves and you just cant take your eyes off of them the whole time.

NCT Dream members had many opportunities to show us their fresh and young style with songs like Chewing Gum and We Young, but they decided to be complete rebels for GO.

Its refreshing to see them shining in a different concept and they undoubtedly grew up a lot since their debut.

NCT 127 never stops to surprise us! Touch is probably the catchiest song on the album, and the pastel colors and soft aesthetics of the music video accompany this concept flawlessly.

Be careful! The huge smile of these nine boys are brighter than the sun!. The irresistible charm of the members. Every member is absolutely lovable on their own and we are lucky enough to get to know them better this year.

NCTzens love and affection for all 18 members seems to be unstoppable, and they got used to the admirable personalities of the new members incredibly quickly. From Lucass dream of becoming an NCT Dream member….

to Kuns impressive magic tricks…. and Jungwoo being… Jungwoo!. The entertaining live videos. If rewatching their music videos and live performances isnt enough, the NCT members are really active on their V Live channel, too.

Its a nice opportunity to get to know them better and see them having the time of their life. Check out this broadcast of the Chinese members fooling around!.

Its impossible to question NCTs visuals once you see the NCT 2018 Yearbook videos. You just cant get enough of their handsome features, and its great to see how these videos put the spotlight on all the members. The jaw-dropping dance moves.

As expected of NCT, the dance moves for all of their new songs are very captivating. The choreos just seem to be so much fun and the boys are full of power and energy during music show performances!.

A new comeback also means we can finally see the members on variety shows, too! They were back on Weekly Idol; this time with all the members! Its good to see them having a great time and showing us just how funny and entertaining they can be.

Their cover dance battle is definitely worth watching!. NCT 2018 is only the start, as NCTs goal is global domination, and they are trying to broaden the horizons of K-pop with every comeback.

The possibility of new units and members from all over the world make the future potential of NCT limitless. Fans are already anticipating the possible debut of a Chinese NCT unit and we cant wait to hear more from these boys in the future!.
