Waching daily Mar 26 2018

Hey everyone!

Alex here and welcome to another episode of Community Question!

We're beginning to see a ton more games released over the past few weeks and it's

just going to continue, leading up to the release of Yakuza 6 and God of War in April!

As mentioned last week, I'm going to be picking my favorite answer to last week's

Community Question and read it on today's episode.

In case you missed it, last week's question was:

What is the last game you'd uninstall?

This week's featured answer is from Bufudyne.

They write:

Since I only have this issue with my PS4 right now, I'll have to pick Devil May Cry 4: Special

Edition as my answer.

While the recycled content in the second half prevent it from being my favourite Devil May

Cry game, it has one of the best combat systems I've ever experienced in a character-action

game, and returning to it occasionally to see if I can get a few more S-ranks and push

my skills to the limit is a satisfying endeavour few games can match.

There are some games where gaining the best rankings and trophies can be considered a

badge of honour to proudly display to others, due to the immense challenge required to achieve

them.

This is definitely one of those cases if you've busted your chops, accomplishing a feat you

never thought you'd be capable of reaching in the past.

I personally have never played Devil May Cry 4 past the demo, but I'm hoping Capcom would

revisit the series soon - perhaps even reboot the whole thing and retaining the same kitsch

that the old team used as a basis for the entire series.

I do remember Hideki Kamiya expressing interest in revisiting the first game.

That said, I have a soft spot for games like Devil May Cry where the actual combat mechanics

are simple, but it takes a bit more finesse to maximize every hit and shot in order to

get a huge style rating.

It's like playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater in a way, doing ollies into supermen then

grinding on rails.

It's no surprise that Dante does these moves in the series too.

Thanks to Bufudyne and everyone who's posted their reply to last week's Community Question!

I read some really great answers from last week's Question, so make sure you peruse

through them!

Also, check out the channels of everyone who's replied: you'll never know if they make

videos or not!

Talking about the Devil May Cry series got me thinking: there's a bunch of games that

didn't get the proper care when they were brought over to the United States.

And with the amount of remakes and reboots that we've been getting lately, it's kinda

got me thinking:

What game or series would you like to be rebooted, remade, or revisited?

In addition to letting me know what game or series you're thinking of, let me know if

you want it rebooted, remade, or revisited.

That part, as well as your reasoning, is pretty crucial, so don't forget about that part!

While you're ruminating on an answer, let me give you mine.

The game I'd like to see remade - and done well, mind you - is Final Fantasy VI.

I was thinking of all the ports Square Enix has done of the games in the Final Fantasy

series and VI seems to always get the short end of the stick.

Sure, Final Fantasy VII gets a full on retelling in episodes and Final Fantasy IV even gets

a couple of ports, one of which was a full 3D remake, but Final Fantasy VI is the one

that Square Enix seems to slip up a bunch.

The iOS port is universally panned as a mistake, alongside its Steam translation, and many

players are of the belief that this "softening" of the sprites was just a terrible idea.

In fact, when Chrono Trigger suffered a similar fate, this surprised Square Enix.

But, if I were running Square Enix, I'd love them to do a proper remake of Final Fantasy

VI, perhaps in the style of Final Fantasy IV on the DS.

Or a proper DS port with graphics up to par with the SNES with the new translations from

the PlayStation version.

See Square Enix?

It's not difficult to think of these.

And that's my pick for the game or series I'd like rebooted, remade, or revisited.

What's yours?

Post your replies on the comments below and I'll pick my favorite one for next week's

episode!

Make sure you don't just tell me your game or series of choice, but also tell me why

it's your game of choice so that I'll select and read it on next week's episode!

Community Question releases every Monday at 8am Pacific Time.

REPORT: Lawsuit Was Just Filed Seeking Removal For Robert Mueller As Special Counsel - Duration: 16:21.

REPORT: Lawsuit Was Just Filed Seeking Removal For Robert Mueller As Special Counsel

There's no doubting where the loyalties of Special Counsel Robert Mueller lie.

Rober Mueller is having pressure from all sides and his problems are just getting worse!

It's not just a "bad week" for Hillary and the Democrat Party, it's a tide-turning

event, leaving the Democrats and Hillary in ruins.

A complaint has been filed against Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher

Wray, seeking the removal of special counsel Robert Mueller from the Justice Department's

investigation into Russian meddling.

The suit, filed by lawyer Larry Klayman, founder of the conservative watchdog group FreedomWatch,

said "it is a criminal offense to leak grand jury information" and demands that Mueller

to be removed.

It alleges that Mueller has "politicized the investigation," due to the fact he has

hired Democrats for his investigative team.

"Robert Mueller is not a 'man of integrity' as the Washington, D.C., Democrat and Republican

political establishment like to spin.

He is just another pol who is representing his establishment benefactors in both political

parties who want to see the presidency of Donald Trump destroyed," Klayman said.

The Hill reported:

More recently, conservative media and others on the right have drawn attention to Mueller's

time as FBI director, questioning why he didn't alert regulators that a subsidiary of a foreign

uranium mining company was under investigation before a controversial deal for the sale of

the company to a Russia-owned firm was approved.

"He must be held accountable to the law and should not be able to do as he pleases

to further his and his friends, like former FBI Director James Comey's, political agenda,"

Klayman said.

"We are hopeful that the court will order Justice to do its job and conduct an expeditious

and impartial investigation and then order Mueller to step down as special counsel.

There are others, perhaps who practice outside of the Washington, D.C., swamp, who could

step in and do an honest and conflict-free investigation of so-called Russian collusion."

4-Month-Old Puppy Starved In Cage And Left For Dead, But Something Miraculous Was About To Happen - Duration: 2:48.

4-Month-Old Puppy Starved In Cage And Left For Dead, But Something Miraculous Was About

To Happen

Children living with autism like Jonny Hickey can be unreachable to their closest loved

ones.

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects how people interact in social situations.

Jonny's parents knew he was different.

He lived in his own little world where no one could interact with him.

But incredibly, Jonny would soon meet a creature who would break through his fear of people.

In September of 2012, a 4-month-old Stafford pit bull mix was found in a pit on the street.

Her wounds and state of malnourishment told a gruesome, disturbing story all their own.

The fragile girl recovered in the care of veterinary staff.

Her will to live shocked everyone.

But it's how she got her name: Xena, the warrior.

"I've been doing rescue probably for about 12 years, and I had never seen a dog that

young in that sort of condition," said Chrissy Kaczynski, who works for Animal Services and

is a founding member of the rescue group Friends of DeKalb Animals.

"I brought her home with me and I didn't think she'd make it through the night."

Xena's condition soon improved; so much so she was ready to start a new life.

All she needed was a loving, forever home to make her world complete.

Very slowly, the sweet girl shed her fear of people.

During an open house event at the shelter, fate intervened.

Xena met the Hickey family.

Both staff and the Hickey's were surprised when Jonny and Xena formed a quick friendship.

They spent the entire day together.

Jonny's fright of people was forgotten.

He allowed Xina to lick his face, which before meeting his new four-legged friend, wouldn't

have happened.

Naturally, the family adopted Xena that very day.

Boy and dog continued to establish their unbreakable bond.

Jonny's parents were overjoyed with the change in their son.

His mother said, "Jonny had a limited vocabulary.

But since Xena's arrival, his readiness to talk has almost exploded.

Jonny is like a new person!"

The little boy's personality has continued to blossom.

He helped out with an awareness campaign wishing to change peoples perceptions of autism.

Xina and Jonny became an internet sensation.

Xina even won Dog of The Year for 2013 by the ASPCA.

In fact, boy and dog continue to give back by raising money for specific causes.

Moving around the light for better results (tried and tested) - Duration: 7:21.

Moving around the light for better results.

I'm about to pop outside and record a YouTube video. That might not sound that drastic.

However...

We do have a bit of snow.

Let's just turn you around.

Look snow.

It's locked, I've locked it. Oh no! I don't have the key. Return...

Turn you round. So today, once I've set everything up. I'm going to do a

session on using a softbox, and different lighting patterns. Basically different

options you've got using a softbox. So it's all about a sofbox.

See you in a bit, bye.

Hi. This is John Tisbury and in this video we're gonna spend a little bit of time looking

at where we position ourselves as a photographer, or cinematographer in

relation to the light. So we're gonna run the intro and we'll sit you back in a jiffy.

Hi. So I was saying in the intro that we're gonna spend a little bit of time

looking at lighting and where we position ourselves in relation to that light.

In a studio environment we've got the luxury of being able to control

everything. So we can control the amount of light, the direction of the light, the

type of light. Also there are other variables as well in terms of our model.

So where our model is, where our light is, and also where we are as a photographer

or cinematographer. So there are multiple variables that we can play about with to

effect the impact to our shot and the final output from our shot. So you know what it looks like.

What I tended to do when I first started photography and,

studio photography particularly, was I used to stand in one place. I didn't

really move around very much. That certainly shows in my early work.

Since then I found that by looking around the light you get so much more interest and

it's quite often when I've set a shot up I will have a wander around just to see

what the lighting looks like from different angles. So that's what I wanted

to do with you today. A very quick video. We've got a single light source

on our subject here. A very useful mannequin, which is great because

she stays very very still. And we're going to use the lighting that's falling on

her just to have a look at it see how it looks from different angles.

Take some photographs and I'll show you those on-screen and we've also got some

video footage as well that we've shot. So if I'm over on this side of the

light, shooting with the light. The lights falling straight onto our

subject. Conversely, I come around on this side I'm shooting very much more

contra jour. I'll be shooting into the light and it'll give me a completely

different effect than if shot from the other side. And then in

between, there are variances. But there's no right or wrong here. It's not that

one sides better than the other or one side right on one side wrong. It really

does depend on you as a creative. What you want out of the results from the shot.

I'm just perhaps giving you some food for thought here to have a think about

you can move, as well as the model, as the lights. That 3rd variable I was talking about.

So I'm gonna take a few shots from different angles and see what you think.

I'll put those up on screen so you can have a look at them and you'll see

the difference of the different lighting sources depending on where I'm

standing from a photography point of view. So the first one I took was

shooting with the light and that gives a very flat even lighting. As you see

there's very little contrast, is very little shadow. So very little

definition being able to be seen there. So it's great if that's the type of

lighting you're after. It's not my style, but there's nothing wrong with it in

terms of an approach. So the next shot that I took I was facing, almost facing

the model. So the lighting was a little bit more from the side. You'll see

there's a little bit more definition coming in there. There's a few more

shadows appearing which gives some more shape and some form to the subject.

Moving around even further, again there's more shadow appearing. There's a lot more

contrast starting to appear in the image and again the shadow definitions are

increasing. And then a final shot which I took was a lot of edge detail there it's

sort of side lit, by and large. It's contre jour type of lighting I'm

shooting directly in to the light and gives very edgy look to it..

A lot of contrast, a lot of shadow. And again you know it's either one of those

styles that you like or not. But somewhere in between that arc is

probably somewhere that you currently operate. My suggestion is to look at

alternatives so have a pace round have a look at the light before you press the

button. Gives yourself a few more options to consider.

So I hope you found that useful. If you have then please consider subscribing.

New videos coming soon as ever. I'll see you again. Ok, take care. Bye

Behind The Scenes At March For Our Lives - Duration: 2:24.

It's been kind of a rollercoaster.

I guess I would say,

a lot of grief, a lot of sadness.

And then a lot of sublimating that

into something productive

Young feel from all over the world

are marching today

There are students from all over the country

are demanding action for their schools,

and people are listening

for the first time in a long time.

All this came together to show that,

you know, we know what

we're talking about, and we're aware

of what's going on in the world

And we know that we can make a change.

This is a show of community and unity

that we're together under a single cause,

and that this many people are unhappy.

And if this many people aren't happy

then something's wrong.

We're here at the March For Our Lives

In the aftermath of the Parkland School shooting,

we wanted to come here

and see what protesters had to say.

What do we want?

Gun control

When do we want it?

Now!

What do we want?

Gun control...

I'm here to perform my song,

"Peace Love & Unity", and really speak to

the people, and support a great cause,

you know, be a part of the voice.

We're here today just because

this really could have happened

to any one of us,

and it's kind of a really scary reality.

And I think we're all tired

of just seeing politicians not

making real change.

I think today is a really important

moment for students to know

that they're not alone.

That all over this country

there's people standing beside them.

They have adult allies, they have student allies.

Gemma, why are you marching today?

They're asking the question,

"how many more innocent lives

need to be lost before

people will realize that weapons of war

have no place in our society?"

I think that coming here and supporting

this is really important

because us kids need to show that

we're the ones who are affected by this

and we're the ones who need to take charge.

It's so cool that everyone's here,

especially young people our age,

who maybe couldn't

have had a voice before,

but now, are showing

that they do have a voice

and we can use it.

My dream for this,

in the next upcoming year,

is that it sticks and that people

continue to talk about it every day

until meaningful change happens.

This is just the beginning, you know,

this people are saying

that March is the peak

and then it's all downhill from here.

Oh no! This is,

this is like a foot up a giant mountain,

so, it's gonna be a very long process,

and there's time to jump in

if people want to make a change.

Three Homemade Cough Syrups for a Dry Cough - Canada 365 - Duration: 7:52.

Three Homemade Cough Syrups for a Dry Cough

When we say dry cough, were referring to a cough without phlegm.

Its a reaction that results when the body detects a foreign element in the throat or respiratory airways. Thus, the cough acts as a cleaning mechanism for the area.

In order to eliminate a dry cough, we have to help our body clear out the area.

To do so, wed like to show you various super efficient home remedies that arent aggressive: the solution is to solve a problem without creating another and, in order to do just that, the best options are natural remedies.

However, if you experience a dry cough frequently, you should see a doctor.

If the cough is a result of an allergy, asthma, pneumonia or another serious problem, you should undergo a physical exam and follow your doctors instructions.

Afterwards, you can add on these alternative therapies or, if your case isnt serious, such as if you have a cold, you can opt to only use our suggestions.

If you still dont know the cause of your dry cough despite having seen a doctor, try to think if theres an emotional factor that might be affecting you.

Some people express situations in the form of somatic symptoms such as dry cough.

If thats your case, these cough syrups will be helpful, but you should also seek out other solutions such as psychotherapy or yoga.

However, if think somatization is your case, we recommend that you have a classic warm milk with honey.

In addition to soothing your throat, itll help you rest better.

Cough syrups for dry cough 1.

Ginger, honey and lemon cough syrup All three ingredients are antibacterial wonders, but honey and ginger  are also advantageous because they relieve pain considerably.   Ingredients 3 slices of lemon (45 g) 2 tablespoons of honey (20 g) 3 pieces of ginger (50 g) 2 cups of water (500 ml) Preparation Boil water with the lemon slices and ginger.

Add the honey. Wait fifteen minutes.

Strain the mixture into a glass bowl.

Then, store in refrigerator.

The syrup will stay good for two months.

Take 2 or 3 big spoonfuls each day until you feel better.

The people who have a chronic cough can take it whenever they want with no problem.

None of the ingredients are harmful for your health.

Anise, chamomile and clove cough syrup The properties of each one of these elements are perfect for a dry cough.

The three of them fight against bacteria and are great painkillers. They also prevent the spasms that lead to dry cough.

Ingredients 1 cup of water (250 ml) 1 chamomile tea bag 1/2 tablespoon of anise (5 g) 2 cloves Preparation First, boil the water with the chamomile.

Then, add the cloves and anise.

Wait 7 minutes. Strain the liquid.

As with the previous recipe, you can store this cough syrup easily and for a long time.

Also, you wont experience any problems if you take it 2 or 3 times a day until your dry cough disappears.

Since its made with natural ingredients, they dont have any side-effects until you have an intolerance or allergy to one of the ingredients.

Cayenne, ginger and apple cider vinegar In other posts, weve talked about the ability of apple cider vinegar to eliminate infectious agents.

Its the same case with cayenne pepper.

Spicy foods are very effective against said agents.

So, we suggest this peculiar cough syrup.

Ingredients 1/4 tablespoon of cayenne pepper (1,5 g) 1 tablespoon of honey (1o g) 1/4 powder ginger (1,5 g) 2 tablespoons of water (20 g) 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (10 g) For this recipe, mixing everything together and taking a spoonful each day is all you need.

Youll feel better before you know it.

For the most part, the mixture doesnt taste great, but think of it as a cough syrup that youd buy at a pharmacy.

Even if they taste bad, you take them because you know theyre good for you.

Just give it a chance.

Every body is different.

Even if we may have the same problem, your bodies react differently.

Keeping that in mind, its worth it to try out different options over a period of several days.

By doing so, youll find the cough syrup thats best for you and be able get the most out of its properties.

Let us know what you discover!  .

We are Hope for Justice - Duration: 4:31.

When people first hear about modern slavery and the millions caught up in it

often they're overwhelmed by the statistics, they're heartbroken by the

brutality and the violence of modern slavery, and they literally don't know

what to do about fellow human beings being exploited for profit.

One of the survivors that we worked with a few years ago said to me:

That's what we've built here in Hope for Justice.

A thought-through, professional response to the issue of modern-day slavey.

Hope for Justice has a home and abroad strategy.

Wherever modern slavery exists, we are committed to stamping it out.

The best way to do that is to prevent it from happening in the first place.

That's why we work with women in some of the poorest parts of the world,

giving them the tools and education they need to protect their families.

Our staff work with street children who are so vulnerable to predatory traffickers.

We give these children the support and schooling that they need and get them

back safely to their families.

We rescue victims.

Our specialist teams identify victims of sex trafficking, of forced labour and domestic servitude.

We build bridges of trust and get them to safety

But rescue isn't an event it's a process

it's where restoring lives begins,

at our aftercare facilities where highly trained staff provide trauma-informed care

from immediate crisis intervention

to long-term education and vocational learning.

For our adult survivors, we advocate on their behalf to get them the support

that they need to make the most of the new opportunities that freedom brings.

The goal is always restoration and reintegration.

Abolishing slavery for good depends on reforming society.

We are working with businesses, with governments

with the public, raising awareness, improving legislation,

training thousands to spot the signs and to respond.

Creating nations and societies hostile to modern slavery

where it will no longer be tolerated.

Our team are changing lives and ending slavery.

Investigators drawn from prestigious law enforcement agencies

like the FBI and Greater Manchester Police;

Lawyers and social workers with years of experience who are

with the survivor for every step of the journey towards restoration;

Educators who specialize in trauma-informed care;

Outreach workers who engage directly with those who are the hardest to reach;

Training teams who share our expertise with other professionals;

Self-help group leaders who go out into their own communities to make a real difference.

All of them share one aim, because Hope for Justice is part of a movement of

people who refuse to live in a world where human beings are treated as

commodities and sold in front of their own eyes.

...forced to work, made to cook and clean as domestic slaves or pushed into the sex trade.

We're creating a world where children are free to be educated, run and play...

...men can provide for their families...that businesses are upstanding in society...

...that governments protect the poor.

I believe in the power of when we use our voice for things that matter,

I believe it echoes out into the darkest places of our communities.

I believe it, because I've seen it.

I saw it in the first girl that we rescued.

just history hasn't caught up yet.
