Treatment for Hemorrhoids - Australia 360 - Duration: 8:24.

Treatment for Hemorrhoids

Have you ever heard about the treatment for hemorrhoids?.

Hemorrhoids are caused by dilated and inflamed veins around the area of the rectum.

Excessive strain during bowel movements is one of the main causes, although it's not the only one.

Inflamed veins can burst, causing bleeding.

If the blood is red and bright, it's just a blood vessel that has collapsed.

However, if its dark, it could come from an area above the rectum.

In more advanced cases, surgical intervention may be needed.

This is a very troubling condition.

Some of the most common symptoms include: pain during bowel movements, bleeding, itching, and burning.

That's why medical attention and follow-up are required to see a rapid improvement.

It should be noted that hemorrhoids can occur at any age.

However, they are most common during pregnancy and in old age.

Treatment for hemorrhoids.

Here, we want to share some of the best natural treatments that you can use for your hemorrhoids if you suffer from this problem.

While they're a great way to alleviate pain and discomfort, under no circumstance should they be used to replace the treatment prescribed by your doctor.

1-Ice packs.

2-Baths with medicinal herbs.

To relieve the itching and burning of hemorrhoids, you can use certain medicinal plants like chamomile, horsetail, and mallow root.

Procedure and application.

Collect some of these herbs (preferably fresh).

Bring a pot of water to boil and add the herbs.

Let the resulting liquid cool and steep.

Soak the affected area in this liquid bath for 10 minutes.

3-Aloe vera. allergic to aloe.

applying a little gel from this plant to the affected area.

Procedure and application.

Collect one or two leaves of the aloe plant and slice them open.

Scrape the gel into a small bowl.

Apply this gel to the inflamed areas.

Another way to prepare this treatment is the following: freeze an aloe leaf and apply the cold gel directly to the area to reduce inflammation and relieve itching.

4-Tomato.

This fruit has certain properties that are very beneficial when it comes to treating hemorrhoids.

Its intake helps to:.

Expel toxins and reduce inflammation (thanks to a diuretic effect); Fight any type of infection; Improve digestion; Protect your skin from ultraviolet rays; Promote wound healing.

Procedure and application.

Wash a ripe tomato well and cut it in half.

Wrap it in gauze.

Apply it by exerting pressure directly on the affected area.

After a bowel movement you can slice a potato in the shape of a suppository and insert it for 20 minutes for pain relief.

Procedure and application for chard.

Take a bunch of chard, wash it well, and cool it in the fridge.

Apply several leaves to the affected area at least three times a day.

Diet for hemorrhoids.

A very important factor for the treatment of hemorrhoids is your diet because it has direct influence over your intestines.

In addition to consuming plenty of water, it's a good idea to add the following foods to your daily meals:.

Broccoli Plum Grain Papaya Vegetables Beets Fresh fruits Flax seeds.

Whole grains are among the most recommended foods for your treatment.

How to Learn German While You Sleep - Learn Intermediate German for B1/B2 #42 - Deutsch lernen - Duration: 4:15.

If you search for "learn German" on YouTube, the first suggestion is "while you sleep".

If you type in "Deutsch lernen" with the letter "I", the first suggestion is "im Schlaf".

Why? Can you really learn a language in your sleep?

What do they mean when they claim something like that?

In this video I talk about the numbers, data, and facts and at the end I give my two cents about it.

Learn Intermediate German B1/B2 #42: How to Learn German While You Sleep

First we have to find out what these people claim with their videos and how they are supposed to work.

In the description of every video on the YouTube Channel "Eko Languages" there is this sentence:

"Um es zu benutzen, einfach das Video abspielen bevor du schläfst…"

(To use just play the video before sleeping…)

That is unfortunately not enough for me.

If you read further in the description, you find more information, but you have to scroll a lot.

At the end of the description you find these sentences:

"Die Idee ist es, dass man so ausgeruht wie möglich sein sollte.

Setz deine Kopfhörer auf, wenn nötig.

Die beste Zeit ist gerade, bevor du ins Bett gehst.

Dann ist dein Gehirn angeblich aufnahmefähiger in diesem Zustand.

Der Plan: Spiel dieses Video so oft wie möglich ab bis die Wörter und Wendungen für dich natürlich sind und du nicht mehr darüber nachdenken musst um sie zu sagen."

(The idea is to be in as relaxed or calm a state as possible.

Put on headphones if you need to.

Best time is the [sic] right before you go to bed.

The brain is supposedly more receptive in that relaxed state.

The plan: listen to this as often as possible until the words and phrases are [so] natural to you,

that you don't even need to think to say them.

According to the description we aren't learning anything while sleeping.

We are learning while awake directly before sleeping.

We are supposed to listen to these words and phrases as often as possible.

Ok. But not while sleeping.

I don't know how it is for you, but when I hear something 20 times, I can remember it.

It doesn't matter if I hear it in the afternoon or directly before sleeping.

Sleep has nothing to do with it.

What really happens while you sleep?

You don't really learn anything while you sleep, but these videos can still be helpful.

It is widely accepted that memories are solidified in long-term memory while you sleep.

If you learn something directly before you sleep, your brain will save these memories first.

Do that every night for a week and you will learn German.

My critique

Can these videos teach you German? Yes.

Can they do it while you sleep? No.

Can these videos put you to sleep? Definitely, yes.

If something sounds too simple, it probably is.

You can't learn while you sleep.

Practice, listen, read and speak German as often as possible.

Then and only then will you be able to understand, read, and speak German.

You can only do these things while you are awake.

Therefore you can only learn these things while you are awake.

When and how you do that is your decision.

If one method doesn't work for your, you should try another method,

but have enough patience to see if the first method really isn't working.

And now a few questions.

What do you think?

Do you believe that you can learn German while you sleep?

Do these kind of videos help?

Have you tried videos like this?

Should I do one of these videos on this channel?

Write your opinion in the comments.

If you want the script of this video in German and English, a worksheet with answer key and an MP3 version of this video,

Hollyoaks' Ryan back to KILL Tegan for good? - Duration: 4:04.

Hollyoaks' Ryan back to KILL Tegan for good?

Hollyoaks spoilers showed Ryan Knight (Duncan James) come back to Chester in tonights episode.

The Hollyoaks cast member fled the village months ago after he put Tegan Lomax (Jessica Ellis) in a bodybag.

Residents are currently unaware that Ryan tried to kill Tegan – whos still in a coma in hospital – when she discovered he had killed Amy Barnes last year.

But now it looks like the villain is back and he isnt going anywhere – for now.

In gushing scenes, Ryan made up with secret boyfriend Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) and confirmed the bombshell.

Ste demanded: I dont want any excuses Ryan, because you cant mess with the kids like this.

You all decide better than this, Ryan started, so let me explain to you whats been going on with me.

Ive had a lot of things to think about… the kids, you. He continued: Youre all I think about Ste.

This isnt easy for me.

I need time to figure it all out in my head.

I want to try.

If you can keep my secret, I wont go anywhere.

Please. Okay, I can do that, replied Ste.

" If you can keep my secret, I wont go anywhere" Ryan Knight The pair were about to lock lips when the kids ran in.

But it looks like Ryan is playing a dangerous game being back in the village and die hard fans have predicted his upcoming storyline.

They need to expose Ryan this has dragged on for too long, wrote one.

A second added: Will Ryan try and kill Tegan again? Elsewhere in Chester, Cindy Cunningham (Stephanie Waring) tried covering her tracks after her one night of passion with daughter Hollys (Amanda Clapham) boyfriend Damon (Jacob Roberts).

She confessed all to former lover Dirk Savage (David Kennedy) and begged for his help.

Dirk was furious by Cindys actions and went on a full blown rant at her: Youre a disgusting excuse of a human being and I cant bare to look at you. But just as he was getting started, Holly walked in demanding questions.

Forced to decide whether on the spot whether to cover, Dirk lied and pretended that he slept with Cindy.

A Tea Trip for the Ages - Duration: 5:37.

"Tea is a religion of the art of life."

~Kakuzo Okakura, The Book of Tea

Today I am finishing an unplanned around-the-world trip with my friend Tynan that featured some

of the best tea experiences I've ever had.

The generosity of the tea shop owners and tea enthusiasts I met have just blown me away,

and I'm left with a beautiful feeling of lingering tea taste in my mouth, a calmness

in my body, and a warmness in my heart.

The trip ended with a three-hour tea tasting at Zhao Zhou in Budapest, perhaps the best

Chinese tea shop in Europe (if you're a fan of Chinese tea, it's the best tea shop

in Europe period).

In this shop, with gorgeous tea ware made in Hungary and China, the owner, Gabor, served

me and Tynan some amazing oolongs and pu-erh teas and talked to us about Tibetan Buddhism,

ancient tea trees, Zen masters, and the "body feel" that a tea leaves you with.

I adore Gabor and found him to be one of the most generous people I've met.

Gabor is friends with Michael, the owner of a tea shop in Taipei called Stop By Tea House

where we'd been just two days before.

We walked the streets of Taipei looking for good tea, and found it in abundance:

We had tea with a tea blogger named Stephane, a Frenchman who's been living in Taiwan

for 15 years, who served us old pu-erh in an amazing garden in New Taipei City, and

talked to us of the feeling that tea leaves you with even after you're done drinking,

and of the history of the gardens we were in.

We lounged for hours at Wistaria Tea House, a historic spot where political dissidents

used to gather decades ago, and where now you can sit on tatami mats, have tea snacks

like pineapple cake and nuts, and drink beautiful high mountain oolongs.

Stop By Tea House, just a 10-minute walk from Wistaria, has one of the most eclectic collections

of incredible Chinese and Japanese tea ware I've seen, and some excellent tea as well.

In the basement, there's a beautifully unusual space for tea parties, where tea is floated

to you on a lighted river that's carved into the floor.

There's also a tiny space set up in the Japanese tea style that is absolutely perfect.

The owner, Michael (I'm sure that's just the name he gives to English speakers), gave

us several free teas as we left, as a gift, with such a kindness that you can't believe.

We spent over an hour drinking dong ding oolongs at the Chong Er tea shop with a Taiwanese

woman who was born and raised in the town where dong ding oolongs come from, and has

been drinking that tea her entire life.

She talked to us of her love for Korean culture, of Buddhist temples, of her home town, and

in the end refused to let us pay for the tea we drank, telling us to "take it easy,"

and shooing us out of her shop before we could give her a single dime.

Before we hit Taiwan, Tynan and I spent a couple days in Tokyo, going twice each to

our favorite two tea houses in the city: Higashi-ya and Ippodo.

They have exquisite examples of Japanese gyokoro and matcha tea, with delicious Japanese tea

sweets to match.

Higashi-ya is gorgeously designed, with servers who whisk the matcha in a blur, and serve

it so elegantly you feel your heart might burst.

Now that I'm flying home to California, I'm hoping to stop by the tea house that

started my tea journey, and my friendship with Tynan: Samovar Tea.

The owner, Jesse, has a generosity of spirit to match the others I've met on this trip,

and he's now one of my best friends as well.

With a simple cup of sencha he served me eight years ago, he gave me the gift of appreciation

of something that connects me to so many people, to trees and farms and farmers, to cups and

food and water, to everything around me, and to myself.

We honestly didn't plan for this to be such an epic tea trip, nor could we have guessed

what kind of generosity of spirit we would encounter in Japan, Taiwan and Budapest.

But the trip turned out to be like the brewing of a good pot of tea: every steeping is different,

yielding unexpected flavors, giving an unfolding experience that you can't predict and that

you can't hold onto, but that you can savor with contentment and gratitude nonetheless.

"Teaism is a cult founded on the adoration of the beautiful among the sordid facts of

everyday existence."

~Kakuzo Okakura, The Book of Tea
