I'm Nancy Brown,

the CEO of the American Heart Association.

Welcome to the red dress collection.

One in three women die from heart disease.

I'm here to change that number.

Along with the American Heart Association,

our mission is to eradicate cardiovascular disease.

I am walking to empower women to care for themselves,

and to let them know that there's power in prevention.

Hey everybody, I'm Ginger Zee,

chief meteorologist of ABC news,

and I wanted to welcome you to the red dress collection

at New York Fashion.

I am here because I know that women need to be

more responsible for their health

in taking care of their hearts.

I'm here because my grandmother died of a heart attack

when she was 55 and I was five years old.

I though she was 80, too young.

It's really really important for me to

bring the message out women and make sure

that they are taking care of themselves and their hearts.

Go red for women has set the standard

for what women's health empowerment looks like.

Know your numbers, it's so important.

I am backstage at the red dress collection fashion show.

I am so excited to be walking the stage today.

And, I can't wait for you guys to see me do it.

2019 CCCC Call for Proposals - Duration: 4:37.

Hello, I am Vershawn Young, the 2019 Program Chair

For the Convention on the Conference on College Composition and Communication

In 2019, the Convention will be held in Pittsburgh,

the home of great performances.

Some people know, but some don't know, that Pittsburgh is the home of the great August Wilson,

one of the greatest playwrights ever to live.

Some people know, but some people don't know,

that August Wilson draws on an Appalachian influence

What Frank Walker from the University of Kentucky calls Affrilachia influence.

In order to highlight the African influence in the Appalachian Trail.

I'm inviting you to join me in Pittsburgh so that we can show up, show out,

and theorize performance-rhetoric and performance-composition in all that we do

in reading, writing, speaking, listening, visually representing, and digital composing.

I hope that you will submit a paper, a panel,

an ensemble, a performance, or something else creative,

intellectual, innovative, and risk-taking for the 2019 Conference.

For more on performance-rhetoric and performance-composition,

listen to some of my friends.

Performance is a critique of the academy.

Performance is opposition to standardization.

I love performance because

Performance is embodied knowledge.

The academy does not like anything that cannot be precisely measured and replicated.

And that's especially why I love the idea of performance

in the discipline of rhetoric, composition, and literacy studies.

I'm thinking about performance-composition

and performance-rhetoric and what they mean to me

I think the easiest way for me to sum it up is to say

that when I studied a group of 189 students at Stanford for five years,

over and over again I asked them

about what good communication, good rhetoric, good writing, good composition was

and over and over again they said

It is something that makes something good happen in the world.

It is writing, composition, and rhetoric that gets up off the page,

off the screen, marches out, and does something good.

Makes something happen.

It is active. It works.

So that, to me, is composition-performance, composition-rhetoric.

I think performance-rhetoric gives us,

as scholars and teachers, a unique opportunity.

Because it allows us to hear diverse voices and literacies

that have been unfairly silenced

by racism and classism in our society.

In the two-year college, a lot of my students love hip-hop

and they want to interact with hip-hop

They bring vast amounts of knowledge

of hip-hop music with them and its history

to my classes here at Nova

And hip-hop, as students have pointed out,

offers us as listeners the chance to hear from marginalized voices

that have been silenced by society.

And recognize the richness

of hip-hop artists' literacies, languages, and knowledge.

Performance courageously courts unpredictability, so it's risk-taking.

Performance envelopes activity with style so it's attention-seeking.

Performance recombines rhetorics, means, sensoria, inheritances,

chancing spectoral composites.

Shouldn't we then, in-so-far as carrying out this discipline's work,

invite, prime, and illicit performance more expansively?

Does Workers' Compensation Pay For Psychological Treatment? - Duration: 4:21.

Hello.

My name's Jason Perkins.

I'm a Georgia Workers' Compensation attorney and I'd like to welcome you to another episode

in my Georgia Workers' Compensation video series.

I created this series to provide you with helpful information about the rules and benefits

of Georgia Workers' Compensation law, so you can better understand it.

Today I want to talk about a particular area of Georgia Workers' Compensation law and that

is coverage for psychological conditions that you may develop as a result of an injury at

work.

Those conditions could include things like post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, or

depression.

It's not uncommon at all for people with serious work injuries to develop depression, anxiety,

or some other psychological condition as a result of those work injuries.

If you have an injury, which causes you a lot of pain, makes it where you're unable

to work, people often become depressed or anxious and may need some psychological treatment.

Also people exposed to stressful conditions at work may develop post traumatic stress

disorder or some other psychological condition as well as a result of that exposure.

So, in Georgia are those psychological conditions and the treatment for them covered?

Well, the answer's a little complicated.

The current rules are in Georgia that you typically have to have a physical injury that

leads to the development of a psychological condition in order for that psychological

condition to be covered.

So, if you fall down at work and break your arm and you are in serious pain and you are

unable to return to work and you become depressed as a result of that pain and inability to

work, then there's a good chance, as long as your doctor supports that the depression

was caused by your work injury, that workers' compensation would have to pay for the treatment

of that condition or if you are a convenience store clerk and you're robbed and you're beaten

up, then you develop post traumatic stress disorder as a result of that robbery, where

you suffer a physical injury as well, then treatment for that psychological condition

would generally be covered.

But there's a catch.

If you do not suffer a physical injury at work and develop a psychological condition,

then in Georgia, and we're just talking about Georgia law here, generally that conditions

not covered under Georgia Workers' Compensation law.

In Georgia, you can't have a non-physical exposure that leads to a psychological condition

to have it covered under Georgia workers' compensation law as it currently stands.

I think that law should be changed.

I don't think it makes any sense that someone who suffers a clearly traumatic event like

being robbed at gunpoint should not be covered for the psychological condition that they

develop just because they are not physically injured as well, but this is the law as it

currently stands in Georgia and until it's changed, you're not going to be able to get

coverage for that psychological condition unless you also suffered a physical injury

at work.

I hope you found this information helpful.

If you have, do let me know by giving this video a thumbs up or by liking it.

If you've got other questions or would like to receive more videos from the Georgia Workers'

Compensation video series, visit our Perkins-Studdard Workers' Compensation YouTube channel.

You can view all the videos from my series there and you can also subscribe, so that

you can be notified of future videos as they're published.

If you would like to set-up a free consultation with me to get answers to some of your questions,

I'd be happy to do that.

Are oil prices safe for the short term? - Duration: 9:20.

Hi and welcome to the Core Finance Master Investor Show. My name is James Faulkner.

I'm joined by Victor Hill.

Good afternoon James. Hello again.

How are we doing Victor?

Very good.

2016. The oil price pretty much collapsed to below

I think it was below $30 a barrel at one point.

January 2016, correct. Yes.

Since then we've seen a decent recovery. I think it's back to just over $60 at the moment.

It's 65 right now, I just checked.

What what are the prospects for the oil price going forward?

Will we see further recovery or are the days of $100 a barrel, are they behind us?

Well, I don't think we are expecting $100

a barrel for quite some time, if at all. I mean Bob Dudley of BP is pricing in

their earnings forecasts at a oil price of between $65 and $70 over the course of

the next year or so. So that's the kind of range that the the industry itself expects.

But what's happened is that we don't foresee any softening of that price,

so the oil price since I first visited this sector in a magazine

edition of exactly one year ago, the price has recovered and the economics of

the oil industry have been transformed, and that puts into perspective the

relative advantages of fracking as against conventional oil recovery.

You've been very critical of fracking in your article, but wasn't this a

technology that was supposed to provide cheap and plentiful oil for years to come for everybody?

Well a lot of people were very exuberant about fracking

and thought that it was going to transform the industry completely

and there's no question that in the United States, it has succeeded in increasing output very

substantially over a relatively short period and it was supposedly a cheaper form of oil extraction.

Now all this has happened relatively quickly, I mean

fracking, as I mentioned in the article, has been around since 1947 when Standard Oil

first used it in Kansas but fracking as we know it now really only

came about since the late 90s and it's only been rolled out on a large scale

over the last 10 years or so. And yes, it's true America has now regained its

position or is about to regain its position as the number one oil producer

and will probably surpass Saudi Arabia and Russia over the next year

and that is partly due to the fracking revolution. Now you know it's all very well

criticizing fracking, but there's a lot of concern being voiced within the oil industry itself.

And the main concern is obviously environmental, but there are also economic factors as well.

So would you like me to go through those in turn?

Yeah.

On the environmental side, the main issue is, of course, the risk of aquifer contamination,

so the actual fracking process takes place well below the water table

but fracking involves the use of quite toxic chemicals

as well as sand, which can in some cases permeate through the shale in vertical faults,

and there is the risk if not the actual experience of contamination

and because it's early days, because this is a relatively new technology,

we don't really know how long those chemicals reside way down in the rock substructure

and a lot of people would suggest that we're actually holding a hostage to fortune here

in that we could end up with severe contamination down the road. A second point is that this technology

uses an awful lot of sand and you might think sand is a kind of a, you know,

pretty readily available commodity, but some of these wells have used up to

14 million tons of sand. I mean that's a very big sand pit and we're actually

running out of sand and it turns out not just the environmentalists, but some of

the analysts within the industry reckoned that this is going to be

a significant capacity restraint on the growth of this industry.

And indeed it does have very severe, sand mining does have very severe environmental impact.

So as the price of oil has recovered, there has been increased

interest in exploration using conventional extraction techniques and

the name of the game now is to reduce drilling costs as far as possible using technology.

That said we've had the poisoning of the ex-double agent Sergey Skripal in Salisbury recently.

Yes, we did.

That's brought in to sharp focus Britain's reliance on foreign imports of natural gas from, among others, Russia.

Now Britain only, I think, imports around about five percent of its natural gas supplies from Russia.

That's right, yes.

But the the fact that Britain is now a net importer of natural gas

does raise the issue of energy security.

It does.

Shouldn't we be looking at fracking and you know along with all the

other energy sources to ensure the UK has a secure energy policy in the future?

Well, my own view would be that we should not discount the importance of

fracking and that probably some licenses will be granted for fracking to go ahead.

But I don't think it's going to be the energy bonanza that it was envisaged to

be back in 2011, when Cuadrilla Resources first started to extract shale gas up in Blackpool

in Lancashire and there are a number of reasons for this:

firstly there was this controversy over the seismic activity, but there's a report

has come to light through the Freedom of Information Act just just recently

which suggests that in fact the viability of shale gas in the UK has been overestimated

and that in any case in a very densely populated island such as the UK

you cannot really just take the risks

and commit to these very long lateral bore holes that have been experimented

with in the United States. So I think we have to look at it as one part of the energy mix

and then what has also happened in the seven years since 2011

when this first came onto the agenda is that the cost of renewable energy has

fallen quite dramatically and, as you know James, I wrote a number of articles

last year about renewables and I was looking into the economics and the

viability and it does seem, I think we are persuaded that the price of

renewable energy is going down. Apparently last month in February during

the big freeze, there was one day when most of the UK electricity supply was

sourced from wind power you know which is quite a watershed. So I think a lot of

people would argue that the game has changed since fracking first came onto the agenda.

So the energy markets are in a state of flux at the moment.

Its difficult to see which way things are going to go.

How do investors position themselves given the current state of affairs?

Well I go back to the advice I gave more than one year ago, which is that we should be looking at

major oil companies which are diversifying into renewables and other forms of energy.

So that they're effectively becoming instead of becoming, instead of

being oil companies, they are diversified energy companies and one such which I

think is a benchmark in this area is Total SA of France and, as it happens

James, at the Master Investor Show 2018 which takes place tomorrow, I mean most

people will be watching this video after the event has already taken place,

we have a senior executive from Total coming to talk about exactly this subject.

That's right. What you're writing about next month Victor?

Aha! Next month, I'm tackling a big theme which is that we've seen bloodbath on the British High Street.

Carpetright, Toys-R-Us, Prezzo, Malins. They've gone, they're down, kaput.

Is there any future in bricks and mortar retail at all?

And by the way, even the shopping malls are in trouble.

So this is the question I'm posing next month.

OK. Is there any future in the British High Street? We'll find out next month. That's all from us this month.

You can read the entire magazine back to back at masterinvestor.co.uk

I'll be back next month. Thanks for watching.

Learn Colors with Lights | Colors for Children to Learn | Pajamas Song with Light Up Gloves for Kids - Duration: 7:33.

- Hey boys and girls! Welcome to "Tea Time with Tayla"!

Hey, do you have a favorite color?

Oh that's a cool color. Well, I have two favorite colors.

Pink and Purple.

Today we're gonna have some fun learning about colors using these gloves.

They're LED light-up gloves from The Noodley company.

They sponsored today's video and sent me the gloves.

We're gonna use them to have some fun.

Make sure you're subscribed to "Tea Time with Tayla",

and be sure to click the bell.

That way you'll be notified when a new episode releases.

Now, cue the logo. Let's have some fun

[happy music]

The Noodley company sent me two pair of their LED light-up gloves,

and as a bonus, there's extra batteries.

Parents, these come in adult sizes and kid sizes.

So you can get a set to match your kid and play together.

If you'd like to get some for your child to play along with me,

go ahead and click the link in the description.

All right let's learn some colors.

What color are these gloves?

Yes! They're purple.

P - U - R - P - L - E

That spells purple.

Now what color are these gloves?

You got it! They're black.

B - L - A - C - K

That spells black.

Let's play with the purple ones first,

because they're one of my favorite colors,

and they match my hair.

All you have to do is put the gloves on like normal.

and then there's a button inside that turns on the lights.

Whoa!

[gasp]

Look at the colors dancing.

Those are cool.

If you push the button in the gloves twice ...

they go to solid.

Now we can see the colors.

There's three different colors in the gloves.

The first color on the tip of the gloves is?

Orange!

Let's spell the color orange together!

O - R - A - N - G - E

Great job!

We spelled the color orange.

The second color on the gloves,

which is in the middle on my knuckles,

is one of my favorite colors

do you remember what it is?

It's pink!

P - I - N - K

That's how you spell pink.

Now there's one more color on the gloves.

It's the last light.

What color do you see?

Yeah, it's blue!

Let's spell the color blue.

B - L - U - E

That's how you spell blue.

These gloves have ...

Orange,

Pink,

and Blue lights

Awesome job.!

Okay, now let's try the black gloves.

I think they have different color lights in them.

There's one.

And there's two.

Okay! Let's turn the lights on and see what colors are in them.

Ooooh!

These ones are funky too.

They're dancing gloves.

Let's slow the lights down so we can see what colors there are.

There we go. Now they're solid.

That's easier to see.

Now what color is on the tip of my fingers?

What color do you see?

Yes, it's the color red.

Let's spell the color red.

R - E - D

That's a short one, and that's how you spell red.

What color is in the middle of the gloves?

Right underneath the red. What color do you see?

I see green too.

It's the color green.

G - R - E - E - N

Hey red and green are Christmas colors.

Okay, there's one more color in the gloves.

It's the bottom color.

Do you know what color it is?

It's the same one that was in the purple gloves.

It's the color blue.

B - L - U - E

That spells blue

These gloves have the color red.

The color green.

And the color blue.

Now it's time to dance using our LED light-up gloves.

We're going to listen to my pajama song!

Here we go!

♫ When I want to go to bed I put my PJ's on ♫

♫ P - A - J - A - M - A - S ♫

♫ P - A - J - A - M - A - S ♫

♫ P - A - J - A - M - A - S ♫

DEMOLITION, MITB CASH-IN! GOING TO THE EXTREME FOR THE UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP! - Duration: 13:41.

the prince he's gonna cash in! wrapping the steel chair around the

ankle of Kurt Angle this is what he did to the Undertaker

but oh no Finn don't do it Finn this son of a bitch he's gonna jump off the

ladder and break Kurt's ankle! welcome everyone to headlocks and

dropkicks my career universe where tonight the number one contender and

Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle challenges a leader of the bullet Club

Finn Balor in an Extreme Rules match for the universal championship anything goes

and all bets are off which one of these two superstars will walk into

WrestleMania as Universal Champion there's a lot riding on the line in this

contest folks a wrestlemania appearance the crown jewel in the universal

championship and for the bullet Club control of Monday Night Raw European

uppercut delivered by Angle duck under by Balor Balor now with a fireman's

carry angle reversing with an Impaler DDT on to the ring canvas Kurt Angle

immediately going to the outside looking to introduce some weaponry into this

Extreme Rules contest Balor on the opposite end of the ring looking to

reciprocate the actions of angle angle with the kendo stick in hand walking

towards the direction of Balor as Balor's bringing out a ladder he

connects on the skull of Kurt Angle

Balor now.. back under the ring looking for some

more toys to introduce into this contest and Balor he's bringing out a table

angle right back up to speed Balor on the attack, Angle rips away

the table from Balor. Balor misses with the kick but Angle will connect with the

table on top of Finn Balor

Balor misses with that spinning heel kick let's not forget that after Kurt Angle want

his number one contendership match Finn Balor attacked Kurt Angle with the kendo

stick and laid out the Olympic gold-medalist. Balor looking to set up

shop on the outside with that table kendo stick in hand he wants to bring

the action back into the squared circle Angle has different plans for that table

Forcing Balor to come back to the outside angle rips away the kendo stick

and slaps it across the ribcage of Finn Balor

a small measure of revenge for Kurt as he's laying down these vicious shots

with the kendo stick sent into the steel steps now by Kurt Angle is Finn Balor

and Kurt Angle staying on the attack staying on the offense not letting finn

bálor breathe for a single second

Balor catches the leg in a dragon screw leg whip to Kurt Angle Kurt Angle

does slam against those steel steps back into the ring here shots to the kidney

area of Balor by Angle and Angle cinching in a chin lock Kurt Angle is an

absolute wrestling machine if Angle wants to walk away as Universal Champion

he needs to keep the battle inside the squared circle he cannot let his

emotions overtake him and submit to the term extreme in this Extreme Rules match

wrestling his angles Forte and he should stick to it versus stooping to the lows

of Finn Balor using weapons in this contest not to say that Angle can't get

extreme wait a minute Balor now reversing German suplex and the neck of

Kurt Angle just snaps back in smashes alongside that solid steel ladder

Balor, a little too cocky forearm strike by Kurt Angle back up to a

vertical base Kurt Angle in control of this matchup with a powerbomb now again

it's not to say that Kurt Angle can't get extreme it's just the wrestling

aspect of his arsenal is what's going to give him the best shot at capturing that

Universal Championship gold Balor right back into the ring ladder in hand kick

to the gut by Angle as he knocks loose the ladder out of the hands of Finn

Balor draped over the shoulder nice snake eyes as Balor's hung out to dry

across that top rope Balor now up to one knee Angle trying to hit an overhead

fist strike but Balor reverses with a shot to the ribcage. Angle,

going for a cover here and finn bálor will power through let's get back to

that neck that surgically repaired neck of Kurt Angle as it snapped back on that

ladder from that German suplex it's a sensitive area and a psychological

advantage for someone like Balor to target the neck occurring we know all

too well the history of how many times Kurt Angle has broken his neck and Balor

is looking at angles neck as if it's a big red bullseye

and finally Finn Balor rips the ladder away from the hands of Kurt Angle and

Finn Balor bringing the ladder right back up now looking to return the favor with

the ladder after receiving those strikes with the ladder from Angle not even

letting Kurt Angle get right back up to his feet staying on the attack and

continuously hitting him with that steel ladder the ladder has been set up

overhead strike by Balor, Balor now sends Kurt Angle over the top rope in

crashing down to the arena floor

Finn Balor, setting up that table once again you can see the wheels turning

inside the mind of Balor, as he hits a Code Breaker; Finn Balor has dirty deeds and

dastardly tactics in mind. Balor... Flatliner here on the arena floor back

into the squared circle we go Finn Balor climbing to the top turnbuckle taking to

the skies but he misses with that diving elbow drop and Kurt Angle is back in

control of this matchup Kurt Angle for the most part has dominantly been in

control of this matchup it's almost as if Finn has bit off a

little more than he can chew with the Wrestling Machine, Kurt Angle. Maybe just

maybe as Angle hits a belly-to-belly overhead suplex

maybe Finn should've brought out the Demon King for this occasion. Maybe Finn Balor

underestimated Kurt Kurt Angle now for the t-bone suplex on the way and the

ladder just bouncing around the ring and landing on top of the body of Finn Balor

Kurt Angle now with another German suplex release. Finn Balor, he's gonna have

to roll to the outside to regain his composure... Angle, right back on the

outside. Balor misses with that code breaker. Angle catches the leg and sweeps

the leg, of Balor. Now locks in a heel hook you cannot win this contest on the

outside but maybe Angle is just trying to soften up the ankle of Finn Balor

for the ankle lock reverse DDT now as Angle goes up and over Kurt Angle

stalking his prey maybe looking for an Angle Slam through the table Balor is

gonna go ahead and reverse Finn Balor, with an enzugiri across the temple of

Kurt Angle. Balor overhead fist strike hooking the neck of Kurt Angle, Reverse

1916 on the arena floor and that cannot do the neck of Kurt Angle any favors

there's got to be an immense level of discomfort physically and mentally for

Kurt Angle knowing that finn bálor is targeting his neck dropkick by finn

bálor the ladder inside the ring and the way the table is positioned on the arena

floor the symbolism doesn't bode too well for one of these athletes Finn Balor

with the kendo stick again misses but then he connects right between the eyes

of Kurt Angle. Angle right back up to his feet. Front facelock by Balor. Balor

gonna line up Kurt Angle across the table. Angle won't have it Balor with

those strikes fireman's carry reversal by Kurt.

And Kurt Angle locking the arms around the waist of finn bálor and popping his

hips as he's going for the three amigo German suplexes right here on the

unforgiving arena floor into the table goes Angle once again! Kurt he's in bad

shape right now and he's draped across a table finn bálor rushing towards the ring

finn balor climbing the ladder with a ferocious purpose he knows that Angle

isn't going to stay down for long Balor contemplating the drop talking trash

angle and oh my god nope no no no finn bálor throwing caution to the wind and

hitting a humungous splash on top of Kurt Angle sending him through the table

with such ferocity with such force with malicious intent just take a look at

these replays that's got to be at least 15 feet in the air maybe and Balor

just dropping his 200-plus pounds frame on the ribcage of the Olympic gold

medalist beyond a shadow of a doubt these men at the very least have bruised

ribs after that hellacious drop from the skies by Balor. This is how much the

universal championship means to finn bálor and this is how much WrestleMania

means to finn bálor he's willing to sacrifice his body and put it all on the line

for the sake of the bullet club finn bálor is a powerful man in a powerful

position and he just made the ultimate power play finn bálor now waiting for

Kurt Angle to get right back up to his feet and continuously hitting him with

steel chair shots right on the dome of Kurt Angle and once again that

surgically repaired neck has got to be in bad shape at this point Balor now

wrapping the steel chair around the ankle of Kurt Angle this is what he did

to the Undertaker but oh no Finn don't do it Finn this son of a bitch he's

gonna jump off the ladder and break Kurt's ankle Kurt!! Kurt! You've got to get up

Kurt Kurt and Kurt Angle thank God he got up in time Kurt's ankle would have

been shattered into a million pieces who knows if he would have been ever

able to walk again if Balor connected with that splash

Kurt now looking to injure the ankle of Balor ankle lock is cinched in tight! Finn

bálor squirming around. Can Kurt Angle become the new universal

champion!? finn balor will he submits Finn he's gonna tap no wait a minute, Finn

Balor he's gonna break through the ankle Iock

and Finn Balor hobbling around and off the boost of adrenaline

it's a forearm strike on Kurt Balor running off a pure emotion going up top

he needs to hit this if he wants to walk in to Wrestlemania as champion Balor

coup de Gras Finn Balor hooks the leg with a back press one two and three

Balor will retain the championship what an amazing contest in a hard-fought

battle for the leader of the Bullet Club

Huge win for Finn Balor as he walks down the road to Wrestlemania wait a minute that's

that's the Prince of pro wrestling the Prince, he's gonna cash in!

Oh no, what the hell's going on!? Samoa Joe attacking the Prince of Pro Wrestling?

and preventing him from cashing in on Finn Balor Samoa Joe was

the man who helped the Prince get into the Money in the Bank ladder match. Samoa

Joe declined the invitation into the Nexus and Samoa Joe lost the universal

championship inside the Elimination Chamber and now he's helping finn bálor

retain Balor and Joe ordering the referee to ring the bell this is a

travesty I can't believe it highway robbery for the prince I can't

believe this moment that bitter son of a bitch Samoa Joe robbing the prince

of his shining moment, wait a minute could it be yes the Undertaker has returned and he's about

to chokeslam finn balor all the way to hell! the undertaker sending a message loud

and clear to finn bálor subscribe for more content we'll see you in our next

episode where Rey Mysterio battles the Viper

Randy Orton if Ray wins he selects the stipulation for a rematch at Neville's

cruiserweight championship don't forget to keep God first headlocks and dropkicks

Try This: Ab Exercises for 8 Pack Abs w/ Brandon Hendrickson - Duration: 2:32.

hey what's up guys this is IFBB men's physique pro Brandon Hendrickson I'm gonna

show you a few of my favorite ab exercise

first exercise is the hanging leg raise I do about 15 to 20 reps of these take

about a 1 minute to 2 minutes rest between and then I perform the same

exercise again I'll do that about 3 or 4 times I like the hanging leg raise

because it allows my core to stretch and then slowly contract as I'm bringing my

knees up I would suggest trying not to swing you don't really want the momentum

you want to keep your abs and core stabilized and strong and then just

where you are you doing is raising your knees in your in your legs next we have

the windshield wipers so for this exercise you want to keep your legs

hanging down your starting position is at the bottom and you're slowly gonna

raise your legs all the way around like a windshield wipers the one way around

is one rep and then coming back would be two reps I perform about 15 or 20 reps

of about 4 maybe 5 sets I usually take about one minute to two

minutes in between all right so my next exercise is the seated crunch I lay

myself perpendicular to the bench using my hands to hold my body up stretching

my legs all the way out slowly squeezing with my knees and my legs up bringing it

close to my chest as possible it's more of a powerful movement so I slowly

stretch my legs out and powerfully move my knees and my legs up to my chest this

exercise is really good for lower abs you want to get the lower abs because it

shows a full developed core and it also creates a smaller waistline my final

exercise is the rope crunch so I'll put the cable pulley all the way up at the

highest level and I'll use a rope attach the rope onto the cable get on my knees

and I'm holding the cable with my hands above my head and I'm slowly bringing

down using only my abs to bring the rope down my sexin reps for the rope crunch

are between 15 and 20 reps with about a minute in between each set those are a

few of my favorite ab exercises me personally I train abs for 20 minutes

seven times a week but I would recommend you starting out with about two to three

times a week thanks for watching guys and make sure you subscribe below
