Arsenal to do battle with Chelsea for Peter Gulacsi ● News Now - transfer ● #AFC - Duration: 1:53.
Arsenal are readying a move to sign RB Leipzig star Peter Gulacsi, according to reports.
Gulacsi has earned a reputation as one of the finest goalkeepers in the Bundesliga since
moving from Red Bull Salzburg to Leipzig back in 2015 but the 27-year-old is being heavily
linked with a switch to England in the summer.
It's understood Gulacsi is firmly on Chelsea's radar, with Thibaut Courtois being lined up
by Real Madrid, but the Premier League champions will come up against stiff competition from
their London rivals.
The Sun suggests Arsene Wenger has also been keeping close tabs on Gulacsi and will do
battle with Chelsea for the shot-stopper's signature.
Petr Cech has been far from convincing since arriving in north London and the Gunners are
preparing to bring in a replacement for the four-time Premier League title winner.
Gulacsi spent five years with Liverpool from 2008 to 2013 but failed to make a first-team
appearance for the Merseyside giants.
However, his time on Merseyside means he qualifies as a homegrown player which has put Premier
League sides on red alert.
It's claimed Leipzig are demanding a fee of at least £25million for Gulacsi which
could put Arsenal off a move for the 'keeper.
The Hungary international is tied into a deal at Leipzig until the summer of 2022.

Chicago across the lake and not being able to see Michigan they were like
blown away.

So last week we sailed from Racine up in to Milwaukee.
And this time we were planning on going from Racine
all the way up the lake to somewhere over here potentially to Muskegon.
Pentwater was the other option so that is 20, 40, 60, it looks to be just about 70
miles to Pentwater.
Racine to Milwaukee as the crow flies is less than 20 miles.
But the other day what did we do?
We went probably 30 miles didn't we?We probably came out to here and then came back.
Yeah now that looks a lot beefier
How far were we off by?
fifty percent?
Yeah, Pentwater 's 100 miles.
Instead of what we thought what 70?
Well yeah so... somebody set up the compass wrong

We bought this boat to live aboard and that required a number of different
changes to the way the boat was set up.
W e couldn't possibly understand
everything that we needed to change right away but we knew we needed to make
sure we had confidence in our ground tackle.
We measured and marked our anchor chain
and added seizing wire to our anchor shackle.
last week Lauren had ripped out the microwave which was hardwired into the back of this outlet.
We used to have a microwave right here.
We're never gonna use it because we want to be on anchor.
And we put our drawer in and realized that this 120 cabling that
goes to the outlet prevents the drawer from sliding all the way back in.
So I needed to move that cabling and there's absolutely no way that I could fit a
full-sized drill in that little space.
I just spent the last 45 minutes climbing
into the bow pulpit of my neighbor's boat to help him install his new anchor
windlass so I'm looking a little scuzzy.
But in return he went next door to my
other neighbor's boat and got me a 90 degree angle drill.
Let's see if this is gonna fit.

very close to getting the blender basically the vortex blender takes a
really long time and there's a lot of manual labor which is not bad but if
there's gonna be a huge barrier to entry every time we want to use it it might
not so and a bunch of our money right it was yeah this is 20 bucks and that one
was a hundred so if this doesn't work out we'd give it to some child who needs
a smoothie and the reason we're getting this is that it doesn't require
electricity right that's correct cuz we don't have solar or wind or wind and our
alternator is very small yep we're kind of Sol right now there's power here's
the power filled those biceps
my first big boat project to making yourself over this drawer pull out this
GFCI and replace it and to rerun that wire so that this drawer would fit in
and I needed to get that 90 degree angle drill oh now our drawer slides all the
way back turns out I didn't actually need it at all because we're replacing
that light that is over the galley sink that is both 120 and 12 volt with just a
12 volt LED strip long story short I'm undoing my work that I did yesterday
such as life so I've got my LED strips that I just wired up so the boat came
with this two-person kayak this was our only tender before we anchored out we
had to make sure the kayak was usable as a dinghy
hold up say that again what did I just ask you did you read the instruction
then I asked you before you started I said probably not but inflate your kayak
in the following order failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to
all right yeah okay perfect I don't know
my patented kayak canoe paddle swap so I don't get wet oh I'm tired imagine six
strokes upstream on the Mississippi it's pretty fun and paddle but if we need to
use this to get from our boat on anchor to shore through any sort of waves or
this would not work not to mention 20 minutes to play this thing with our
football and there ways like a hundred pounds I think we need a new tether

Yes are set to be rejoined by former front man Trevor Horn for their upcoming 50th anniversary tour dates in London.
The Roundabout rockers are on the road to mark five decades as a group - which currently features Steve Howe, Alan White, Geoff Downes, Billy Sherwood and Jon Davison - and theyll be joined by the returning musician for their London Palladium shows.
Grammy Award winner Trevor - who is known for his 1978 hit single Video Killed the Radio Star with The Buggles - fronted the band and played bass from 1980 to 1981 and then worked with Yes as a producer from 1983 to 1987, and again from 2010 to 2011.
The London dates on March 24 and 25 include the Yes Fans Convention, which will see the Drama line-up performing together as Horn returns to the fold.
The convention will host the launch party for the Fly From Here - Return Trip remixed LP, which features new vocals from the producer.
Meanwhile, it will also include two Yes tribute bands, displays and exhibitions related to the band and a number of other attractions.
Horn will also join the group on stage for the final night of the European tour in Paris, France at the Olympia.
Although founding member Tony Kaye will not be able to perform on these dates, he is expected to join them in the US in June and July.

The McLaren F1 team is not setting any lofty goals for the 2018 Formula 1 season.
Despite splitting with engine manufacturer Honda after an abysmal three years, the British
team had another troubled winter.
Team boss Eric Boullier insists those problems have been sorted for Australia, but he also
admits that McLaren is not setting unrealistic expectations either.
"The objective is clearly to be competitive and regularly at the front," he told U.K.
media outlet RMC.
"First we will have to see our new package.
The relationship is new, so we need to discover the car, the engine, the operation.
We'll see what happens in the first races.
"We will try to be ready in Australia because it's an opportunity to score points, but we
may not be the best prepared because we had a lot of little worries.
But we will make sure we are ready."
Many people compared McLaren's winter to that of Toro Rosso's, whose opposite move from
Renault to Honda power was smooth.
"There are those who did a better job, like Toro Rosso," Boullier said.
"The fact of having only eight days (of preseason testing in Barcelona), and losing three because
of the weather didn't help.
But it's a little too early to say where we are.
We did not do enough driving, we did not do a race simulation, so we need a little more
data."
Second-year McLaren driver Stoffel Vandoorne agrees.
"Right behind Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull, it's difficult to predict," he told Belgian

3 Options for your $25k Coaching or consulting package - Duration: 13:40.
Hello hello!
Good morning! it's Julia, how are you and Happy Thursday.
I'm going to give you three options for your 25k coaching or consulting package.
This question stems from the last video I did with the case study on making $600k in
12 months and that case study was based on a $25k coaching package.
A question came out of that as to what a $25k package could look like, so I'm giving you
three options.
I have notes so I stay on track and if you watch live feel free to say hello or watch
quietly and also feel free to ask questions.If you watch on the replay, by all means, post
your questions and I will answer it as quickly as I can.
3 Options for your $25k package, the first option which tends to be the most common option,
is a year long mastermind or group coaching program.
Group coaching programs and masterminds are different.
You will probably see those terms used interchangably, people use mastermind when they really mean
group coaching.
They're two different things.
A group coaching program is where you will have set content, set module, or a set topic
each month and you as the coach will be leading and teaching content to everybody else in
the group program each month.
With a mastermind you would have a theme or a topic and everyone in the mastermind will
set what they need to achieve as it pertains to that topic.
For example with a group program one month could be listing building and you'll teach
a module on list building.
You might teach the 5 different ways to grow your list.
Another module might be all about pricing or what ahve you, that's definitely a group
coaching program where everyone is learning the same thing, the same content as the same
time.
With a mastermind you as the leader of the mastermind as the host or hostess would have
a particular theme or topic.
For example your theme or topic for that month was list-building, you're not going to teach
a module on list-building but the expectaion is that each person in the mastermind would
set their own goal around list -building.
So somebody might say..." for this 30 day period I want to grow my list by 10, 000 people."
and then you as the leader would say how would you go about doing that and you would support
them with facebook ads or whatever.
I'm explaining the difference so you undertand.
I know people call group coaching programs masterminds but they are two different things.
The most common $25k package option is a group coaching program or mastermind.
Next week I'm going to go into detail about the pros and cons of having rolling enrolment
on a mastermind or having a set start and finish time and how you could set up both.
If you decide to go will rolling enrolment what that could look like and if you decide
to go with a set start and end time, what that could look like.
The 2nd option for your $25k package is a one-to-one option.
If you are working with a group for a year and you're working with someone one-to-one,
it stands to reason that they will get results in a shorter period of time because they have
access to you and they're working one-to-one so they're getting individual attention.
So you could have a 6 month program for example with the $25k investment.
A lot of times my clients get a bit sutck as to what to include and I'll talk about
that a bit later on.
At this stage it doesnt really matter if you have VIP Days in your 25k offer, if it's Done-for
you services.
It doesnt matter how many templates, how many modules, how many calls, and I'll tell you
why in a few minutes.
That option two is a shorter option working with you one-to-one.
Option 3 is what I call a project based offer.
That would be where you would work with a client to set up something specific in their
business or to hit a particular milestone in their business.
I'll give you an example.
In my business I have a 60 day launch package that's a 30 thousand pound investment.
I'm in the UK so I charge in pounds.
And the reason why it's that short a period of time is because it's for in-house consultants
who want to start their own independent consultancy and it's quite time-sensitive.
So something has happened either they've decided to take voluntary redundancy from their company
or they've just had a baby in their family so it's a very time sensitive decision.
They need leads very quickly, they need sales really quickly and so that 60 day compressed
timeline is very attractive for them.
That's what I mean about having a project based package $25k offer.
In this case your client is paying to get X done in X amount of time.
For me it's 60 days and they have unlimited access to me in that time as I work soley
with that client.
For you it will be different . This not "it has to look like this" because
your business is your business but the thing that I want you to take away is think of something
you could offer that done-for-you or very done-with-you that give a really specific
result that is attractive for your client.
Something else I want you to think about, because alot of times, we start with "I want
to charge 25k.
Oh I want to charge 50k.
Oh I want to charge 100k" and that's not really the place to start from.
The place to start from is by asking yourself and answering these three questions.
The first question is "What would make you happy?"
Because what it the point of running a high-ticket coaching business, where you're selling premium
programs, and your selling programs that make you miserable.
So the first question to answer is "what would make you happy?"
When I decided to host a retreat on a gorgeous Caribbean island I will be very straight with
you and say I picked that because it would make me happy and I know that if I'm happy
I could serve my clients at my highest level.
It's no point me booking a boring conference room in a hotel with no natural light because
it would be torture and my clients would suffer and it's hard to sell sometthing that doesnt
make you happy.
The second question is "what would be serve your clients?"
Your clients might benefit from having a longer period with you,then you would go for a longer
program.
Your clients might benefit from a shorter time with you, then you would create a shorter
program.
So it's not a case of "I want to charge £25k, what can I sell for $25k?"
It's "what would be serve your clients?"
And the third question is "if a client gave me $25,000, what would I like them to experience
in exchange?"
I'm sure you've heard "money is an exchange" "money is energy" and it's true and alot times
we can get stuck in our heads in terms of the money piece.
I can confidently sell a $100k program because I know what I want my clients to experience
as a result of making that investment and that's what I want to encourage you to do.
Before you go to "I want to sell a $25k package" answer those three questions.
"What would make you happy?"
"What would best serve your client?"
"If a client gave me $25,000 what would I want them to experience in exchange?"
Because they have to feel good and you have to feel good and that's when the sales happen.
Once you answer those three questions, it makes it easier for you to know what your
package will look like.
Because if you know working with a client 1:1 for 6 months will make you happy, then
your $25k option would be a 6 month 1:1 package.
If you know that a year long program would make you happy, then your $25k offer would
be a year long program.
So when I work with my clients to create their $25k offer that's the question that I ask
them.
"What would make you happy?" and they look at me kind of strange.
Sometimes we forget and we focus with our heads and we really need to focus with our
hearts and when we focus from a place of "what would make me happy" "what would benefit my
client" and "how do I want my client to feel" that is when we get those high-paying clients
easily and from a place of integrity because we know that we're happy and they are happy
and they are exchanging money for something they definitely want because they can see
the benefit.
