I think that if you are, I think there's boundaries.

Obviously, every relationship is different, so

I don't think anybody can speak on anything if you ain't in it.

Married, not married, single, not single, it's not your life.

You really can't speak about anything unless you're the one living in it.

You can give your perspective, you can share your own personal story.

I even have talked to you about this.

>> It can get interesting with being married and then divorced.

>> Yeah. >> And then people are like, well,

you can't speak on marriage Jeannie,

>> You're divorced now.

How does that make sense?

>> Yes, that's honestly the number one thing that've experienced,

I noticed already.

First of all, we have a dope fanbase, like this year.

>> So I love everybody who was able to just kind of go

through this with me because it is a journey.

And it's healing, it's learning yourself again.

But that doesn't mean that I still can't share my perspective on what I went

through and what didn't work for my marriage.

And actually now, you don't know it until you're in it.

But now that I'm in it, I'm meeting, of course, so many divorced people,

divorcees.

Who tell me things that didn't work out for them, and I can relate to it as well.

And it made me realize that when I was going through it,

I actually only seeked out advice of married people.

I mean, my counselor's married, my pastor's married.

And I realized, they give great advice.

But I can't connect like I can with the people who failed to be able to catch some

of the things that unravel.

And that you can't save in the marriage that I was in now.

So what I'm saying is, take advice from people's personal stories.

>> Yes. >> Learn from it, at least.

Because today, had I followed and

listened to some of the divorcees that I didn't then.

I might have saw some things that I could have managed to change about my

relationship then.

>> I even think that if somebody has been divorced,

they actually might have perspective that you don't have.

They might be able to look back and say- >> [APPLAUSE]

>> I can see things differently now.

You've been divorced, you've said it.

>> Yeah. >> I've been divorced,

I've been married, I've been divorced.

>> Yeah, but that's like saying, you can't tell me nothing about marriage, Loni,

because yours didn't work.

>> I can tell you when it don't work.

>> That's not true. >> I can tell you that much.

I mean, I think you should look at each person and each individual.

When my friends, if they ask me for advice,

I'm not trying to get into their business.

I hope people look at me and say, I come to Loni for

good advice, not based on where I am in my life right now.

But just based on me being a good human being.

I think that's what you should look out for, when you're looking for

somebody for advice.

How To - 10 Tricks for Freeriding with Snowboarder Xavier De Le Rue - Duration: 3:37.

Today I'm gonna share with you a few tips and tricks that are going to make your

life in the mountains a lot easier and a lot more enjoyable.

Before strapping in or when hiking I really like to secure my gear so I use either an ice axe or

ski poles and that way I won't lose my backpack

because this could sometimes mean the end of the adventure.

If you have something sticking out of your base, take a knife and get it out

and if you don't have a knife you can use the ski or someone else's board.

That's really important because you don't want to be slow.

The neck warmer, always with me even when it's warm, it's an extra layer,

it protects you from the wind it's the bomb.

Snowboarders get some three piece poles, keep them into your backpack

that's gonna help you a lot on the flats.

So, hiking deep pow, can be a bit miserable sometimes

so a good way to do it, is to grab your board by your heels

and then use this as something to pull yourself.

If you take out your skins and you're going to use them a bit later

good to have them in the jacket so that they stay warm

and they're gonna stick a lot better after.

So if your skins are really not sticking, this is a

great emergency trick, it won't last you long but it could be enough to bring you home.

Also another trick, is to have always a bit of duct tape on your pole

so that you can use it for, let's say, repairing something that breaks, you know,

sticking on your skins or many many things.

So if you're going to be cold, just a little bit, for a little short while.

just take the puffer on top of everything, carry on, take it out when you need to.

It's quick and efficient and it works.

What I like to do when I get to the top is to leave my base in the snow

and kind of rub it a little bit so it will suck the moisture and then no ice will build up later.

So that way you don't get blocked when you drop in.

I am sure you have quite a few tricks of your own

World War 3: Sweden unveils plan for TOTAL MOBILISATION as Russia threat grows

WORLD War 3 fears are growing as Sweden revealed plans for a "total societal mobilisation"

in the event of an attack from an "external force" - amid an ever-rising threat from

Russia.

Sweden has proposed hundreds of millions of pounds worth of investment towards its defence

programme, which has become somewhat underfunded since the end of the Cold War.

But, like neighbours Finland, Sweden is once again pumping funds into the programme amid

an ever-escalating threat from the east.

This month's horrific Salisbury nerve agent attack has put the spotlight on Russia, which

is frequently referred to in hypothetical Scandinavian military drills as an unnamed

but clearly referenced "external power".

One former Finnish soldier revealed to Express.co.uk Russian uniforms and designs are even used

in war games in the country.

And Sweden, too, is increasing its focus on Russia in the wake of an increasingly aggressive

Kremlin foreign policy.

A new Swedish military report has proposed £364 million worth of investment every year

between 2021 and 2025.

From 2018 to 2020, £35 million will be invested per year.

The funds will be used to prepare Sweden for an attack by building new shelters, military

depots, rescue services, healthcare, emergency power sources and cyber security.

Sweden's defence commission secretariat chief Tommy Akesson said the country was preparing

a "total mobilisation of the country".

He told DefenseNews.com: "When we say civil defence, we mean all civil activities in society,

including medical care, including shelters of course, including private companies, everything.

"It's a total mobilisation of the country and planning for how to put all forces in

society in the direction of solving, in the worst case, a military attack."

And a think tank said this showed Sweden now realised the severity of the Russian threat.

Magnus Nordenman of the Atlantic Council think tank said: "Sweden was famous for this during

the Cold War, with very elaborate and detailed plans, down to how parking garages were designed

so you could use them as shelters.

"Talking about it sends a signal they realised the challenge and are doing something about it."

In a recent photo shoot and interview with CeCi magazine, MAMAMOO shared their thoughts on their newest release and the future. To match their latest title track Starry Night, the groups pictorial concept was black-and-white, and the photos were shot at night.

We started it nervously but cheerfully, and a lot of people have been liking it and giving it a lot of interest so weve been happy every day..

As for the groups goal with this comeback, Wheein explained Since were on our fifth year since debut, while the beagle-like side that fans like is also a part of who we are, I also really wanted to show our artist side as people who make music.

A lot of people seem to think that of [Starry Night], so I feel like weve been able to achieve around 10 percent of my goal..

Hwasa also shared where she thinks MAMAMOO will be in 10 years, saying, The MAMAMOO members are the friends I gained while working.

I hope that this friendship will have continued 10 years later, and we will just be enjoying each others company while grabbing a meal together..

Even when asked a random question about when they last saw a starry night, Moonbyul took it in stride and revealed they had seen lots of stars when they filmed their music video in New Zealand.

She expressed, It was the first time in my life I had seen so many stars that close. I got emotional. Should I say it felt like I found a reason for living?.

Hello friends and not yet friends,

Welcome to another cookbook review here on Mary's Test Kitchen.

Vegan Comfort Classics by Lauren Toyota.

The hot for food cookbook.

Finally.

If you're a hot for foodie, you probably already have the book, don't need a review but are

just here for the food porn.

Welcome.

If not, well, you're in for a treat!

I had to start with wonton soup.

I grew up with wonton soup.

Won tun mein was my favourite mein, if you know what I mean.

Dumplings with wispy soft wrappers floating in delicious clear soup and bursting with

flavour.

Honestly, at first glance, I wasn't sold on the ingredients for the fillings.

I felt like I've seen this combo a million times in sub-par dumplings.

I was skeptical.

Y'all should know, I am a fan but I'm skeptical by nature; not easily convinced.

I liked how everything just goes in the food processor though.

Easy on the hands and wrists.

In many of the recipes, you do want a good food processor.

Something that would've annoyed me before I hoped on the food processor train.

I used to love doing everything by hand.

Regular viewers will know just how well that turn out for me.

Not so easy on the hands, wrapping dumplings.

But worth it.

I used store-bought wrappers, only being able to find the square kind.

By the way, if you're in Calgary, the only vegan wrappers I've found are at T&T.

None at Safeway, Superstore or Co-op.

If you can't find any because they are all egg-tainted, check out my tutorial for making

your own.

They're simple to make with just flour and water and a little salt if you like.

Takes a while though.

I went with the method outlined in the recipe for wrapping the dumplings at first.

But eventually, I reverted back to way I used to always wrap wontons.

Just wrap it up like a little sack, trying to squeeze out any air pockets so they don't

explode while cooking.

I'm not sure that it's any better of a method but it's how I had them as a kid.

It's a bit of a nostalgia thing.

Now we have our dumplings, they can go in the freezer while we make some broth.

The recipe is very simple and straight forward.

Napa cabbage is a wonderful choice for making a really flavourful broth.

After adding a little vinegar, it tastes like my childhood!

Friends, this is when I started to become convinced.

But how about the dumplings.

I couldn't be convinced completely until...

Lauren Toyota IS above the law!

Remember how I was skeptical about the ingredients?

Well, she found exactly the right ratio of everything because these wontons are bursting

with flavour, all the right flavours.

Sure, there are lots of different kinds of wontons all over the world.

But this is the particular flavour combo that I've been low-key-craving since going vegan.

This recipe makes enough to freeze some wontons for later but the next day, I already made

a second batch, a double batch.

I've been a fan of Lauren since she started making Lauren In Real Life, a few years ago.

I like her personality, I respect and admire the professional quality of her videos and

appreciate the enormous amount of work that she puts into them.

She set the standard for the next generation of foodtubers.

But, in my own 'headspace', this book has elevated her to queen status.

I mean, you know how I felt about her nacho cheese sauce.

Let me tell you.

I've tried many renditions of that potato and carrot cheese sauce.

Most of them suck.

Most of them don't cover that potato-ey and carrot-y taste.

She convinced me that more was possible.

Nonetheless, that doesn't mean I'll like everything a person makes even if I'm a huge fan.

Like this ramen burger.

It looks super cute, it was easy to make, and loved the recipe for vegan Thousand Island

dressing.

But I'll never make these again.

Rather have bread around these fillings.

Or even rice patties.

Those are good.

But I felt like I was wasting ramen here.

You know what is not a waste though.

All these cashews and all this nooch.

Becoming vegan parm.

Sure, we've seen this combo and variations before.

But it never gets old to me.

Another old-school vegan fave: cashew cream.

I mixed it with her red sauce for rose penne.

The instructions made it so easy to make this; the pasta the perfect texture, the sauce in

the most perfect amount, creaminess...

This rose penne was heavenly and I'm so looking forward to trying all the other pasta recipes

one by one.

Lots of pasta in this cookbook.

As well as soups, sandwiches, loaded salads, brunch dishes, baked sweets, and even a doughnut

recipe.

Deep fried.

Speaking my language!

If you're allergic to nuts, this book might be a challenge to work with.

Lauren does suggest alternatives but you have to come up with the exact amounts yourself

for the most part.

A bit easier if you're gluten-free, many of the recipes are gluten-free already or you

just have to remember to choose gluten-free noodles, bread, and sauces.

But there's no quick guide or icons to mark those out.

Of course, if you follow this channel, I am confident, you're up to the challenge.

I'm lucky enough to be free of restrictions like that.

Free to make pop tarts.

Raspberry Funfetti Pop tarts.

It's the perfect recipe to illustrate the focus of this cookbook.

Fun food.

Not preachy food.

Rabbit food.

No carrot sticks unless they're going with your buffalo cauliflower wings and homemade

vegan ranch dip.

No sprouted this and blue green algae raw breadness.

You know what I mean.

That's not to say there's nothing healthy about this book.

There's lots of vegetable focused awesomeness.

Like that life-giving wonton soup.

I would've tried more recipes, especially the Southern Fried Cauliflower but apparently

all the hot for foodies bought all the cauliflower because I haven't been able to get any!

So this is the last thing I tried for this review.

And it was such a sweet ending.

Literally so so so sweet.

Nicely balanced with tanginess from lemon juice and the raspberries.

For my personal taste, I'll probably reduce the sugar next time (not sure if I'd have

to add extra pectin to get the jam to gel), but even so, I really liked these.

Rochelle Humes asks for parenting advice after feeling guilty for telling daughter off

Rochelle Humes asks for parenting advice after feeling guilty for telling daughter off Rochelle shares daughters Alaia-Mai, four, and Valentina, one, with husband Marvin Humes.

Many parents could relate to after she used her social media platform on Tuesday to ask for advice. The doting mum-of-two felt guilty after telling off her tired daughter, four-year-old Alaia-Mai, and punishing her by taking away her IPad.

Using Instagram stories, Rochelle created a poll asking fellow mums and dads whether they too feel bad after telling off their children.

She wrote: Anyone else feel awful after telling their little ones off? We were out for dinner tonight and Alaia (who is very tired from the weekend) had a bit of an attitude.

Ive confiscated the iPad but now I feel like [expletive]. The poll revealed that 77% of parents felt the same.

Little Alaia had a busy weekend celebrating her dads birthday. turned 33 on Sunday and was surprised at work by a visit from Rochelle.

Marvin – who presents The Official Vodafone Big Top 40, was joined by his wife in the studio, who came with cake, balloons and to decorate the room with.

Marvin said of the surprise: It's been an amazing day, and extra special being able to bring the missus to work.

She's arranged a brilliant cake with loads of sweets on it, balloons and baby photos – it was a really lovely surprise – I was not expecting that!.

Rochelle and Marvin are fiercely protective of their two children and while they often talk about them, they deliberately hide their faces in all photos posted on social media in a bid to protect their privacy.

This is something that is common with a lot of celebrities, including Holly Willoughby, Fearne Cotton, Alex Jones and Robbie Williams. Recently, the former Saturdays singer explained her reason for doing so when asked by a fan on Instagram.

She said: As their parent I choose to protect their privacy until they are old enough to choose whether or not they want to be in the public eye.

Nothing to do with me thinking Im someone Im not, I just want them to decide. She added: Everybody in life parents different and thats our prerogative..
