Man Utd ace Chris Smalling is on par with Man City star John Stones - Tony Cascarino

That's according to former player turned pundit Tony Cascarino who reckons the former Fulham man gets a raw deal. He was dropped from the England squad due to question marks over his ball-playing ability.

But Cascarino says the criticism in unfounded - especially considering Stones' catalogue of high-profile blunders.

He told The Times: "Gareth Southgate said that he left Chris Smalling out of the England squad because he was not good enough at bringing the ball out of defence, but I just dont get it.

"He is certainly clever enough on the ball and rarely puts a foot wrong. "Smalling has made clear his disappointment at Southgates decision this week and I can understand why hed be upset.

"Man Utd ace Chris Smalling was dropped from the England squad" "He has made nowhere near as many big mistakes as Manchester Citys John Stones has over his career, and yet Stones is considered Englands star defender.

"OK, Smalling is no Franz Beckenbauer but his passes are rarely intercepted, he doesnt make rash decisions and he chips in with the odd goal. "Smalling will always give you a seven-out-of-ten performance.

"I feel he has been a bit underestimated, and that is perhaps because he started his career in non-League football at Maidstone United." Manchester United face Brighton in the Premier League tomorrow.

The Red Devils are eight points behind pace setters City with 12 games played.

Your Old Website is the Best Prototype of Your New Website - Duration: 2:28.

Let's say you and your team are ready to redesign your website.

So, where should you start?

Resist the temptation to start designing right away.

Don't get on the computer right away.

Before you design, there's two usability studies that I usually recommend that teams do.

The first one is to conduct a usability study of your old website.

Before you discard your old website, you can probably learn something from it.

You probably have existing customers who love some aspect of your existing website.

You want to know what that is, so that you can incorporate those ideas into your new design.

Your old website is the best prototype of your new website.

Sure, it's not perfect, but it's not good enough to say that it's bad.

You want to know why it's bad and what is specific about that, that you can improve

or change moving forward.

You also want to know what your existing customers think.

There are some aspects of your design that maybe some customers really love, or really

need, to get their work done.

You want to be aware of these patterns and these types of feedback; and as you move forward,

see if you can incorporate these ideas into your new design.

My second recommendation is to perform a competitive usability study.

Usability test sites that you admire, have features that you're interested in, or have

workflows that you are thinking about including in your next redesign.

Rather than creating a brand new prototype to evaluate these ideas, these websites are

already trying to solve some of those problems that you're trying to solve.

In the process, you'll discover which new interactions might be effective for your new

website and also which mistakes to avoid.

Now, these foundational studies don't need to take a lot of your time.

One to two days is usually sufficient.

So, save the time.

Rather than coming up with your own prototypes, remember: some of these prototypes already

exist in the real world.

Your existing website is probably the best prototype of your new design.

Why Buhari is APC's greatest enemy – Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu|NVS News - Duration: 4:07.

Why Buhari is APC's greatest enemy – Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu

Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Board of Trustees, BoT, has insisted that President Muhammadu Buhari is the "greatest enemy" of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

In an interview with ThisDay, Iwuanyamu said Buhari had his agenda and rode on the platform of the APC to where he is today.

He also accused the current Buhari's administration of high level corruption.

Iwuanyamu also accused the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, of failing to deliver on its electoral promises to Nigeria.

He said, "My interest is the re-engineering going on in PDP, if we get it right, it is goodbye to APC and that is why I am praying, singing and begging, let us do it right. This is the party that has been in government for 16 years and a coup happened called amalgamation of parties, that is the biggest fraud in Nigeria because up till today CPC and Buhari have their own agenda.

As for the other parties, you can see the fragmentation inside that place and that is why there is fragmentation, agitation, crisis in Nigeria.

‎"National Assembly and the president are not in good terms.

We do not have one party called APC.

Now PDP is one party, check the origin of the party, a group of prominent Nigerians from across, various political device came together and formed it.

It was not a party formed on anger of let us remove Jonathan or that party must go to the north.

"We have greater opportunity, having learnt a lesson to be able to rise again.

Now, if APC has provided a credible alternative, it would have been goodbye to PDP, but unfortunately, my people say if a woman marries two husbands, you will know the one that is better, not when you marry one you start saying this man is a very dangerous man, leave and go and marry another one, then you know the one that is dangerous.

"Nigerians have married two wives, what we are seeing today is not an APC government, Buhari had his own agenda and rode on the platform of APC and got to where he is.

So, the greatest enemy of APC is the presidency and his agenda.

You cannot have a political party unleashing pythons and gorillas and hyenas in a whole zone of 5 states when the election is coming next tomorrow, a good political party thinks of winning an election and they don't say to hell with people.".
