Hey guys So you may have noticed in the description
of some of Censored Gaming's recent videos or over on Twitter that I've recently got
a few writers on-board to help the channel write and research new videos.
This is something I've been experimenting with and, due to the help of the talented
writers who have joined so far, I think it's turned out really well and is a great way
to be able put out more videos for you guys and about more things.
I'm still making a lot of the videos myself and, if you check the description and don't
see a credit section, that means that it was done completely by myself... but yeah, working
with others and getting more people to join the team is something I definitely want to
take further and get some more people on-board and that's what I wanna talk about in this
video and how, if you're interested in joining, you can send in an application to join the
gang.
Firstly though, just so I'm not letting anybody down, there are a few requirements.
Firstly, you must have some form of previous experience in writing.
This can be writing reviews, running a blog... even running your own YouTube channel, as
long as it produces researched and written content.
Also, this doesn't have to be professional experience, so please don't feel too intimated
or anything by this.
Another thing to point out though is how Censored Gaming reports on facts... it doesn't give
its opinion or wild speculation, so please make sure this is a writing style that you'd
be completely comfortable with.
The only other requirement though is that you need to be committed and be able to write
a minimum of 2 videos a month.
So please make sure that you will have the time and will be fully committed before telling
me you're interested.
Now, as for the writing process, I'll give people the full details when talking things
over, but basically, team members have a Twitter chat room where we talk and discuss ideas
and you can either suggest something yourself or I can assign you with something to write
about and be able to give you help researching.
Then when the writings done, I'lll check through and edit the script and make sure it's ready
to go.
The actual process is pretty simple to be honest and I'm always there to help out.
But basically, just ask yourself if I was to give you 10 games rated higher over in
Japan that the West, for example, whether you would be able to write up a video like
this one.
Or if I was to explain how this Pokémon short was censored outside of Japan, whether you
would be able write a script like this video's....
Just take a look at past videos and see what you think and if you're interested don't hesitate
to send in an email and we'll talk things over some more.
Just please remember to include a link to your writing experience in the email.
Also, at the minute, all writers earn $5 per script via PayPal.
I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to increase this but, of course, with the ad issues and
everything, currently it's a bit hard unfortunately.
Team members also have their name credited in the videos and I can also link to things
like YouTube channels and social media accounts.
So yeah, if this is something you're interested in then please get in touch.
I'm also looking for some help editing videos by the way, so if that's something you might
be interested in instead, please get in touch about that as well with some examples of videos
you've previously edited.
Video editing is also paid and at a higher rate than writers, but for the full details
about that, please get in touch so we can discuss things over.
Anyway, hopefully we'll be able to find some new people and make Censored Gaming even bigger
and better.
You'll be able to find Censored Gaming's email in the description, so please go check it
out if you're interested and, for everybody else, I just want to say thanks for watching
and supporting the channel.
As always, it's very appreciated.
Talk to you soon guys and, until next time, thank you for watching,

Glitter Fantasy Looks for a Unicorn Pal | Episode 18 | Cosmopolitan - Duration: 2:28.
I totally forgot about the unicorn mating call!
AAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH
AHHHH!!!
That was like the troll mating call.
Get out of here, get out of here!
HI, I'm Glitter Fantasy.
Unicorn correspondent for Cosmopolitan.com.
I have a confession to make…
I'm extremely lonely.
You might look at me and say he's so fly and funny and sexy… but the truth is
that I really need some unicorn friends here in New York City.
So, I'm out here to find some STAT.
Are you a unicorn?
Are you guys unicorns?
No, no…
Do you know where the unicorns are located?
She's sworn to secrecy!
Do you have a unicorn horn underneath there sir?
NO!
I need friends!
Excuse me!
Take off your hats.
Take off your hat.
Show me your horn.
Is there a horn underneath that hat?
I hope not.
What do you mean you hope not?
Raise your hand if you're a unicorn!
Liars!
LIARS!!!
You!
What's underneath your hat?
Do you have a horn underneath there?
Ugh, my god.
Hello? Sparkle magic!

This is also a unicorn mating call used in ancient times to attract other unicorns
like this.
I need a friend.
I need a friend.
Oh unicorn!
Where are you unicorn?
Unicorns!
Unicorns!

*sobbing*
Why??

ENGLISH FOR ENEM [*activate the subtitles*] - Duration: 9:22.
This video is going to be very quick
Today I'll teach you how to pass an exam like ENEM
or an Entrance Exam
at a University, for example
even if you don't know English
You just have to follow four steps...
4 rules, ok?
So, please watch this video until the end
1- watch this video with the subtitles in Portuguese 2- watch it with the subtitles in English 3- Watch it without subtitles
The first step is:
read the questions
I'll show you an example from a real test:
This is a classic question from ENEM
The text is in English but the questions
are in Portuguese
So the first thing you do is:
ignore the text
and go straight to the questions
read the questions first
because when you read the questions
yuou can identify
what the text is about
You can get the general idea of the text
so, first rule is Ignore the text and read the questions first.
The second step is:
now look at the text and
try to find cognates
Cognates?
What is a cognate?
a cognate is a word that is similar in different languages
for example "television"
this word is similar in different languages
in Spanish, Portuguese,
in Romanian
and in English, so it's a cognate
I'm going to give you some examples of cognates:
Wow!!! There are many cognates!!!
Yes, a person who speaks Portuguese or Spanish
This person knows at least 500 words in English
because of cognates
Did you know about that?
No
It's mind blowing
So the second step is for you to identify the cognates
in the text
at this moment you don't have to read the text with attention
Just identify and underline
the cognates
because with the questions and with the cognates
you can imagine
what the text is about
even if you don't know English
The third step is:
Now read the text
Maybe you will know something that is in the text
We all know something in English
Everybody knows
the verb "play"
The verbs "go", "love", etc
Maybe you know something else
in the text
and that will help you understand the context
so the third step is "read the text"
and the fourth step is "go back to the questions...
and use the elimination process"
so you're going to read th questions and
you will eliminate the ones that you feel
that are not correct
now I'm going to show you an example with me
doing it
so take a look at this text here
it is from a real exam
So let's do it together
So what's the first step? Do you remember?
The first step is to ignore the text
and go straight to the questions
to the alternatives
Please read the alternatives for me
The question is:
"Online education has become very common
it is being debated
around the world
so
so the question here is about the author's opinion
about online education
and the alternatives
are:
A- He is against online education because it's not personal and it's less efficient
B- He defends online education because it's a good opportunity for the poor
C- he is against online education because it's very expensive
D- he says that it has become important nowadays in the academic world
E- he says that handicapped people still prefer face-to-face education
Very interesting, right?
No! It's boring
but just by reading these questions
and the alternatives
what is the text about?
Well, the text is about online education
and the question is "what's the author's opinion about it?"
so the text is about online education
I imagine
We didn't need to read the text to know that it is about online education
What's the second step?
The second step is to go to the text and find cognates
now take a look at the text and
try to find cognates
words that are similar in English and in your language
I can find some cognates here
In your opinion
Are these words positive or negative?
In my opinion? Well, I could find here, for example:
efficient, important... Well...
in my opinion these words are positive
ok, so before we read the text
Do you believe that the author likes online education or not?
well, I think that he likes it, because
I see the words here "important" and
"efficient"
I don't know
So we don't know yet
So
What's the third step?
The third step is
for me to read the text
and try to confirm my ideas
Now please pause the video
and read the text
but you read the text in one second
now what's the fourth step
the fourth step is to use the elimination process
now read the alternatives and
let's try to eliminate them
what1s A?
a- he is against online education because it is not personal and it is less efficient
In my opinion we should eliminate this one
because the text is saying that it is efficient
and here it is saying that it is not efficient
so I would eliminate it
B- he defends online education because it is a good opportunity for the poor in Rio de Janeiro
Well, he defends online education so maybe this one is correct
really? but in Rio de Janeiro?
Can you find "Rio de Janeiro" in the text?
is it mentioned?
Oh no!!!!
in the text, I didn't read "Rio de Janeiro", so
so we can eliminate it
it's not connected
so we can eliminate A and B
C- He is against it because it's expensive
in the text I didn't read anything about money, so
I would eliminate it
D- he says that it has become very important nowadays in the academic world
Maybe...It's a positive idea, so
Maybe...So maybe D is correct
In my opinion, using the elimination process
I feel that D is the correct alternative
and...You are correct!!!
D is the correct alternative!!!
Wow, this method really works!!!

Jose Mourinho facing Man Utd injury crisis for trip to Arsenal - Duration: 1:32.
Jose Mourinho facing Man Utd injury crisis for trip to Arsenal
Nemanja Matic limped out of Man Utds 4-2 win at Watford last night. Its unclear whether the Serbian will be injured long-term, but hes an early doubt for the weekend trip to the Emirates.
Mourinho said of the midfielder enforcer: Hes injured but I dont know [the extent]. He told me he needs to come out. Marouane Fellaini missed the Vicarage Road clash with a knee injury to give Mourinho another selection headache.
Michael Carrick is back in training after a heart scare, but the United boss is unlikely to want to throw the 36-year-old straight in against the Gunners.
Ander Herrera could come back into the starting XI after a spell on the bench. Paul Pogba could also drop deeper to play alongside the Spaniard after being used in a more advanced position in a 4-3-3 formation against Watford.
Youngster Scott McTominay may also come into the team after impressing in the Champions League earlier this term. United scored four against Watford but Mourinho wanted more goals from his team. "We should have scored seven, he said.
We were very dangerous for 90 minutes, I think, and we had a chance to score in the first half and kill the game and we had also a chance at 3-0 to control the game because 3-0 is more than enough to win but we lost concentration and gave them life.
We gave them life with the first goal and then we were a couple of minutes with normal fear and pressure of losing the points.".

Bella Hadid strips to insanely small bikini for two-piece titillation - Duration: 3:29.
Bella Hadid strips to insanely small bikini for two-piece titillation
Especially when youve just graced the Victorias Secret catwalk.
So Bella Hadid decide to take a day off – and obviously she did it in style.
The 21-year-old headed to the Bahamas for some relaxation and to celebrate her BFF Hailey Baldwins 21st birthday.
She brought Kendall Jenner along for the ride for the girls weekend too, and you know what that means – bikini snaps a plenty.
One artistic photo shared to Bella Hadids Instagram account saw the supermodel stretching out her lithe frame while reclining on a log.
"Its just funny because a lot of people dont know that Bella and I have been friends for like five or six years" Kendall Jenner Bella sported a teeny two-piece that could barely contain her curves.
The brunette appeared to rock minimal makeup as she kicked her head back and admired the clouds.
Kendall then joined her mate for a bikini-clad walk on the beach.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed her booty of Kardashian proportions in a red thong which seemed to be riding up.
Bellas beach attire wasnt much more covered up, and included a minuscule top and crochet trousers that allowed her peachy behind to shine through.
The 22-year-old later shared a photo to Kendall Jenners Instagram with her entire scantily-clad girl gang.
Bella – born Isabella Khair Hadid – and Kendall have been friends since secondary school.
Kenny is also friends with Bellas older sister Gigi Hadid, 22, who she met through modelling.
Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid burst onto the catwalk around the same time and have secured international modelling campaigns together.
However its actually Bella shes closer to, she revealed to fashion photographer Mario Testino.
She said: Gigi and I just started getting close when we started modelling, but Bella and I were actually really good friends since high school, and hung out everyday in school before either of us started working. Its just funny because a lot of people dont know that Bella and I have been friends for like five or six years..
