Waching daily Nov 29 2017

So as you may have heard Conor McGregor was allegedly involved in a bar brawl in Ireland

with a known associate of a major crime family in Dublin.

New information has emerged and He's supposedly being squeezed to pay $900 thousand Euros

or being shot by a gangster.

I wanted to stay away from reporting on this because they were just rumors.

Since we live in an age where video footage is pervasive through our cell phones, I figured

in a room full of people someone would've captured something the second Conor passed

the frame of the door.

We do have one low resolution photo here at least and some audio from a supposed witness

to the event that I've attached at the end of the video.

But it's still speculative.

So, I'll summarize the story that I've gathered thus far through a multitude of media

outlets because right now no one has the official story.

So, apparently Andy Murray, a good friend of Conor's, is known to be involved in organized

crime.

Well turns out 2 weeks ago he was approached by two gangsters that were sent to his home

by Pat and Paulo Timmins.

Things apparently didn't go too well for him.

So, in light of the news, Conor went up there and smashed them both.

Now, what took place two days ago, and the story you've heard, involved Ryan Burne,

who happens to be associated to both those men.

Now, I'm unsure if Conor heard Ryan was there, or if he ran in to him by coincidence

but ultimately he decided to put a beating on him at the pub.

Another man, in his 50's, decided to step in and break it up but was struck as well.

This second man is what made this story really appealing.

That man is the father of Graham "The Wig" Whelan, a top ranking lieutenant in the Irish

mob, or better known, as the Kinahan crime cartel.

The Wig has been linked to big murders in Ireland.

So, Conor could possibly be in a precarious situation.

After the event McGregor reportedly took off in a 4x4.

There were no major injuries.

Now according to the Irish mirror, they said, "CCTV footage has been taken from the pub

and is currently being examined.

"The matter is being looked into but as of yet no one has made a complaint."

I doubt mobsters would file a complaint to the police as mobsters have always been known

to either blackmail or extort victims.

Conor being no different.

It's great and all that he's a fighter and a good one at that, but when it comes

to gangsters you just gotta make way.

They're a different breed of men.

Trust me when I say, gangsters could care less how great of a fighter you are.

Hell, they could care less if you have a room full of brock lesnars.

All it takes is one fully automatic weapon to clear that room.

More realistically it would only take a bounty on conor's head to wipe him out.

If you don't believe me, just read or hear the story of Sonny Liston.

So, here's the audio of what one person supposedly witnessed.

Let me know what you think below.

How to know if my baby is getting enough milk - Duration: 2:17.

- Some moms on week two, week three, week four,

don't think that they have enough breast milk.

And, in actuality sometimes the milk flow

is a little bit low,

it can be quite low in the first few weeks,

and the best advice that I can give to a mother

who thinks that her milk flow is a little bit too low

is to relax, go home, climb into bed with your baby,

and stay there for a day or two.

Let your baby nurse with no schedule at all,

as frequently as possible, stay relaxed,

keep visitors away, and your milk flow will build up.

I also will get phone calls from time to time

from mom's who say, I don't think I have enough milk.

And I ask them what makes them think

they don't have enough milk, and they say,

well my baby wants to breastfeed all the time.

And I might have to have a look at this baby,

who's gained two pounds and is urinating

eight times an hour, and what I tell them is that

a baby who wants to breastfeed frequently

is doing so because you have a lot of milk.

If you go to the refrigerator,

if you go to the refrigerator, open the door,

and the refrigerator is empty,

you tend not to open the door again.

A baby who's not getting enough milk

does not really want to breastfeed,

and that's a baby who needs a lot of extra attention,

and that's where I need to help you

get your milk supply up, and the best way,

climb into bed, and just relax with your baby

for a day or two.

- The best way to know that your baby is

getting enough milk, is first I always like

to recommend moms to observe the baby.

If their baby is content after a feed,

if she hears audible swallowing,

if her breasts become softer after a feeding,

those are all signs that the baby is getting enough,

or getting milk.

And the way to know it's enough is by really watching

the pees and the poops.

If the baby is having at least six to eight

clear, heavy, wet diapers per day by day six,

then your baby is fully hydrated.

When the baby is fully hydrated,

we know that she's getting enough to eat.

And two to five poops per day

of the loose breast milk stools is adequate

for the first six to eight weeks.

120 Warren Road is ready for you! Fort McMurray Melanie Galea RE/MAX LaBiche - Duration: 11:22.

Hello it's Melanie Galea from Remax La Biche Realty operating full-time here in

Fort McMurray. We are at 120 Warren Road and we've been

watching this property for a couple months now as the rebuild has been

finishing. They are like 99% done this house. It's clean, it's got mirrors up now

it's got beautiful granite and hardwood throughout. If you've been following the

journey along, we picked out, myself an Eddie Bruce, picked out a lot of the

coloring and with some help from Shar from Stan's Carpet One right here in

Fort McMurray and Nebraska Holmes is the Builder here. And it is waiting for its

new owner. So why don't we go on in? We'll have a look around. It's a bi-level, three

bedrooms up, three bedrooms down, three full bathrooms -

wait till you come on in. Come on in we'll have a look around. They're still working on

rebuild all around the area here. I'm just gonna take my time cuz it's still a

little bit of a construction zone here. and but let's have a look.

Love the colors got to

pick up the colors here so I'm super excited about that.

Okay we're going in.

So again 120 Warren Road in Wood Buffalo. This is one

of the many houses that's being rebuilt here and and it's 99% done. So let's

start with the entrance way here. It's modern colours. Bigger hardwood - I love

the color of this. I like the fresh clean look here with the spindles, the wrought

iron railing spindles the square cuts - really really like this

here. So this is all hardwood here. Going up the stairs

and we have another day with lots

of beautiful bright sunshine in it. So here's the living space. So they made a

couple modifications from before the house because before there used to be a

wall separating right here where the breakfast bar is, separating the kitchen

and the living space and this is such a great one of the best updates that they

did to this floor plan. It really truly is the only update that they made to it

because it was such a good floor plan to begin with. Look at this.

Looks so good.

So, if something isn't finished, we'll make sure that it all gets done by the builder. It's

just love the color. I love the wide planks. The other thing

that I like about oak is that I think for our climate it's a little bit more durable,

so good for the kids, good for the dog or the cat or the husband, maybe the wife

but anyways here very very durable product and that looks really fantastic.

So you've got a lighter color here on the countertops.

You can see that sparkle in there and that looks so good. And then you've got winter as the color in these

cabinets and I think that it matches so well.

And then we didn't want to take away from you know how and have too much busyness

because the countertops certainly have you know an awesome beautiful power to

them and a backsplash just pulls it some of that colors there and matches

perfectly with the with the cabinets here.

So there is gonna be a gas stove

which is great because a lot of people like that and then you've got your

dining space here with a deck in the back.

Check out these. Lots of good

cupboard space, lots and lots pantry space.

So let's check out the rest of the house and go on up here.

Okay so three full bedrooms. You know one

of the things I like, I like that the carpet is is the pattern here you can

tell that it's all fully cleaned- carpet lines for those OCD people and closet

organizer too. I think this looks really good.

So for those that like three

bedrooms upstairs we've got that. Okay another good sized bedroom here.

I just love the doors. Like it's simple, really simple cut lines.

Mirrors are in.

Check it out. Tile up all the way

to the ceiling I love this and even just a little thing here. You know I tend to

call this a people problem because if people - I like that the tile is all the

way to the floor like that. Lots of times we might not be closing the

shower curtain to the best of our abilities or little people might miss it

so that's gonna decrease the likelihood of any little mishaps that might happen

that causes a little bit of water problems around the bathroom. So yeah really

really like these big subway tiles. Again, they match perfectly with the cabinets.

And you're gonna find this throughout the entire house of course.

Okay, we're gonna come into the master bedroom.

Really good size you will easily

get your king-size bed. You know there's one or two places you could put

it; you could either put it by the window okay or they've they've set it up so

that you can put it here by length ways. So it's nice to have options in

that regard. To check out the place so all right let's show you a little more here.

So you got your walk-in closet.

Other things that are gonna be included in the house are gonna be air

conditioning and a garage. This is your ensuite. So again this entire

flow goes through the entire house.

Look at that. I love that. I love that.

Great big tile- this is the same tile that's the same size in the entryway. It's just covered

up right now to protect it from people coming in and out of the house. Since we are anyways.

So the house is essentially ready to go, waiting for its new owner.

It's gonna have a new home warranty as well and like I said, come the spring,

obviously they can't put it down right now, but the landscaping is going to be

included, too. But that's a seasonal def - what we would call a seasonal

deficiency so they can't do anything about that until until the spring.

So we're going downstairs now.

I love the size of this bedroom. Nice big window there.

Really great size. So then you've got three more bedrooms downstairs.

So let's do the front of the house next.

It's such a beautiful beautiful bright day today.

See nice big closet again.

Now maybe you stick the kids downstairs and you keep a

room for guests upstairs. Here's another thing that I kind of like is that you've got

some extra storage down to underneath the stairs - really really good use of

space and geeze all the way around underneath the stairs.

This is a great thing; you could be at your desk here and I will be your tour guide of the latest

and greatest listings out there that I do have. So if you have any questions,

please feel free to type them in and I'll get them answered for you. The

house is priced at $680,000 and um this window will be fixed and it's such a great

rebuild.

And so it's been super fun like I said to be able to be part of the

rebuild in the house here.

So a couple other features here in the house so

they've got hot water on demand which is certainly a nice feature. You know

you've always got your hot water. Okay and then this is gonna be your laundry

room as well. And this is one organized panel - I like that everything that's

marked although that is to code to be able to do those things.

So alright let's

check out the rest of the house.

Two more rooms to talk about. So your basement

bathroom again that the course is throughout the entire house. I just love it the

mirrors are up now. Big subway tiles and again that beautiful big tile. It just

everything just flows so so well and matches perfectly like even the carpet

does - so this is the other bedroom in the basement and it's huge.

It's as big as the master bedroom upstairs so it's a really really good

size and you don't with these great big windows you don't feel like you're in a

basement. You know that's one of the nice things some of the features about living

in Wood Buffalo are is that there's you know there's a majority of the

houses here they're all single-family houses here and in a majority of this

area. There's not even any duplexes in this area; there's no mobile homes. There

is one apartment complex but that's a rental and then there's a couple of

townhouse complexes here. So the people that live in this area are definitely

the ones that that spend the most amount of time in the suburban area. It's

certainly really nice to be close to some of the trails and of course my

favorite place in Fort McMurray, the Fort McMurray Golf Course which is also being

currently being rebuilt. So fantastic fantastic area. The other great thing, not

for this time of year, but in the summertime, there's a water park for the kids. It's

so close by; it's packed in the summer. Obviously, it's a great way to spend some

time with the kids and there's always like I said there's lots of trails here

so it's a great great area to live. So the appliances are going to be included

in the sale of the home. They're just not installed and ordered yet. But like I

said if you have any questions about this house or any other houses in the

real estate market here in Fort McMurray, feel free to ask me. I'm more than happy

to get those answers to you and and if you want to flip over to the discover

Fort McMurray channel in about an hour, we're gonna be filming another local

business. So that's what I do on Wednesdays. I film film film. Wednesday is

movies day. So you can sit home and relax or be at work and and sneak a quick

little watch of a listing that might be the home for you. So if you could please

please share this video you never know who's looking for this exact home or

maybe they're your neighbor and you want them to live close by. Anyways my name is

Melanie Galea I work with Remax La Biche Realty, operating full-time right here in

Fort McMurray and passionately caring about you in real estate. I'll talk to

you soon

Violent BLM Is Back For Christmas With A Nasty Surprise For Trump ... | Global News Today - Duration: 7:11.

Violent BLM Is Back For Christmas With A Nasty Surprise For Trump They've Been Plotting

For Months.

Because Black Lives Matters hate everything thatAmerica stands for they are now preparing

a nasty surprise for Trump as he celebrates this awesome economy that we haven't seen

in decades.

Since President Trump is the epitome of everything that is America and our capitalistic society,

the terrorist group that is Black Lives Matters has taken it upon themselves to boycott everything

that is "White."

And why you might ask, because of so-called "Racism."

Can anyone imagine the backlash from the liberal loons in the Left Wing Mainstream Media if

a white group called for a boycott of everything that is black?

The cries of racism would be never-ending.

Since President Trump is the epitome of everything that is America and our capitalistic society,

the terrorist group that is Black Lives Matters has taken it upon themselves to boycott everything

And why you might ask, because of so-called "Racism."

Can anyone imagine the backlash from the liberal loons in the Left Wing Mainstream Media if

a white group called for a boycott of everything that is black?

The cries of racism would be never-ending.

Via The Daily Wire: Black Lives Matter Organizes 'Black Xmas'

To Divest From 'White Corporations' And 'White Capitalism'

Dr. Melina Abdullah, a professor at California State University-Los Angeles (CSU-LA,) who

is also a national Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader, is urging allies to support the movement's

"Black Xmas" this holiday season by divesting from "white corporations."

She claims "white capitalism" is an American institution that is inherently racist, therefore

black people should pursue more collectivist approaches to economic empowerment.

"We say 'white capitalism' because it's important that we understand that the economic

system and the racial structures are connected," said Abdullah, a founding member of BLM who

leads its Los Angeles chapter (BLM-LA).

"We have to not only disrupt the systems of policing that literally kill our people,

but we have to disrupt the white supremacist, capitalistic, patriarchal, heteronormative

system that is really the root cause of these police killings."

Abdullah, who descends from a family of Marxist organizers, made the comments on her weekly

KPFK radio show called "Beautiful Struggle," which features songs like "5 Million Ways

to Kill a CEO" as bumper music.

She was joined by Dr. Anthony Ratcliff, also a professor at CSU-LA, who organized BLM's

first youth activist camp last summer.

"Black Lives Matter and other organizations build a strong critique and understanding

of racism and white supremacy and sexism and homophobia, transphobia, but we have to have

as much hatred or vitriol against capitalism," Ratcliff said.

"Until we start to see capitalism just as nefarious as white supremacy, we will always

be struggling."

BLM launched a Black Xmas website on Saturday which calls for "no spending with White

corporations" through New Year's Day, encouraging supporters to donate to allied,

black-led community groups or black-owned businesses instead.

The website goes on to state: "Donald Trump embodies White capitalism.

If you are anti-Trump, you should hold back your resources from him and the like."

"We are socialized to believe that the answer to white oppression is black capitalism,"

said Abdullah.

"We don't need any black millionaires and multi-millionaires, and we don't need

a black Walmart.

That doesn't free us."

In Los Angeles, BLM activists are organizing around historical, communal economic models

that were implemented by free black people during the era of slavery.

On the radio show, Ratcliff and Abdullah spoke of building black mutual aid societies and

black co-ops as alternatives to the existing capitalist structure that requires dismantling.

"In order to get free as a collective, we have to think collectively," said Abdullah.

"It's not enough for one person to draw profit because that also drains community.

It needs to be structured around this idea of collective uplift."

BLM has promoted Black Xmas every year since its founding, however many people remain unaware

of its anti-capitalist motivations.

As Dr. Abdullah wrote in the Los Angeles Sentinel: This call is fundamentally tied to Black Lives

Matter's mission to end state-sanctioned violence against Black people.

We know that state-sanctioned violence is rooted in White-supremacist capitalism.

Since its inception in 2013, Black Lives Matter has recognized the killing of Black people

at the hands of the police as not simply a question of a few rogue officers, but a part

of a system that is built on the backs of Black people.

…we live under a system of White-supremacist capitalism that exploits Black people as workers

and consumers and relies on the police state to secure and maintain its dominance."

Previous Black Xmas demonstrations in Minneapolis, San Francisco, and L.A. resulted in activists

blocking traffic near major airports during peak times of the holiday rush, inconveniencing

many travelers.

Last year, BLM-LA disrupted Christmas Eve brunch at the Trump National Golf Club in

Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

According to LAist, protesters "entered the dining hall and began singing 'Protest

Carols,' or classic Christmas carols re-worded with mainly anti-Trump lyrics, to the patrons."

Sadly now that the malcontents have moved on from trashing Thanksgiving as a racist

holiday against Native Americans they have now gone to the war with Christmas and since

there are only 27 shopping days left to spoil the season for others they just can't seem

to be able to help themselves.

The Los Angeles chapter of Black Lives Matter (Of course it had to come from California)

is doing their part to actively promote "Black Xmas" as a protest against President Trump.

While falsely representing the effort to bolster African-American businesses, the message via

the group's website makes it abundantly clear this is just another temper tantrum

because Donald Trump is the President.

This has to be one of the sickest displays of racism I have ever witnessed being done

here in America.

In their hate for President Trump thee people seem to forget that the so-called "Racist

Americans" didn't go to Africa to pick them up and make them slaves.

Their own people sold them off to Muslim traders who in turn sold the slaves to Americans so

they could work the fields.

But even if this fact offends you there is one awesome fact about America.

Our doors are wide open and you can go back to Africa whenever you like.

Or do you prefer our "Benefits" more?

How Much Time Do We REALLY Have Left? (This is How Short Your Life Is) - Duration: 6:25.

Hey everyone Daniel here from Next Level life and today I wanted to do something a little

bit different.

You see on this channel I talk about a lot of things, I talk about finances, I talk about

productivity and how to get ahead in your career, I talk about how to get better at

various social skills and have stronger and more fulfilling relationships, I talk about

your psychology and mental health.

I even talk about education and intelligence and of course I do the book summaries.

Basically anything to help you get your life to the next level.

But one thing that I don't talk about often enough is time.

Because one of the traps of the self development community is that you can easily find yourself

watching all of these videos and getting all these truly great ideas but, without really

realizing it, you find yourself getting sucked into the black hole of the internet.

You're watching all these videos on YouTube or wherever and before you know it 6 hours

have flown by you look out the window and it's dark and you're like what the heck just

happened?

It's an easy trap to fall into and I even fell into it when I first got into this community.

I watched a ton of these videos, but never actually did anything with the knowledge I

was picking up, because I was spending all my time watching the videos.

And the trick that I eventually found that really helped me break that cycle is known

as the 3, 2, 1 go trick.

Basically all you have to do is picture a goal that you want to achieve in your mind

and figure out the next step you have to take in order to either achieve that goal.

Now note I said the next step not the whole plan necessarily just the thing you'd have

to do right now.

And then in your mind you say Okay 3, 2, 1 go.

And as soon as you say go no matter how you're feeling you get up and you do that next step

that you had in your mind.

Now why do I feel that idea is so important that I'd do a full video on it?

Well it's because a lot of the time you have on this Earth is not your own.

Let me explain.

When you're young life and everything in it seems like it'll go on forever.

You're in school forever, you're at work forever, chores take forever, oh and did I mention

school takes forever.

Can't I just go out and play?

Obviously when we grow up we realize that these feelings of everything takes forever

aren't necessarily true.

But you know what when you actually break down the math it's a lot closer to true than

you think.

With that in mind, in this video I'm going to be talking about how much time we really

have?

Statistically from the moment you're born, at least here in the States, you have approximately

79 years to live which to most of us seems like a long time but how much of that time

is really our own?

You spend about a third of your life sleeping, which leaves you with roughly 52 years of

conscious living left.

But wait you're in school a ton of time, and even assuming that you get all your homework

done between the end of the lecture and the Bell you're still in school or traveling to

or from it everyday for roughly 7 hours.

That's 35 hours a week for at least 12 years assuming you don't go to college, which equates

to nearly another two full years of your life on Earth.

Now you have 50 years left to live.

But you still got to work, and even assuming you have no overtime that's 8 hours a day

for roughly fifty weeks a year, for at least 40 years.

And that's assuming that you're able to retire at a decent age!

Meaning your work effectively takes off another 10 years of your life.

Now you have 40 years to live.

Oh but wait we didn't even talk about traffic!

According to the US Department of Transportation the average one-way commute time in the US

was just a little bit under a half an hour, meaning you've got about an hour of driving

everyday, 5 days a week.

Again assuming you never have to go in on a weekend, that's about 250 hours of driving

a year just for work!

Say goodbye to another year of your life.

Now you have 39 years to live.

Another thing we didn't consider is that you have to get ready to leave the house everyday,

you figure between brushing your teeth, going the bathroom, showering, and getting ready

as well as making sure the kids are ready maybe takes close to an hour on average.

Meaning we've just lost another year.

Down to 38.

Oh, wait you need food to live.

So meal planning, the commute to and from the grocery store, and shopping not to mention

getting it all unpacked and back in the house every week or maybe even every few days depending

on your schedule adds up to about two years of your life.

Only 36 years left.

Then just between eating and drinking every single day.

Say it takes you about a half hour per meal on average, you lose another five years.

You have 31 left.

In between cooking and cleaning and housework or yard work, you spend about another 6 years

of your life.

The balance is now down to 25.

Most parents spend at least a couple of years caring for kids and loved ones not to mention

driving them everywhere.

We're now down to 23.

And something that's especially applicable for my generation is the amount of time we

spend either watching TV playing video games or on social media, according to some recent

articles by Entrepreneur magazine, millennials spend an average of 5.4 hours per day using

some form of social media.

You add that up Across their entire lifetime, and it's nearly 18 years on social media.

That means out of our 79 year lifespan you have 5 to spend with your family or with your

friends.

To play laugh and cry.

To fall in love, to see the world, and to pursue your passions.

So whatever it is you want to do.

Whatever it is you've been holding back on.

Take a moment right now and realize there's no time to waste.

I'm issuing you a challenge.

Picture the thing you want to do in your mind and think of what you have to do to achieve

that goal.

Have you got it?

Okay.

3, 2, 1...

Go.

SHOCK REPORT: Washington Post Has FAMILY TIES To MOORE ACCUSERS, This Is OUTRAGEOUS! - Duration: 3:53.

The Alabama Senate race is gearing up to be one of the most bizarre ever, with decades-old

accusations potentially derailing Judge Roy Moore's chance at winning the seat, but

a new report blows serious holes in the accusations being leveled against him.

Moore has repeatedly professed his innocence ever since the allegations first surfaced

against him, and in light of recent revelations about his accusers, it's easy to see why.

For one, the woman being represented by Gloria Allred, Beverly Young, has been discredited

and accused of forging the signature in a yearbook she presented as "evidence."

The fact that Allred refuses to release the book for an independent handwriting analysis

speaks volumes to its authenticity.

Additionally, we previously reported that Allred refused to specifically state whether

or not Young witnessed Moore sign the yearbook herself, which appeared to be a hedge against

a possible defamation lawsuit that Moore promised to file.

Making matters worse for those accusing Moore is that another woman, Tina Johnson, has some

credibility issues of her own, as Sassy Liberty of AFF Media reported.

In the custody documents, Johnson is accused of taking her son against his will.

An affidavit dated September 11, 1991, and signed by Daniel says that two days earlier,

Johnson took him from elementary school "against my will and made me go to her home."

Another affidavit of the same events signed by Cofield states Johnson took Daniel from

school "forcefully and without my permission."

This event prompted Moore to seek immediate temporary custody of Daniel on Cofield's

behalf until she was granted permanent full custody at the hearing on September 23.

Daniel is quoted as stating he wished to "live with my grandmother with whom I have lived

as long as I can remember."

Yikes.

Now, there's this; a report from One America News tying the Washington Post, which originally

broke the story against Moore, directly to one of the defendants Moore had in his courtroom.

In fact, Moore convicted the brother of one of the Post's longtime editors of contempt

during a child support case, which came after the man was convicted of being a drug dealer.

The Gateway Pundit has more:

OAN reports Moore made another enemy after ruling against convicted drug dealer Richard

Hagedorn, who was brought before Judge Moore over contempt charges stemming from back payments

for alimony and child support.

Moore ruled against Hagedorn in 1994 and is still making alimony and child support payments.

The report then takes another turn.

Richard Hagedorn is the brother of David Hagedorn, a "longtime editor," of the Washington

Post.

Judge Roy Moore is under siege after the Washington Post published sexual advancement allegations

against the Alabama GOP Senate candidate.

On November 9th, the Washington Post accused Judge Moore of dating a 14 year-old girl in

1979.

Wow.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the female police officer who stated she would follow

Moore around the mall to ensure he didn't prey on women also appears to have had a reason

to hold a grudge against him.

Retired Alabama Police Officer Faye Gray's brother, Jimmy, was arrested for distributing

controlled substances in 1981, and guess who the prosecutor was?

Roy Moore.

OAN says its "own research revealed no truth behind the claims against Moore at the mall."

So there you have it.

One by one, these stories have popped up against Moore, and one by one, they appear to be discredited

in one way or another.

Granted, the links above don't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that something shady occurred;

however, they do cause one to question the motive of the Washington Post to even publish

the story to begin with, given the timing of it an all.
