Waching daily Aug 27 2018

hi everybody it's melissa here from Little Kosher Lunch and i wanted to

talk to you today about tashlich it's still summertime weather and soon

starting right after Rosh Hashanah is the time when Jews go to bodies of

water to throw their crumbs in we go with our congregation to the beach here to

the Pacific Ocean it's a tradition that I did not grow up with but that I think

was really exciting and fun now that I'm a mommy because it's a really great like

literal translation of the things that we do at High Holidays which is to

repent and think of what we could have done better and get rid of all of our

baggage from the year before I can link some resources for you below if you're

unfamiliar with a tradition traditionally Tashlich is something

that you do at a body of water that is flowing so that your sins can

literally wash away from you and to the ocean it's kind of a fun thing to think

about with your family maybe you go somewhere like the LA river and you can

throw your crumbs in there if the water is flowing (cross your fingers) or maybe

you go someplace like a park or even a playground where there's a lazy river

and even if you can't get away from home PJ library has a really great list of

things that families can do with everyday objects like sidewalk chalk or

bathtub crayons that can also be a way of teaching your kids about the ritual

of Tashlich I'd love to hear from you if this is a tradition that you do alone

with your family with grown relatives and it's definitely something that I

wanted to spread the word on whoa because a day at the beach is something

we always look forward to going to temple is great but getting out of doors

and doing something Jewish is super fun too and a great way to teach your

children about what the High Holidays are all about I hope that you've enjoyed

this little mini video and me getting outside with the kids and I hope to see

you back here soon

Yakuza Kiwami 2 for the PS4 Review | 46 Hours Later | Backlog Battle - Duration: 8:52.

Konnichiwa minna-san!

Alex here!

In this video, we're going to revel in the nightlife of Kamurocho and Sotenbori, as we

review Yakuza Kiwami 2, Hours Later!

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is a remake of Yakuza 2, originally released on the PS2 in 2006.

Yakuza Kiwami 2's story is set a year after the events of the first Yakuza game.

Kazuma Kiryu has retired from the Tojo clan, attempting to live the life of a civilian

and walking away from his past life.

But despite his best intentions, he's quickly caught in the turmoil that ensues as the Omi

Alliance, a rival clan from the west, attempts to completely eliminate the Tojo clan.

In the hopes of de-escalating the situation, the Tojo clan sends Kiryu on a diplomatic

mission to see if the Omi Alliance and the Tojo clan can come to an agreement.

What follows is a whirlwind tale of intrigue, betrayal, and mysterious alliances that only

the Yakuza series is uniquely positioned to tell.

Unlike Yakuza Kiwami before it, Yakuza Kiwami 2 utilizes the Dragon Engine introduced in

Yakuza 6, and as such, part of this review will be talking about how the engine has changed

since that game.

This also means that exploring the world of Yakuza Kiwami 2 feels much more seamless than

in Yakuza 2, minimizing the loading times between indoor and outdoor environments and

getting you in and out of the action much, much faster.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 also features full access to all of Kamurocho, complete with numerous

nooks and crannies that you were never able to explore in previous games.

Meanwhile, Sotenbori makes its first appearance in the Dragon engine, retaining the same scale

and representation as in the original game, but with all the conveniences that the new

engine provides.

Yakuza 6's experience point system makes a return in Yakuza Kiwami 2.

You gain experience points by engaging in various activities, and you can spend these

points to buy Kiryu new moves, improve his stats and even the ability to gain more experience

points or money in certain activities.

I've mentioned this before, but I love filling up Kiryu with food, then fighting enemies

to make him hungry again, and repeating this loop over and over.

However there's also an addition to this gameplay loop that's unique to this game,

and I'll be elaborating on this later in this review.

The costs of each stat and ability have been tuned and balanced in Yakuza Kiwami 2.

It's because of this that unlocking stats and abilities and heat moves feel a little

bit more spread out throughout your adventure.

This change actually feels really good, as I thought that unlocking stronger stats in

Yakuza 6 felt a bit too fast, and Kiryu wound up being super powerful early on in that game.

New to Yakuza Kiwami 2 are Allies, which are Heat moves that you can activate when near

certain NPCs.

These NPCs are part of substories in the game, and completing these substories will allow

you to purchase their associated heat moves, allowing Kiryu to summon said NPCs to provide

assistance whenever you're in their neck of the woods.

It's a nice addition, but one that players can easily miss should they gloss over some

of the substories.

The combat has been improved as well.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 features the return of Charged moves and its debut using the new engine,

which allows you to deliver more powerful versions of your attacks just by merely holding

down the attack buttons longer.

Extreme Heat Mode makes its return as well, though it shows up much later in the game.

Overall, the combat system of Yakuza Kiwami 2 feels better than in Yakuza 6, as Kiryu

feels a bit more responsive and even a little bit quicker than the aforementioned game.

But I still can't help but feel that the different styles introduced in Yakuza 0 and

Kiwami provided much more depth and experimentation than what Kiwami 2 currently offers.

All of the substories from the original PS2 release make their transition to Yakuza Kiwami

2.

Much like the original game, a lot of these substories come without any spoken dialogue,

which is a surprise given that Yakuza 6 featured fully voiced substories.

That said several choice substory moments in Yakuza Kiwami 2 are actually given voiced

cutscenes and help make these substories feel as though they're just as important as the

main story of the game.

Rounding up the substories are the numerous mini-games that will spice up your Yakuza

Kiwami 2 experience.

Casinos not only make a return in the game, but also the highly popular Cabaret Club management

sim from Yakuza 0 and the recently debuted Clan Creator from Yakuza 6.

The Cabaret Club mini-game received a ton of quality of life updates and features to

make the gameplay feel much better than its original outing, and the Clan Creator feels

much more strategic and rewarding - albeit still grindy - than its debut.

Accompanying these two mini-games is the first ever Yakuza-playable version of Virtua-On,

the return of Virtua Fighter 2, gravure photo sessions, and, umm, toilet sensation Toylets.

Kiryu: "TOYLETS!"

Yes.

Toylets.

With a Y.

Remember when I said earlier that there was a mechanic that actually adds itself to the

gameplay loop of eating, beating enemies, and so on and so forth?

Toylets actually completes this loop.

In Yakuza 6, you could actually use vending machines to buff up Kiryu in different ways.

But because their actual experience point rewards were so small, I never really truly

understood why you'd spend the time to just get a temporary buff as opposed to just spending

a small amount of time eating food to fill Kiryu up.

With Yakuza Kiwami 2, consuming large amounts of vending machine beverages build up your

bladder meter until it reaches 3000.

So these days, I get Kiryu filled up by eating a ton of food, drinking my favorite vending

machine beverage - more money and/or more exp is nice - and repeating the loop until

Kiryu's bladder is full.

When that happens, it's off to the Toylets!

And if you win, you might even get some items for all that effort!

Much like Kiwami before it, Yakuza Kiwami 2 stands out amongst the other games in the

series as "not just another remake," but a complete reimagining of a game that came

out more than a decade ago using today's technology.

As such, the localization honors the legacy of the original game while at the same time

acknowledging the discoveries we've made about Kazuma Kiryu through his more recent

games.

Classic lines such as, "I peacocked your mom," still find its way in this game, complete

with nods and winks to players who've supported the series since the beginning.

And maybe it's just me, but Yakuza Kiwami 2 overall feels so much larger and more epic

than Kiwami in so many ways.

Maybe that's rightfully so, given that its story is beloved amongst veteran Yakuza fans.

As a bonus for fans of Goro Majima, you can unlock a short set of chapters called the

Majima Saga.

Unlike Kiryu, Majima doesn't have a progression system to speak of and his story clearly serves

as a side dish to Kiryu's story.

That said, it is interesting to play as Majima without the style switching popularized in

Yakuza 0.

Majima's Saga's chapters are locked behind the main story, so I highly recommend finishing

the game first so you can play it all the way through.

Overall, it's nice to be able to play the Mad Dog of Shimano again, but I didn't really

find the whole experience enjoyable, given that the whole thing felt like a heavily neutered

Yakuza Kiwami 2 experience.

Despite that, Yakuza Kiwami 2 feels so much larger than any typical remake that it feels

more like the ultimate celebration of the series' past and present in the best possible

ways.

I can honestly say that despite not having played the original game through that I could

feel that there was a ton of love and care that was spent to make sure that this game

stands as a statement of what makes the series great.

And not only does Yakuza Kiwami 2 successfully demonstrate this, but it also leaves us with

the impression that the series - despite Kiryu's journey concluding this year - is still just

beginning, and that the best is yet to come.

I Got My Face Vaporized For $150 | Beauty With Mi | Refinery29 - Duration: 6:13.

Hey guys.

This is Mi Anne, and this is Beauty With Mi.

Earlier this summer, I got my first laser facial,

and I came out of that 15 minute treatment

so thrilled with the results.

So, I decided to go back, but this time for something a

little bit more intense.

3, 2, 1.

But first, please make sure you're subscribed.

Little red button, down below, you know the drill.

Beauty With Mi comes out every Monday at 11 AM.

So, back to the spa.

I zipped over to Skin Laundry, met Elyse Shelger, the

same registered nurse who performed my first treatment, and she sat me

down for the Carbon Peel.

Last time I was here, when I got the 15 minute laser facial, I saw that there

was this cool other treatment that you guys do that involves carbon.

It's called the Carbon Peel.

Yes.

I wanted to try it, but I was told that I couldn't because you need to get the

first laser treatment first.

Exactly.

Is that correct?

Is it the same two lasers that we used last time, the Yag and the I.P.L.?

Yes.

What differentiates this Carbon Peel from others that you may see on the market

is that we, couple it with the I.P.L. treatment.

And the I.P.L. is really effective for destroying acne-causing

bacteria, which is photosensitive.

And it calms inflammation and redness, so it's just a really good

one-two punch for-

Yes!

breakouts and it gives you a really amazing glow since we're removing

the dead skin cells.

Well, I'm very excited to do this.

I feel like I'm at that time of the month where I need it, so shall I lie down?

Yes.

I'm so excited that you're here to try it, and let's get started.

Okay, so the first thing I'll do is use one of Skin Laundry's purifying cleansing

cloths just to remove any residual makeup or oils from skin before we get started.

So, the Carbon Peel involves a similar process as the laser facial that you had

last time with an added step where we apply a carbon lotion to your skin prior

to the laser treatment.

We're going to let this set for about 10 minutes.

While it's setting, it will bind to the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of

your skin, and any material within your pores.

I'm now just gonna remove any excess.

We want the laser to really reach the skin so we don't want too thick of a layer.

Okay, so the first pass that I'm going to do is called heat mode.

This is going to help the carbon to better bind to that

outermost layer of skin.

So, beginning on the center of your forehead.

3, 2, 1.

How does that feel?

Feels fine.

It actually kind of tickles a little bit.

You'll hear more of a loud crackling sound because as the laser is passed

over the carbon, it's attracted to that pigment, and it's vaporizing.

So, the laser that we used, that you had last time, does vaporize any debris

in the skin and on the surface, as well as dead skin cells, this is just

going to intensify that exfoliation, and it will create more fumes just because of

the carbon, that's why we'll use a vacuum.

Like any of our facials, it's appropriate for all skin types and

all skin concerns, but we do believe that this is the best

treatment for acne-prone skin because you're getting that deep pore cleanse and

it's removing the outermost layer of skin with no down time.

So, it can help reduce the chance of clogged pores, and just

remove that dead skin that accumulates on the surface.

Okay Mi-Anne, I'm gonna apply the gel for your I.P.L. now.

This is just a water-based gel.

And this I.P.L. gel helps to evenly distribute the light from

your skin, so you get a really even treatment.

So, with this one you may feel a little bit of heat, and you'll mostly

just see a very bright flash.

And a little bit of SPF moisturizer to protect you on the way out.

Thank you.

The big reveal.

Ta-da.

Same thing as last time I feel like, it looks a lot less red, which is I always

think ironic because you're like literally zapping yourself.

I feel like the pores on my nose are like smaller too a little bit.

Well thank you so much for seeing my again.

Thanks for coming back!

I'm so happy to see you too.

You're the best!

My skin looked smoother, clearer, less irritated, less red after

the treatment.

In fact, on my way out, I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror, and

actually did a double take because I was so surprised at how clear my

skin looked without foundation.

So, as you can tell, I really liked it, but I will say that this treatment is

30 minutes and it cost $150, which is a pretty big price jump from the

original laser and light facial, which only cost $65 per treatment, but it's also

only 15 minutes.

So, I would definitely take them into account if you're gonna go.

I think that you know, obviously start off with the laser and light facial.

It's a great treatment, there's no down time, it's so fast, you're in and out,

but there are also other ways that you can exfoliate.

If you wanna see some of my favorite exfoliating products, check out that video

because I shared a few there.

But, all-in-all, I gotta say, the Carbon Peel was really good.

And that is it!

My opinion on the Carbon Facial.

I obviously really, really, liked it.

Please let me know what other treatments, or challenges, or products you'd like me

to try on "Beauty With Mi," down in the comments.

And I will see you guys next week.

Bye!

Thanks so much for watching guys.

Ask for the Sale - Duration: 0:42.

What do you have to do

if you want people to show up to your birthday

dinner?

Well you actually have to invite them.

Right?

When you're working

with a client

or you're asking money for an investor

or you're asking a buyer to buy

thousands of boxes of your product

to put on their shelves.

You have to ask them to do that.

And most business owners,

entrepreneurs don't ask

for the sale.

Even a lot of the accountants I work with,

they're like wow Michelle,

you're right.

I just assume that the clients are just going to want

to work with me, but they don't say anything.

Yeah, how are they going to say something?

That's your job, that's not their job.

5 Investment tips for a better retirement - Duration: 5:13.

today I'm going to talk about five investment tips for a better retirement

my name is Travis Sickle CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER with Sickle Hunter

Financial Advisors here in downtown Tampa Florida okay here we go

tip number one retirement retirement is day one of the next thirty years of your

life that's a long time to think about so the day you retire you have 30 more

years so what I want you to think of is making sure that you're not too

conservative with your investments if you're too conservative it needs to grow

in order to sustain those years that are down the road so if you look at your

assets and you look at all the dollars that you have if you stack them all up

where are you taking your first dollar you're taking it right off the top so

what that means is there's a dollar on the bottom that's not going to be used

for 30 years so you should look at creating the income stream rather than

looking at your portfolio with just one giant portfolio look at it as creating

an income stream over many years tip number two is look for the tax-free

income now if you haven't had access to tax-free income in the past such as a

Roth IRA there are other planning techniques that you can use to help

reduce your tax liability today and tomorrow it doesn't matter which stage

of the game you're in if you're at or near retirement you can look towards

years where you're making less or if there's another opportunity to pay less

in taxes and convert some of those dollars in to Roth IRA dollars if it's

all in 401k you're gonna have the Social Security and any other income streams

that are going to increase that taxable income so you want to look at tax-free

sources as early as possible tip number three is looking at your social security

and this is probably one of the biggest overlooked areas that you can really

maximize your income stream in retirement when you get your Social

Security Statement there are three dates on it you're 62 your full retirement age

and age 70 but what most people don't know is that each month that you prolong

waiting for Social Security it actually increases a little bit

in fact it's either five ninths of one percent or five

twelfths of one percent each month depending on how early or how late you

take it it could be up to thirty percent more by waiting until full retirement

age and up to additional 32 percent after full retirement age depending on

your age and when you elect Social Security it's also really important to

note with Social Security it doesn't matter if you are retired or not your

election for Social Security it has nothing to do with whether or not you're

working if you take Social Security before you retire you might be subject

to additional taxation but if you take it after you're retire you don't have to

take it right away you can wait so the day you retire

doesn't have to match up with Social Security so you still have that

opportunity to let the Social Security grow tip number four creating the income

floor look at Social Security or a pension an annuity or another income

stream to create that floor and the reason you want to create an income

floor in retirement Is so you have that guaranteed income stream so you can let

those assets that are going to be used further on down the road grow and not

have to worry about them tip number five has to do with fees now everybody is

always talking about paying a lesson fees but there's one thing that you

should really pay attention to it's the comparison between being cheap

and frugal so this is really looking at are your funds that you're invested in

do they have low fees inside of them and are those fees justified and that's the

thing you have to look at when it comes to fees now fees are almost everywhere

when you're dealing with financial planning or when you're dealing with

your investments but if you want to pay the least in fees you have to understand

you want to make sure that you're doing it to your own benefit so if you have an

old 401 K that's invested in mutual funds you could take a look at them and

consider looking at exchange-traded funds and historically when you're

looking at that information it's significantly cheaper to invest in

exchange-traded funds versus the mutual fund counterparts now these can be

identical portfolios they don't have to drastically

change it's just gonna reduce the amount of fees that you have inside of your

portfolios so that puts more money back in your pocket and helps your investment

returns over the long haul if you found these tips valuable or you'd like to

learn a little more about how you can improve your financial life click on the

link at the bottom and sign up for our learn more about us quick chat to see if

we can help you further thanks for watching and have a great day

10 Meditation Tips For Beginners - Duration: 5:27.

Are you one of those people who want to start meditating to get all those great

benefits you've been hearing about, but you feel like it's impossible or do you

know you want to start a meditation practice but you just don't know where to begin?

Well, good news! After you hear the 10 tips that I'm going to share with

you in this video you will know exactly what to do.

I'm Shirley Archer, a best-selling author of 15 books.

I'm an award-winning trainer, a meditation and yoga instructor,

and a mindful health educator.

How do you start meditating?

Here are 10 tips that will get you going without any doubt.

You will have a successful practice.

The first and most important rule is that you need to be comfortable.

So choose a safe and comfortable place --if it's a private room or an office space--

where you can close the door and be undisturbed.

You need to feel safe and free from interruptions>

Number 2. You need to be comfortable so

you can either sit or lie.

I recommend if you're new to meditation that you begin seated,

because lying down it's all too easy to fall asleep.

Number three. When you sit or lie,

make sure your spine is lengthened

and you have a very good posture.

This will allow you to breathe deeply and fully and it places the least amount

of stress on your body.

Sit tall and comfortably.

You want to put your hands

on your thighs and you can have your palms up or your palms down right at the

place where the hips meet the thigh.

Alternatively, you can place one hand on

top of the other and rest them gently in your lap.

Tip number 5.

You want to release tension from your body.

I recommend you tighten all the muscles

tight tight tight tight tight tight tight.

And, then exhale release all the

tension.

Do that twice.

tight tight tight

tight tight tight

and

exhale release all the tension.

Number 6.

Set a timer for either three,

five or ten minutes, so that you contain the meditation.

And, you know that you'll know

when it comes to an end.

But make sure it has a gentle alarm, because once

you get into a deeper state of calm you don't want to be rudely interrupted.

Set your timer.

And, then you're going to either close your eyes or

you're going to gaze downward.

There are different practices and I have other videos to go

more deeply into the different techniques.

But, either way is okay.

Sometimes when you're first getting started, if you close your eyes

or if you're exceptionally sleepy,

you may fall asleep.

So that's where a downward and

unfocused gaze helps--you're not looking at anything in particular

but you're just looking gently down.

Number 8. Bring your attention to your breath.

make no effort to control your breath.

just simply observe am I inhaling,

am I exhaling?

Try not to control the breath.

Just watch inhaling and exhaling.

You can even repeat to yourself

if you find your mind wandering.

"Inhaling, exhaling.

Inhaling, exhaling."

Tip number 9. When the timer goes off,

allow yourself to gently

reintegrate into the room.

You don't want to leap up out of your chair

or off your cushion or bench.

Just gently do a few stretches.

Consciously breathe deeply.

inhale through the nose,

exhale through the mouth.

Look around the room.

bring yourself back to the room gently.

Number 10. Choose a

consistent time and place

to do this.

Ideally, if you can do it every day,

five days a week,

that's great.

And, at the same time, because this starts to create a habit of mind and

you're preparing yourself for a period of concentrated calm.

You are actually

going to become better at it.

And, you will go into a deeper state more easily.

Meditation is actually an altered state of awareness.

Your ability to access that altered state--where the brainwaves are moving

more slowly--is a function of the practice.

And, some people are naturally

more able to do it than others.

so give yourself a chance.

Practice regularly.

Even as simple as three minutes if you have no time,

is good enough to start the habit.

As you get comfortable with that,

you can gradually increase the time.

And, with these tips, I guarantee you will be able to

start a meditation practice.

Please share in the comments below what your biggest question or

concern is about starting a meditation practice.

I will be more than happy to answer your questions

and offer my support in any way that I can,

because this is a tremendous gift

that you're going to give yourself.

Can colorful blocks prep preschoolers for a future in math? - Duration: 0:39.

I made a pattern here with these blocks. Can you make the same kind of pattern

using these same blocks? We're interested in looking at patterning

skills because they seem to be really important in children's mathematical

knowledge.

You made a pattern! Yeah, I know how to do patterns. Ways you can support children's patterning

skills at home are practicing both noticing and creating patterns in their

everyday lives. Schools and teachers, as well as parents, should be emphasizing

patterning.

📝Why You Must Use A Script for Calls📞 - Duration: 13:38.

hello there this is John Ruman with sales training academy where I work with

the real double-oh-seven mr. Roger Moore we use simulations to teach sales which

helps you and your team to maximize retention and learning from the actual

process of growing your ability to sell today's topic is why you must use a

script to make calls so I'm gonna go in through a step by step thing on this and

you're gonna absolutely love it because it'll be totally impactful so let's get

started first of all you must it helps you to be prepared when you have a

script in front of you actually know what you're gonna say a lot of people

are very arrogant or feel they just know it they've done a thousand calls and

they feel they can do without having something in front of them there's a

dramatic difference in your numbers when you actually make a scripted call versus

off the top of your head call the reason being that the language is so more

succinct and impactful and get the gets the job done so the call you make gets

it done and the person you speak with they actually feel that you know more

and are sharper and just more just much more crisp in what you do you need to be

sharp as a tack in sales next timely the conversation you're making should be

less than two minutes I would actually go as far to say as you can do it in 90

seconds or less depending on what you're doing but the intention of a cold call

is not to sell over the phone some industries need to do this in the world

the majority do not if you do you can you still really need a script but the

script I'm talking about that we offer in the training we have currently

doesn't go that far but we can obviously help people with that so you must create

a script and the timeliness is critical so again phone conversations are 90

seconds a minute you don't feel like you're wasting your time you

wasting their time allows you to stay on track here's the thing when you make

phone calls it's easy to have a thought pop in your head or to have the customer

whom you're speaking with say something either intentionally or unintentionally

totally throws you off where you were going you know when you're getting a

flow you can lose that if if they say something that makes you off-track and

this allows you to gently move back in that direction and know exactly what

you're gonna say when you get there you can now if you have a written script

when you have a written script you can add two things tonality and physicality

so we'll address physicality physicality is when you are on the phone you

actually move your body you stand if you notice all my videos I'm standing so you

stand you smile and people hear the reasons people hear a smile they'll hear

enthusiasm we can we got this we can help you do this and they'll feel that

that energy with moving your body so the more you're able to express the more

clear what you're saying is tonality is something we teach which is taught more

commonly in the training for people who are on do who do advertisements for TV

radio etc especially radio and there's some aspects to it that I'll go briefly

into now one the language the sound of the the sentence may end in a high high

note or may in a low note or there could be a pause and there's usually a reason

for the pause but there be pauses also there could be words that need emphasis

so I can do this now let's make can the emphasis I can do this good let's make I

the emphasis I can do this and let's add the third one this I can do

so these three slightly switched focuses or amplifications of a word will allow

the meaning to have different for whoever you're talking to so we actually

will help you create a script that includes tonality it's a really big deal

so it's a tonality is the 2.0 of a script so once you get a script that's

great then wide tonality to it if you're in

the sales profession or if you have a team that's in the sales profession

almost nothing you can do has as much ROI besides maybe marketing for your

business so you need to consistently upgrade the sales team what they're

doing and if you ever need to set appointments for anything a script is

important because you have to make a phone call to do that so this really

really helps with the process of actually mastering what you're doing and

the great thing is you can actually track what you are producing so let's

say right now you are not using a script and then you ask your team to use a

script consistently for a month or whatever and then you just track the

changes and you see how they go or you could have one week script one without

and you'll see a dramatic difference in the amount of appointments that happen

amount of calls that happen a certain amount of time it makes things more

concise and upgrades the game with everyone some of the world's well pretty

much every one of the world's greatest sales people who need to use the phone

use a script it totally changes the game I'll give you a few examples grant

cardone uses a script Jordan Belfort uses the script all these people Steve

Shipman uses the script these people use and refine constantly making better

their script so it's really important track the results to see for yourself if

you track something it will grow so if you track what's happening and what you

can do to improve it you'll actually improve the results track

if you need to make more money you need to track results if you need to work out

more track how much you're working out now and have someone hold you

accountable but this is huge for your sales team so what are some reasons

people don't do this simply they may not know about it

so they may be ignorant of the fact that a script is valuable they may be

arrogant in that they may feel I don't need this I'm amazing on the phone

listen if the world's greatest I mean greatest sales people use a script with

every call don't you think there's a reason for that I'll memorize it but

problem with memorization is the intonation of the toe now these lost

when you're trying to do those other things physicalities lost all those

things compound to more successful calls I'm better this way the way you were

doing before maybe that's why we track it we have yet to have it not work

management doesn't understand the benefits here's the thing I respect

management coz management is trying to keep things as cost-effective as

possible so continuous training and spending a few hours role-playing and

upgrading scripts and creating them an upgrade in tonality and all of this is a

challenging thing because they need to understand where the numbers are the

great thing is it's a totally trackable results-driven

and results producing activity almost infinite not infinite but but extremely

high ROI for the organization especially long-term so with that I want to briefly

discuss a couple of the classes we have going on we have a cold calling master

class which starts in on the 2nd of September 8 days out it almost almost

nine days if you look at the countdown and then in 20 days we have a cold call

sorry a 6-week mastery course has six modules and one

of them is the cold calling so if you do the cold calling and you love it it's

600 TT and you're like this is incredible which you will it's

incredible trust me the will take 400 that towards the main class so the the

full six-week class is very straightforward its but if you want

details of that I would encourage you to check out our other videos but let me go

through a quick first module is all about being physically energetic

mentally confident and and being very being very abundantly sure of yourself

creating habits that create good energy doing powerful self-talk okay that's

that one we also in the same class we do the elevator pitch so we roleplay the

elevator pitch our course is entirely simulation based so the elevator pitch

class 2 is prospecting and networking we teach you how to network talk to a total

stranger class 3 is the cold call where again we kind of went over this in

today's live but the cold call is tonality creating a script role-playing

that after that we actually roleplay the meeting that you set in the cold calling

class and we do the we do the role-playing of that meeting getting

ready all those kinds of things and there's a fair amount of tonality and

physicality actually in that but we do that in that class class 5 or the next

one is the actual clothes really important because it's great to just

probably the two most important are getting the the meeting of the cold call

and then the actual clothes if you can't clothes good luck so you need to be able

to close so that next the class 5 is all about the clothes handling objections

and it's a large amount of roleplay so basically what we do is we continue from

the previous class of them class 4 with the actual meeting now we finished the

meeting with objections man that price is too high I don't think you guys can

get at me in time I'm concerned about quality whatever their complaints are so

so it's off good that not all objections are actually

objections very often their complaints instead of a true objection last class

we do the entire six are previously five classes roleplay so that course goes

over six weeks starts at six pm ends at nine p.m.

all of these are the offices in agustín and they are there for

they are there for you to grow and become more amazing so it's it's three

thousand for the six weeks if you do the cocoa master class you will get four

hundred other six under your best towards that it's a great test to see

how our teaching style and how awesome we are you're gonna love it

don't worry about it but I still want you to do that if you have the ability

we have a bunch people who are just doing the straight six week class all

good whatever is easier for you because you are gonna do it in a few weeks when

we actually do the main course so if you know it's all for you and you want the

full thing I respect that do the full six weeks probably better for you anyway

so we do offer payment plans so if you're interested in doing the six week

course we offer payment plans starting off with $500 deposit to claim your seat

class one we want a thousand so you pay it half at that point and then five by

class five which is a month out a full two fortnight's the we ask for the

bounce-off fifteen hundred and then classes after that you graduate so the

that's how it goes to that class again it's a new e one a couple of the things

assuming you take it and assuming you love it and you graduate and you're like

this is incredible the class will then for any future class that you want to

take whether you're let's say let's say you missed a class or two very common i

miss a class okay and you want to remake it that's how you we allow you to remake

it as a retake it as a graduate also even if you just want to take you to

become better we allow you to retake it and most importantly it's a great

networking opportunity you have fifteen to twenty people in every class that

want to grow just like you we do depending on the class size we can only

have so many returnees but we do try to facilitate everyone because it's highly

high beneficial so your apps gonna love it

let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing from you

just message me here or wherever you happen to see this this will be on

several platforms but I appreciate your time and see you in a couple weeks bye

bye
