Hi friends welcome to Parul Ka Zaika

Today I am going to make Muthia for Undhiya

Let's see the ingredients required to make this recipe

200 grams of coarsely grinded wheat flour

50 grams of gram flour

1 bowl of finely chopped fenugreek leaves

1 bowl of finely chopped coriander leaves

1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic-chili paste

1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of coriander cumin powder

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds

1 pinch of asafoetida

1 pinch of soda bicarb

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 tablespoons of curd

1 teaspoon of salt

And oil

To start with put in a bowl wheat flour, gram flour, 2 spoons of oil and mix it well

After mixing well add fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic-chili paste, sesame seeds,

Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder,

Carom seeds, asafoetida, sugar, salt

Soda bicarb and curd. Mix it well and prepare a soft dough

Next grease your palm with little oil

Take little dough and prepare Muthiya

Similarly prepare all Muthiyas

All Muthias are ready to fry

We need to fry Muthias on medium flame until golden brown

Once the Muthiyas are fried well remove them

Similarly fry all Muthiyas

Muthiya one of the main ingredients for Undhiya is now ready
