Kaizer Chiefs' outbound Tshabalala is 'a big name in Turkey'‚ says Ertugral

Kaizer Chiefs' outbound Tshabalala is 'a big name in Turkey'‚ says Ertugral.

Muhsin Ertugral says Siphiwe Tshabalala is a "big name" in Turkey and has backed the former Kaizer Chiefs star to shine at new club BB Erzurumspor‚ though he also cautioned the environment will take some adjustment.

The newly-promoted Super Lig club is from the town of Erzurum in the east of Turkey‚ not far from the borders with Iran and Iraq‚ and is not as cosmopolitan as the capital Ankara or Istanbul.

"He has a big name in Turkey‚ we have often spoken about him and people know him very well.

Hopefully he can fulfill those expectations‚" Ajax Cape Town coach Ertugral told TimesLIVE.

"We wanted him when I was in Sivasspor in 2009 and we really put a lot of money on the table.

I have had a wish in the last few years that he would go play in Turkey." Ertugral said Tshabalala's age should not be a factor‚ nor should the 33-year-old be put off by the recent failure of Lebogang Manyama at Konyaspor.

"He looks after himself‚ so for him age is only a number‚" Ertugral said.

"Lebo was a little unlucky‚ but it is important for South Africans‚ given the history of recent years‚ to go there and play in that league." Erzurumspor were only formed in 2005‚ a year before Tshabalala joined Kaizer Chiefs‚ and have worked their way up the Turkish league pyramid.

They are playing their first season in the top-flight in 2018-19 having finished fifth in the second-tier last season‚ but gained promotion through the playoffs.

"They are a team on the Asian side in what I call the far east of Turkey‚" German/Turk Ertugral‚ who has coached in the Super Lig‚ said.

"He [Tshabalala] will have to adapt to the Eastern way of thinking.

For him‚ I wish it was a team from‚ say‚ Istanbul‚ or those areas [in the west of the country]." Tshabalala sealed his move to Erzurumspor this week and jetted out of the country on Tuesday night.

He joins the likes of Fani Madida‚ Ace Khuse‚ Steve Komphela‚ Helman Mkhalele‚ Shoes Moshoeu and Dumisa Ngobe to have played in Turkey and becomes the 19th South African overall to feature in that country's top league.

Is Tess Holliday Married? Who Is Her Husband? | Heavy.com - Duration: 3:10.

Is Tess Holliday Married? Who Is Her Husband? | Heavy.com

Tess Holliday is married.

She married her husband, Nick Holliday, in 2015.

The plus-size model surprised the world when she announced that she was celebrating her two-year wedding anniversary back in 2017, as the public was unaware that she had tied the knot.

"The pair met in 2012 after Nick reached out to Tess on Tumblr to tell her he loved her body positive stance.

Their marital status a secret until Tess decided to reveal the news just in time for their two-year anniversary.

The milestone came just as she turned 32, as the pair tied the knot on her birthday, July 5," the Daily Mail reported at the time.

Nick Holliday is an Australian artist and businessman.

Tess and Nick raise two children together; her 11-year-old son, Rylee, from a previous relationship, and their 2-year-old son, Bowie.

Both Tess and Nick are supporters of body positivity and often post about it.

"The sun cares not about your body's size, how it moves (or doesn't), your colour, your gender, your sexual orientation," he previously captioned an Instagram post.

Interestingly, both he and his wife both know what it's like to struggle with self-esteem.

"I don't have a lot of photographs of myself.

My struggles with my self image have mostly kept me behind the lens.

What few images I did have were almost all lost in a storage fire about seven years ago.#oldheadshotday got me digging around in what I *do* have, so enjoy this 10 year old #Polaroid of me painting naked late at night in my old studio in Brisbane," he wrote on Instagram.

Since putting their relationship is out in the open, Tess and Nick often share photos of themselves and their kids on social media.

Keys To A Successful Marriage | The Truths Of Scripture Is The Key To A Successful Marriage - Duration: 6:06.

- Instead of living your life out of fear

of what you've seen go wrong,

live your life in faith focusing

on what the bible puts before us as the model.

(upbeat music)

- Welcome back to the StraightTruth podcast.

I'm your host, Josh Philpot

and we're glad you've joined us today.

As always, I'm joined by Richard Caldwell,

the pastor of Founders Baptist Church

and our special guest today

is Doctor Nicholas Ellen,

a senior professor at the College of Biblical Studies

and also pastor at Community of Faith Bible Church.

As always, please leave comment for us

Well today we have a question about marriage.

We have a question from a young man

who says that he wants to have a strong marriage

and a strong family life for the rest of his days.

So I'm wondering from you guys,

what would you say are the keys

to having a strong and last marriage and home?

- Before I give my answer, let me address

why I think sometimes people ask that question,

because, I mean, the answer's obvious

as we'll talk about it.

It's building your life on the truths of scripture,

building your life on Christ,

your marriage on Christ and on the truths

revealed in scripted for marriage.

But I think the reason why people

ask that question sometimes, is maybe

they come from a background,

grew up in a home, where it wasn't solid.

Yeah, broken home.

Lot of pain, lot of heartache.

And they're worried, perhaps, about repeating that.

You know, I don't have a good model that I grew up in.

I'm about to get married.

I'm afraid that we may one day head down the same road.

And I would just encourage young couples...

We tend to be conformed to our focus.

Sometimes, for example, someone has,

let's say, an angry father and they say to themselves,

I'll never be like him, right.

So bitterness builds, and I'll never be like that.

And then amazingly, they turn out

to be just like their father,

because they lived their entire life

sort of focused on their father,

what they don't want to be.

In the same sort of way we can do that with marriage.

You know, I saw my parent's marriage struggle

so I want to make sure I don't do this and I don't do that.

And I want to encourage people to think differently.

Instead of focusing on what you're not going to be,

focus on what you're going to be.

Set your focus on what scripture teaches.

Live your lives...

A good marriage begins with selection, right?

So who am I gonna marry?

Marry someone who loves the Lord.

Marry someone who genuinely, unmistakably, is born again.

Make sure that you're born again

and then marry someone who loves the Lord Jesus Christ.

So then build your lives out of reverence

for the Lord in every aspect.

Pay attention to what he says about the fact

that marriage is a life-long union,

with one man, one woman, for life.

So you're not even gonna consider divorce.

You're not gonna let your mind go in those areas.

You're gonna pursue sexual purity.

You're gonna believe the bible

and obey the scriptures when it speaks to those issues.

Husbands are gonna strive to love their wives

as Christ loved the church.

Wives are gonna see that they respect their husbands

and live out what the bible teaches

about being a wife.

So, it's building your life on Christ and the scriptures.

But first I just wanna say, let that be your focus.

Instead of living your life out of fear

of what you've seen go wrong,

live your life in faith, focusing on what the bible

puts before us as the model.

- Mmh, I'd love to take what Richard said

and put the application of it together,

because he hit it dead on the head

and I would say to a person:

number one, live by the covenant and not by your mood.

- Amen.

- Part of the challenge is that people tend

to be consumed with how they feel in the moment,

versus their covenant conviction of the moment.

And if you can learn second Corinthians 5,

which says "Christ died that those who live

"might no longer live for themselves".

The key to a marriage is that the marriage

is not about you, it's about God's glory--

- Amen.

- and how do I die to self so that I can be the tool

that God uses to invest into my spouse

that they could be all of what God intended

for his glory and hence the good

of the culture, good of the marriage.

But the key is, God is into the transformation business.

We have been called from sin to know him,

to become like him, to be useful to him.

You are to come alongside your spouse

and help lead in that process.

So I want to encourage people that,

because what I see too often in marriage counseling,

people say, well we have marital problems,

and I say, you don't have marital problems,

you have character deficiencies that showed up

in the marriage. - [Richard] That's good.

- And part of that is lack of understanding

your role, lack of commitment to your role,

consumed with your mood and not the covenant.

So those would be, for me, crucial foundational

things to living and God honoring marriage.

- That's excellent Nick.

You know, it reminds me of something...

I'm not gonna get this exactly right,

but I'm gonna be in the ballpark,

John Piper wrote a little book on marriage.

And in that book, he said "It's marriage

"that sustains love, not love that sustains marriage."

In other words, he was saying, our view of marriage

fuels our ongoing love for each other.

So out of the conviction of the covenant we love each other.

It's good.

What is Plagiarism at WMU? - Duration: 1:36.

- [Edward] Let's talk about how WMU defines plagiarism

so that you understand the expectations

that WMU has for you.

A new definition of plagiarism

was adopted by WMU in 2016.

It is important that you read

and understand this definition.

This definition has two parts.

First, plagiarism is the use

of someone else's language, ideas, or other material

without making the sources evident in situations

where there is a legitimate expectation of original work.

So where does one have

a legitimate expectation of originality?

Basically anywhere where you are doing academic work.

So that would include the following areas:

scholarly writing of any type,

conference presentations and papers,

online discussions, grant proposals,

theses and dissertations, class assignments,

artistic works, and computer code and algorithms.

Finally, this definition applies to everyone at WMU,

faculty, staff, and students.

Plagiarism is also defined or dealt with

in a couple of other important WMU documents

including the Student Code of Conduct

and the Research Misconduct Policy,

which, incidentally, covers faculty as well as students.

Keep in mind that while these definitions differ

in wording from the official WMU definition,

they do not contradict each other.

Plagiarism is never the right thing to do.

Who Is John McCain's Widow? Get to Know His Wife Cindy | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:56.

Who Is John McCain's Widow? Get to Know His Wife Cindy | Heavy.com

On August 25, 2018, just a few days before his 82nd birthday, Senator John McCain died, after a year-long battle with brain cancer.

In his death, he left behind seven children, four of whom he had with second wife, Cindy McCain.

Cindy and all of John's children supported him in his battle and were by his side in the end.

The day that her husband's death was announced, Cindy took to Twitter to express her grief over the loss of her husband of 38 years.

Cindy tweeted, "The entire McCain family is overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from around the world.

Thank you … My heart is broken.

I am so lucky to have lived the adventure of loving this incredible man for 38 years.

He passed the way he lived, on his own terms, surrounded by the people he loved, in the the place he loved best.".

When John McCain met Cindy Hensley, he was still married to first wife Carol Shepp, as reported by People.

And, only six weeks after divorcing Carol, John married Cindy on May 17, 1980.

His three children at the time, had difficulty with the relationship when it began, so they did not attend the wedding.

Over the years, they have built a strong bond with Cindy.

In fact, Cindy, who is air to the Hensley beverage company, even has her step-son Andrew as a bigwig at the company.

Early in the marriage, even John worked for Cindy's dad, Jim Hensley, in his beer distribution company, according to The Washington Post.

Over the course of their marriage, the couple has had many struggles, especially when it came to Cindy's drug addiction.

She said she kept it from her husband, for fear of "letting him down".

During the 1990's, Cindy underwent back surgery and became addicted to painkillers.

According to Psychology Today, in 1994, Cindy revealed that she had solicited prescriptions for painkillers from physicians who had worked for an international charity that she had founded.

The charity was the American Voluntary Medical Team.

A former employee named Tom Gosinski tipped off the DEA, which audited the charity and initiated an investigation.

Cindy, fortunately, came clean and received professional treatment.

According to People, when John McCain first found out about his wife's drug issues, he raced home.

Cindy recalled that, "He sat down next to me and said, 'You should come to me first with whatever it is — I love you, I'm here for you, I will get through this with you.' And he did.".

Together, John and Cindy McCain had two daughters and two sons.

Their youngest child, daughter Bridget, was adopted from Bangladesh and Cindy pulled the trigger on the adoptions without cluing in John.

The adoption took place in 1991, according to Telegraph.

Bridget reportedly had a cleft palate that was so severe that she could not be fed, so Cindy took her home and got her the medical attention she needed.

When Cindy first introduced daughter Bridget to John, she recalled to Telegraph, "I remember John's face.

That day he was not the tough war hero senator.

He was like every other new father, full of love and emotion.".

Cindy and John decided to raise their children in Cindy's home state of Arizona, wanting to give them a well-rounded life.

In an interview with Larry King in 2002, John McCain said that he fell instantly in love with his wife, Cindy.

John gushed that, "Schmaltzy as it sounds, it was love at first sight.".

Why is the DOLLAR the World's RESERVE CURRENCY? - VisualPolitik EN - Duration: 11:58.

You've heard this a thousand times: the American dollar is the World's reserve currency,

the hegemonic

currency in the world today.

And we all have that "smartass" friend who thinks he knows everything about

geopolitics and says that the dollar supremacy is… the cornerstone of the so called New

World Order.

The

illuminati, the Bildelberg club and George Soros are ready to do anything to keep this

supremacy… at any

cost…

OK, OK, so if you wanna throw one of these self proclaimed pundits off, you just need

to ask him or her

this question: what does it really mean that the dollar is the hegemonic currency?

I mean… how does the

United States benefit from having a currency that is being used for the international trade?

Is it really

that important?

Really?

And the most important question of all…

Could the American Dollar lose its

status?

Could it be replaced by other currencies like the EURO or the Chinese YUAN?

Today we are going to

answer all of these questions but before we do… let's take a look back at history.

If you've been following VisualPolitik for a long time, you already know that Argentina

is in dire

Straits and they need to ask for Money loans from International investors.

In these cases, the usual

procedure is to print what we call a DEBT BOND.

This is a piece of paper that says 'If you give me THIS

amount of money, I will give it back to you in, say, 10 years, with interest'.

So far, so good.

But

imagine this situation.

Let's say that you lend 3000 Argentinian pesos to the Argentinian Government.

In

the moment we do this video, summer 2018, those 3000 pesos equal 100 American dollars.

But…

What would

happen in the year 2028?

We don't know!

But chances are, the Argentinian currency will have been devalued

more and more.

By then, maybe those 3000 pesos wouldn't even buy a bag of 'Doritos'

This is why, international investors, smart as they are, say to Argentina 'Wait, wait

a minute, dude…

OK,

I will lend you that money, don't worry…

BUT you will denominate that debt in Dollars…

American dollars!

This way, I give you 300 bucks and you will pay me back 300 bucks plus interest…

Understood, man?'

Yes, my dear viewers, this is how an investor protects himself from would-be devaluations.

But hold on just a second because we aren't just talking about Argentina!

In fact, most of the World's

countries choose the greenback as the currency in which they issue their notes.

And this is why, you can

read headlines like this one in every financial newspaper.

https://www.gob.mx/shcp/documentos/el-gobierno-federal-emite-nuevo-bono-global-en-dolares-a-plazo-de-10-

anos EL GOBIERNO FEDERAL (Mexicano) EMITE NUEVO

BONO GLOBAL EN DÓLARES A PLAZO DE 10 AÑOS

The Mexican Government will issue debt bonds denominated in dollars to be paid in 10 years.

As you can imagine, we are not just talking about governments here.

For example, anytime ARAMCO, the

Saudi Arabian oil company wants to sell their dinosaur juice to, say, India, they say 'Wait,

wait a

moment, dude… what are you doing with those… coins I don't even know how much they're

worth… no way dude,

you are paying in dollars, American dollars, because this is a currency I trust'

This explains why 60% of the foreign reserve currencies held at the central Banks are dollars.

In the

world, there over 1.67 TRILLION dollars in circulation and more than half of them are

outside US.

There

is no international law that says the dollar must be the global reference.

But most people trust this

currency for international trade.

And here it comes the real question…

WHAT-IS-THIS-USE-FOR?

I mean, how does America benefit from having

their currency circulating all over the place?

Well… it depends.

If you are a company or a regular

citizen… this is completely irrelevant to you.

Arguably, we could say it's worse.

BUT, if you are the American Government… oh boy!

Having the hegemonic currency is like a gift from

heaven…

Why?

We're gonna tell you straight ahead!

A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS

We told you a thousand times here at VisualPolitik… the worst thing that can happen to a country

is

HYPERINFLATION.

This means that all of a sudden, prices go sky high.

But how is hyperinflation created?

You also know the answer… in most of the cases, this is a 100% monetary phenomenon.

If a Central Bank

starts printing money like there's no tomorrow, the currency devalues.

But why?

What's the connection between printing money and losing the value of that money?

You see… when

we talk about currency, we have to consider it as just another product.

Yes, you heard that right.

Currencies work under the same principles as oil, oranges or mobile phones: supply and

demand.

For

example, the Venezuelan Bolivar has very little demand.

Only Venezuelans use it.

So, when the Central

Bank of Venezuela prints a lot of Bolivars, this is, expands the Currency supply, the

price is going to

fall.

This means, the currency will devalue.

Nonetheless, American dollar's demand can't stop growing.

Everybody, around the globe, uses it for

international trade.

This means that the Federal Reserve has a big margin to print money without risking

devaluation.

And now you might wonder…

Why would the Federal Reserve want to print more money?

Well… let's look at an

example.

Imagine you've lent 100 dollars to the American Government.

And now you want them to pay you

back.

So you go there and they tell you: 'Suuuure man!!!

How much is it…? 100 bucks!

No prob, dude!

Just

go to that building next to this one, the one where it says 'FE-DE-RAL RE-SERVE'

and tell them to print

you those 100 bucks in just a second!!!'.

This practice is called 'MONETIZING DEBT'.

And yes, when you tell things like this to your friend, the

smartass, the one who thinks he is an expert in geopolitics, he will have no idea of what

you are talking

about.

But the truth is that this hegemonic currency is what allows America to issue more and more

debt, more

easily than any other country.

And this is why it is so normal to find headlines like this one.

America's debt crisis is coming -- interest payments will hit a trillion dollars a year

Having such a big debt is not really great news for American taxpayers.

In this other video we told you

why.

But hold on just a second because I know what you are thinking… is America as irresponsible

with its

monetary policy as Argentina or Venezuela?

And the answer is… of course not!

You see, all the Central

Banks print new bills year after year.

And not only print but generate more money electronically.

The

difference is on the proportions.

On this chart you can see the increase of the monetary supply, what we call the M2 indicator

of the

American Federal Reserve.

As you can see, the number of dollars grows year after year.

But… what happens

if we compare it with the Argentinian PESO?

… well, you can see the difference… and what happens when we

compare it with the Venezuelan Bolivar?

I guess there's no need to comment.

In just 9 years, Venezuela

has multiplied their monetary supply by 100…

By 100! while America has not even doubled it.

Bonus fact: while making this chart, we decided not to include the year 2018 because otherwise,

the

yellow part would cover everything.

This year, the Central Bank of Venezuela has multiplied their

monetary supply by 4000.

And… this is one of the reasons why the American Dollar is the most used currency

on the planet: because

it is stable.

While other Central Banks print money like crazy, the Federal Reserve is pretty responsible.

And now you might wonder…

What happens with other currencies like the Swiss Franc or the Sterling Pound?

If there is one stable currency in the world, it's the Swiss Franc, right?

Well… you are right.

In fact,

pay attention to this part of the video because this is going to surprise you.

Despite the dollar's

importance, it is not the only reserve currency on the planet.

Far from it!

Check this out!

A MULTICURRENCY WORLD

We said it at the beginning of the video: 60% of the foreign currency reserves are held

on greenbacks.

But what happens with the other 40%?

The second most used currency is the EURO, which represents 20% of the reserves.

After that we have the

Japanese Yen and the Sterling Pound.

But these are not the only ones!

Many central banks have reserves

denominated in Australian dollars or even Swiss Francs.

Despite not being that common, everybody

appreciates these coins for their stability.

But the question here is… if what you need for a currency to have a high demand is to

be stable… why

don't we use Swiss Francs as much as dollars?

The answer is that there are many less Swiss francs on the

market.

Think about it, Switzerland has 8.5 million inhabitants.

The United States has 300.

This means that the

Swiss National Bank doesn't need to issue as many bills.

Remember how I said the World has 1.67 trillion dollars?

Well, the Swiss Franc doesn't even have 1

trillion.

This means that it is harder to find francs than dollars for a transaction.

On the other hand,

America is the World's biggest market.

This means that thousands of companies from all over the World

sell their products here.

So imagine you are an Australian company and you are selling mobile phones in New York.

How do they pay

you?

With American dollars, of course!

Then what do you do with those greenbacks?

You change them to your

local currency.

So now who will have the American cash?

Of course, that would be the Australian bank

where you made the exchange.

In other words, the more America trades with the World, the more dollars will circulate

around the globe.

This is a currency that is stable, abundant and supported by the biggest economy.

Decades ago, no other

currency could be a match for the greenback.

But, as you know, the World is changing.

At this point, I guess you can see where I'm going with this.

At the beginning of this video, I asked

you…

Is it possible that the dollar will lose that hegemony?

Or, at least, be less important than it is

Today?

The answer is… yes.

As U.S. Trumpets 'America First,' Rest of the World Is Moving On

We have been telling you week after week here, at VisualPolitik…

Donald Trump wants to Protect America

from international trade.

His first move was to cancel free trade agreements with EU and Asia.

After

this, he introduced tariffs to steel so companies like Harley Davidson are leaving the country.

Trump has

also announced that he was to end NAFTA, which is the trade agreement between US, Canada

and Mexico.

In

other words, Trump's America wants to isolate itself from the international market…

So what does this

mean?

Well… it means the other countries will have less dollars.

Add to this other news… like this one.

Europe's central banks are starting to replace dollar reserves with the yuan

Or... this other one…

Russia Plans Yuan Bond Sale With Sanctions Threat Nearing

But don't get so excited, yet!

It is true, the Chinese YUAN, also known as RENMINBI, used to be an almost

unknown currency in the international market.

It was only used inside of China.

Nonetheless, in recent

years, some Central Banks are starting to buy it.

But, of course, this doesn't mean that banks will start

changing all their dollars to yuans overnight.

In fact, there are many things we don't know about the Chinese renminbi.

Things that your friend, the

smartass, probably won't know about.

But don't worry because in the following weeks there is going to be

a continuation to this video!

So don't forget to subscribe to VisualPolitik, and click on the bell icon

so you don't miss any posts.

Meanwhile, here are some questions…

Do you think the dollar can maintain its hegemony in the following

decades?

If not…

What other currency could be a substitute?

The Yuan, the Euro… maybe the BitCoin?
