Mystery Woman Who Rang Doorbell and Vanished Is Safe — But Was Abused, as Boyfriend Dies by Suicide - Duration: 3:31.

The partially-dressed mystery woman captured on surveillance video ringing the doorbell of a Texas home before vanishing has been located and is "alive and well," the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday

But the 32-year-old woman had been a victim of domestic violence, and police said her boyfriend died by suicide after the video showing her with apparent restraints on her wrists went viral

In a press release, the sheriff's office revealed the woman's boyfriend, 49, died by suicide Wednesday

Authorities said at a press conference he sustained a single gunshot wound.  "Before doing so he left several notes connecting him to the female who appeared to be wearing restraints," a press release from the sheriff's office states

"The male indicated that he did this in response to the national attention given to the situation among a few other things not yet disclosed

"  The woman was not on the scene of her boyfriend's death, Lieutenant Scott Spencer of the sheriff's office announced at the Wednesday press conference

Spencer said the apparent restraints were possibly connected to the domestic violence the woman endured, saying in response to a question about domestic violence, "There are some issues obviously with the video surveillance and why she was wearing those restraints and the circumstances surrounding it

"  A sheriff's office spokesman tells PEOPLE that deputies spoke by phone to the woman, who was in Dallas, and were planning to schedule a face-to-face meeting with her

The woman had come to national attention when the sheriff's office released a photo of her taken from surveillance video of the home on which she rang the doorbell at about 3:30 a

m. on Aug. 24.  The home's owner — who also hasn't been identified — woke up and reviewed the surveillance video, triggered whenever the doorbell is pressed

The resident saw a woman wearing only a T-shirt with restraints around her wrist

Then the woman left the frame.  A search for the woman ensued, with deputies canvasing the area, completing door-to-door checks, interviewing residences and businesses and checking missing persons flyers

It is not clear how the unidentified woman was found, but the release states that as of Wednesday she was "speaking with a family member

"  The woman is not linked to any other missing persons reports, the sheriff's office announced

Comfy 3: Hoodie: Here is Why the Best is Yet to Come - Duration: 11:37.

Comfy Clothes Chic.

You can have both style and comfort, learn how to wear and style the most comfortable

pieces in your wardrobe.

Let's chillax and give thanks to our extra comfy clothes that are like Chicken Soup for

the Fashionista Soul.

Toss aside your high heels, throw out your spandex, and relax into these stylish ensembles.

Look at all the comfy clothes we are going to focus on in this style series.

We're going to look at fleece, hoodies, thermals, muumuus, even sweatpants, and of course, leggings.

So in the first two videos of this series, we've actually already covered two of the

topics.

So we've already looked at the two style ingredients of fleece and thermal, so if you're interested

in learning how to create chic outfit from those comfort pieces, just go back and watching

those videos.

In this particular video, in this episode, we are going to focus on the hoodie.

Now, let's get the rundown on the basic stats of a hoodie.

So it's super warm, like a lot of the items featured in this style series, it's perfect

on a bad hair day because you can just put up the hood and run around and do what you

have to do, and really, when you have the hood on from your hoodie, it's better than

a keep away sign.

People just leave you alone.

They think you're a badass, so for all those reasons, I love hoodies.

This would be the point, if this was a traditional-style series, where I show you super cute outfits

featuring very cute pieces that you probably don't have in your wardrobe.

So I'll show you a sweatshirt like this with gold lettering.

I'll show you a hoodie like this with the side zip or diagonal zip, and even another

hoodie in a very pretty sea green color, and then you would go, "Those are beautiful, Aisha,

but that doesn't look like anything I have in my wardrobe.

My sweatshirt is left over from high school PE, or my sweatshirt, I got for free for a

5k that I signed up or but never completed because I faked an ankle injury," so if you're

one of those people that you have hoodies that you have just acquired by various circumstances

but not have locally gone out and bought hoodies, and that is many of us for the items that

make up the comfort pieces in our wardrobe, I have outfits for you as well.

So even if you don't have the pretty ones shown here on the screen, we can make do with

what you most likely have in your closet.

This is the standard grey hoodie.

I think Rocky Balboa wore this in the first Rocky movie.

So this is the most basic, standard hoodie you could have, and most of us have a variation

of this in our wardrobe, so I'm going to give you a way to where you can look comfortable

and be stylish.

So the key to this is that you're going to wear a super smoking-hot leather jacket over

it.

So you're going to wear the leather jacket over it and then you're going to pull out

the hoodie over the collar of the leather jacket so it hangs out back, and you can see,

to make this stylish, black jeans, black moto boots, you can see there's not really a heel

on them, super comfortable to walk around in all day, and then just very simple earrings.

This is a so-easy outfit that most of us have black jeans, most of us have a pair of boots,

and most of us especially if you've been following me for a while, you should at least have a

black leather jacket.

You just put that all together and you're ready to just run around on the weekends and

you'll look stylish and put together, and really, you're wearing the most comfortable

pieces possible.

So there's outfit number one.

So again, I'm not going to give you an outfit with a super fancy colorful print sweatshirt.

I used the most basic line most of us have in our wardrobe.

Again, here is a gray hoodie, right?

How can you make this stylish?

And again, I'm going to turn to inspiration from workout wear.

So especially a lot of us go and do our workouts on the weekends anyways and a lot of times

you have to run errands or you have to go meet somebody afterwards.

You may not have time to change or you don't want to run into Mr. Right and you're looking

like Mrs. Wrong, right?

So you want to still look put together, so you have the grey sweatshirt, and the pieces

that we're going to add to it, we're using pops of different neon color in this one to

really make this outfit.

As I said in other videos, a lot of times when you are wearing these comfort pieces

and then you want to make them stylish, you're going to have to maybe up your accessories

game, so you see here, we have the neon yellow purse again.

There's pops of neons, so there's that and you see the neon pink shoes that are there.

They are just sneakers.

You have on a pair of workout pants, they're the capri style one.

I have a fun watch that I put with it, a striped watch, super fun.

So you have these just pops of personality and color with this outfit but you look at

it, the essentials of this outfit is a grey sweatshirt and black workout pants, okay?

Then, I have just simple stud diamond earrings that you would put in your ear.

But again, it's stylish all when it's put together because it is little bit thought

out, that you're like, "Okay, I'm wearing basic black and grey.

I want to do pops of color and then do something super fun like, "Oh, how can I have pops of

neon color?"

So again, you're wearing a sweatshirt but you're going to up your accessory game, you're

going to up your handbag game, and for this, I love it because it's a big purse, you're

running around in the week and doing errands, going all over yonder as they say to do a

whole bunch of righty things and you need that space, so that handbag, so why not get

really a stylish one to help dress up the rest of the outfit?

It's full of personality, super stylish, you will feel bad at all running into Mr. Right

wearing this outfit.

And at the beginning of this series, I said, this was all about giving thanks for all of

the comfort we've received from the clothes in our closet but I also wanted to share a

story of when someone provided me with comfort.

I'll tell you in a little bit why I've been Incorporated this into the series but later

on, I'll offer you to an opportunity to say thank you to people that have provided you

comfort over the years.

So for this episode, here is the story of comfort.

So we all have those very early relationships, whether yours was at the end of high school

or the beginning of college.

I remember it's like my first real boyfriend.

We had got cell phones so that we can talk to each other and not run up the phone bills

too much, and it was one of those where you have some friends and family plans and you

can put different people on it so it wasn't too much to call them, and then they had a

cell phone plan where if you guys were on it together then it's free for anybody that's

on the plan for you guys to call each other.

So I think it was one of the summer breaks between college and me and that boyfriend,

I was like, "Hey, why don't we do that?

Why don't we get a plan together?"

We've been together all ready for I would say one or two years, and so it was like,

it just makes sense to do, right?

We've been together for a long time and you're young, and you just think you can be together

forever, and so I thought I'd ask him, "Why don't we do that," and he was very hesitant

and didn't want to do a cell phone plan with me, and I remember, I was so hurt.

Like I said, I was home for spring break and my younger brother knew that I was upset and

what was bothering me that my boyfriend at the time didn't, to me, feel like he didn't

think enough of our relationship for us to get a cell phone plan together so that we

could talk to each other whenever we want, and my younger brother came in the room, I

remember, he came in and he was like, "Oh, don't be upset about that.

He's just not ready for that.

It has nothing to do with you.

You shouldn't feel bad about it," and I'm like, how did my younger brother get so wise?

I was probably crying or on the verge of tears but like I said, my younger brother came up

and gave me that advice like, "It has nothing to do with you.

He's just not ready for that yet.

You shouldn't feel bad about yourself for thinking it has anything to do with you."

So that was very cold but he took time out to say that to me.

It was interesting to see your younger brother full of wisdom and what he said did actually

make it feel a lot better and it wasn't a big deal to me anymore.

So for that, I'm thankful for that moment of comfort and many others that my brother

has provided over the years, very appreciative of that, and so in hearing some of these stories

in this series, it is making you think of these moments when people have comforted you.

I will offer you the opportunity to send them a thank you.

You can send them a greeting card slideshow to tell them exactly how you feel about them

and what you appreciate they have done for you, and by doing that, you will have the

opportunity to win a scarf.

So in this series, like I said, you're wearing the comfortable clothes.

a great way to up your style game doing that is wearing accessories, and what is cozier

or more warm than a scarf?

So we're giving away scarves in this series and I will show you exactly how you can enter

to win a scarf and how you can send that greeting card slideshow to somebody that's very special

to you and that has comforted you before.

Just let them know exactly how you feel and to say Thank You.

Why I Say Fly by faith (Faith is Powerful) - Duration: 9:03.

what's up guys how's it going so you

know how all the bottom of all my videos

it says fly by faith and I use a hashtag

a lot to it on my social media today I

want to explain why I used that phrase

and where I got it and what it means to me

so when I was 18 years old me and my

business associate went out to a private

airstrip called hubbler airfield and we

met this guy named Holbrooke there who

was 82 years old at the time and he had

been a aviation enthusiast for a very

long time and he wanted to show us some

stuff and so we went over to his hanger

and he had this humongous hanger with an

stuff and he also had some other

airplane inside and all kinds of cool

airplanes outside and we got chatting

for a couple of hours and then he was

like so you want to go flying to me and

I said yeah that sounds awesome

I had been wanting to go flying for a

long time but never even had the chance

to get into a plane let alone fly one

and so we got there and he we we got all

fueled up and everything and let's see

and so he took me over to this plane and

it was a 1958 American Aviation champ is

the model of it I'll say that a unit

1958 the year of 1958 so as there was no

gem it was no new plane and so we got it

all fueled up and did our walk around

it checked everything and everything was

good and so he had me get in and I

explained all the gauges and stuff like

that it was a stick steer the wheel was

in the back and so it's at really low

and the cowl was really high and I

couldn't see anything out the front and

just a panel of gauges and

this stick and then throttle on this

side with some other stuff and so we got

everything settled out and figured out

and he said okay so you're gonna turn

the mags on and I'm gonna throw the prop

and so he did that and started it up and

it was crazy just stood an idle the

plane was just shaking inside and

extremely loud and so I was at that

point I was starting to get really

nervous and scared I almost didn't want

to go flying because I was scared and so

we got everything settled and it was all

good to go and then he he got inside and

explained to me that I stood with my

feet and he wanted me to taxi down to

the end of the runway

and so we did that and got down to the

end and we did a run-up which is you put

some power to it and check the brakes

and check the ailerons and everything

like that check all the controls make

sure they're all free and clear and then

you can set your heading and your

altitude and stuff like that as well

before you take off and that day it was

absolutely gorgeous it was blue sky and

not any wind it was about 85 degrees in

the middle of June and it was just

gorgeous

and so we got ready to go and the runway

was about a cars with extremely narrow

and like I said I couldn't see anything

out the front only the sides and there

was buildings on the sides of the runway

off a little bit obviously and so you

said go ahead and go and so I got a

little bit of power on and steering down

the runway with my feet looking out the

sides watching for 65 miles an hour is

when he wanted me to pull up and so we

were doing that

we got to 65 and I started to pull up and

we started to take off and we were in

the air at that point and it was

incredible and then we flew around for

about an hour or so and we were coming

back and he said okay there's the runway

and so we got lined up with it and we

were about 1,500 feet above the ground

and about a mile away and so I started

to pull back on the power and we came

down and there was trees at the

beginning of the runway and at the end

of the runway and so we were coming down

descending nicely everything was going

great and then all of a sudden I saw the

trees blow and the windsock picked up

and it immediately started the guest at

about 15 miles an hour and I might not

seem like much wind but in a little tiny

plane and a brand-new pilot that who's

never even been in a plane it was a lot

of wind and so we got down close to the

trees we were probably about a hundred

feet off the ground at this point and it

really started to blow us off track and

we started to go away from the runway

and I thought I was gonna lose control

just because of how windy it was and so

Halbrook explains to me that in a split

second that

I needed to fly sideways a little bit to

get down to the runway and then

straighten it out so that's what I did I

started to go sideways and I was looking

at the runway out my side window flying

down towards it and until about ten feet

off the ground and he said to straighten

out and so I straightened back out and

we landed smooth and clear and we didn't

die it was great and so he got down and

my heart was just racing and man that

was it was some insane adrenaline and so

we got down got everything tied down and

it was a great first flight it was

extremely scary but I got to fly and

that's what I've been wanting to do for

a long time and so that day I learned a

lot and that's where I got this spray

this fly by faith because when he asked

me if I wanted to go flying like I said

he was 82 years old and the plane was in

1958 and I had never even been inside of

a plane before and in that plane you sit

front to back

and so everything about that day and

that flight was just extremely

intimidating to me but I knew that it

would be okay and that he knew what he

was doing and that it wasn't my day to

go and so I was able to step out in my

faith and be courageous and take the

flight and go in faith and fly by faith

and also I learned that a lot of times

in life too we start out in something

and then like in that case when we were

coming down I started to blow extremely

hard and so we it's extremely scary it

was extremely scary but I knew I had

faith that we would make it to the

ground safely and that's exactly what

happened and we were able to

fly that day and make it home safely by

stepping out encouraged knowing

faithfully that God has got protection

over us and that we are capable of doing

things that we don't think we are and so

that's really the main point of why I

use fly by faith because it's a matter

of stepping out in that first step of

doing something outside of your comfort

zone that you are able to put God in

control of your life and you're able to

allow God to use you in ways beyond

yourself and that's the main purpose why

in Hebrews 11:6 says that it's

impossible to please God without faith

because when we when we do fully step

into faith and don't think anything of

ourselves or what other people think but

we just in God fully and faithfully then

he will do things that we are not

capable of on our own and he will do

things that we are that are beyond

ourselves and so it's just a matter of

stepping out taking that first step and

sticking with it and flying by faith see

you guys in the next one

Mingyur Rinpoche – What is the Mind? - Duration: 3:55.

All meditation depends on the mind.

What is the mind, how does it work?

What Is The Mind?

The mind is thinking, feeling.

So, what is the mind?

Who is asking what the mind is?

The mind is asking.

So, normally we say that the mind is like the boss.

Now you're watching this video, because the mind says, "Watch this video!"

And you're watching it.

Now you think, "Oh I agree, oh I don't agree, it's easy, it's complicated."

Who says all of this?

The mind.

And when you turn off this video, it's the mind that turns it off.

So the mind guides us.

Whatever we see, whatever we experience,

our mind is judging.

Based on your past experiences, based on your beliefs,

based on whatever you've studied,

you judge,

"This is good, this is bad, this is right, this is wrong."

And after you judge, you experience.

For example, panic is fear.

A great source of suffering.

But if you really welcome the panic,

like how I made my panic my friend,

then after some time, you don't feel that panic is a bad thing.

I feel like it's exciting,

and watching the panic helped me to connect with my awareness.

So the feeling became kind of positive.

Normally in our life,

positive or negative, suffering or happiness,

it's all about our mental state.

Normally I joke about this.

Some people want to go to the gym,

and they're fighting for a parking space.

If they cannot find a parking space next door to the gym,

and they have to park far away from the gym,

then they complain.

Each step is suffering.

"Today I have such bad luck, this bad guy took my space."

And then they go to the gym,

and what do they do when they go to the gym?

They're running on the machine.

And now, each step is happiness.

"This is good, I've spent a lot of money on the gym, I will burn calories and lose fat,

and it's good for my lungs and skin!"

Walking is the same!

Outside walking becomes a cause of suffering,

and walking on the machine a cause of happiness.

This is how our mind makes the world.

So some people say I don't believe all this,

the mind is just chemicals or neurons and these things.

So if there is something wrong with the chemicals,

then I will take medicine to fix it.

What should we say to this?

Many scientists nowadays do research,

and of course you can take medicine.

And in the meditative tradition we believe that the body and mind support each other.

The body is like a horse, and the mind is like the rider.

So taking medication helps.

But if you have problems and you take medication,

it serves us only temporarily.

The problem will come back again.

But if you really work with your mind, and meditate,

and your mental problems are cured by this,

then they will never come back.

The cure lasts long, it's a real cure.

Mingyur Rinpoche – What is a Buddha? - Duration: 1:12.

What is a Buddha?

What is the meaning of enlightenment?

What is a Buddha?

At first, Buddha was like us.

A regular person.

Full of confusion and suffering.

But Buddha began to recognize his true nature,

what we call "Buddha nature."

We believe it is the essence of all of us,

it's pure, free, already enlightened.

But we need to recognize it.

So Buddha recognized it, through awareness and compassion and wisdom.

So when you fully recognize your innate goodness,

then all of the enlightened qualities can manifest.

Boundless wisdom, boundless love and compassion, boundless enlightened activities.

Then, that is what we call a Buddha, and that state is what we call enlightenment.

For more infomation >> Mingyur Rinpoche – What is a Buddha? - Duration: 1:12.

-------------------------------------------

Mingyur Rinpoche – What Is Our True Nature? - Duration: 3:25.

What is reality, and what is our true nature?

Actually, these two come together.

What Is Our True Nature?

The real reality is what we call our true nature.

We all have a basic goodness.

Everybody has awareness, which is free, genuine, peaceful and pure.

Not only that, we have love and compassion.

There's wisdom, there are capabilities, there is skill, talents,

so many things within us.

And each one is unique.

And we can almost do anything we want.

There's a lot of potential within us.

But the problem is that we don't recognize it.

We don't know how to connect with our potential,

or the basic innate goodness within us.

So this is reality.

How do we connect with these?

Through recognition.

In the meditation tradition,

they teach us how to connect with them.

For example, how can we connect with our awareness?

We begin with the breath,

you know your breath,

awareness here means knowing, pure knowing,

and that pure knowing can be with thoughts or without thoughts,

good thoughts, bad thoughts, emotions, good emotions, bad emotions.

None of these can change our awareness.

There may be a bad storm in space,

but that doesn't change the nature of space.

A blue sky with the sun shining also doesn't change the nature of space, or make it better.

So a blue sky with the sun shining is like a positive emotion or thought,

the thunderstorm is like a negative thought or emotion.

Normally we get lost in the clouds, lost in the storm.

But if we know how to connect with awareness itself,

awareness is free,

it's a really great benefit.

So when I was young, I had a lot of storms or very strong panic,

and I always got lost in the panic.

But then, as I learned how to connect with awareness itself,

I allowed panic to just be within the awareness.

So I had panic, but still I had awareness.

For me, the awareness was more than the panic, more than the emotions.

Not only that, there was love and compassion.

We all have this love and compassion 24-hours a day, but we don't recognize it.

We have wisdom within us also, 24-hours.

We just need to know how to be with them, we have no need to make anything, it's just there.

We just have to recognize it.
