Smallable is a Family Concept Store

where we dig out little gems from all around the world

more than 700 designer brands

the nicer brands, the trendier brands,

all in fashion, decoration, furniture and toys.

Smallable's mission really is

to amaze children and help parent's lives.

It was really important for us

to buy a machine like StyleShoots

to really reduce the time of getting a product onto our online store.

Today we have one person dedicated at the StyleShoots machine

then we have the girls, working on the product page details

and for now they are three.

They are going to check the photos,

see if the editing is good,

if the picture is straight

and they are going to write the product descriptions

and publish the content.

StyleShoots is indeed very easy to use.

The machine lights up,

we have an iPad connected to the machine

with a camera

which is always at the same height.

We only have to position the product,

we're viewing it on the iPad,

we tap to take a picture,

the photo is taken – it's done.

Everyone is curious

to know how the machine works,

what are we doing with it and how the output looks.

They are quite amazed by what the machine can achieve

and often our suppliers come to borrow the machine.

Indeed, now, every photo is consistent,

we no longer have sizing issues.

When we discovered StyleShoots, it was a real innovation for us.

We discovered that with this tool

we could save a lot of time

while at the same time significantly improving

the quality of our online imagery.

[REMIX for blocked countries] Erica & Anna (The Girlfriend Experience) - Whore ᴴᴰ - Duration: 3:20.

I'm the girl you're thinking about

The one thing you can't live without

I'm the girl you've been waiting for

I'll have you down on your knees

I'll have you begging for more

You probably thought I wouldn't get this far

You thought I'd end up in the back of a car

You probably thought that I'd never escape

I'd be a rat in a cage

I'd be a slave to this place

You don't know how hard I fought to survive

Waking up alone when I was left to die

And you don't know about this life I've lived

All these roads I've walked

All these tears I've bled

So how can this be?

You're praying to me

There's a look in your eyes

I know just what that means

I can be, I can be your everything

I can be your whore!

I am the dirt you created

I am your sinner

I am your whore

But let me tell you something baby

You love me for everything you hate me for

I'm the one that you need and fear

Now that you're hooked, it's all becoming clear

That all your judgments that you placed on me

Was a reflection of discovery

So maybe next time when you cast your stones

From the shadows of the dark unknown

You will crawl up from your hiding place

And take a look in the mirror

See the truth in your face

So how can this be?

You're praying to me

There's a look in your eyes

I know just what that means

I can be, I can be your everything

I can be your whore!

I am the dirt you created

I am your sinner

I am your whore

But let me tell you something baby

You love me for everything you hate me for

I can be your whore!

I can be your whore!

I can be your whore!

But let me tell you something baby

You love me for everything you hate me for

I won't remember you

I never remember anything that hurts me

How To Get Pre Approved For A Home Loan - Duration: 9:45.

Kris Krohn here with Limitless Wealth TV and today we're talking about the

pre-approval process. This is going to be the shortest most compact course you've

ever had on how to know whether you want to get pre-approved, use someone else's

credit so you can make that deal happen.

Alright, man, you want to get out there and it's time for you to crush it in

real estate and pre-approval is one of the first things that you go to do so

that you can know what you're equipped with. You might be in a position right

now to buy real estate based on your credit situation or you might not. Either

way, as a bonus, I'm going to show you how you can get real estate no matter what.

But first let's talk about that pre-approval, let's talk about how you

make that happen. Really, it comes down to the fact that we have all these banks

and all of these banks are basically saying "What programs do we have for you?"

And all these programs are a little different, they're these lending programs and so

first of all, you do need to know that not every bank is created equal. When I

went and I was preparing to buy my first property, I was pushing the limit, I had

barely two years of work history, I had just gone from part-time pay up to

full-time pay and I walked into a bank that I had been banking with for years

and by the time days later has done what the pre-approval process, guess what they

did? They denied me. And I'm like, crap! In my mind I'm like, are all banks the same? I

went to another popular bank in the area, I went through that whole process and

you know what, I got denied again. I only had a couple of weeks left to finish my

loan before this house it is my first house this was going to create all this

wealth that it has for me in my life and as I didn't even know that at

the time I just knew that I needed to get this deal done and that's when I got

smart and instead of going to a bank, I went to a broker. Now in lending broker

is different, this is someone that works with many banks and I sat down with them

I said I got a couple weeks left, I'm trying to buy this house. I know I'm just

kind of trying to squeak through this bank turned me down, that bank turned me

down and this is what they said "Not all banks are created equal and there are

different programs for different people." Let's see your situation. Well, needless

to say, by the time I needed to close on the property, I got a loan. It was my

first loan. And it wasn't the bank that I banked at that made it happen.

It wasn't the other bank on the corner that I saw, it was dealing with a broker

so this is what you're looking for, you're looking for a loan officer

because a loan officer that has access to many banks is going to help you get

pre-approved when maybe the bank you're most familiar with is not capable of

giving you an approval. Now listen, you can't take it personal, banks are dealing

with millions of people and at the end

of the day, it's just ones and digits and they like

someone's and digits better than others. There are some things that'll work with

low credit ratings and other banks that won't. There are some banks where

they'll say well you make a lot of money but it's stated income and it's not

reported as a W2 so we don't like you and this other bank says we'll do stated

all day long so understand this first and foremost that people can get so

discouraged in the lending process and you got to toughen yourself up and get

some elephant skin on there and just not let that bother you so much, okay? And the

reason why is because there's all these banks and if you give up, you'll never

know what you were really capable of what you really could have done.

Here's what banks are going to look at: Number one, debt to income ratio. They're

going to look at what are your ongoing monthly obligations that you owe people

for like well you owe on this car rental and you owe on this and you all know on

that student debt and then they want to know how much leftover income do you

have after you pay your bills. Oh! That that will produce a debt to income ratio.

How much debt do you have versus how much you make. And that's something that

they're going to look at they're also going to look at what you have for a down payment

on a property. If it's a home for you, I love taking advantage of the 3% and 5%

down payment programs. You know on a $200,000 house 3% is 6 grand.

But investor lending, you got to put 20% down. 3% versus 20% right? So, 3% that's

awesome, that's smokin' on, I can take you know, if you buy a house with $40,000 of

equity and you put $6,000 down when that deal is done you're gonna walk away

feeling like a hero because you're going to make a pile of money. They're also going to

want to know is this for you to live in or is this an investment. Because those

are two very different banking systems. The lending rates and the things that

you get when you're buying a home for you is more lenient with generally lower

rates than buying an investment property. Because the bank will say what's higher

risk? Kris living in a house, or Chris putting someone else in the house. If

it's an investment properties, it's higher risk. Your interest rate may be

a full percentage higher, 1% higher, half a percent higher. All of those things are

what the bank is looking at including your hidden assets. 401k's, IRA's, any money that

you have in equity and other properties. Money that you have in savings and banks

going to want to know for you put a down payment, you're going to have a little

leftover in the bank and have three to six months worth of payments still.

Those are all the considerations that are happening in the bank sides. Now, before

you go find a loan officer, I want to share two very important things with you,

here's the first one.. You need to have your debt to income ratio which means

the money that is forcibly going out every month for obligations generally

can't be more than 50% of how much you make. If it is, you're probably

not going to get approved. The second thing is credit score. You got to have a

credit score generally 680 or 700 or 720, some banks will work with you at a 620

credit score but if you're in the 500's, then you need to use the alternative

bonus that I'm going to share with you a little later. So you got to do some

credit repair you got to get it your credit maintained and up a little bit.

And down payment, you got to have enough for the down payment whether it's 20%

or 3% as well as five three, four, five, six months worth of

payments in the bank. So let's say that mortgage they're going to be $800, the bank

might want to see that after your down payment you still have three, four, five,

six thousand dollars left over in the bank, they're like, woo, something happens

you lose your job, you got a couple months before you get your next job and

you can still make your payment and we as the bank we're not going down for it.

Okay? Now, if you're not in one so if you do

fall into that situation, the second piece of advice I have for you is, how do

you find a good loan officer? Okay, this is very important. Find a successful loan

officer. Successful means they do lots of volume with lots of banks. Okay? This is

really important, you can't go to the brother-in-law that's the loan officer

here. They can help you but if you want to be helped the most, you got to go to

the most successful loan officers out there that every month do sign on many

loans. You're looking for one that is at least doing at least five or eight loans

a month and that means that they have experience. If it's investment lending

that you need, not your primary residence, then you need a final loan officer that

specializes in in investment lending. So, how many deals are they closing a month

and number two, how many different banks do they work? Well, we really have just

one or two... Oh we've got 10 or 12! Okay, the one that has the most volume and has

the most banks is going to be able to open up the most doors for you. Now,

that's what you do to get pre-approved. Now where do you find loan officers?

That's easy. It's this really cool new technology called Google which is super

super cool. Just Google and start looking around and ask some people. Shoot,

post on Facebook. Anyone here know you know on your social media, anyone know a good

loan officer? And then you can call an interview. How many banks do you work

with? How many deals are you doing a month? They're going to feel that that's a

little bit invasive but it's all fair for you to understand that information

so you can pick the right person to work with.

So friends, that's how you get pre-approved on this. The last bonus

piece I want to give you is, what do you do if your credit is maxed out or if you

have bad credit? Listen, do not associate your self-worth or credit worthiness with

just your credit score alone. Exceptions happen, bankruptcies happen, divorce

happens, life happens, job loss happens, and sometimes people will allow one or

two those moments to define their creditworthiness for the rest of their

life. I tell you right now, I have good credit but I have good credit starting

from a place where I didn't have credit at all and I needed to build it andnd

there are times when my credit score dropped because I had a lot of real

estate and then I brought it back up and I'll tell you today, I'm using my

personal credit for maybe four or five properties and that's it, which means

that, how do I own all these other properties if I'm not using my credit?

Well friends, I'll tell you right now, it is my preference not to use my credit

when dealing in the game of real estate. I deal in partners, both for credit and

for money. Someone brings credit to the table, they get cut in on a on maybe 10%

15% of the deal. If someone comes to the table and they bring money, they usually

get cut on on 50% of the deal and that is the best news that I have for you is

if you're determined to do real estate, there's only two things that will stop

you. You don't got the credit, you don't got the money. If you got those two

things go out there and crush it and blow it up but if those are getting in

your way, I want you to click the link here come to my website and I want you

to investigate partner profits. I want you to investigate a program where I

show you how you can partner with anyone how to find the people with the money

how to find the people with the credit and now you become the matchmaker, the

deal maker and putting it all together. If you want to learn more about that,

check out the website because I'm going to tell you right now, never allow a lack of

credit or an overuse of credit to keep you from doing the deal that you're

supposed to be doing right now. If you're looking for a loan officer that can rock

it out for you, take care of you, that is doing lots of real estate and has been

doing lots of loans, and both the investment world that is uber qualified,

I want you to click the link. Get in touch with me and my team and we'll

share with you exactly how we can help you rock out your next real estate deal.

The BEST Cameras for Beginning Filmmaking in 2018 – Choosing the Right Camera for Your Videos - Duration: 6:37.

Time to find a camera.

There's Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic.

I like Casey Neistat's stuff, and he uses Canon so...

1D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 80D, 77D...

That's a lot of choices. So let's find the right one

Hey everyone, Camber here coming back at you from Alabama, and today we're talking

about everyone's favorite subject, or at least one of mine and that's cameras and

we're gonna figure out which one is the best choice for you and your filmmaking.

If you're new here, this channel is all about teaching you how to use your

equipment to make great films so if that's you consider subscribing.

Now, the camera is arguably one of the most important parts of the filmmaking

process because without it we wouldn't have anything to watch, but if you're

picking one for the first time it can be very overwhelming to figure out which

one is best for you. This is just a tool in the process; story is the most

important part of your film and just because you get the best camera out there

it's not going to magically make your film good. So we're gonna talk about

two types of cameras. You got your DSLR cameras and your mirrorless. With the

DSLR, when you look through your viewfinder you're looking through a

series of mirrors that's showing you the picture out through the lens. Whereas

with the mirrorless camera, you're looking at an electronic version of

what's being seen. So the DSLR cameras are bigger because the mirroring system

involved, whereas the mirrorless cameras are smaller, more compact, lighter weight

because there's no mirroring system in them. So we're gonna look at Canon for

DSLR and Sony for mirrorless, and before we go into all the stats on these

different cameras, there's three things to keep in mind. That's sensor size,

the resolution, and the frame rate. Each of these three things is going to get their

own video in more depth, but for a quick overview: your sensor size is gonna

determine how well your camera does in lower lighting conditions and also what

field of view your lens sees. Your resolution is gonna determine whether

it's HD - 720, Full HD - 1080, or 4k which is four times Full HD. And then there's your

frame rate which is normally 24 frames per second in video. If you have 60

frames per second that will give you slow motion, and then if you have 120

frames per second that will give you an even smoother slow motion. So as we get

into all these cameras there's links in the description so you can see any of

them on Amazon for the best price available.

So starting with Canon, the T6 will run you $450, and that will give you an APS-C

size sensor, full HD up to 30 frames per second, and HD up to 60 frames per second.

Then on the Sony side we've got the a6000, which will run you $550.

And that has an APS-C sensor also, and will go full HD

up to 60 frames per second.

Next up for Canon is the 80D, and it will run you $1,100.

It also has an APS-C size sensor, full HD up to 60 frames per second,

also a flip-out touchscreen, and a good autofocus system.

Then on the Sony side, we've got the a6300, and this camera will run you $900.

and it has an APS-C size sensor, 4k up to 30 frames per second, and full HD up to 120 frames per second.

Next up for Canon, we've got the 6D Mark 2, which will run you $1,900.

and it has a full frame sensor, full HD up to 60 frames per second, and a flip-out touchscreen.

Then back over to Sony, you've got the a6500. Still with an

APS-C size sensor, but now we've got the 4k up to 30 frames per second, full HD up

to 120 frames per second, a touchscreen, and also built-in image stabilization.

So the sensor itself is stabilized rather than having to get stabilized lenses.

Last on the Canon side, we've got the 5D Mark 4. This camera will run you $3,300,

and it will give you 4k at 30 frames per second, Full HD up to 60 frames per second,

HD up to 120 frames per second, and a touch screen system

And last for Sony, we've got the a7S Mark 2, which is a

full-frame camera. It will give you 4k up to 30 frames per second, Full HD up to 120

frames per second. Also with the built-in image stabilization.

That's still a lot of choices. Which one's the best one for me?

Really the best camera for you is the one that you have with you.

What?

You don't have to buy a new camera to be

making good films. Chances are you already have a really good camera that

you carry around with you all the time. It can shoot slow motion, HD, even 4k videos.

Casey Neistat shot his entire Christmas video on the Galaxy Note 8.

A phone... And the reason that was so good is because it had a good story behind it.

Yes, they knew how to use them well, and understand the limits of those phones

to make the video look good, but he was able to make a good

video with a phone because there was a good story behind it.

So if all you have is your smartphone, start taking it out and taking videos everywhere.

Push your phone to the limit and see what you can do with it.

I've even used this in a wedding video before.

So if you know how to use your camera, you can make them work for you.

However, if you do have the money I suggest getting a DSLR or

mirrorless camera because you can change out the lenses and shape your shots way

better with different options and lenses that you can buy.

And speaking of lenses I, would suggest getting a less expensive camera to start with and investing in

high-quality lenses. The reason for that is because whatever camera you get is

probably going to be out of date a year from now, but if you get a really good

lens, that lens will still be really good no matter what camera you put it on,

and you can keep using on new cameras in the future. So if you've got the money go

ahead and get a new camera you can start working with. If not, use what you got you

can still make good films with it. Don't wait to make a film until you have all

the equipment you think you need because then you're going to miss out on

opportunities. I've done that before, and I've learned just use what you have,

make a good film, and invest in more in the future.

So guys if you made it this far, hit that thumbs up.

Leave a comment down below about what camera

you're using, or which one you plan on buying and why.

Subscribe if you haven't, and remember that the only way to get better at something is to practice.

So get out there and film something.

See you soon.

How long should content be for Authority sites (Amazon Affiliate Niche Websites) - Duration: 8:12.

how long should you content be for your Amazon affiliate niche site there's a

bunch of people out there recommending that minimum length of content should be

like two thousand or five thousand or super long right it sounds overwhelming

and what I'm going to talk about today is how you can publish the shortest

amount possible while still hopefully rank in Google and have the ability to

improve in the future and it's all about continuous improvement a project

management idea I'm Doug Pennington I'm a project manager I'm a PMP project

management professional so I've been taking ideas from the project management

world and applying them to internet marketing so that's what we talk about

here a lot on this channel if you're new by the way be sure to have a look at

some of the other videos if you like what you see please subscribe today

we're gonna talk about how long your content should be if you're new to

Amazon affiliate marketing and Amazon affiliate niche sites and authority

sites and all that stuff this will help you understand where you should focus

your time and where you should make your investments if you're experienced keep

watching too if you're a subscriber to the channel you probably know some of my

ideas about continuous improvement already however you should get some good

insights on how to save time in the future and how to sort of optimize your

process so keep watching if you're experienced because I think you'll still

get something out of it content really needs to be as long as it needs to be I

know that's not a very good answer but usually complex questions have a complex

answer or the answers it depends so how long should content be it depends but

I'll give you some good guidelines and I'll tell you what I do and I've done

this on multiple niche sites where publishing you know several hundred

articles some of these sites are making over you know ten thousand dollars per

month they're doing well so this is sort of a

proven concept on my site and for other sites as well I've seen the same sort of

strategies work very well first thing I want to cover is sort of shorter form

content this is for new people to niche sites or people who are just starting to

use the keyword golden ratio now the keyword golden ratio is something that I

cover in another video I'll put a link to that in the description but in

general it's a data-driven way to find very low

competition keywords and it's a way that you can rank keywords usually without

any backlinks so very powerful very interesting so be sure to check out that

video if it's a new concept for you the keyword golden ratio is great to use for

a new site because you could probably get traffic and rank your site without

getting any backlinks it's super super powerful so here's the thing with the

keyword golden ratio you should probably aim around a thousand words per post

now that is shorter than what a lot of people will tell you to write but with a

keyword golden ratio your content doesn't have to be as long oftentimes

it's very specific or for a very specific type of searcher so you can be

quite targeted and usually a thousand words can cover it for the keyword

golden ratio when you publish about a thousand words and I'll tell you that I

usually go from roughly 800 to 1,200 words so you give or take 200 words

there it's typically enough to rank that you are all that post in Google saying

the top 10 or so so a thousand words 4kg are compliant keyword usually it will

rank and I'll publish it and then wait a couple months see what happens

alright so that's sort of the first range keyword golden ratio longtail

keywords about a thousand words the other type of content that we'll talk

about is more competitive right so there's more searches per month that's

probably going to be I'm just gonna say you know roughly a thousand searches per

month up to three thousand five thousand ten thousand or more generally those are

gonna take longer to rank and potentially you know those type keywords

are gonna have longer form content so for me I like to aim for initially

around two thousand to four thousand words I use the search volume that you

can you know find using any keyword research tool I use the search volume to

sort of guide me on how long it's going to be if it's you know search four

thousand times per month I'll probably aim towards that two thousand word link

if it's searched for about a thousand times per month I'll aim towards the

lower side two thousand words or so then if it's say a five thousand or eight

thousand searches per month I'll make the word count longer I'm for

four thousand words or so then I publish it and I wait you'll notice in both

scenarios but the keyword golden ratio about a thousand words and the more

competitive terms where the searches are say a thousand on I'll publish the

content and then wait after about two months I'll see you where these posts

are ranking I'll go to a tool like the google search console which is free or

SEMRush I'll put a link below it's a paid tool I'm an affiliate for them very

powerful tool though you know I'll check to see what pages are ranking well and

the keywords that they're ranking for so with that information I can go back and

do this interesting thing of continuous improvement and that just means I'm

gonna see what pages are ranking well and I'm gonna improve the ones that are

doing pretty good but can do better so I'll look to see if a page is ranking

you know one through ten or so like the first position up to the tenth position

on the first page and then I'll make improvements I'll probably add more

content right so if you're not sure how you can add content if you already have

a post out there go check out the FAQ method and the RPM both of those are

great ways to you know figure out what content you can add and it's an

outlining method so you can spend a little time and then hire a writer to do

the improvements for you or you could do it yourself so the outlining helps you

think through it and helps you understand what you need to add as well

and that's the secret continuous improvement now the flaw with

making every post very long is it can be very expensive and you don't really

understand like what's gaining traction so a viewer asked me a question a couple

weeks ago and they said hey I'm paying you know sixty to a hundred dollars for

every post its long-form the word count is pretty long it's

high-quality I'm investing a whole lot into content because I heard that I

should spend a lot on content high quality is the way to go it turns out

they don't know if they're getting any ROI on that so they're investing a lot

of money on content and they never know right they don't know upfront if they're

gonna get a return at all and the method I just described where you're publishing

the minim amount that you need to and then you

could come back and improve it for me it just makes sense to go with something

that is working and then make it better versus like just throwing spaghetti at

the wall and seeing what sticks right at that point you're throwing very

expensive spaghetti at the wall and you're not sure if it's even going to

work you may end up with a whole bunch of spaghetti on the floor I don't know

where I'm going with this analogy but I hope you followed it so the point is if

you use the ideas of project management you can save money up front and then

optimize later on once you have data if you don't have any data it's really hard

to make decisions and if you publish just enough to get some data then you

can optimize it and I hope that makes sense if you have questions about it let

me know now here is the question of the day how long do you think content should

be and I'd like to hear from people that do key word golden ratio type content

and long-form content let me know how long your content is and any tips you

may have for others about publishing content bonus question continuous

improvement what do you think about it do you want to hear more about project

management stuff and productivity as sort of how I manage things if so do let

me know in the comments and if you could be specific I'll do a video about it so

thanks for watching again I'm Doug Pennington and if you're still watching

right now you probably like it if you're not a subscriber Hey subscribe these

videos are great right
