Waching daily Mar 8 2018

The first meeting of the American and Russian president

happened in Hamburg on G20 summit.

It seems that with Trump, the personal relation is not bad.

There is no dissapointment?

No, I have no disappointment at all and can not happen.

On a personal level, he made a very good impression on me.

It seems that he is balanced man, no matter how eccentric his behavior is, keeping in mind his life experience and type of activities he was engaged in,

However when we talk about the deeds, I already talked about it,

he studies problems, communicates, listens to another person,

It's possible to negotiate with him, to search for compromises.

However, I am not disappointed in the partner,

I'm increasingly disappointed with the system itself.

It is very disappointed because it [the U.S. political system] has demonstrated its inefficiency and has been eating itself up.

It's quite difficult to interact with such a system, because it's unpredictable.

The meeting between Putin and Trump extended one and a half hour longer than it was planned.

What is the impact of PTSD on committed relationships? | Dr. Julie Gottman | The Gottman Institute - Duration: 1:21.

DR. JULIE GOTTMAN: I will describe the PTSD

a bit like a big bucket of ice water

and the person with PTSD is walking beside the partner

and carrying that ice bucket

with the partner on the other side.

And every now and then

when that PTSD erupts

that ice bucket begins to shake

and the cold water splashes on both of them

making them cold and shivering

and creating distance.

So it's like a third party in the relationship

that is wreaking havoc on the relationship.

And what is the healing for that?

Well, the healing is for both people to be carrying the bucket together

between them.

So that the bucket is not so shaky

maybe they can pour a little bit of that ice water out

in handling it together there's more stability

and as time goes on

that third party has less and less and less power

to disrupt the relationship.

Especially if they can carry it together.

The Stormy Daniels saga is more than just a sex scandal - Duration: 2:11.

Porn star is suing the president

over her alleged affair and hush agreement.

She is now claiming that Trump never signed it rendering it null and void.

Federal campaign finance law says that any payment to influence an election is an

expenditure and candidates and their campaign committees, when they're

involved in making such payments, they have to disclose to the FEC in a

regularly filed disclosure report all the expenditures they're making.

Stephanie Clifford alleges in her new lawsuit the hush money payment was to

influence the election. It was to keep this news out of the election and to

increase the odds that Donald Trump would win the presidential election and

it wasn't disclosed by team Trump. That's illegal.

Candidates can spend as much of their own money getting themselves elected or

trying to get elected as they want to. So if it came from Donald Trump's own pocket

we still do have the failure to report an expenditure and that's important an

serious violation of federal law.

A stunning admission. Michael Cohen acknowledging in a

statement that he used his own personal funds.

Michael Cohen went to the press a couple weeks ago and said, "Hey, my lawyers

just filed some paperwork with the FEC today

and in it I made clear that I facilitated this payment with my own

money. $130,000 is not a trivial sum. It is a sum that exceeds, by huge margin,

the $2,700 limit and how much someone can give to a candidate. If it came from

anyone other than Donald Trump himself then it was an illegally large or

perhaps an illegal corporate political contribution so that's potential

violation number two.

Americans have a right to know who is spending money to

influence their vote on Election Day. No one is above the law not even President

Trump. That's why we need an investigation by the Department of

Justice and the Federal Election Commission to

get to the bottom of where this money came from, why it wasn't disclosed and to

hold the president and his team accountable.

What is a Child Support Modification? - Duration: 2:55.

What is a child support modification?

A modification is a change to your child support order.

The change to the order must be made in court.

Usually, a modification will raise or lower the child support amount.

This could happen because there are changes to the family's situation, including income,

living arrangements, child care, health care, or other changes.

If you think the order in your case should be modified, you can submit a written request

by letter, fax, or email to CSS explaining what has changed, and listing reasons why

the order should be updated.

When reviewing your case for modification, CSS staff may request more information from

you, if needed.

If CSS determines your case should be modified, CSS prepares court documents asking the court

to change the child support order.

To get a new court order, CSS has to "serve" all of the people involved in the case.

"Service" means that the parties to the case are given official notice of the hearing and

are provided with copies of the proposed changes to the order in advance.

The court documents you will receive include notice of the hearing (including the date

and time), and documents asking the court to change the child support order.

These changes are based on the most current case information.

If anything in the court documents is incorrect, make sure to bring proof of the correct information

to the hearing.

This might include proof of income, child care costs, health care coverage costs, or

other important documents.

It is very important for you to go to the court hearing.

Before the hearing, the proposed court documents are not final.

If you do not go to the court hearing, you lose your chance to tell your side of the

story and have input into the final court order.

Once the court has finalized the order, CSS will update your case information, provide

you with a copy of the new order, and begin implementing the changes in the order.

To learn more about options for starting a modification, call CSS customer service or

visit your local child support office.

If you have any additional questions, please contact Child Support toll free at 1-800-522-2922,

or one of these local numbers: 405-522-2273 for the Oklahoma City Metro area, 918-295-3500

for the Tulsa Metro area, or for the hearing-impaired at 711 or 1-800-722-0353.

What is ColoGuard? - Dr. Linda Rosenthal - Duration: 0:54.

Welcome to House Calls! ABC 2 teamed up with MedStar Health Cancer Network. It

is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and we're taking your calls. The number to

call 410-481-2222. Dr. Linda Rosenthal,

gastroenterologist, at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center joining

us. Thank you so much! My pleasure! So we see all these commercials on TV for

ColoGuard. Tell us about that? What is it? So when we're talking about colon cancer

screening, we talk about noninvasive tests and invasive tests. Colonoscopy is

an invasive test, but it does look for polyps and can remove polyps. Some

patients want to know they really need the test first. ColoGuard is a more

sophisticated way of looking for markers of colon cancer or precancerous polyps.

It actually is a two-part test. It includes what's called the fit test,

which is a fecal test for microscopic blood that comes from the colon.

Power Of The EPA Is GONE: Trump Won - Duration: 2:35.

A government environmental office that works to test the effects of chemical exposure on

people is no longer going to be able to operate as an independent department.

Really.

That's where this is headed.

The EPA made this announcement saying it's going to merge this office with other departments

in order to create more efficiency, but a former EPA official under President Bush says,

"Don't be fooled.

Their real plan is aimed at getting rid of some of the agency's programs."

Joining me to talk about this is Farron Cousins, executive editor for The Trial Lawyer magazine.

Farron, there's no surprise here.

I mean, we know what's actually happening.

They can dress this up all they want, but we know what's happening.

Oh, absolutely.

You know, when the budget first came out not that long ago, there was tens of millions

of dollars cut from this EPA budget, and now they tell us that this restructuring is all

part of that.

"We're gonna bring everybody in under the same roof.

You're not gonna have your National Center for Environmental research.

Instead, we're gonna put you with the FOIA people, the people that handle the Freedom

of Information Act requests."

But that National Center for Environmental Research part, the big program that they're

moving, is what actually tracks and assesses and does the scientific research about what

these corporate toxins that corporations are dumping into our water and our air, what those

do to the health of children.

While they're calling it a restructure, what it really is is saying, "We're not gonna look

at what corporations are doing to our children because, quite frankly, we just don't want

to know about it."

Yeah.

What should we expect from the EPA in three years after all this works out exactly the

way that this, again, predatory administration wants it to work out?

I mean, we know where they're going with it.

Corporations are going to be able to say whatever they want about a pesticide or chemical.

Exactly.

The EPA, they've already been kicking scientists out of the agency for the past year and replacing

them with people from industry.

You know, the scientific advisory panels, they're getting rid of the scientists because

they want CEOs in those positions.

So what's going to happen, the EPA's going to become a tool of industry.

I don't know what's going to happen with them, but I can guarantee you, 10 years from now,

you're going to be doing cases and looking through documents and you're going to find

an email that's going to say, "Look.

We know this is killing people, but don't worry.

Our guy X is in the EPA and he's gonna make this okay for us."

Farron, I'm glad you're writing about this story, keeping up with this story.

You've done a couple stories on this in Trial Lawyer Magazine and you've done a great job.

Keep on this one.
