what's up it's your boy Billy B. Welcome to the Take Ground video

this is a goal-setting resource for underdogs and misfits who don't like

setting goals kind of crazy setup, right? I want to thank Justin Timberlake for

making an appearance in this video on the real the song just came out, "Say

Something." I've got it on repeat in my mind so I thought I'd put it behind this

video as well so what's up JT. Now listen, each year I'm thinking about how

can I create a topic or a word or phrase that really makes me come to life so I

can take steps make decisions around that thing. The last few years I've had

different phrases and words, and I'm putting this video out to challenge you

to think about what is a word or a phrase or just like one singular focus

that you can put in your grid that can make you become more. Because, listen a

lot of us set goals or have priorities when really it should just be a priority.

There's a great book called "Essentialism" that talks about this concept that when

a priority becomes priorities it just gets mixed up and nothing really happens.

So I tried to take that to heart, come up with a leadership concept, a word, a

phrase that really made my heart come to life that year so I want to say the last

couple with you and then give you a free resource to maybe help you establish

some of those goals and ideas for you so hope you enjoy this. Now listen, my

theme in 2017 was "Creating Separation." Julio Jones a wide receiver for the

Atlanta Falcons, (Rise Up!) he is one of the best at creating

separation between him and the defensive back who's trying to chase him down when

he catches the football and runs for touchdowns, and I saw his stat from 2016

where he was one of the very best in the league in creating separation for that

first step on getting away from the defense to catch the ball but he had the

most yards after catch, YAC, they call it, Y-A-C, after you catch the ball how do you

get as many yards as you can without somebody tackling you. There's a lot of

great wide receivers that are really good at catching, they're really good at

getting open, but there was something about the way that Julio Jones created

separation that made him different. So I heard that I'm like man that's what I

want to do this year professionally. It's not focused on the noise of the crowd

but have a "blue ocean strategy" if you will, and think about "what is the blue

ocean the nobody's thinking about?" And try to get out in the wide open and just

go create separation and what the benefit of that is, you begin to not care

about what people think you begin to not really hear the

opinions of others. You really just chase what you know that you're supposed to do

and for me that was a big thing for 2017. Now listen,

I didn't do it all right. Definitely didn't hit all the goals that I had set

for 2017 but I did have a mindset of how can I create separation create distance

between the man that I was in 2016 and the man that I became in 2017 so guess

what? It's 2018, and the next step that I took this year is saying how can I

create just a resource that's free for anybody that wants it to really read

through how I process through it and then just some categories of life to

pause take a minute to step back and let's 2018 be the best year of your

life. And so I decided that's what my year's gonna be. I'm taking on some big

projects this year and the reason I did that because I had

one central theme, and that theme is "Take Ground." So the idea of taking ground

is where you currently are and where you're going, there's a distance between

that. A lot of times you get so clouded on the distance between ,you get so focused

on the thing out ahead but all the steps it takes to get there you don't consider those.

So Taking Ground is knowing in your head where you're going, and know what your

passion, your dream, is but also taking systematic approach to how you get there.

This is not rocket science, right? You've heard this before

there's tons of "goal setting resources" out there, but this is one man's point of

view on how maybe you can have one central phrase, one central theme and then be

dead set focus on how to get it. But listen, I'm going, heck, I don't know if I'm gonna get

there, but I'm darn sure going. So I hope that you join with me in 2018 to take

Hello, my name is Father JD Jaffe

In the Gospel passage today

we encounter Our Lord

seeking to go to His Father's temple

and pray

As He gathers at His Father's temple on this holy day

He encounters a marketplace

with people bustling around selling animals

and coins being exchanged

and the marketplace kind of in the buzz of it

In that encounter He finds Himself upset and angry

Instead of a place of quiet worship

a place giving honor to His Father

there was a place of commerce

Opportunistic people

are taking advantage of the crowd

As we encounter Our Lord in this scene

He is angry

and justifiably so

This may surprise us because the anger of Our Lord

can seem like it's something sinful

but we know our Lord can't sin

And so instead we think of anger

in our terms

when we're shameful for overreacting to a situation

or we do respond in a sinful way to somebody by treating them poorly

But that's not what Our Lord here does

Instead He acts out of charity

for those that are there in the temple

knowing that there are so many people there

that are there to worship His Father

and yet are not able to do that

with the din and the noise of the marketplace

and so Our Lord reacts

He is angry

His anger is justified

The Lord's actions today remind us

that sometimes our anger may

be justified

sometimes it's even appropriate

and actually morally correct

to be angry in a situation

The challenge for us is to understand which situations

are we supposed to be able to be angry

and which should we control our reaction

A good question for us when we find ourselves angry

is to ask the question

"Is this anger justified?"

"Does this situation warrant anger?"

The other question that we should ask ourselves is

"Is it in proportion to the situation

we find ourselves?"

With our Lord He sought compassion for His people

He reacted against the things that should not be taking place in His Father's house

and then use that anger as a means

to help people to understand

the proper role of this place

As we go through our life this coming week

I challenge us to take this opportunity

to reflect upon when we get angry

and allow ourselves to think about

whether our anger is truly a reaction to a situation that might be

sinful

or a proper course of action that's done in charity

for others around us

because the situation requires that just action

How Old is Tien? Calculated and Explained | Dragon Ball Code - Duration: 2:55.

Tien is one of the few human characters that made it to the Tournament of Power.

He has great techniques and prefers to be in solitude.

But the question here is how old is he?

Hey how's it going my name is Raf and welcome to Dragon Ball code.

Today we are going to find out how old Tien is.

And if you think that Tien put up a great fight against Cell using that Tri Beam, hit

that like button.

So let's begin.

Tien was born in age 733.

A few years after that, he becomes a student in Master Shen's Crane School.

There he learns tecniques that he continues to use throughout his life.

In age 753 he meets Goku, competes in the World Martial Arts Tournament number 22 and

also wins it by a hair.

Here he is 20.

Then in age 756 he returns to the next World Martial Arts Tournament.

This time, he isn't so lucky and he is defeated by Goku.

Then in age 761 Dragon Ball Z starts.

He is 28.

Here he find out that Goku didn't make it against Raditz.

The next year he starts training in Kami's lookout.

Later that Year Vegeta and Napa arrive, which doesn't end up well for him and he is sent

to the other world.

There he starts training with King Kai.

In age 763 he is revived.

Then in age 764 Future Trunks arrives and after learning about the androids, he once

again, starts training.

In age 767 the androids and cell arrive.

Here he is 34.

And soon after they defeat Cell he disappears for 7 whole years.

Then in age 774 Majin Buu apears and Tien comes back rocking a new cool outfit.

He is now 41.

In age 778 Dragon Ball Super Starts.

Here Beerus shows up looking for Goku.

Then a couple years later, in age 780, he is one of the warriors chosen to participate

in the Tournament of Power.

While he is in the Tournament he is 47.

And this is where they were when I was making this video.

Then a few years pass in age 780 the end of Dragon Ball Z arrives and Tien is 51.

But since he was dead for half a year it means that he is 51 but physically 50 and 10 months.

Now if you want to see how old he was at the end of Dragon Ball GT keep watching.

GT happened five years later and that's age 789.

And then in 790 is the last time we see Tien.

So the last time we see Tien in Dragon Ball GT he is 57 but physically he is 56 and 10

months.

And there you have it.

Adorable Kitten Is Born With Two Extra Ears - Duration: 3:15.

Frankie and his brother were under a house in Geelong, Australia, when rescuers found

the kittens hiding.

They were stunned when they saw the little stray had an extra set of ears, one in front

of the other, and a deformed right eye.

They took the kitten pair to Geelong Animal Welfare Society where he made quite an impression

on the shelter volunteers caring for him, especially Georgia Anderson.

"I'd heard that a kitten with four ears had come in and was in the vet clinic waiting

for surgery to remove his eye, so I went up to have a look at him," Anderson said.

It was the cat's loving personality that drew her closer.

"He would have been in a lot of pain, but the first thing he did when I picked him up

was purr and rub his face on mine," Anderson said.

"I told the girls in the vet clinic that I would foster him for recovery after his

eye removal."

Anderson dubbed the one-eyed cat Frankenkitten, because of the prominent stitches that now

run along the side of his face.

The tiny 10-week-old kitten had been through so much in his short life, and when Anderson

brought him home, Frankie's sweet demeanor didn't change one bit.

"When I got him home, he was very dopey and in pain, but still had so much love and

affection for me, the kids and other animals," Anderson said.

"By the next morning, I'd decided that I wanted to keep him."

Frankie was really special, but not for the obvious reasons.

"I've probably fostered around 80 cats and kittens in the last year, and he was the

first one that I knew I would regret giving back," Anderson added.

Once the shelter's required eight-day holding period ended, Frankie officially joined Anderson's

raucous family, gaining three cat siblings, Toothless, Mina and Lucius Malfoy, and a beagle

brother named Dudley.

Frankie is healing quickly, but is not out of the woods just yet where his health is

concerned.

Four-eared cats often suffer from accompanying genetic issues, such as dwarfism or cognitive

disabilities, Frankie was born with a large overbite that will require extensive dental

work when he gets a little older.

"We are still waiting for his adult teeth to grow (roughly another five months), but

when they do, his lower canines will need removing," Anderson said.

"If they aren't removed, they will cause damage to his palate when he closes his mouth.

His upper canines should be able to remain, but they are probably going to hang out of

his mouth like little vampire teeth."

Frankie's rare genetic abnormality does not get in the way of him enjoying his kittenhood.

"None of this seems to affect his playing, as he is constantly tearing around the house,"

Anderson noted.

"At the moment, he is zooming around the house with three kittens I'm fostering.

He loves rough-and-tumble play."

Frankie's mom has tried to get him to wear a specially-made eye patch, but he just takes

it off.

Frankie's mom is doing everything she can to help him grow up safe and strong.

Is It Too Late to File for TDIU? - Duration: 3:20.

Hey veterans, Travis Studdard, a veteran's disability attorney here, back today with

another video.

I want to talk to you about some questions that I get in TDIU claims and veterans who

are seeking Individual Unemployability benefits through VA.

One of those questions that I get routinely is "is it too late for me to file a claim

for TDIU at this point?"

Generally, in that situation, the veteran is out of work of course and has been out

of work for quite some time and is wondering whether it's too late to pursue that claim

for 100% TDIU benefits.

The short answer to that is no, it's not too late, and I don't really have to know how

long you've been out of work or the time in between then and now because the good news

is there is no time limit on an application for that.

It's similar to the rules for all other sorts of VA disability compensation benefits where

a veteran could have served in Vietnam and have a disability that he wants service connected,

and he could be doing that 40, 50 years later down the road.

There's no time limit or a deadline to begin that process.

Even if it's been months or years, go ahead and look into this, see if it's something

that you think you're eligible for.

I'm talking with a veteran right now who last worked in the early 2000s and has gone all

of these years without any sort of work and has remained unemployed for that whole period

of time and now is just in the process of seeking TDIU benefits.

Again, he's not barred there and neither are you, so look into it.

getting TDIU benefits.

You're probably already familiar with it, but TDIU stands for Total Disability based

on Individual Unemployability.

Again, if you haven't started that process and you're unemployed and you're a service-connected

veteran, then you can look into starting that process.

Don't let a VSO , don't let the VA tell you that it's too late, that you can't proceed

with that claim at this point in time.

Jennifer Aniston "DEVASTATED" Justin Theroux Wants Baby With Alexa Chung Is NOT True

Stories claiming Jennifer Aniston is "devastated" Justin Theroux wants to have a baby with Alexa Chung are not true.

While Theroux and Chung recently posed for a picture together, they are not dating, let alone starting a family together.

There is nothing for Aniston to be "devastated" over.

Fashion Chanel can bust the false claims.

The untrue allegations originate with New Idea, which claims that while Aniston is "seeking solace in the arms of ex-husband Brad Pitt," Theroux has "completely fallen" for Chung.

According to the tabloid, the purported new couple is "believed to have met through mutual friends last year," but "first sparked speculation of romance when they were spotted together at New York Fashion Week" in February.

Indeed, a so-called "source close to Justin" is quoted as saying, "Justin's known Alexa for a while, but sparks flew again at NYFW last month and he leaned on her during his marriage breakdown.".

This supposed snitch claims to the gossip magazine that Theroux and Chung became "even closer" in the wake of the actor's separation from Aniston, and now he's "smitten."

"While he didn't plan this to happen, things have progressed quickly and they're already planning a vacation and starting a family together," alleges the outlet's dubious insider.

The publication further asserts that an "increasingly broody Alexa has even told the actor she's desperate to fall pregnant soon… She's keen to start a family, which Justin has agreed he's committed to.".

It all leads the tabloid to speculate, "The baby news will no doubt devastate Jen." The aforementioned "source" even contends of Theroux and Chung, "They've already started trying, so it's only so long before she falls pregnant and Jen finds out." But there's a few telltale signs that these contentions are all bogus.

Among the red flags is that the magazine conveniently maintains Theroux won't go "public" with Chung until his divorce from Aniston is finalized.

That's a cover for when Theroux and Chung aren't actually seen engaging in a romance.

At the same time, however, the outlet asserts, "Alexa has been spotted visiting 'The Leftovers' star at his Hamptons hideout as he escapes the city in the aftermath of his split from Jennifer." Theroux actually lives in New York City, which is a good two hours away from The Hamptons.

Furthermore, a single Theroux is currently in Paris.

The only time he and Chung have really been "spotted" together as of late was when Theroux attended the Adam Selman NYFW show nearly a month ago.

Chung happened to be a guest as well, and they innocently posed for a picture together, which is undoubtedly what led to this narrative about the pair dating.

And then to make it more scandalous and sensational, the publication concocted the claims about the two having a baby together.

The Inquisitr has already fallen for the storyline, announcing on its website, "Jennifer Aniston Reportedly 'Devastated': Justin Theroux Wants Baby With New Girlfriend.".

Apparently the blog doesn't remember that back in November, it picked up claims from this same tabloid about Aniston being pregnant with Theroux's baby and possibly adopting as well.

Of course, they were never expecting or adopting, as Fashion Chanel rightly reported at the time.

It was all fabricated allegations that spread from one outlet to another, which is exactly what's going on now.

There is zero truth to these claims about Theroux having a baby with Chung.

And, for the umpteenth time, Aniston is not back "in the arms" of Pitt, either.
