Hello friends welcome to Parul Ka Zaika

Today I am going to make Yoghurt Quinoa

And to make this recipe the ingredients we require are

400 grams of yoghurt

1 bowl of quinoa washed and soaked for 10 minutes

1 cucumber finely chopped

1 bowl of pomegranate

2 green chillies cut in length

15 to 20 curry leaves

2 dried red chillies

1 teaspoon of split black gram

1 teaspoon of bengal gram

1 teaspoon of mustard seeds

8 to 10 cloves

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 bowl of coriander leaves

1 pinch of asafoetida

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of oil

And 2 bowls of water

First in a pan put 1 tablespoon oil, quinoa and roast it for 2 minute

Next put 2 bowls of water, salt

And cover it cook it on medium flame for 10 to 12 minute

Remove this in a bowl and keep it to cool down

Add yoghurt, cucumber, pomegranate, salt, coriander leaves and mix well

Next in the tempering pan put 2 tablespoons oil dried red chillies, mustard seeds,

Cloves, split black gram, bengal gram, asafoetida, curry leaves,

Green chillies and mix well and prepare tempering

Next pour this over prepare yoghurt quinoa and mix well

Healthy and yummy Yoghurt Quinoa is ready to serve
