- Yo, you are not going to believe this.

This is the story of how I feel in love at 14 years old,

started going to church for this girl and what she did

turned me into an atheist, B.

You're going to have to sit down for this one.

This is Sit Down Stand Up with Andrew.

So, I was 14 years old, right.

Annie Sanchez, the most beautiful fucking 14 year old

another 14, I don't think she's hot now,

because she was 14 then, I'm an adult now.

That would be weird.

That all was weird, I shouldn't say any of those things.

Anyway, we'd talk about everything.

I felt like this girl was my soulmate.

This was like Disney fairy tale.

Boys watch Disney fairy tale stuff too.

One time I was like, "Oh, yeah, man,

you know my mom and my grandma, they're super Catholic,

but I never went to church really, I'm not into all that,

I didn't even get baptized."

And she, peep this, Annie tells me,

"You know we could never get married someday

if you don't get baptized and do the whole thing."

So, I started going to these Bible classes.

Mind you, I'm 14 years old and I'm just learning the basics

so I can get baptized.

I figured that'd be enough.

In these baptism classes are six

and seven year old children.

They were just like, "You're dumb, you're stupid.

Why don't you know about the Lord?"

I'd be like, "I'm just in love." (crying)

(laughing)

I was dumb, I was real dumb.

Mom doesn't dig me and so whenever I'm with Annie

we gotta hide.

We used to hang out across the street at her friend's place

and just hide and make out and neck.

You know, neckin'. Neckin'.

(laughing)

You know about neckin'. You know about neckin', boy.

I know about you, man.

You used to neck all the time.

She tells me about this guy, Sam.

Sam, for whatever reason, she tells me is harassing her

and trying to get with her or whatever.

And I'm like, "I got you baby, don't worry about this.

Wait til I catch this dude."

A couple months later, I run into this dud in the street,

Sam.

I run up to him like, "Sam, let me talk to you real quick.

Let me talk to you."

You know how I get.

I was ready to knock somebody out, you know what I'm sayin'?

So I run up to him and he runs up at me with the same vigor.

You know, he's ready to fight me, I'm ready to fight him.

I'm like, "Yo, you better leave Annie alone.

I love that girl, that's my girlfriend."

And he's yelling the same thing at me,

right?

He's like, "Yo, you better leave my girlfriend alone."

and I'm like, "You better leave my girlfriend alone."

We stop for a second and we're like,

"My ... Your girlfriend?"

"Annie's my girlfriend."

He's like, "But no, Annie's my girlfriend."

We had a moment of realization, like wait a minute.

Are we both Annie's boyfriend?

And which one of us is the side chick?"

He grabs a payphone.

You know, payphone,

they were phones that used to be on the street.

He calls her up.

He's like, "Yo, Annie,

I just ran into this dude name Andrew.

He's telling me that he's your boyfriend.

What's up with that?"

She goes, "Oh no, he's crazy,

he's a liar; he's not my boyfriend."

So, I turn my head in the opposite direction

and I'm like,

(wailing)

She goes, "Sam, baby what was that sound?"

He goes, "Nah, don't worry about it.

I'm just in the street, I'm just calling real quick.

It's some crazy dude out here.

Meet me in front of the the corner of this and that."

She shows up, I'm hiding behind a car.

He's there with open arms.

I came out from behind that car and she,

oh man, her jaw just dropped.

She was so embarrassed.

He's like, "Oh, you got caught, how you feel?

You stupid."

Turns out, he's the first boyfriend, I was the side piece.

I was someone she picked up after the fact.

So, I guess he wasn't making her all that happy.

Whatever.

And so, Sam gives her an ultimatum.

He's like, "You got to chose between one of us."

I wasn't thinking that way.

We should've both just left her,

but he made her chose and she chose him,

and that was a little heartbreaking.

She went over to a payphone and she doesn't have a quarter

to call her mom and let her know, you know,

tell her mom she's okay and everything's fine.

Sam pulls out a quarter and he throws it at her.

Just bounces off of her and hits the floor.

She bends over to pick it up and when she gets up

she looks at me in the face and I give her one of those,

you picked him.

Anyways, I stopped going to church after that.

I'm an atheist now.

I'm pretty happy, fuck all that shit.

The way I do it is...

I use a big buffalo drum

or a rattle

this isn't my normal shamanic rattle for journeying

but

I guide the meditation

through having people connect to

a constant rhythmic

medicinal sound

via a high vibration instrument

I will drum continuously

and guide you on a meditative journey

so I will take you to different places

a lot of times I'll take people down

a tree and into a jungle

to meet their spirit animals

I started meditation ten years ago

and you know, you feel so good when you stop thinking

because me I overthink a lot

(yes)

it really helps me to change the way I behave

and to be more comfortable with myself

Yeah, and I'm sure you connect more with your breath

as you're in meditation too (yes)

and that's our prana and that's our life force

I brought these specifically because I thought it would be

an easy example for people especially at work

easy things that you can have at your desk

that can raise the vibration and frequency

without looking too whatever

Love palo santo

so I'm going to light this just so you can get

a smell of it

but, it's known as holy wood or sacred wood from the Amazon

and it's a main, go-to shamanic tool

so I'll just do a light

wafting around your aura

isn't it lovely?

And I also love the idea of just a simple card deck

so I'm going to tap in

and connect really quickly

so I can pull a card that's meant for you

and then this is your card

oh

how does this resonate with you?

"For today, I find time to rest"

Have you not been resting enough?

No, you know, I've been in New York

(Right) no time to rest in New York

(Yeah)

This is a tuning fork

and again, you know

have this in your desk or whatever

you hit it

and then you just place it

Oh yes, I feel vibration

I'm gonna put a little on your third eye

So

this is my new favorite scent

and it's actually a root chakra

boosting scent

for your root chakra

so I'll put some on here

and it's actually a very masculine smell

so rub your wrists together

Mmm, it smells good

and like, activate both your wrists, yeah

and then once you activate it then take another whiff of it

cause it will work now with your energy

so now...

isn't that nice?

Anytime you can just take mindful breaks

mindful moments where

and you can connect

like maybe, you know

some of your coworkers

and you know, pull cards for each other

and you just take a moment (Yeah)

to just breathe

and like, remember

Yes, or just to be grateful

Perspective, yes

You were an athlete

So how did you switch from being an athlete to a shaman?

I know, right

and then I also was a hip hop radio show host

and so people are like wait a second

you went from that to this

but it really has been a wild

trippy journey

and there's still times where

I'm like "Wow, this is my truth"

I had an awakening moment

via a relationship

with my ex-fiance

Oh yes? - Yes

and that is the defining moment in my life

where everything changed

I found the proof in his phone

of what had been going on

through the entire sixteen years

I, in that moment, was facing

my greatest fears

and so I started working with other shamans

and healers, and psychotherapists

and it was on that journey

where my gifts started to come alive inside of me

and I was like, ohhh

and thank you for being

so open-minded

and bringing consciousness and mindfulness into Shapr

Game Over for NFL Anthem Kneelers, They're DONE! Every American Is Cheering… - Duration: 3:26.

Disrespectful NFL Kneelers Panicked As Texas Team Implements New Policy.

NFL players who protested the National Anthem last season might have a tough time in the

future.

A Texas team is reportedly instituting a policy that has players panicked.

Millions of Americans were shocked at the Anthem protests.

Players refused to stand or respect our flag, claiming to bring attention to racism in the

country.

Yet, their very message was muddied, considering these rich, entitled athletes enjoy a quality

of life few others could imagine.

Their protests were seen as an insult to our way of life and the many men and women who

died fighting for our freedom.

The repercussions of the protests were felt across the league.

Ratings were down for all networks.

Stadiums, once packed with fans, were practically empty.

Many people are wondering about the future of the sport.

The 2018 season hasn't even begun, but rumors and speculation are flying.

Will players continue this spectacle?

How will fans respond?

Can the league salvage some of its reputation before it's too late?

It looks like one team is taking matters into its own hands.

According to two NFL agents, the Houston Texans will introduce a policy this year on how they

pursue free agents.

Simply put: if you knelt during the anthem, you ain't getting picked.

A representative for the team quickly tried to downplay the rumors.

They posted a statement claiming the policy was "false and without merit."

But, considering the team's history and the staunch stance of its owner, this statement

might likely be just for show.

During the season, many of Houston's players protested.

They did it in part to go along with the rest of the league and in part to protest their

team's owner.

Not good, fellas.

When you act out like spoiled babies to insult the man who pays you — your prospects might

not look so good for the future.

An NFL team has every right to exclude players who damage the league.

The anthem protests did tremendous harm to the reputation of the NFL.

Even their commissioner refused to confront the issue properly, out of fear of appearing

"politically incorrect."

Spoiled, entitle babies were allowed to throw temper tantrums.

They accomplished little good in their insulting displays.

The only thing they were successful at was driving fans away.

Last year's protests were so toxic, it compelled many Americans to switch off the Super Bowl,

a program that was once considered the biggest event in sports became a controversy.

It's no surprise that Houston would want to limit the controversy for their team.

Signing free agents that actually stand during the anthem would mean fewer idiots upsetting

their fans.

If they can convince people that they support the country, then maybe fewer will switch

off their games.

Maybe they can limit the decline we are seeing across the league, and if they do, my guess

is that more teams will be adopting this policy.

Their PR people will deny it, but an unspoken rule might surface among team owners.

Teams will try to avoid players who upset fans and insult the flag.

Either that or they'll see the once-celebrated sport continue to decline.

Any party who disagrees with any portion of the

Proposed Decision and Order,

issued by the Hearing Judge,

may request a review by the board.

To help you determine if you'd like to further the appeal,

you can get copies of the hearing transcripts, depositions,

and exhibits by sending a written request to the BIIA.

The transcripts could help you explain why

you disagree with the Proposed Decision and Order.

If you'd like the board to review the decision,

you must file your request in writing

with the title, "Petition for Review."

and if you wanted to say we had a hard winter or we had a difficult winter you could say the following phrase

Tabora League for Children - Duration: 2:25.

Tabora League for Children was created to improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in Tabora, Tanzania.

Tabora is a dry city with many of its 250,000 inhabitants living on less than £1 a day per family.

Our local staff take great care to find the most needy children; who without help really wouldn't have any hope of an education or enough to eat.

Although primary education should be available to all in Tanzania, our children's guardians don't have the means to access this.

But with your help, TLC is able to provide clothing, shoes, and everything else a child needs to get their education started.

The most important things we can help with are really basic but nonetheless crucial.

In each of our three centres, in the very poorest parts of Tabora, we can provide these children with a nutritious meal

and other essential means to good health; including water filters, mosquito nets, soap,

a change of clothes, and access to medical services.

And the very best thing: we can give them a childhood, time, a safe place to play together.

The things we take for granted are really so special to these children

and to the people we've employed to help them: our local staff.

you are literally using what you are

doing in class every single day

to create an impact for a real-world project.

And I think that is the most impactful thing in this course.

[David Girouard]: They know that for us to provide a

meaningful experience for the students

as well as valuable experience for us,

we made sure that first of all,

we would define an impactful project for them to work on.

The second thing is also to make sure that we would

immerse our students into the Schwab culture.

To make sure that they feel that they are

'Schwabbies', they have a full-time resource

that is helping them when they are here.

They have an office, they have badges, and not only that,

we want to create a cool team spirit.

[Jiayan Ma]: I feel very excited.

The first time I knew I got this project,

because actually I wanted to work in a financial company

and most of my clients are from financial industries

and the most important thing is the data visualization part.

Last quarter we had a class about data visualization.

We can use the things we learn in the classroom

right away on this project.

[Sonic Prabhudesai]: We were happy that we got the

first choice. We loved the project description,

the fact that we were going to work with people

who were making real impact in the financial industry.

All of us came from very diverse backgrounds and

we have never done something like this before and it was

very exciting.

We just had a showcase with marketable stakeholders

last week and we showed them the first solution on the dashboard and I think they liked it.

[Chuan Shi]: Everything now is converted into data.

So if you learn data and how to use data to analyze

the problem, that is very important.

No matter what kind of job you want to take after graduation.

We have a very good relationship with the management

and we also get a lot of mentoring from David and Melody so it's very valuable for us.

We loved it ever since, there hasn't been a dull moment

for the last four months.

How Will West Virginia Pay for Teachers' 5 Percent Raise? - Duration: 0:50.

West Virginia's public school teachers and state employees might be getting a 5 percent

raise, but where would the money come from?

According to a tweet from Gov. Jim Justice, he and his staff made cuts to accommodate

the raise.

CNN reports Republican state Sen. Craig Blair said the government will decrease spending

by $20 million, meaning "cuts to general services and Medicaid."

The deal only covers half of what the teachers participating in a nine-day strike were asking

for, though.

They also wanted better benefits, especially relief from rising health insurance costs.

Gov. Justice reportedly promised to address that issue later this month by setting up

a task force.

The pay raise is tentative until West Virginia's House and Senate approve it, which the president

of one of the state's teachers' unions told the New York Times could happen sometime this

week.

BIIA - Granting Petition for Review - English - Duration: 1:31.

By issuing an "Order Granting Petition for Review"

the board agrees to review the judgment made in the proposed Decision and Order.

This is the third stage of the appeal process.

The board rarely allows the introduction of additional evidence.

Any evidence you wish the board to consider should always be submitted at the initial hearings.

However, in the unlikely instance that the board allows additional evidence,

the appeal will be returned to the hearings judge.

This hearing will follow the same procedures as the original hearing.

If your appearance is requested,

it is in your best interest to attend with your attorney.

In most cases however,

the order granting petition for review process will just involve board members.

They will study the record, transcripts, evidence, and judicial rulings made by the hearings judge.

The board will issue a Decision and Order,

which is the boards decision based findings of fact, and conclusions of law.

The board must issue the final Decision and Order within 180 days of the date the petition for review was filed.

The Decision and Order becomes final if it's not appealed to the Superior Court within 30 days of the board's decision.
