And I'm here mom, Jeanice,

and today we are going to be sharing with you

some super cute spring break essentials from Justice.

Spring break is coming up so fast,

and it's usually the time where you go to the beach,

hang out, and have lots of fun.

And with these spring break essentials,

it's sure to make it way more stylish.

Super stylish.

So the first thing we have is this clear beach bag,

which I love.

It's actually a towel in a bag.

So you pull out this really cute, really giant,

rainbow emoji beach towel, which is perfect for two people.

So you can definitely--

Share with a friend, or share with your mom.

Share with your mom, share with a friend,

go to the beach, hang out.

Very very cute, then when you're done

you can just toss it in your clear beach bag.

Okay, I love bags like this for the beach,

because sand--

Gets,

Everywhere.

And usually I have such a hard time

getting it out of bags and stuff,

but clear beach bags like this little tote

make it super easy to just wipe down and dump out the sand.

This is perfect.

And the next thing we have is this

So heavy.

really, really cute rolly luggage,

because when you're going somewhere--

You got to have some luggage.

You got to have some luggage,

So this one says Happy Girl on it,

which perfectly describes Jordyn,

and the pastel colors are adorbs.

Which is perfect, because Jordyn has such a hard time--

The first thing I'm going to pull out

and it has unicorns, hearts, and even smiley faces.

That is super super cute.

I love the ruffles.

But here's the thing I love as a mom,

it has built-in shorts, which is perfect.

That is something I always look for in skirts for Jordyn,

so I'm so happy about that.

They're everything.

So, this one is just pink and it says on one side,

unicorns make me happy.

It's like a shirt made for me.

It's perfect because you love unicorns and donuts.

And I love that it has this little cutout on the top

without being cut too low.

The thing I love about Justice, is they make super on-trend

fashion-forward clothing that allows Jordyn to be stylish

while still being age-appropriate.

So, I love it.

That's one of my favorite things.

So we're going to pull out these shorts, that I love.

Very perfect because, a lot of time

shorts will not fit Jordan in the waist.

Ohh, kitty mermaids.

Kitty mermaids.

So, this is just a teal shirt, kitty mermaids on it.

This is really cute, basic, something for hanging around

during spring break, and I like it.

For just walking around on the beach.

It is a very very cute.

Super cute, I like it.

They fit in the waist.

Those are some cute little shorts.

How do you feel?

I feel good, it's so comfy.

for girls and tweens.

They're all very trendy, they're all very age-appropriate,

they're all very empowering.

Like they always say really cute messages on them.

And then, they also have these really really really cute

teal leggings.

Look at that cutout. I love it.

Justice workout leggings are very comfortable.

I love the color.

and Jordyn's always really comfortable

How are the leggings?

Nice, I like them.

They fit you very well.

They feel so soft.

So the first thing is these cute slide-ons.

And it says I'm really a mermaid, which is so true.

Those, I love them.

It's perfect for just walking around the beach,

and just getting set up,

so sand doesn't get all over your feet.

Oh yeah, they're plastic,

so you don't have to worry about the sand sticking,

and I love that the bottom kind of looks like the ocean.

Let's end driver's license suspensions for drug offenses - Duration: 1:48.

We all agree that the goal of the criminal justice system is public safety.

Part of that means helping people with criminal records lead productive lives.

So an important thing we can do for public safety is to help somebody get and keep a

job.

But instead, 12 states make it impossible for people to get to work.

How?

By automatically suspending driver's licenses for people convicted of a drug offense, even

one that has nothing to do with driving.

Penalizing safe drivers this way actually decreases safety, because it distracts police

away from actual traffic enforcement.

There's a high price paid by motor vehicle administrators as well, so it's no wonder

that they also oppose these laws.

And most importantly, these laws make it harder for people to get their lives back on track.

Suspending somebody's license not only limits their job opportunities; it makes it harder

for them to support their families in other ways, such as dropping the kids off at school

or picking up the groceries.

Put simply, these laws decrease safety, waste taxpayer money, and make it harder to succeed

after a sentence has been served.

So the vast majority of states have already rejected these laws, including five in just

the last five years.

The remaining 12 states should take this exit too.

Let police do their job and keep our highways safe.

Let safe drivers get to their jobs and lead productive lives.

Let's end driver's license suspensions.

Lowey Takes Mnuchin to Task for Tax Scam, Budget Request - Duration: 5:51.

I'd like to thank Chairman Graves and Ranking Member Quigley for holding this hearing.

Secretary Mnuchin, welcome, and thank you for being here this morning.

Mr. Secretary, your Fiscal Year 2019 budget request - as you know, I'm sure you know - would harm taxpayers by slashing IRS

funding by $100 million, and stall federal investments in economic development by eliminating

all discretionary grant programs in the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund.

Under your budget, the IRS would not have enough manpower to catch bad actors, ranging

from those who cheat on their taxes to those who perpetrate identity theft scams that prey

on the elderly and non-native English-speaking populations.

It's not just enforcement that we need to be concerned about, it's also taxpayer services.

In her 2017 Annual Report to Congress, Taxpayer Advocate Nina Olsen identified the IRS's

limited telephone service as one of the most serious problems facing taxpayers.

She wrote, "Because of the IRS's archaic telephone technology and operations, taxpayers

face long wait times with the worry that the IRS's telephone assistors will not be able

to answer their questions if they are able to get through."

Yet, your budget cuts the IRS by $100 million.

This is all the more important as the Republican tax scam, which was rushed into law last year,

has created a great deal of confusion.

Taxpayers are turning to the IRS for clarity, and not getting it.

This has been a particular issue in high cost-of-living areas, like New York.

When you testified before this committee last year, I made clear how unwelcome any reductions

to the state and local tax deductions would be in tax reform.

Less than a year later, a deduction that 45 percent of my constituents take at an average

of $26,000 has been slashed beyond recognition.

I'm sure you're aware of that. I think you're still a New Yorker. So I'm sure you're aware of it, and I'm sure you hear this from your friends and neighbors.

The impact of this scam is so disastrous that I've called on the IRS to accept prepayments

of 2018 state and local taxes that many New Yorkers made in 2017.

At least 17,000 taxpayers paid some portion of their 2018 taxes in advance at an estimated

$51 million.

I hope that you and the IRS will at least give this break to families that will be hurt

by your new tax policy for years to come, but quite frankly, I am concerned that your

proposed budget cuts will make it harder for the IRS to assist my constituents.

Let me be clear, capping the SALT deduction at $10,000 targets residents of high-cost

states like New York and California, which you know all too well.

In 2015 alone, New York sent $48 billion more in taxes than it received.

Simply put, the new tax law is a scam that unfairly takes money from the pockets of hard

working families living in states that send more money to the federal government than

we get back in federal investment.

One bright spot of your budget is the increase for the Office of Terrorism and Financial

Intelligence of $36 million.

This is essential to combatting terrorist financing

and other national security threats, and I am pleased it's included.

Mr. Secretary, I trust that you are aware of just how influential your position is.

I am disappointed by some of the distractions surrounding your tenure.

It is my hope that going forward, you will respect the taxpayers I represent in New York

by acting as a good steward of their dollars, both in policies you implement and your actual

use of them.

I look forward to a productive discussion this afternoon and to working to serve the

best interest of the American taxpayer.

my vacation where I went to 5 countries in 7 days.

It was a rough start to the vacation where an American Airlines employee accidentally

gave away our seats.

It was pretty brutal and we missed our cruise on the first day.

Ok so I have a ton of news stories in today's video so let's not waste any more time here

and get right into it.

First up, we have a baby born with 2 heads and just one body.

This right here is a conjoined female twins who are fighting for their lives.

Only one of the girls heads is able to move.

The twins are being fed through tubes and kept in incubators to receive constant care.

Their mother was unaware of the defect as she could not afford pregnancy scans.

The twins have a very weak heartbeat, which is causing one of many concerns.

Doctors at the hospital are unsure how to best treat the highly unusual defect.

I think this is just so sad because doctors might have to perform very complex surgery

to get rid of one of the babies so the other one can survivor and right now is actually

seems like one of them is a stillborn baby.

One of the babies bodies didn't form so their heads just attached to the other twins

body.

And from their we have a very messed up and scary story about 15 yr old Leah who almost

died when she got her braces tightened.

A week after her braces were tightened she complained of pain, she had a fever, chills,

a headache, and joint pain.

She became confused and forgetful.

Doctors feared she had meningitis.

Well Leah was found to have metal on her heart from the braces.

She had a 5 and a half hour open- heart surgery and spent weeks in the hospital because a

piece of metal from her braces traveled down her body and got stuck in her heart which

was life threatening.

After surgery doctors said shes about 90 percent back to be normal but now she requires lifelong

hospital checkups which is just so insane to me.

I spell a really large lawsuit to an orthodontist.

How does this even happen?

Jon Venables is back in the news again.

We are talking about this guy right here.

Well this is a picture of when he was 10 yrs old when he committed murder.

Well when he went to prison his identity was changed and this pissed off a lot of people

because he was released from jail after serving just 8 yrs.

So a killer was released from prison at the age of 18 yrs old.

Well Jon was back in prison for possessing child abuse images on his computer.

Well guess what Jon Venables was given a new identity again and was moved to a new prison.

A source told the media this.

He has to be handled very carefully at all times because there are so many people who

want to get at him.

He's been told to try and keep a low profile.

So I want to know from you guys what do you think about this situation?

The prison system is protecting a child killer who was just recently in possession of child

pornography.

Moving onto Jon Romano who was 16 yrs old when he brought a pump-action shotgun to school

in 2004.

He planned a mass shooting at his school.

Well the reason why we don't really know to much about this story is because before

he killed anyone at Columbia High school is because the schools principal noticed what

was about to happen and they were able to tackle Jon to the floor.

Well Jon is now 30 yrs old and is set to be released from prison in 2021 which is soon

approaching and he said he wants to be an advocate for gun safety and mental health

reform.

He said his principle saved his life, saved the lives of others.

From Prison he wrote a letter demanding politicians to take action against gun violence.

I am not sure how I feel about this situation.

Did this guy really reform, or does he still have the killer instincts inside of his mind.

Are people really going to listen to a guy who was just seconds away from a mass murderer.

Some quick celebrity news, Macaulay Culkkin appeared on the tonight show responding to

home alone conspiracy theories.

This video made it to the number 1 trending video on youtubes home page and its actually

really good.

Ed Sheeran, has just donated his guitar to raise money for a terminally ill fan.This

right here is Melody Driscoll who has been battling an incurable Rett syndrome and is

left in incredible pain at just 11 yrs old.

Melodys family has been facing a 50,000 british pound legal fight over the care of Melody

so this is why Ed Sheeran is trying to help out by putting his guitar up for auction.

I hope he raises 1 million dollars.

Also in the news it was a very scary time at the white house.

The White house was placed on lockdown after a man who was carrying a concealed handgun

opened fired several rounds at secret service agents in front of the white house.

Than the gunman turned the gun on himself.

The president and the first lady were not in the white house at the time of the incident.

And no one else was injuried.

The US Secret service tweeted this out.

Breaking secret service personnel are responding to reports of a person who allegedly suffered

a self- inflicted gun shot wound along the north fence line of the white house.

From the white house let me take you guys over to a deadly storm that killed at least

6 people in

Massachusetts.

900,000 people lost power from the mid- atlantic to New England.

It is estimated that people wont have power for up to 72 hours.

Nearly 15 million people are under a coastal flood warning.

This storm that is being called a bomb cyclone is bringing heavy snow rain and hurricane

like force winds to New England.
