Waching daily Mar 6 2018

While the possibilities some of the Trappist - 1 planets being capable of harboring life

have been on the increase as of late, see my latest update on that system in the end

screen of this video, the other current major possibility for a habitable planet has taken

a major hit.

It's Proxima B, and while it was once a candidate for possibly harboring the conditions

for life, it's starting to look like this may not be a very nice planet at all.

Unfortunate given that it orbits the current closest star to the sun, enough to be an eventual

target for colonization by humans.

In a study by Meredith MacGregor and Alycia Weinberger and colleagues, link below, they

report the detection of a massive stellar flare erupting from the surface of Proxima

Centauri.

This flare, which occurred last March, was found in observations taken at that time by

the Atacama Large Millimeter/Submillimeter Array, or ALMA.

And what a flare this was.

Our sun is no stranger to flaring, it does it frequently, and those flares do occasionally

pose a threat to Earth's technology.

But this Proxima Centauri flare, at the wavelengths that were being studied, was ten times anything

our sun produces.

Odder still, this star is far smaller than the sun, classed as an M-type red dwarf, meaning

this flare would have been enormous in comparison to its star and would have increased the star's

brightness by a thousand times in just ten seconds.

This is bad news for Proxima B as it was probably blasted with intense radiation from the event

due to it being located very close in to the star.

Given that the scientists happened to catch one, chances are, big flares of this type

happen regularly with this star.

And if that's been the state of affairs for a long period of time, it very likely

would have long ago eroded any atmosphere or oceans that this planet might have had.

This study also changes the landscape for something else.

It was previously thought that Proxima Centauri might have had rings of material around it.

If that were the case, it might have indicated more planets waiting to be discovered in that

system.

But that study used the same ALMA data, so now that a flare is known to have occured

at that time, the data is now off for the rings, so their existence is now in question.

So back to square one.

Proxima Centauri has a planet, but it's one that seems to be periodically blasted

with radiation from giant flares.

Not a good candidate for life, or colonization for that matter.

Only close proximity and the long life of a red dwarf favor it at this point.

But who knows what might be discovered in the future in this system.

And, truth is, if the planet does turn out to be a dead world with little or no useful

atmosphere, if we decided to colonize our closest neighbor system, we might just as

easily disassemble Proxima B and build habitats and a Dyson swarm further out from the star.

Perhaps call it the zone of technological habitability, rather than the zone of natural

habitability.

Thanks for listening!

What more women in government would mean for Afghanistan - Duration: 7:05.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Much of the news from Afghanistan is about war, an endless war, between the

government and Taliban militants.

Attacks in Kabul happen almost weekly.

But even after years of fighting, efforts to rebuild continue.

Recently, a delegation of Afghan women leaders visited Washington, and we wanted to talk

with some of them about what life is like for them in their country.

This conversation took place before Afghan President Ashraf Ghani offered to bring the

Taliban directly into the political process.

Judy Woodruff spoke with two of these women.

Shararzad Akbar is a senior adviser to President Ghani.

Before that, she was country director for the Open Society Foundation.

Muqaddesa Yourish is a member of Afghanistan's Civil Service Commission.

Prior to that, she was director of human resources for the city of Kabul.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Shararzad Akbar, Muqaddesa Yourish, welcome to the program.

Shararzad Akbar, let me start with you.

People think of Afghanistan as a country in the middle of a war.

Is it not consumed with fighting?

SHARARZAD AKBAR, Senior Adviser to President Ghani: War is a part of the reality -- a part

of our reality, an important part of it, but it's not the whole of our reality.

It's also a country that's being reconstructed.

It's a country that is undergoing a generational shift in leadership.

It's also a country that's undergoing widespread social and cultural change.

Gender norms are being discussed.

What does it mean to be an Afghan in a modern world?

This is a part of a discussion.

Thousands of people are pursuing higher education.

Millions of children are graduating from schools.

So it's much broader than that.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Why are you trying to get more women involved in public service, in visible

public service jobs?

SHARARZAD AKBAR: It matters greatly to improving the life of everyone in Afghanistan, I think,

to have women in public service, particularly in the lives of women.

When we are around the table, we are present in the room, the discussions include women,

the discussions include women's well-being, the availability of services to women, and

also the specific needs of women.

But also we have brilliant, well-educated, experienced, competent women in Afghanistan

who deserve to be in the Afghan government and in the decision-making processes, and

our government needs that expertise desperately.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Muqaddesa Yourish, how do you persuade women that they should take a public

role?

What are the questions they have when you talk to them?

MUQADDESA YOURISH, Afghan Civil Service Commission: What I always talk about is how we, as senior

women in the government, are a testimony to the fact that the government of Afghanistan

is very open to giving women equal opportunities to be part of the government.

And at the same time, as my role as a commissioner in the Civil Service Commission, we have continuously

been trying to make sure that we have policies such as work safety policies, and also measures

such as a career coaching center for women to make sure that we provide an enabling environment

for women to feel safe in the workplace and also to come forward and join the civil service.

JUDY WOODRUFF: So, that is a concern that many Afghan women have?

MUQADDESA YOURISH: Traditionally, you know, there's a strong disbelief about a woman's

credibility and also women being in the government.

So I think a big part of what we are doing in the Civil Service Commission in terms of

making sure that we provide the enabling environment for women to be in the government also feeds

into that bigger picture of making sure that we fight with that -- credibility that exists

for women.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Shararzad Akbar, how much do you have to overcome what men think of women

and their role and what their role should be?

SHARARZAD AKBAR: There's a lot to overcome about people's perceptions, both men and women

in some cases.

I have constantly walked into rooms full of men.

I sit in meetings.

And the first few weeks when I had assumed my position, a lot of people looked at me

and thought, oh, OK, government wants to look diverse, they have just brought a young woman

here, she probably is not qualified for this job.

So, that was the assumption.

And changing that assumption, building relationships, having a voice on political issues, all of

this takes a lot of daily courage, I think.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Sure.

SHARARZAD AKBAR: And every time I spoke up initially, I was hesitant, and my voice would

shake.

I would be worried about people's judgments, my colleague's judgments.

But, slowly, I have started to build a network of support with other women in the government.

That is something that is also very, very important, with women in the civil service,

all of us support each other, give each other tips.

But also male colleagues come to view you differently when they see your work.

JUDY WOODRUFF: I was going to say, some of these things happen, I think, to women everywhere,

not just in Afghanistan.

SHARARZAD AKBAR: Yes.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Muqaddesa Yourish, are there parts of Afghanistan where you can go and

openly recruit?

Are there parts where you cannot?

We know the Taliban still holds a great deal of influence in your country.

MUQADDESA YOURISH: There are conflicted areas where sometimes the government has control

of the area, and other times the Taliban, but -- and we call them sometimes -- whenever

they're under the control of the Taliban, we call them the inaccessible districts and

villages.

I wouldn't really say it's at the provincial level, but it's obviously at the village or

district level.

JUDY WOODRUFF: How do you think -- Shararzad, how do you think the work you are doing may

change your country?

SHARARZAD AKBAR: It's difficult living in Kabul.

It's a city -- and working in Kabul -- it's a city that, as you know, is constantly attacked.

And some attacks really leave you wounded and angry and also in a state of despair.

But then I look at everything around me that gives me hope.

I see a generation of women younger than me.

They are more assertive, they are more confident, they have a lot of dreams for Afghanistan.

I see my colleagues in the government, and I see that we are developing a common language

on development, on politics.

We are redefining our vision for Afghanistan.

I see that more and more interested in politics of values, rather than politics of ethnicity

or religion.

And when I see all these signs, I see the major trends of how, for instance, the government

is being reformed from within and it's actually becoming about service, rather than power.

When I see these major trends, that gives me hope and inspires me every day.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And Muqaddesa Yourish, just finally, education.

How much of this depends on young women being able to get a good education?

And is education able everywhere to women?

MUQADDESA YOURISH: We definitely have had advances when it comes to education for girls

and women in the past 17 years.

We have more and more families who are willing to send their girls to school.

And, very recently, we announced 17,000 civil service vacancies, and 3,000 of them are specific

vacancies for women teachers.

JUDY WOODRUFF: It adds up to a lot of potential change and a lot of change right now, and

certainly is another dimension to your country.

Thank you very much for being with us, Muqaddesa Yourish and Shararzad Akbar.

We appreciate it.

SHARARZAD AKBAR: Thank you for having us.

MUQADDESA YOURISH: Thank you for having us.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Thank you.

MUQADDESA YOURISH: Thank you.

Proven Tricks for Casting Weightless Lures Effectively | Bass Fishing - Duration: 12:04.

What is happening, fishing friends?

Welcome, to another episode.

My name is Devon, from Debo's Fishing, coming to you today on behalf of KastKing and BassResource.com.

Now, I wanna discuss casting weightless baits.

Weightless stick baits and flukes can sometimes be kind of tricky, but I've got a few things

here that will hopefully help and make that process a little easier for you.

Now,the first thing people bring up when you talk about casting a weightless stick bait

or fluke is the reel.

And the reel is extremely important, but there's a couple things that I look for when I'm picking

a reel for a weightless bait.

Number one thing for me is a light spool.

You can see how this is all whiffled out, drilled out.

This is a very, very light spool.

That's why I think a reel like this does the absolute best at casting a weightless bait

because it doesn't take as much power or weight to turn that spool.

It's a much lighter spool.

In comparison, when you look at a reel like this, a reel that has centrifugal brakes on

at the actual spool, it's gonna take more weight and more power to actually rotate that

spool because it's heavier.

Now, this isn't all completely bad because if you're somebody that has issues with your

reel backlashing at the beginning of the cast, that's what these centrifugal brakes are made

to do.

It's got little pins that kick out and rub on the inside ring of your side plate, and

that slows that cast down at that initial burst.

It helps stop that.

So if you're somebody that has issues with that, I would recommend starting with a reel

like this if you have one, and then moving up to a reel that has a lighter, more freely

spinning spool like this.

Now, after you have your reel selected, I move on to the line.

Yes, line plays a very important part in casting weightless baits as well.

Because I'm pretty comfortable with it, I actually run 20 pound fluorocarbon on my weightless

stick bait setup, but for somebody just starting out, I would recommend a smaller diameter

line just to get used to casting it.

Now, I wouldn't recommend it when you're casting into, you know, cover anything using a like

a 10 pound diameter because it's gonna be obviously a lot more likely to break off,

but a smaller diameter line or starting with a braid, like a 20-pound braid is a good place

to start.

The braid especially, because it doesn't have any memory.

Moving onto the hooks.

Now, I know this probably sounds like, "Well, yeah, I know the hooks make a big difference,"

but it's something that I don't think people think about a lot.

When you're comparing the hooks of different baits that you can be using, there's a wide

variety.

Now, this is my choice.

I go with a 4/0 extra-wide gap, heavy wired hook.

And you compare that to just a regular 2/0 extra wide gap hook, there's a significant

difference, and not only a difference in the size, but also the weight.

So if you're somebody that's having troubles with the hook and maybe you're using a smaller

hook, move up to a heavier hook, to a larger hook, and it will definitely help you cast

that bait farther.

Last but not least is the actual stick bait that you select.

They're not all created equally.

Take, for example, this stick bait.

It has a very low salt content.

It sinks very, very slow and wiggles.

Now, a bait that has less salt in it is gonna weigh less.

A bait with more salt packed inside there is gonna be heavier and going to be easier

to cast.

Compared to a stick bait like this, this is a different type of looking stick bait, but

is much heavier when you compare them next to each other.

It's bigger, and this bulb on the back is actually pretty dense.

So if you're having trouble with the stick bait that you're using, look for a little

bit bigger stick bait.

Instead of a 5-inch, maybe move up to a 6-inch, or look for a different style that's got just

a little bit more weight.

Speaking of weight, I could not wait to get out here and do some field testing in a field,

if you will.

Another round here, I want to go over the rod that I am using, what you'll wanna look

for in a rod when you're picking one for throwing weightless baits.

I'll go over the cast that I think will help you and the cast that I use, the things to

stay away from when you're casting, and then how to troubleshoot your issues.

So if you're still having backlash problems, how do you troubleshoot it and figure out

what you need to fix?

So the rod.

The rod I am using is the KastKing Perigee II.

Now, the reason I like this rod so much is because of the tip-to-backbone ratio.

So when you look at this tip, it's roughly 25-ish, maybe I would say, 25-ish tip.

The rest is backbone, 75% backbone.

You wanna have a good ratio like that.

A little bit more tip that's gonna bend and flex, so you can throw that lure, but you

have to have a good backbone because, remember, you're fishing a lure with one hook.

You have to be able to make sure that you can get that hook penetration.

Now, I am using...

This is just a 5-inch stick bait, weightless, with a 4/0, heavy wire, extra wide gap hook.

Remember, the heavier wire hook you use, the heavier the hook is going to be, the easier

it's gonna be to cast a bait like this.

So step up your hook and go to a little bit heavier wire.

Now, I am using 20 pound fluorocarbon.

I would not recommend that for a beginner.

I would drop down to like some cheap, maybe 12-pound or 15-pound mono just to get the

feel of it, understand the cast, then you can start moving up to a fluoro.

You could even start on a braid.

Braid casts really well on weightless lures too.

But you wanna watch for that good backbone.

Now, when you're selecting a rod, it's tough.

I can't tell you exactly what type rod because for the industry, it's not a standard.

So if they say a fast tip, because that's what this is, a fast, not all of them are

gonna be maybe 25%.

Some of them could only be about 20%.

So you just have to, kind of, play with it and get a feel.

So the main cast that I use when I'm throwing a weightless bait is the sidearm or roll cast,

and the reason I like this cast is because it keeps your lure low to the water, low and

parallel to it.

It's not gonna be the time where you cast it out and there's a lot of hang time, the

lure dies, and we'll talk about that more with the overhand cast, and you're not trying

to throw it super hard.

You ought to leave a little bit more slack in your line than you normally would.

When you're doing this cast, it's gonna be more of a side lob.

You wanna let the line and the lure do the work.

So I'm gonna take it.

You don't wanna have a point in time where you cast with a slack and then it hits with

a quick jerk.

That's gonna pull a lot of line out and nest up.

I see people do that with sidearm casts.

So it's gonna be a long sweeping lob, almost like you're swinging a tennis racket, is the

way you wanna think of it.

And you can do it even one-handed.

It's not gonna be a lot of power.

You'll want to let the line, the lure, and the rod do the work.

It's not arm power.

So that's the sidearm.

Now, you can add a roll to it, but again, it's the same thing.

I'm gonna leave my line a little bit lower, two and a half feet or so.

I'm gonna roll it and I'm gonna make sure that my line stays tight the whole time.

I don't want slack in my line.

So I'm gonna roll it over and throw it out.

The tip of my rod is gonna act like a slingshot and throw that bait out there for me.

That's key to this.

Now, along with the sidearm and roll cast, I also like to pitch.

When you're pitching, you're keeping the lure nice and low to the water.

It gives it a nice subtle presentation.

You're not casting it out, throwing it hard.

You're not giving it a chance to stall in the air and spool up your...bird nest up your

spool.

It's gonna be a sweep.

And when I pitch this, it's not like I'm pitching a weightless jig where I'm here and I'm just

kinda tipping my rod, and I've got a big, heavy lure to go out there for me.

You have to put a little bit of force behind it.

So when I do this, it's more of a sweep.

Again, almost like I'm swinging a racket and throw it out there.

You'll be amazed at how far you can actually pitch a weightless bait, especially if you

use more of a sweeping motion, you're not gonna put a lot of force on it.

It's just the bend of that rod and the lure going out there.

So those are the two casts that I use most.

Now, you can use an overhand.

Again, the same things apply.

Make sure you've got a little bit extra line and you're not gonna power through it.

It's not gonna be a big two-hand, power cast like this.

It's gonna be mostly my wrist and the lure and rod tip doing the work for me.

I don't wanna bomb this, and that's gonna get us into some of the things that you don't

wanna do when you're casting.

Contrary to what a lot of people think, when you're fishing a weightless lure, you don't

wana throw it harder, you wanna throw it softer and lob up more.

The harder you throw it, it's gonna put a big initial burst on that spool, and then

as the lure gets out, it doesn't have enough weight to keep pulling the spool.

It's gonna pull it really fast and the lure is gonna slow down, but your spool keeps going,

and that's what happens when people get that initial blow up.

So that's why I tend to stay away from the overhand cast, especially if you're a big,

hard, you know, bomb thrower.

Just light, cast of the wrist and you can get it out there.

You can get some real good distance, but it's not about power.

Let the actual stick bait and the rod do all the work for you.

Now, when you do that cast, try to keep the cast down.

So you're gonna let it go just a little bit later than you normally would to ensure you're

not bombing it in a big arc.

It's that big arc is gonna make that lure stall up there in the air and that's when

you start to get bird nests in the middle.

So people go back, throw it lightly, let their thumb off the spool a little bit, bursts up

in the middle.

That lure stalls but your spool wants to keep rolling, so if you're having that issue, make

sure you're keeping your thumb on it and watching your lure.

If it starts to stall anywhere in there or slow down, your thumb should be able to feel

that, and that's just gonna come with practice.

Now, going back to the issues at the beginning of the cast, if your reel has centrifugal

brakes, those will help immensely.

Now, these are a little bit different type of centrifugal brakes, but the ones that are

on the inside of your spool here, as soon as you cast, they help on that initial cast

a bunch because they're gonna flare out and slow down your lure.

So, if you have the centrifugal brakes like that, make sure you turn those on or turn

those up a little bit if you keep getting a lot of issues at the beginning of your cast.

Now, if you just have the magnetics like this, I'll just start with them up at 9:00 when

it's a windy day like this.

It's decently windy out, not horrible, but there is some wind.

The magnetic brakes will help at the beginning of that cast too.

Now, lastly if you're having issues when the lure goes all the way out there and almost

hit, it starts to backlash up, or when its hit is backlashing up, you're not putting

enough pressure with your thumb or you don't have enough of your spool tension tightened

up.

Your spool tension is what's gonna stop that lure when it hits the water from backlashing.

Now, I have my spool set pretty loose right now.

So as you'll see, when I let this drop, see how it kept running, all that loose stuff?

Now, if you imagine, there was a whole bunch of force behind that and I actually cast that

out, as soon as it hits the water, that's gonna be far worse.

This was just a little drop from the tip of my rod, but if you're having those issues,

it just means that you need to turn up your spool tension so that spool doesn't keep running

at the end of your cast.

Now, as you get more comfortable casting a weightless lure, you can slowly loosen up

your brakes a little bit.

You can slowly loosen up your spool tension because as you loosen those and allow your

spool to spin freer, you're gonna get further distance with your cast.

But just remember, if the wind changes or anything like that, sometimes it can be a

little bit finicky with such a light lure.

So you might have to adjust a couple times if it changes throughout the day.

If you're out more on the main lake and there's more wind and you go back into a colve, you

can loosen those up a little bit.

Let's get back and recap.

The things that will hopefully help you if you're still having some issues casting a

weightless lure.

Starting with the reel, you wanna look for a reel that's got a good, free-flowing spool

that's light.

A light spool helps immensely.

Now, if you're still having trouble with those backlashes at the beginning of the cast, look

for a reel that's got some internal centrifugal brakes.

Those centrifugal brakes will definitely help at the beginning of that cast, taming that

backlash.

Moving to the line, start with a line that's a smaller diameter or a little softer.

A soft mono is really good in like a 10 or 12-pound, or try a braid in 20-pound.

It casts really well on bait casters too.

And then I like to move up to a heavier line.

I like to go as heavy as I can manage just in case you're around sticks or rocks to help

with break offs.

The hooks move up to a little heavier hook.

I like a 4/0 with a heavy wire and extra strong, sometimes they'll call them.

It'll help give you a little extra weight to cast that stick bait.

When you get to the actual stick bait or fluke, whatever it may be, look for a lure with a

higher salt content that'll give the lure a little bit more weight.

Try stepping up a size.

So if you fish normally like a 5-inch stick bait, move up to a 6-inch.

Or look for a different variety of the same type of lure that's a little bit heavier.

A 9-Minute Workout for a Flat Belly and Slender Waist Silver Lining - Duration: 11:35.

A 9-Minute Workout for a Flat Belly and Slender Waist

A 9-Minute Workout for a Flat Belly and Slender Waist Every woman wants to have a slender waist.

But doing a bunch of crunches isn't always going to cut it.

In fact, there are some abdominal exercises that actually enlarge the waist.

How can you achieve results, avoid mistakes and learn about effective exercises to get the shape you want? Bright Side has collected some great tips from experienced coaches to find out how to finally get a thinner waistline.

@What affects the body shape?.

Indeed, the look of a person's waist depends on the type of figure they have.

Depending on if you have an 'hourglass' or 'pear' body type, you may be able to maintain your shape even when you gain weight.

'Ruler' and 'apple' body types who gain extra weight tend to get shapely in their upper body parts.

Coaches collectively say, these 3 things are harmful to any waistline: weight gain protruding belly bad posture A healthy waist does not appear by itself, it is the result of taking good care of the body.

But there are ways to make it appear more shapely depending on how you choose to dress and carry yourself.

  @Shaping the waist.

Shaping the waist means working on abdominal muscles.

But, as you probably know, working on it doesn't guarantee getting rid of the fatty layer.

Therefore, it's necessary to create a calorie deficit with the help of: balanced nutrition cardio training A trained muscular corset and proper posture visually stretch and slim the silhouette.

Achieve a slimmer mid-section by: doing back stretching and controlling the posture shaping up your waist and flattening your belly by target exercises It is important to remember that not all abdominal exercises are useful for the waist.

In fact, some exercises actually expand it.

Competent trainers claim that in order to form an elegant waist, you need to pay attention to the straight abdominal muscle of the press while "pumping" oblique muscles which leads to an extension of the waist.

Here are the most "dangerous" exercises of this type: body twists side bends with weights side bends while sitting on the floor At the same time, stretching the side muscles in various static twists during yoga or pilates can form beautiful body lines.

@Five effective exercises for a smaller waist.

This set of exercises is best performed in the written order, three times a week.

The best time to workout is in the morning hours.

@1 Vacuum.

Initial position: lying on the back, legs are bent at the knees, arms down on both sides of the body.

This exercise should be done on an empty stomach.

Take a deep breath, exhale through the mouth releasing the air from your lungs as much as possible while pressing the front wall of the abdomen into the spine.

In this position, gravity helps you.

Stay in this position for 15 seconds and relax.

Gradually, you can bring the duration of "expiration" to one minute, as long as you feel comfortable doing so.

Reps: 3–5 times.

Workout duration: 2 minutes or more.

Those experiencing health or stomach issues should be careful while performing the 'vacuum' exercises. This exercise increases the intra-abdominal pressure that can affect unhealthy organs negatively.

The exercise is contraindicated in asthma, herniated spine and heart disease.

  @2 Bending forward/backward.

Initial position: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

The goal of the exercise: you should feel the muscles of your waist stretching.

Bend forward so that you can touch the floor and stay in this position for a while.

After that bend backward hold the arms at your waist.

Reps: 15–20 times.

Workout duration: 2 minutes or more.

This exercise will be useful for those who have problems with the lumbar region of the back, chronic headaches or increased intracranial pressure.

  @3 "Boxing" twists.

Initial position: lie down on the floor, slightly bend your knees.

The main feature of this exercise is its fast pace.

Lift your upper body off the floor and quickly return to the initial position.

Make sure that your abdominal muscles don't relax during the exercise.

Reps: 3 sets of 12–15 reps.

Workout duration: 2 minutes or more.

The exercise is not advised to those with any type of gastritis or rheumatism, or diseases of the gallbladder.

It must be carefully performed by those who have respiratory and/or cardiovascular system problems.

@4 Plank.

Initial position: hold the body on toes and elbows (or hands).

An important notice: keep your back and legs straight without sagging or arching.

Reps: 2–3 times, 30 seconds each.

It's recommended to change the type of the plank while performing the exercise.

The first set can be done on hands, the second on elbows, the third can be a side plank.

Workout duration: 2 minutes or more.

The exercise shouldn't be performed if you recently had a cesarean section (up to 6 months) or another surgery, have problems with tendons, have inflammation of the internal organs or problems with the heart and blood vessels.

@5 Side stretching.

Initial position: stand with your feet 30-35 cm apart, keep your arms on your hips.

Breathe in, breathe out, draw your belly in and take a position as if you are going to sit.

Lower the left hand along your body, lunge the right leg to the side keeping the right arm stretched to the same side.

Slightly bend your body to the right, staying for eight seconds in this position.

Make sure that you don't bend forward or backward, only to the side.

Reps: 2–3 times for each side.

Workout duration: 1 minute.

You should be careful stretching if you have high blood pressure, problems with joints or inflammation of the internal organs.
