hey guys welcome back to my channel and hello if you're new make sure that you

do subscribe if you're not already that way you never miss out on my videos I do

upload a lot lately today's video is a really exciting one

for me because I found a way to tone my hair all naturally without using

chemicals or any kind of hair dye or hair toners I'm gonna show you guys how

I make it basically it's just camel little tea so I have it right here in a

spray bottle I put it in the fridge and I just spray it on my hair when I need

to which I will demonstrate to you in this video so if you're interested and

then keep on watching okay so the first thing I'm gonna do is prepare my tea

what I'm gonna do is just take a chamomile tea bag and steep that in hot

water and usually I like to do this overnight so I'll let it steep overnight

just so it becomes really dark and concentrated and the next day this is

what it will look like umm it's super super dark this is how you know it's

ready I'll take a funnel and I'll take an empty spray bottle and I'll fill that

up and then I'll pop this into the fridge just so that it stays fresh and

then I'll use it and pop it back into the fridge so I can use it like for a

few days and then what I do is just spray that all over my hair and that's

it that's all you have to do and the more that you're in the Sun the more

this works and also not to mention it makes your hair really soft and silky

and shiny it doesn't weigh it down it smells really good too and this is an

all-natural hair toner chamomile will tone the brassiness in your hair all

naturally no chemicals involved so that's why I love using this I hope you

aren't really curious to know but this is what I've been doing lately to tone

out my hair and I love it it works so well and it just makes my hair such a

pretty color and I always get a bunch of questions asked about my hair and I like

to keep my hair pretty natural I don't like to use a lot of chemicals in it so

when I found out that chamomile tea can tow and bring on bring out the natural

highlights I was super excited to share with you guys I hope you guys enjoyed it

You want the blue strap. You're gonna take the strap

You put it up around, above the knees. And here you're gonna do lateral

sidesteps (aka quarter-squat lunges). Your legs are in squat position and reach out with the left leg. You're back, out, and up.

It's a controlled movement. I'm going to do ten repetitions to the left

ten repetitions to the right

I went to Minsk Larp Festival in 2017.

This is going to be my third MLF,

So here are two reasons why I think you should go to MLF.

We think that you should go this year because it is a fantastic place to be.

Such an unforgettable experience you can't get in any other place and time.

I remember vividly my impressions from the first MLF.

I felt like Alice who fell down the rabbit hole.

Even though I did things basically the last moment, I had an excellent time.

I got to meet some very lovely people again,

but most importantly I got to play some wonderful larps.

Larps help you explore new worlds,

hell yeah

You explore yourself and get to understand yourself.

Larp is of course a pure form of art, but can also be a professional tool.

My favourite part of larping is learning process,

since Alice, while falling down the rabbit hole, tried to remember multiplication tables, btw

And larps encourage you to think about things you wouldn't probably contemplate in your everyday life.

Games you get to play, they are so different from what you've tried.

They really have their own separate game culture.

Things that are happening with larp and development of civic society are very interesting

and it's the best place to experience it.

It's well organized; as a designer I have been treated this nicely, so I really enjoyed it.

It's new people who can become either your best friends or reliable business partners.

It's projects you didn't know exist. Dreams you couldn't even imagine.

The second reason is Minsk itself. It's a really interesting city that you owe yourself to experience.

We think that you should go to a week-in as well

because you get to meet all the very nice people and experience Minsk as a city and the history of Minsk.

MLF is a unique microcosm.

On the one hand, you're in Minsk, within the borders of Belarus.

On the other hand, you happen to be around all these fantastic people who speak various languages or English,

you play larps together, and someone you met for the first time, say, 30 minutes ago

may become a close person for you in three hours.

And of course there was dancing into the morning, discussing philosophy at lunch,

sudden sing-alongs in the street, ideas, inspiration.

Weekend full of love, laughter, tears, larp,

all sorts of things.

And I really wanna see you there, I'm gonna be there.

The people at MLF will gladly help you experience this unique town

and very creative and unique youth that lives there.

Why you should support the festival at crowdfunding platform Talaka?

MLF is a special forum for international communication

since it brings together people from different countries

who may have different views and opinions but will find the way to understand each other.

Moreover, I believe that larp enables us to become active citizens as it can be a tool

which helps you touch upon and process current essential issues.

I certainly went home much richer than I'd come.

If you can't make it, please support them.

I think the job they're doing is really really important.

So… that was my two reasons and I think you should go.
