I trained hard there too, but there was no challenge, there was no accountability

no, like "what do you want to achieve?"

kind of support, they just come in, just come it, and your training and go, but I was there

for one year, and I wasn't really, I was like "wow" I improved in my fitness and

the feeling was great, but I needed something, something else to give me challenge, so when

I found, like when I came here, and everything, I found the challenge, I am like "hell

I am going to do it", 1 week into being a member, I decided to get on the challenge, it

was just the great timing that I came, and I needed that challenge to, to try it out

give me some more focus, more goals to accomplish, and that's what I liked about it, like, that's

what you need, you need someone to push you to be the better person that you can become.
