Waching daily Mar 27 2018

G'day, here we go again Derek Baston. A little bit of social media and

real-estate wisdom for you. We're in a modern real estate market and

there's this new way of marketing and we call it social media. Sure we've

been doing it for a long long time but the rules keep changing on us and most

agents will tell you that they can do social but most agents do it badly.

That's right, most agents take your marketing money and they spend it badly

on social. So, does social work? Can we demonstrate that it's really selling houses?

So anecdotally, I can tell you 2017 was the year that social, so this is Facebook,

YouTube, Twitter, Insta, Tumbler.. they started to work for you the seller of a house. So,

previous to that it was all about building a brand so for a real estate

agency it was about brand identity. You don't care about that, to be honest. What

you care about is can a social platform make you more money on the sale

of your house? And it can! Social is the biggest numbers game in selling right

now. It doesn't matter if it's a house or a shoe or set of sunglasses or whatever

it may be but it works for you and it works at an incredibly base intuitive

level. So for the human psyche the one thing that we like to do is be

comfortable and the more comfortable we are the more likely we are to make a

decision and so this cuts to to buying houses. So, if we can get the story right

on social, if we can if we can have a narrative that people want to share when

people share something they're telling their friends and what makes people

more comfortable than anything else is when their friends tell them it's

okay, you can buy this house, you can live here, wouldn't this be lovely, we won't

judge you. People ultimately are comfortable to do what other people do.

So how do we set up this serendipitous moment where somebody goes, I like the

house and my friends like it too it must be time to buy. Well, it's all about the

story. It's about the narrative. Now, a narrative

is something that ultimately has a beginning middle and an end and how is

that selling houses I can tell you that most real estate agents think that

traditional online real estate marketing means a couple of paragraphs, bullet

points of features, on it goes to real estate.com, reiwa.com, domain.com etc their

webpage and it will sell and that's true! You can sell a house like that but it's

not the whole story and it's not the most powerful way to get the best

possible price and you're not talking about spending tons of money. What you're

talking about is a considered and clever campaign. So what your agent's job

is, what you should be asking them about, is can they tell a story about your

property that speaks to individuals. Do they understand their market? Do they

understand the demographic of the people who might spend the most money on your

property because like all online marketing, digital marketing is about

being an influencer and if your agent understands their marketplace and

understands the product, which is your home, they can become an

influencer and ultimately that means the narrative, the story they tell about your

house in an online platform speaks individually to someone who's looking at it on

their Facebook page or other social media platform and if that individual

connects with that story they'll share it and it's very very old-fashioned. Once

upon a time people went to the pub and they told a story and it was a good

story or a good joke and they told their mate. We've stopped doing that but that

that sharing social aspect of humans hasn't gone away, we just share in a

different way and so knowing this it's very very powerful so if you can create

content that's shareable then you can have a consumer who's already in house

buying mode having their friend say, hey what about this house and there's

nothing more powerful than when a friend tells a friend that something is okay. If

I tell them I'm a real estate agent if I say something's great value you should

buy it now, that's an agent. You expect an agent to

say that so we've got to take our marketing to the next level and make

sure that we're addressing our local demographic who are going to spend the

most money on a product now I can tell you most agents do this badly. They have

no clue! Now they'll be on Facebook or YouTube or whatever other platform but

ask them; What are they doing with your marketing money? What's their strategy?

What's their idea? What's their considered strategic way of spending

your money? It's worth considering isn't it? I'd love to talk to you about it. I'm

from Baston & Co. Property. We know how to drive social. We're selling houses on

social. 2017 was the year where social turned the tide. Already in 2018 we've

had direct sales off social, off Facebook. No realestate.com, no reiwa.com, no

domain.com, didn't even look at our website and they're spending the best

part of a million dollars on real estate driven by social platforms. If your agent

doesn't understand this space you're not getting as much money as you could for

your home

Daily Update (03/27/18) - Why is Bitcoin ($BTC) struggling? - Duration: 11:57.

What is going on snipers name al-obeidi here, I hope all of y'all are enjoying your day

We're gonna be doing a quick market update a lot of people are asking me whether or not this Bitcoin

Death cross is going to initiate a long-term bear market for Bitcoin

And I want to first show you the death cross that occurred in

2013 because you can always use history as a predictor of the patterns of the future

I don't like to say the future because I think it can give you indications of patterns

But not necessarily the actual future, but you can see here with the 50-day the 108 eternity moving averages pulled up on this chart in

2013 this was really what that MT, GOx?

Situation happened where we saw this major sell-off in Bitcoin where we had this death cross which did eventually

Lead to a long term consolidation over a very long period of time in which we finally saw that exuberant run-up

That led to the December

2017 rally for Bitcoin so is that gonna create major

Consolidation this time around for current Bitcoin chart if y'all are new here. This is gonna be our trading view chart

The link is in the description we may be using the three moving averages first and foremost

This is where the death cross is about to initiate here for Bitcoin on the one day

You can see here how that 50-day has already crossed below that 108 heading towards that 208

And I think a lot of people are missing opportunity in this market right now

I think there's a lot of opportunity if y'all don't know my story in around

2014 is really where I got serious about trading crypto where I liquidated all of my traditional

Investments my capital into crypto to really start trading this market whereas

I found that the volatility was where the opportunity was at rather than the price of Bitcoin

and I think a lot of people are overseeing that right now because there's a ton of volatility a ton of

Opportunities if you all don't know we had a couple of good calls ourselves here on

Snipers tube we had this one which is over 50%

We have this one other day

And these are all calls over the past couple of days that we've made here on our trade alerts platform

So understand that there is a lot of opportunity in this market. I'm gonna talk about that looking at the current chart here

We're gonna drop some very key support levels here the first one being

5900 where we initially corrected around

February and that was after the December run-up

And then another key support level that I want y'all to watch right now is this level here of 7,200

Because this is where we found our

previous correction here the most recent one and then the resistance level that I'd like for y'all to watch for here is going to be

That eleven thousand nine hundred dollar range and the reason I say eleven thousand nine hundred is you can see it's really the most accurate

Resistance level that we have right now based on the chart and based on price level is how they've always bounced on top

at that price level

And I think a lot of people are going to be taking profits as we see these swings back and forth

But I also think that's where the opportunity lies

So I want to talk a little bit about dominance in Bitcoin and where we're headed in terms of dominance

But I think watching this chart knowing that we're in a horizontal channel right now

We can really

Take advantage of the opportunities of when Bitcoin is in these lower lows and if we insert more indicators

That could help us determine entry and exit points like the MACD for example looking at the moving average Convergence divergence

You've got the fast line here in blue the slow line here in orange

You've got the history and negative determining sellers positive determining buyers

You can see how we're starting to see a lot of sellers come into this market

Compared to what we saw with that initial sell-off

We're seeing a little bit of buyers right now

But I don't think this is enough yet to really determine that bitcoins and start heading up

And then if you take a closer look at the moving lengths here

But the fast lengths now resting on top of that slow length once

It's already

Converged and had that sort of bullish sign now returning to those bearish signs because once this crossed over

That was bullish now

It's back to bearish and I I can certainly tell you this being at these lower price levels

You can see with the MACD with the initial correction it really got over stretched all the way down here to run

1478 whereas now we're only around

436 in terms of negative MACD in my opinion this being so bearish while

Prices are this low would indicate to me that we're most likely going to see further lows

best-case scenario in my opinion would be for us to

double bottom out

5900 then see a pullback

Hopefully a strong pullback to then create a horizontal channel and a resistance and support level that we can now

predict to then eventually take advantage of those volatile opportunities

And I'm gonna be talking a little bit about that right now because when you look at the total market in

General you can see in terms of USD valuations

It's always a stronger pull back then in BTC satoshi valuations, and when you're looking at the global charts here

You can also tell here with Bitcoin dominance here and depicted in orange and all coin dominance depicted here in silver

We're starting to see

bitcoins overall dominance flatten out while all coins are now seeing a

Reversal and I'm gonna go ahead and actually bold the alt points here, and if you all sorry

I had like Cohen pulled up if you all can notice here

You can see how we're starting to see this reversal in this increase in all coin dominance

I think we're gonna see a lot of opportunity in all points over the next couple of weeks, and I think that's where people

Have to focus on in terms of making their profits understand

That this is the time to buy but buying at the right levels is important and until we have that known double bottom

forming the confirmed

Reversal of Bitcoin I think that the best

opportunity is within these swings that were taking advantage of and that's why we're doing these trade alerts with all these smaller coins and we're

Seeing some positive movement with them

It's like why not take advantage of these large swings. This was March 21st right like this was March 23rd

That was two days ago

Just because we're in a bear market doesn't mean there's no opportunity

So now let's move on to a more fundamental aspect of this market

I think a lot of people are overlooking some very key factors of the market and where we're at and

Evolving right now and one thing I'd like to talk about is the CBOE and seamy futures that launched in

December and how that affected the market being the fact that now it allowed investors to bet against Bitcoin on cash settled

Contract, so it wasn't actually trading Bitcoin

But allowing investors to short it which basically means that you're betting against the price

and there's

potential upside in terms of profits for betting against Bitcoin going down now this introduced a whole other dynamic

The market and we talked about this in December, but following futures are typically ETFs

Which then will then be followed by an options market which would be it?

Extremely huge feat for the cryptocurrency market for options to be introduced here, and now if you look at this article

I'm not gonna read all of this, but the CBO

He is in communication with the SEC actually talking about

Approving an ETF and now they're citing concerns over two specific things market fragmentation

investor protection where the CM e or the CBOE

Representative actually said back to them that the government issued currencies in gold

Being more fragmented than Bitcoin. That's huge

Understand the amount of optimism that's written here from credible individuals. I think this is a huge

Feat for Bitcoin in the crypto market in general. I think people are overlooking this stuff. They're focused so much on the price

We're number one opportunity lies in volatility

But number two there's all this fundamental use case in actual real life examples of Bitcoin

Progressing not reversing another quote here from them saying here that

They expect the market to grow and in the near future reach levels comparable to those of other

Commodity futures products, so they're expecting this to grow just as large as other

Commodities and traditional markets that's something. We've been talking about for such a long time here remember

We're at a three hundred billion dollar market cap gold is around seven trillion

We have a long way to go the original dot-com bubble was around three trillion in current market valuation

That's ten trillion so three hundred billion is petite its small. We have a lot of upside potential

the only issue is I think we have

roadblocks along the way like the MT GOx

Selling off coins right all these things just need to come out of the rug so that Bitcoin can now

prosper in its true form and I think that we're gonna be seeing a lot of this over the first two quarters of

2018 whereas the last two quarters, I think we'll see a lot more further optimism with a lot less

negative pessimistic

Posts and articles about Bitcoin and use that would just almost allow Bitcoin to finally prosper in the way that it's supposed to so

What I'm saying is that there's really good opportunities here

And I think that people need to take advantage of the opportunities instead of run away from them

I think the best opportunity like I said right now is taking advantage of these swings

But understand that there's still long-term potential this market

It's just a matter of when to invest that money for that long-term potential and then another article you're talking about Manero

which was interesting actually fluffy pony here quoted in this article is someone that I actually was introduced to several months ago at a

crypto conference here in

Los Angeles, California and fluffy one he's an awesome guy an awesome representative of Manero very optimistic

It was funny the one thing I remember was he said in the actual keno and this is something that I almost knew there was

Hindsight from you once

He said it but he said if you send a Bitcoin

transaction to somebody they can now look up your wallet on the public ledger and see exactly how much money you have and where you've

Sent money in the past and how much you've sent

And if you don't feel comfortable that Manero prevents that and that was like the one thing that really

Hit me about manera. I'm like man having a privacy coin

it's definitely something that's

Needed and has its own intrinsic value in its own form and it's interesting because now there's this new it miner that came out

that had the potential to actually start mining manera with a si si power which would

Actually make Manero vulnerable to a 51% attack if you don't know that's when 51% of the nodes are pretty much

overtaking the other

Legitimate nodes and now that allows for a lot of bad things

I think it talks about here false transaction histories double spending centering payments and things of that nature

So it's interesting that fluffy pony right now is taking the offensive here, alongside other Manero developers about

Preventing this from happening and actually taking action

To the point where they're saying that they'll do everything in their power to help the training prevent the proliferation of ization inducing

SES on the Monaro network

By actually creating different network updates and stuff, and you can read more about this in the article below

But the point is I think there's a lot of optimism in the market

And I hope you all enjoyed this video with that being said

Thank you all so much for watching if you all are here on sniper Institute

We are doing a lot of work on the back end right now

We're setting up our other social media profiles right now take an advantage of this slower time in the market so that once it

Starts to peak out again

We have a foundation already built where we could prosper as a community to get ly excited about this to allow this community to grow

organically with the most amount of values and

having that

Real vibe of family right I want everyone here to feel as if they're family so and with that being said y'all

Thank you so much for watching. Hopefully this has helped some of y'all snipers out

You

Honesty & Integrity Is A Given - Duration: 11:27.

Hey guys how you going there um hope you guys have had a fruitful Thursday I have

had sorry I kill if those are the back-to-back calls today and some really

really awesome connects I wanted to make this video specifically around values

that you want to look for in values you want to have in your business and also

if you are considering coaching or mentoring values that you want to look

for in a coach or a mentor and here is why hold on I'm just gonna turn down the

TV sir all right so the reason why I want to make this video is because I've

been reading this awesome book by Steve Clayton called opposite effect and he

talked about values he talked about your vision your mission statement and also

the values that you want to be really clear on to have in your business so

that every decision you make is aligned with those values and then similarly

today when I was talking to a prospect about talking to a prospect about what

is important for her in a mentor like what what values does she want to see or

what yeah what values does she want to see in a mentor and she was like okay I

want to know that they're they're caring they're genuine they're authentic

they're honest and they're a person of integrity hey Amanda it's great to have

you here she said that the honest and a person of

integrity and I was just like is that not a given like is when did when did

honesty and integrity become a good to have in a coaching business hey Amanda

as opposed to just a given as well as well as I would say excellence should be

just the status quo like that should just be a given it shouldn't be like

okay we value community it's like we value honestly it's like well duh you're

giving a server so you are helping other people I would

certainly hope that if I was working with you that we could be honest with

each other and also that you would be a person of your word so that if you say

you'll deliver something there you will go ahead and follow through with that

and I think the same goes for what did we say so honesty integrity and

excellence like it's actually this has been something that has been I've been

shocked about the more because okay to give us a bit of context I I think over

the past 18 months the the first 12 I was I would say I was very sheltered in

a very small coaching community and for me that was like for status quo I was

just and like I didn't really ask people about their businesses so I just assumed

that if you promised to give someone something or if you promised to work for

someone with a certain period of time that that would happen all like and if

there was a falling out in the relationship that was mutual that you

would just like kind of in the relationship but what I've come to

realize guys is that this coaching space is becoming incredibly incredibly

diluted with the quality of coaches out there and the ethics oh my gosh the

ethics of some of the coaches or some of the coaching that we have in this

community and it's almost like every second the the the feedback I've been

getting from prospects is sometimes they feel really what's the word uncertain or

not sure of whether or not they want to go ahead with mentoring because and the

reason is this they're like I've done so many programs I've done so many online

courses programs of investing coaches and mentors and I still don't have the

results that I have that I want now to that I I say I ask two things I'm like

well is it actually that they didn't work or is it that you didn't follow

through with it and actually or did use the word stuff and just not take any

action now if it's not the latter so it's not if it's not a case of that the

client themselves is not taking action and it's just poor quality or people are

just not delivering what they promised they would I just find that really

disheartening because it acts makes it really challenging for coaches

who do do a really good job who are there for the right reasons to actually

sell their services so what I want to say to that is be really clear guys on

what your values are and raise your standards because honesty and integrity

should not be values that oh my gosh you have to like write down on a piece of

paper and stick it up on your wall so there you remember that their values

that you need to abide by their general if you want to be a decent human being

of good character like that's a given and anything on top of that that

describes like the the qualities or the traits that embody a business like for

example for me it's love joy community laughter family like then my values so

like that that's how I shape my business I treat everyone like their family like

I had one of my clients who came over to do work at my place a couple weeks ago

there my values bit honesty and integrity and excellence should be

foundational like if I say that I'm gonna help clients achieve 10k in six

months provided that they do the work I will do whatever it takes to help them

get there if I say that I'm gonna book in a meanie and I say I am then show up

for the meeting if you say you're gonna run workshops feel for your clients on a

consistent basis do that if you say you're going to develop an online

program do that and if it turns out that you don't deliver then you should give

your clients their money back because you didn't give them what you promised

you would I don't know Amanda are you still there if you are share with me

what are you resonating with this is what what is it that we're sharing now

that is relevant for you I'd be really really curious to know and like the

reason why I'm making this video is also like when I read Steve Clayton's

opposite effect he talked about like honesty and integrity like when did it

be when did when was it okay not to be honest and not to follow through with

our word I just found that is when I read that I was like that is

true and guys people can feel honesty and they can feel integrity they can

feel care they can feel generosity I've been part of coaching schools and I've

come across or I've had friends and colleagues have been part of coaching

schools where you know they because of a falling out or an argument that they

haven't given their money back at all and it's like people take out loans for

to make these investments and I just don't think it's very ethical for us for

the sake of money and for the sake of maybe saying no I want you to follow

through with your commitments to not give our clients our money back like I

like I'd be curious guys to hear what you think as well but my philosophy is

if it doesn't work out and you can both feel it then you shouldn't go ahead and

fake it or coerce someone into staying in a relationship when it's not mutually

beneficial Amanda love how you mentioned you treat your clients like family on a

senior to take it is so important builds trust

totally hey Louise Louise we're just finishing up here but make sure you

really watch the whole video and Amanda like this is something that I've

realized about coaching it is such a people applying people more than ever

before people are buying less brands and buying

more people like I would say that most of you are in this group if you know me

already because you resonate with my person like me or and you see elements

of yourself in me or yeah or you vibe with the energy and that's the feedback

that I've been getting from a lot of my prospect calls they're like you know Cal

you seem really genuine really authentic and it's simply a reflection of your

market so know that if you live out your values you will naturally start to

attract people who have those same values and if you're coming across

people on Facebook for example who I really like maybe maybe for you they're

really like raw and they're like yelling on their like Facebook wise and they

really really like intense and you don't resonate with that vibe without feeling

that's cool they're not your market you probably don't even want to be working

with people like them anyway so be more of you and trust me it's a

lot more sustainable if you keep being you like I I know that I went through a

period where I was like I'm gonna pretend that you know achievement and

certainty I like my top core values but it's like no Cal nope

yours are love joy passion and family like and and when I realized that

because sometimes you look at you look at really successful people you like oh

I need to be like them how come how come who did you learn that from there you

needed to just be like somebody else go with your follow leaders who you

resonate with who you share a similar value with because inadvertently whether

you're around them physically all the time or online you will naturally become

more like them consciously or unconsciously without a doubt I know

that I followed mentors and yeah mentors in the past who now I'm like okay we're

not really a values match and I became more like them over time so for me now

I'm very cuz I'm Christian so I'm very rooted in the Bible I actually

consciously have to like read the Bible every morning and do devotions so that I

can like recalibrate my compass cuz yeah it does just we're in this world where

it is a very money centric corporate environment and if you don't study

your truth it's very easy to be swayed either side and before you know you're

just like oh my gosh I'm making these decisions that I don't even feel

congruent with me so actually you know what guys I would love to hear what are

your top three values that you want your business to embody comment in the

comment below so that so that I know and I'm just really curious to be honest so

share that with me and as always guys you guys are more than welcome to ask me

any questions simply use the hashtag hashtag ask owl in the comments are in a

post and I'll make sure I do a video or connect with you and make sure it's

answered for you Louise I think I still got Louise and

Amanda he and Sheila's mean Whittier top values that anyone who's watching this

later on shows me what are the top three values that you want your business to

stand for into a body I'd love to know all right I look for to your comments

have a great night team and have a fruitful Friday tomorrow my gosh it's

Friday boy this week has just zoomed by around I will speak to you soon bye guys

So, This Is How Rihanna Shines Bright Like a Diamond - Duration: 1:44.

So, This Is How Rihanna Shines Bright Like a Diamond

Rihanna wants everybody to shine bright like a diamond.using her beauty products, of course. The Lemon singer took to the Fenty Beauty Instagram account to tease its first body product, appropriately called Body Lava.

The boomerang oscillates between two liquid illuminating shades: a lighter, peachy hue called Who Needs Clothes and a glittering bronze called Brown Sugar. Mine are almost empty, the Love on the Brain singer writes in a graphic text.

If thats how Riri has been getting her glow lately, fans and beauty junkies will surely want in on the action. However, Fenty Beauty has not released any additional information about the new offerings.

  #BROWNSUGAR or #WHONEEDSCLOTHES??? Nvm, we?ll take both ????? @badgalriri #BODYLAVA drops April 6th! A post shared by FENTY BEAUTY BY RIHANNA (@fentybeauty) on Mar 26, 2018 at 3:52pm PDT.

Rihanna was featured in a second post—this time, shes happily holding both bottles. #BROWNSUGAR or #WHONEEDSCLOTHES??? Nvm, well take both, reads the caption.

If you cant wait any longer to get that badgalriri glow, product reviewers have suggested using the brands Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter, a powder illuminator, on your collarbones, according to Allure. Still, good things come to those who wait.

A release will probably happen in the next few months. Swimsuit season is almost here, after all. Not to mention, Rihanna is running out of her samples. RELATED ARTICLE: Kate Bosworth Calls This $12 Acne Solution a Lifesaver.
