programms holiday dreams

Case study

PN4000 in use at Dethleffs

Having embarked on a quest for a recreational vehicle for the whole family,

in 1931 Arist Dethleffs designed and built the first caravan Germany had ever seen.

This made him the founding father of modern-day camping.

However, the Dethleffs company's caravans and motorhomes

have little in common with the modest wooden constructions of yesteryear.

Today's vehicles today offer a level of comfort and equipment that rivals that of a luxury apartment.

At the company's plant in southern Germany,

state-of-the-art CNC machines produce the interior design and construction components.

Several 2 ½ D machines for horizontal milling and water jet cutting

have been controlled by WiCAM PN4000 since the 1990s.

Mr. Heumos, CAM project supervisor at Dethleffs,

gives a brief insight into the processes:

In a production like ours, the individuality of our vehicles is the biggest challenge.

For some years now, we have only manufacture vehicles according to customer requirements

so the superstructures, but also the components,

right down to the holes drilled into the interior fittings, are all custom-made.

Every day up to 50 finished vehicles roll off the assembly lines.

This is only possible thanks to highly efficient process control

and the connection to the automatic processes in WiCAM PN4000.

WiCAM interacts with the ERP and CAD system to import and analyze

the individual elements from the assembly lines and generates the nestings 'just in time'.

The milled parts are programmed with 3D elements,

such as chamfers, T-slots, holes, pockets, back-cuts and side holes,

and they are included in the nesting process.

The machine operator can trigger the reprocessing of rejects using a barcode scanner

so defective parts with the highest priority are automatically regenerated in the next nesting.

The insulating materials are cut at the water jet plant.

Here, PN4000 generates ERP-controlled components and nestings

with common line cutting, which optimizes waste and cuts down on production time.

As Mr. Heumos says,

We are proud to be the world champion in variant design

with our family-friendly holiday companions.

The WiCAM solution is a crucial component in our data and production chain

and it helps us to turn almost any customer wish into a reality.

The advantages of WiCAM: Automatic parametric programming Common line cutting Automatic process control according to ERP / PPS specifications 3D elements in 2D nestings

Controlled machines

This report is dedicated to the company founder and long-time managing director Harald Wilkesmann, who died in March 2017 after a short illness.

One of his passions was the automation of motor home and caravan manufacturing.

Be FEARLESS! - Motivation Video For Studying - Duration: 10:27.

you are unusually fearless and willing to go in the face of other people

telling you something that's crazy and I know a lot of pretty crazy people

you still stand out where does that come from or how do you think about making a

decision when everyone tells you this is a crazy idea where do you get the

internal strength to do that well first of all I'd say that I actually think

I feel feel fear quite strongly so it's not as though I just have the absence of

fear I've I feel it quite strongly but yeah there are times when if something

is important enough you believe in it enough that you do you do it in spite of

fear so speaking of important things like people shouldn't think I should

think well I feel fear about this and therefore I shouldn't do it it's normal

to be to feel fear like you'd have to definitely something mentally wrong with you

if you shouldn't feel fear so you just feel it and let the importance of it drive you

to do it anyway yeah you know actually there's something that can be helpful is

fatalism some degree if you just think it's just accept the probabilities then

that diminishes fear so when I started SpaceX I thought the odds

of success were less than 10% and I just accepted that actually probably I would

just lose lose everything but that maybe would make some progress if we could

just move the ball forward even if we died maybe some other company could pick

up the baton and move and keep moving it forward so that we're still do some good

yeah same with Tesla I thought odds of a car company succeeding were

extremely low it's enough enough enough like living by somebody else's rules is

a humongous mistake I just literally sat down with five people under the age of

27 and it's so refreshing it is so refreshing if you have not jumped on the

bandwagon of doing exactly what you want to do which is scheme for next three

years or working at a job that's not what your parents want or what society

wants this video is just called enough enough make this little in one two

minute video depends on when I finish the piece of content that gets you to

stand up and take life by its throat do something stop being scared stop letting

the way you were raised the fear as an offense take that away let me be the

person I'll take the blame I loved that some of my employees are like my parents

don't love what you're saying good parents because if you are playing

defense and if you are living a life where your kids lives are the way you're

being fulfilled you're a loser parents and so enough enough parents imposing their

way you want your kids to be happy on your terms enough the kid that's sitting

right now at a desk and saw this in a feed and you hate your job

enough! stand up get the f out of here and do you live your life you've got one

life do something about it you've said what makes you different makes you great

where does that advice come from that you when you talk to people well I mean

I think that the most obvious one really obviously is being a girl um so when I

was younger and like living in England and kind of early teen years I don't

think I I didn't care that I was a girl I just didn't want to make it real

obvious I mean I didn't want it to stand out you know I didn't wear nail polish

cuz when I talk about the racecar I didn't want guy them looking at my hands

and seeing pink fingernails you know I didn't you know wear pink and purple and

make it really flashy and obvious no hearts and bows and you know just kind

of wanted to blend in and having my seven-year-old daughter

am I really hearts and bows or didn't want to wear her she's now rejecting

them but she was all in them so well you know you go through these phases where

you feel comfortable and sometimes you don't and I didn't really feel

comfortable making it obvious and so so it really was I came back from England

when I was 19 and you know I I let myself kind of go there to be a girl a

little bit and it really came from a kind of racy photo shoot that I did that

it was more girly of me and it just all of a sudden it stuff started happening

and people were contacting me and sponsors and teams and it just but

nobody questioned what I could do you know it wasn't like people didn't

didn't think I could race or their opinion really changed on that maybe

they had opinion on what I did but it didn't change the opportunity to be able

to do what I wanted to do it just really was opening doors and it was allowing it

you know it was me being able to tap into something that was part of my

personality I mean I think we were not one-dimensional people we have all kinds

of different sides to us we're not you know I don't just race and I don't just

work on cars I you know I race and I like to cook and I like to travel and I

like to look pretty and I like to get dressed up and I like hair and makeup

and I like all those other things so it was kind of a way for me to it was an

extension of me and but it was celebrated so it just came to you as you

embraced who you are exactly so you know sometimes I really feel that whatever it

is it's the most different about you is probably the most important and the most

special and the most useful I think the one thing that discipline definitely

does help you with is it it helps you get things done

and when you get things done when you actually do things you have more

success if you have more success sometimes a big part of success is just

not being lazy and just doing it yeah just get that's like 90% of it is just

showing up get there and start working like you're not gonna feel perfect every

day if I felt if I only worked out when I felt good I'd be a fat f because

there's a lot of days I don't want to do it if it's pretty much the same with

everybody that if that actually gets good at something that you you get

there's got to be those days you push through and they're them they're

probably gonna be more numerous than the days you don't and so the benefit of

discipline in my eyes has always been that through discipline I get things

done I always say that I'm like the most lazy disciplined person I know

because I don't want to do it yeah but I always do I try and read 2 or 3 books a week and for me what I make

realized very early on and it's a little bit clearer for me because I work in

book publishing and I'm a writer but like I consider reading to be like part

of my job so like and that was actually somewhat weird when I was working full

time in America like I would want to sit there and like

read a book but you like can't do that at an office you know but so now I work

from home so I can sort of do I can arrange my day in a way that like

appearances matter a little bit less but I think you know reading but what I what

I say is like okay look chances are whatever problem you're going through

right now someone else went through before you and they probably wrote it

down and so like books are the way that we we access that knowledge and if

you're not availing yourself to it you're gonna learn a lot of things the

hard way when you don't necessarily need to so I consider like leading to be like

part of my job and part of what's accelerated what I've been able to

accomplish and I just so it's like when people are like oh how do you have time

how do you have so much time to read it's like well how do you have time to

sleep and how do you have time to eat and go to work like that's just what you

do it's not like this extra luxury that I squeeze in when I'm on vacation yeah

that was gonna be one of my questions head yes that yeah time to read so

there's no secret and like I don't read fast like I think a lot of people think

that people who read a lot must be like speed readers and so they focus on that

it's like no people read a lot just spend a lot of time reading because it's

important to them and that's sort of the distinction that I mean people do a lot

of talking and most people don't put in the effort there's nothing you can't

accomplish in life with the right amount of work the challenge is you know are

you willing to do the work and the reality is most people aren't but that's

the opportunity right is I mean it's like people you know at school

most people are lazy right they just they barely get through it and and so

that creates opportunity I tell my kids that a if they want something they're

gonna have to earn it yeah and B if they don't work hard

enough to earn it I'm gonna sell them off as medical experiments that's the

line in our house right I'm gonna sell you up good

you need money okay we'll set you off as a medical experiment we can get you

money that way give blood dad I'm seven I don't care so I'm gonna go hard no

matter what cuz I gotta feed my family yeah and I gotta feed myself and I'm not

and if you notice on my snap I'm trying to make it super clear when I get

something to eat it costs money to eat right but you got to pay the bill like

if it's a cheeseburger that's five dollars it's five dollars if it's a flaming yarn

it's 35 dollars you know God forbid you want a lobster and this is food guess

what and I try to tell the young world I don't know why they not telling them

yeah costs money to eat right right I guess what you got to do you gotta get

money see you know it makes me mad at people who try to discourage people from

getting money like it's a problem I didn't create the system like yeah if it

was free I would thank you you're saying and then so what I'm trying to say is we

have to hustle we have to get money like you know teach the young world

work hard strive hard it's okay I remember when I

was young they told me Khalid you only gonna get a Hyundai so I went and bought

a phantom no dude I'm saying like yours I'll try and tell you like that's what

I'm saying if you wanna wear dope sneaker what's wrong with wearing a dope sneaker

it would cost money okay right great work hard like what they don't

want us to wear dope sneakers they don't that's it and that's the that's the

major key they don't want us to so i'm then you know straight up they don't

want big boy to have the number one morning show in the country yes a black

guess what we got the number one show in the country

Preparation for THE EVOLUTION OF GAGA (ENG.SUBTITLES) Reportage LIVE 78 - Duration: 2:35.

Lady Gaga turns 30

and in honor of the birthday of this freaky american singer

her fans from Saint Petersburg decided to make a flashmob.

Today they will dance to her songs in three trade centers of the city.

My colleague Olga Kondratenko watched for full-dressed rehearsal.

This lady's songs are forbidden in China

but her photos are widely spread all over the country of the rising sun.

In Russia attitude to Gaga is also very different,

but there are many people,

who's meaning of life is closely connected with her creation.

"Look like Gaga and dance like Gaga"

these girls say and try on an image of the idol.

"I'm ready for anything.

To glue eyes, to color my hair, to sew a costume."

By the way it took weeks and even months to make a costume.

It was necessary not just to sew, but think of what material.

Overseas fabric, and to find correct color isn't very easy,

so they had to be sharp-witted.

"Here are different contrivances.

Shoulder pads in shorts, for example.

I used furniture material

to make it sticky"

Actually this copy looks like original.

Gaga appeared in Christmas tree look at one of New year's parties.

In London, at a fashion show,

the star dared to conquer critics

using interesting headdress covered with flowers.

This one, though it is red and rather bright,

is least freaky.

Probably it is casual outfit.

Paparazzi found Gaga in these overalls leaving hotel.

But unlike the idol, in real life

these girls are not so freaky,

for them costumes are just scenic image,

which will supplement the show.

It took almost 5 months to rehearse movements,

but what can not you do for favorite singer,

especially on his birthday.

Today is Gaga's jubilee – she turned 30

By the way these guys carefully created not only costumes.

In Saint Petersburg this perhaps is the only dance school

which learns Gaga's choreo so deeply.

And all appearance they have good results,

because Gaga's choreographer himself – Richard Jackson

periodically likes their dance videos in social networks.

6 Reasons Why the Timing Is Perfect for a Roseanne Revival - Duration: 4:19.

6 Reasons Why the Timing Is Perfect for a Roseanne Revival

Its finally time to return to Lanford.

20 years and one questionable series finale later, the Conners are making their way back to ABC with the one-hour Roseanne premiere on Tuesday, March 27, and the timing for the beloved sitcoms revival couldnt be more perfect.

Roseanne Barr and her unmistakable laugh are back as Roseanne Conner, bringing with her original series regulars John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Michael Fishman, Lecy Goranson, and Sarah Chalkeyes, both Beckys!—to let us in on what the Conner clan is up to all these years later.

With just a few hours to go before everyone starts arguing around that iconic brown couch, lets take a look at all the reasons why were more than ready to revisit the Conner household.

Queen Laurie Hot off her first Academy Award nomination for her sublime work in Lady Bird, Metcalf returns to the role of Roseannes sister Jackie, a role that earned the actress three Emmys during the sitcoms original run.

And frankly, her inclusion here is worth the price of admission alone. The show may be called Roseanne, but every scene comes alive once Metcalf enters the stage.

She should never not be on TV and we should consider ourselves lucky that she was keen to return to the role that made her a star.

The Subject Matter There are few sitcoms that show a willingness and ability to serious subject matter in an honest way while still making you laugh hysterically. But the ones that do are worth writing home about.

Roseanne is one of those shows. When the series premiered in 1988, it was groundbreaking in its unflinching portrayal of a working class family dealing with issues that everyone watching at home was all too familiar with.

Here we are 30 years later and the issues the Conners struggle with—namely, just making ends meet—are remarkably topical yet again.

And Roseanne remains one of the very few shows in the TV landscape seeking to tell a story thats not glossy and aspirational and, ultimately, unrelatable. .

A Chance to Revisit That Original Ending When Roseanne signed off for good in 1997, at the end of a much-maligned ninth season that saw the Conners win the lottery, suddenly becoming nouveau riche, while Roseanne and Dans usually unflappable marriage coming to a bitter end, Roseanne revealed that the entire season had been a work of fiction the aspiring writer had crafted up as a way to deal with Dans death.

Apparently, that heart attack hed suffered at Darlene and Davids wedding had been a widow-maker. Not only that, but Roseanne revealed that Jackie was actually gay, Darlene was actually with Mark, and Becky was with David.

To say that it was not received well would be an understatement. With 20 years between us and that disastrous departure from the airwaves, the opportunity to undo what had previously been undone by some bizarre choices is a rare gift.

Time to Show the New Kids How Its Done In the two decades since Roseanne went off the air, a small crop of comedies have attempted to either tackle working-class America or heady social issues—and an even smaller few have attempted both.

Despite their valiant efforts at taking up Roseannes mantle, few have managed to pull it off in quite the way that the Peabody Award-winning made look easy.

With all due respect to shows like The Middle, One Day at a Time and Black-ish, to name a few, its time to let the master remind us how its done.

A Call for Representation Now, hear us out on this one.

While a lot of chatter surrounding the return of the show heralding a return of the real America on TV is patently absurd because what is the real America but a diverse smattering of all disparate walks of life, the revival does provide representation to a demographic that rarely gets a starring vehicle on TV.

After all, when was the last time you saw a TV show put three actors over the age of 60 in starring roles while also concerning itself with the many issues facing the their generation? Its almost unheard of in this day and age, making the adventures of Roseanne, Dan and Jackie a true breath of fresh air.

Another Chance to Earn Finally John Goodman an Emmy While Barrs Roseanne was always the sun with which the series revolved around and Metcalfs Jackie was the spark of energy each episode needed, Goodmans Dan was the beating heart of Roseanne.

The actors performance as the beloved patriarch over nine seasons was nothing short of sublime and earned him seven Emmy nominations. Shockingly, he went home empty handed each and every year.

(He did win one in 2007 for his guest work on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, though.) The revival is a chance for the Academy to finally rectify their shameful mistake.

Roseanne returns with a special one-hour premiere on Tuesday, March 27 at 8 p.m.

Lizzie Cundy goes braless in dress stretched see-through for eye-popping display - Duration: 3:05.

Lizzie Cundy goes braless in dress stretched see-through for eye-popping display

The 47-year-old was first thrust into the spotlight when she was married to former Tottenham Hotspurs footie player, Jason Cundy, 48.

Since then, Lizzie has established a name in her own right – regularly appearing on This Morning for their debate sections – she championed women shaving their body hair in a segment on a November programme.

She is also a regular on the London party scene and is often scene at many showbiz parties and restaurant and bar launches.

And Monday night was no different as Lizzie put on a very eye-popping display as she attended The Carmel Restaurant Opening Party in London.

Lizzie ageless beauty was evident as she showed off her sensational physique in a very figure-hugging outfit.

Lizzie rocked a little black dress that revealed her braless assets thanks to the camera flashbulbs.

She paired the look with black over-the-knee boots for an ultra-sexy finish.

Lizzie was on her top posing form as she worked her angles for photographers.

Keen to show off her "rejuvenated" derrière, at one point, Lizzie posed with booty-to-camera.

The stunning socialite recently admitted to having undergone multiple lunchtime bum-lift treatments to achieve her desired rump.

Speaking to Mail Online FEMAIL.

Lizzie revealed: "[Her bum] had gone down south.

"When I was 20 I had this lovely little peachy pert bottom and I wondered 'Where has my bum gone?' "I know I'm out there all the time and I know I wear skimpy clothing but I got very anxious.

"I could see my bum had really changed, I've got two kids and I'm the wrong end of 40 but I felt my body had changed a lot." Lizzie added: "I don't think it's being vain or shallow but you want to be confident.".

McMaster University: Developing a Canadian strategy on radiation safety for medical imaging - Duration: 1:01.

I'm David Koff, a radiologist and I have been the chair of the Department of Radiology at

McMaster for the past 10 years.

I am also the chair of Canada Safe Imaging, an initiative we created in 2015 to address the

need to promote radiation safety for patients and health-care professionals in Canada.

Health care is a provincial responsibility, so we wanted to make sure that all Canadians

would benefit from the same level of safety from coast to coast.

And that they would find the same roles and strategies.

We wanted also to provide information to patients and health-care professionals and we've been

the first country in the world to implement a toll-free number that patients or health-care

professionals can call or contact through email to get the information they need for their care.

Celebrity New : Mel B's daughter excited for Spice Girls reunion - Duration: 3:00.

Mel Bs daughter is really excited about the Spice Girls reunion.

The 42-year-old star recently reconnected with Emma Bunton, Geri Horner, Mel C and Victoria Beckham to work on unspecified new projects and though they havent announced their plans yet,

19-year-old Phoenix - Mels eldest child, who she has with ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar - knows whatever they do will be fun.

She said: Im really excited, its going to be fun. Im excited for anything thats going to happen..

The Americas Got Talent judge was joined at the Kids Choice Awards in Los Angeles by all her children,

Phoenix, 10-year-old Angel - whose father is Eddie Murphy, and six-year-old Madison, who she has with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte, and the producers daughter Giselle Belafonte, 14.

And the youngsters had nothing but nice things to say about the Mama singer, with Giselle describing her as the funniest person she knows, and Phoenix simply saying her mom is cool.

Madison said: Shes beautiful! And nice. Angel added: Shes always there for you if you have a problem.

Meanwhile, Mel confirmed the Spice Girls are all back together, but stayed tight-lipped on reports they are working on an animated superhero film about girl power.

She teased to Entertainment Tonight: I dont want to confirm that, but theres a lot going on.

And though she recently hinted she and her bandmates are to perform at Prince Harrys wedding to Meghan Markle in May, she refused to be drawn on the subject.

Asked if shes going to the celebration, she said: I cant answer that. She then swiftly changed the subject when asked if shed seen the news invitations had been sent out.

While Mel recently hinted the group will be performing at the wedding, her bandmate Mel C later insisted her friend had just been joking.
