Jurgen Klopp's men are easily one of the most exciting teams to watch not just in England

but also in Europe.

However, Liverpool are still a fair distance away from being a team that can challenge

for the league title.

They are in a decent position to qualify for the Champions League for the second year in

a row and are currently active in the same competition as the take on Man City in the

quarter-finals.

They have just seven games left in the league this season and the games against Everton

and Chelsea, both away from home, are their toughest tests in the rest of the season.

Liverpool are favourites to finish in the top 4 but will need a strong finish to their

campaign and here are three players who will be crucial for their run in late in the season:

#3 Roberto Firmino

The Brazilian false 9 is redefining the position, scoring for fun this season.

He is important to Klopp's system and adds more than just the goals to this Liverpool

attack.

He drops deep and is happy to put in the tackles to win the ball back for his side.

His positioning and work off the ball make him crucial for Liverpool and their fluid

attacking system, and if he at the top of his game, it usually lifts the entire team.

Beyond doubt, Firmino is a significant player for Liverpool late this season.

#2 Jordan Henderson

The skipper of the side, Henderson was also named the captain of the English national

team in the absence of Harry Kane recently and is a dynamic midfielder who is effective

in Klopp's style of play.

He may not be the best in the business but is the best option for Liverpool in the no.6

role and now that he is fully fit, is expected to start most league games till the end of

the season.

The Reds will need his tenacity and experience in the midfield to see off crunch games in

the business end of the campaign.

#1 Joel Matip

Though Dutch star Virgil van Dijk will be Liverpool's most crucial defender, the Reds

need an able partner for van Dijk to make sure that they finish the season strongly.

Dejan Lovren has time and again let his team down and might struggle to break into the

first team for the rest of the season.

Cameroon international Joel Matip should be the first choice partner for van Dijk and

if he can have a solid end to the campaign, Liverpool are certain to finish the season

off strongly.

today i am gonna show you how to put lipstick in a different way

OMBRE LIPS

creating ombre lips shade is not tough

i will show you how to put ombre lipstick in right and easy way

let's get started with today's video

if you want to buy them link in the description box

before putting lipstick we put lip balm on our lips

with the help of beauty blender

put bb cream around your lips

as per this we will get perfect lip color

put shade 20 in the center of your lips

make sure the color be on center

blend the color as shown in video

now outline your lips with shade no. 9

if you are not able to do outline with wand

so you can use angular brush too

fill on your outer corner with shade 9

fold your lips 2-3 times as shown in video

so both colors get merge perfectly

here we done with our first ombre shade

for 2nd ombre shade

i am putting shade 1 on center of my lips

blend it well on your lips

for outline i am using shade 7

for ombre shade we take 1 dark color and another light

as per this we get ombre effect

here we done with 2nd look

for 3rd ombre shade

i am using shade 12 in center of my lips

now blend it well too

now with shade 13 ( orange ) i am giving outline

now blend it well

as you can see orange and pink looking pretty together

for 4th ombre shade

i am putting bb cream in center of lips

and blend it well

now with shade 3 i am creating outline

and fill left space

now blend bb cream and lipstick well

here we done with 4th shade

MANCHESTER UNITED are looking for huge returns for their unwanted stars during a mass clear-out this summer.

The Red Devils could axe up to NINE first-team players at the end of the season following a turbulent campaign.

United boss Jose Mourinho has been told by Old Trafford chiefs he will need to raise cash if he wants to rebuild his squad.

It is thought there is around £130 million to spend during the transfer window, plus anything else brought in from sales.

And United want big returns on some of their players, including at least £25 million for defender Chris Smalling.

The Old Trafford hierarchy also want £14 million for Matteo Darmian, the same for Daley Blind, £27 million for Ander Herrera and £28 million for Luke Shaw.

Luke Shaw had a recent training ground bust-up with Jose Mourinho.

Matteo Darmian almost left in January, but looks certain for a summer exit with Juventus eyeing a deal.

Daley Blind has seen his first-team diminish at United, with starting chances limited.

Ander Herrera could be part of the summer clear-out, with up to nine stars facing the axe.

A United source said: "The club want some big returns for some of the fringe players this summer with a big clear-out planned.

"They want money back for a lot of the players and to make cash on others. Jose is still being told he wants to raise significant funds.

"They are freeing up wiggle room on wages with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marouane Fellaini both out and going out the door.

"Theres about £130 million in the kitty before any others fees are recouped, which sounds a lot, but not in current market.

Mourinho has had a tricky few weeks which included a training ground bust-up with 22-year-old Shaw before their FA Cup win over Brighton.

His relationship with midfielder Paul Pogba is also at breaking point, with the pair barely on talking terms after a spat.

How can employers draw down on Levy funding to pay for courses - Duration: 1:30.

Employers have to sign up to a digital apprenticeship account.

So they then need to link up with a training provider that is approved to

deliver the standards. Now all of the training providers have to go onto a

register with the Education Skills funding agency. And then they're put on a

database. So once an employer has signed up for the digital service they can

search to find who delivers their particular training. They then link up

with that training provider and then if they're happy to go ahead with the

training they put the details onto the system and then press the approve button.

Once the student has started their apprenticeship and training's going ahead

the payment will then be taken out of the Levy pot and paid directly to the

training provider and that's how it works.

And that's also how it works in essence for the non-Levy payers. The non-Levy

payer employer will make a monthly direct debit for their payment but the

Skills Funding Agency will then pay the training provider but on a monthly basis

so at any point throughout the apprenticeship training the the person

leaves or they have to stop the payment stops at that point.
