As we all witnessed, last week The Hill reported that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe made

the worst decision in his career by giving Hillary's email investigation a downgrading

"special" status.

The media outlet reported that FBI denied getting into details about the full meaning

behind his label "special" treatment.

McCabe's Oct. 23, 2016, email to press officials in the FBI said the probe was under the control

of a small group of high-ranking people at the FBI's headquarters in Washington.

"As I now know the decision was made to investigate it at HQ with a small team,"

McCabe wrote in the email.

He said he had no input when the Clinton email investigation started in summer 2015, while

he was serving as assistant director in charge of the FBI's Washington office.

"The Washington office provided some personnel for the effort but it was referred to as a

'special' and I was not given any details about it," he wrote.

Rep. Gaetz (R-FL), a ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee said to Laura Ingraham

Tuesday evening, "I am immediately calling for an investigation into the special treatment

that the FBI gave Hillary Clinton."

There is no denying that many players dont get the game time they deserve, at Real Madrid. There is a neck-to-neck battle among the teammates to ensure a spot in the starting XI.

Taking this situation into consideration, there are many clubs, whore set with big money and bigger offers, to poach these stars from Real Madrid.

English football behemoths, Manchester United, are no an exception to this case. Jose Mourinho and his team wants to bring the old glory back to United.

To make things go smoother, he is vying to rope in many of his former players at Real Madrid. In this article, we will look at 5 players who could leave Real Madrid for Manchester United.

#5 Rapheal Varane.

Since Mourinhos arrival, he might have noted the fact that the team have a vulnerable defence. Let it be English football behemoths or the lower tier clubs, they can easily break Uniteds defecse.

To solve their woes, Manchester United are all set to sign Rapheal Varane from the Los Blancos. Brining Varane in could help Jose resolve much of his defensive problems.

Varane is also good at scoring from headers, as we have seen many at Real Madrid. It could indeed help United solidify their central defence, with arguably, one of the best defenders at his age.

According to Mirror, United have forwarded a £50 million offer for the French defender.

Varane has been doing well for Real Madrid and has been getting enough time to feature, but the deal is not impossible when Real Madrid are willing.

#4 Luka Modric.

As stated earlier, defence is Mourinhos major problem, but their midfield too, is not much different from that. Despite having many star midfielders, they have not really been able to command every game they play.

Many of their players, whom Mourinho thought would command their ship, have been failing to impress the Portuguese. Apparently, hes impressed with Modrics performances, who has been doing great in the Real Madrid midfield.

According to Marca, Real Madrid have given priority to replace this ageing midfielder with a more young, talented one. Bringing him in would help Mourinho finally find a creative player to partner Paul Pogba, who has been below-par.

With Mourinho in dire need of a midfielder to control the game from the middle of the park, it seems like Modric could be on his way to the Old Trafford.

#3 Marco Asensio.

Spanish youngster Asensio has been among the key players of Zidanes squad. The young midfielder has been doing his part brilliantly for Real Madrid, linking well with Marcelo and assisting Cristiano in attack.

His performances have invited interest from many English Premier League clubs, Manchester United and Chelsea in particular.

However, according to Diariogol, Jose Mourinho wants Asensio there at Old-Trafford this summer and has offered him minutes and the role of a star.

Undoubtedly, Asensio is not a regular in the star-studded Real Madrid starting XI. He deserves more time and a move to United would benefit both parties.

Both Pogba and Mata are not performing to the level expected. So, to bring Asensio in, they may have to sacrifice either of the two. Asensios incluion would prove lethal as hes brilliant at scoring from long-range.

#2 Toni Kroos.

According to Metro , Manchester United are trying to secure Toni Kroos signature for the upcoming two seasons. The German midfielder has been vital for Real Madrid, orchestrating their play from the middle of the park.

Manchester United are struggling this season.

Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez are not performing to the levels expected of them, Manchester needs a player to rejuvenate their midfield and Mourinho is looking at the German midfielder for that.

Also, Micheal Carrick will retire at the end of this season and to fill the void, Mourinho urgently requires a man who can bring everything he wants in the midfield. Also, his arrival would force them to sell some of their midfielders.

If Kroos signs for Manchester, what they get will be a player who is creative and whos got the ability to feed the attackers with deadly passes.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are set for a squad overhaul this summer and they, undoubtedly, will want funds to poach better players.

At the moment, selling Kroos and bringing better players, will be on Real Madrids mind.

#1 Gareth Bale.

Gareth Bale has been among Jose Mourinhos long-time targets. The Welshman who joined Real Madrid had been struggling due to injuries.

Since his arrival to Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur, hes never been able to come out of Cristiano Ronaldos shadow.

However, according to Mirror, Bale will leave Real Madrid this summer, if Zidane remains at the helm. This is a golden opportunity for Manchester United.

If Manchester United could sign Bale this summer, it would become the biggest deal of the upcoming transfer window.

However, Alexis Sanchez who had a disappointing season at Manchester after arriving from Arsenal, will be forced to find a new base if Bale does arrive.

Bales arrival could inject some much-needed energy into the squad, and thus, will help the team relaunch their trade on Europes biggest stage.

Real Madrid, who are targetting Neymar, Salah, Harry Kane and many others, will be ready to sell this man to the giants of English Football.

Man Who Drove Van Into London Mosque Worshippers Jailed For 43 Years

A British man found guilty of murder after he drove a van into Muslim worshippers outside a London mosque last June, leaving one dead and injuring many more, was jailed for life on Friday and told he would serve at least 43 years behind bars.

Darren Osborne became obsessed with Muslims after watching a BBC TV drama about a child sex abuse scandal involving British Pakistani men and just weeks later carried out the attack in Finsbury Park, north London.

The 48-year-old killed Makram Ali, 51, and injured 12 others, two seriously.

He was found guilty on Thursday of murder and attempted murder after the jury took less than an hour to reach their verdict.

"This was a terrorist attack - over the space of a month or so your mind-set became one of malevolent hatred," said judge Bobbie Cheema-Grubb, sentencing him at London's Woolwich Crown Court.

She said he would pose a risk to the public "perhaps for the rest of your life".

On June 18 last year, Osborne drove up from the Welsh capital Cardiff to central London in a hired van with the intent of attacking a pro-Palestinian march.

He told the jury he had wanted to kill socialist opposition Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and London's Muslim mayor Sadiq Khan.

Thwarted by road closures, he sought out other targets, eventually arriving hours later in FinsburyPark where he came across a group of Muslims tending to Ali who had collapsed in the street near his home after attending Ramadan prayers.

Shortly after midnight, he drove at them, killing Ali.

He later told the court he had tried to kill as many as possible.

"Our father, like the victims of most terrorism, was entirely innocent which makes his death in this violent way all the more hurtful and we cannot imagine the trauma he felt in the last few minutes," said Ruzina Akhtar, one of Bangladeshi-born Ali's six children.

Authorities said it was the fourth deadly terrorism incident in Britain last year, following three Islamist attacks which killed 35 people.

Those attacks had helped fuel the anger of Osborne, an unemployed father-of-four who had 102 criminal convictions and a history of violence, depression, drug and alcohol abuse.

He had no fixed home and spent the night before the attack in a tent in his ex-partner's back garden.

After watching the BBC drama, he had sought out information on the internet, exposing him to extreme right-wing figures and racist material from Britain and the United States, the judge said.

"You allowed your mind to be poisoned by those who claim to be leaders," Cheema-Grubb said.

hey guys today we're doing a quick easy budget-friendly organization of the

closet we're gonna do my side this time let me know if you want to see my

husband hey guys and welcome to my channel where we do DIY projects crafts

and organization but all on a budget

oh I should probably explain why my face

looks so funny so today we went to an Easter event at church and I was

involved in face painting so you'll notice I have some stripes and a little

heart and even some on my forehead hey guys so this is my side of the closet

it's thoroughly embarrassing but I have no storage up there as you can see the

only thing I have is hangers so today what we're gonna do is we're gonna go

ahead and rearrange this to get it looking nice here's my husband's side

and it's the same story there's no storage just the hangers for the clothes

and so it's a mess I went to the dollar store and I got a bunch of these baskets

and these are flexible you'll see as I pull them out and then I also got these

ones so I can add some small stuff also up in the closet now yes I know they're

pink and purple my husband's not going to love pink and purple but it'll be

organized and I think he'll be happy with that okay let's get started

so here's the finished result

now what I did is on these slicker ones I went ahead and I wrote in a marker and

erase marker so I can erase off and I can use them for something else

I left some keepsakes up in a basket just off to the side and then I

organized all of my stuff that was up here in two specific sections so I have

like my wallets and clutches my slacks jean shorts and maternity pants and then

I have pj pants exercise pants yoga pants and leg or jeans and you'll

notice in the back I kept some of the stuff that I want to decorate with those

are specifically for my room that I want to decorate with but obviously I'm not

done decorating my room yet otherwise they'd be up I have a couple keepsakes

that I kept up there just to keep safe and out of the way so they don't get

damaged and when I did my clothes what I did is I did all of my stuff that's good

for work together and then I went ahead and did all my home stuff and exercise

stuff together so I started with tunics oh when I left the girls Easter dresses

in here just because they're safer in my closet than theirs and then I have my

tunics and my under tops those won't be worn as much as the rest of them that's

why I have them off to the side a little bit I have my sleeveless my short

sleeves here in the middle I have quarter length sleeves and then I have

the long sleeves and sweaters and then it goes into my skirts which leads into

all the home stuff which I have no sleeves to short sleeves and long

sleeves again at the very bottom you can see I redid my shoes so I redid my shoes

I have a couple pairs of slippers that I wear on a regular basis and all of my

high heels are gonna be on the very bottom because I don't use those near as

much as the rest I have some flats and these are ones that I don't wear as much

as some others that are in our coat closet and then next to them I have one

big duffel bag and inside I have all the smaller bags that I can use for

traveling bags for kids and stuff here under my shoes you can see I used the

top of the shoe boxes to hold them up so that the shoes wouldn't fall through the

wires there I did that a couple times just

give it a little bit more stability

Swishing your mouth out with coconut oil may be a more effective and safer alternative

to chemical mouthwashes, according to new research.

A new study has proven for the first time that the oral use of coconut oil is effective

in reducing plaque related to gingivitis, a common form of inflammation in the gum tissue

of the mouth that occurs in response to bacterial biofilms (known as plaque) adhering to the

surfaces of the teeth and which can lead to more serious oral condition known as periodontal

disease.

Titled, �Effect of coconut oil in plaque related gingivitis � a preliminary report�,

and published in the Nigerian Medical Journal, researchers decided to test the hypothesis

that the increasingly common practice of �oil pulling or oil swishing therapy� today,

is as effective for maintaining oral health as has been believed for centuries.

Oil pulling, in fact, is a traditional therapy that stretches at least as far back as 1500

years ago, where it was mentioned in the early Ayurvedic text, the Charaka Samhita, and which

we covered in our article �Oil Pulling: Ancient Secret for Optimal Health.� Yet,

traditional oil pulling was believed performed mainly with sesame oil, with available published

studies also using sesame seed oil and not coconut.

The new study aimed to fill the data gap on coconut oil:

�No studies have been done on the benefits of oil pulling using coconut oil to date.

So a pilot study was planned to assess the effect of coconut oil pulling on plaque induced

gingivitis.�

The study enrolled 60 subjects between 16-18 years of age with plaque induced gingivitis.

No control was used, rather, �the study was designed to compare the baseline values

and the post intervention values in a single group performing coconut oil pulling in addition

to their oral hygiene routine.� The subjects were measured for plaque and gingival indices

at baseline (day 0), and then on days 1, 7, 15, 30 after the oil pulling was started.

The results were reported as follows:

�The mean gingival index was 0.91 and the plaque index was 1.19 at baseline.

In comparison to the baseline values both the gingival and the plaque indices substantially

reduced during the period of assessment.

There was a steady decline in both the plaque index and the gingival index values from day

7.

The average gingival index score on day 30 was down to 0.401 (from .91) and the plaque

index score was 0.385 (from 1.19)�

The results were found to be statistically significant, indicating that coconut oil is

an effective treatment for reducing gingivitis symptoms and plaque build-up on the teeth.

The reduction of gingivitis and plaque scores within 30 days.

How does it work?

First, coconut oil is a well-known anti-microbial agent, and may have direct anti-bacterial

properties due, in part, to its lauric acid content.

Second, oil pulling results in the emulsification of coconut oil which greatly increases its

surface area and once formed on the surface of the teeth reduces plaque adhesion and bacterial

aggregation, according to the study.

Third, coconut oil produces a soap like substance when the saliva mixes with the oil (a process

known as saponification).

The is also why coconut is used in soap-making.

According to the study, �The soaps produced with coconut oil can lather well and have

an increased cleansing action.

The lauric acid in the coconut oil can easily react with sodium hydroxide in saliva during

oil pulling to form sodium laureate, the main constituent of soap which might be responsible

for the cleansing action and decreased plaque accumulation.�

Why coconut is better than chemical mouthwashes The most commonly used active ingredient in

mouthwashes are chlorhexidine, phenol (Listerine) and amine/stannous fluoride (Meridol), with

chlorhexidine being the most effective at controlling plaque induced gingivitis and

inhibiting bacteria.

The problem, however, with chemical mouthwashes is that they have significant, even irreversible

adverse side effects:

�Chlorhexidine on long term use alters taste sensation and produces brown staining on the

teeth which is very difficult to remove.

The mucous membranes and the tongue can also be affected and may be related to the precipitation

of chromogenic dietary factors on to the teeth and mucous membranes.

Staining is also associated with the of long term use of Phenol compound and stannous fluoride

containing mouth washes.�

In contradistinction,the researchers noted coconut oil does not appear to carry these

side effects:

�In the present study there were no reported alterations in the taste or noticeable staining

from coconut oil at the end of 4 weeks.�

The study concluded that �Oil pulling has been proven to be an effective method in reducing

plaque formation and plaque induced gingivitis.

This preliminary study shows that coconut oil is an easily usable, safe and cost effective

agent with minimal side effects which can be used as an adjuvant in oral hygiene maintenance.�

North Korea's ceremonial leader reportedly will attend the Winter Olympics' opening ceremony in Pyeongchang, South Korea, on Friday — an appearance that's been described as "unprecedented" and suggestive of possible high-level talks between the neighboring nations.

Kim Yong Nam, the 90-year-old head of the North's parliament, will lead a 22-person delegation to South Korea for a three-day trip starting Friday, according to Reuters, citing North Korea's official KCNA news agency and Seoul's Unification Ministry.

Kim will be the highest level North Korean official to visit the South since 2014, when close aides to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended the Asian Games in Incheon.

News of the visit has sparked speculation about possible talks between the two adversarial Koreas, and potentially even the United States, during the games.

Kim's visit "shows North Korea's resolve for improved inter-Korean relations and the success of the Olympics, as well as its sincere, earnest attitude," Kim Eui-kyeom, spokesman for the South's presidential Blue House, told reporters on Monday, per Reuters.

Vice President Mike Pence, who also plans to attend the opening ceremony in Pyeongchang, has reportedly expressed less optimism about North Korea's appearance.

Quoting a Pence aide, Axios reported Sunday that the vice president "plans to try to disrupt any normalization of North Korea amid the feel-good setting of the games."  "The vice president will remind the world that everything the North Koreans do at the Olympics is a charade to cover up the fact that they are the most tyrannical and oppressive regime on the planet," the aide was quoted as saying.

"At every opportunity, the VP will point out the reality of the oppression in North Korea by a regime that has enslaved its people.

We will not allow North Korea's propaganda to hijack the messaging of the Olympics." North and South Korea have begun a rare rapprochement in the lead-up to the games.

The two countries have agreed to march under one flag and will field a joint women's ice hockey team.
