This happens when the bone tissue is not able to be absorbed or replaced by the body.

It is a chronic disease; thus, it tends to last for years or all of ones life and has no cure.

For these cases, the doctor prescribes medication, diet and exercise that help maintain the bones' strength and endurance.

Evening primrose increases the density of the bones while delaying the loss of bone tissue, so it works as an alternative remedy to alleviate the effects of osteoporosis.

Its important to maintain the health of our entire body, and that includes the nails.

Damaged nails not only look bad, they are also a reflection of our health.

Its important to act when the nails are brittle and have ridges.

The consumption of this plant improves the health of our nails by restoring the damage and giving them a smooth, clean and healthy appearance.

What Is a Release In The Golf Swing - Duration: 4:36.

Hello.

I am Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

And today I am going to look at what is a release.

I had a question from one of my viewers and I am going to do my best to answer that question

today.

Stay tuned.

[MUSIC]

So as I said earlier.

I have had a question from one of my viewers.

And the question is from grillo1712 and grillo1712 says "I wish one day you can really explain

what releasing the club means".

So it's a really good question.

Because I have been playing golf for such a long period of time.

There is a lot of terms that I use that I probably shouldn't use because not everyone

understands what the are.

So I thought I would start with what release means in the dictionary.

Now the dictionary states "that released is a verb.

Releasing.

To free from confinement, bondage or obligation, pain etc. to let go: to release a prisoner,

to release someone from a debt.

To free from anything that restrains, fastens etc.

To release a catapult."

So that is an interesting one.

To release a catapult.

So probably the easiest definition I can give you in terms of golf.

Is that the word release in a golfing sense means that the hands release the club head.

If I come through with my hands quite stiff I am not releasing the club.

I am holding the club back.

And if I do that my body is engaging my hips, my legs, my shoulders.

And there is power going in.

But there is not much coming out.

So the term release means the releasing of the club head or the releasing of the hands.

They both work.

And I am going to do another video over the next couple of weeks which talks about the

role of what each hand does when we release.

One of my favorite ways to get people to think about releasing the club is to throw one.

So I have got this little junior club here.

And if I was releasing with my body I am not going to throw very accurately.

So I am just going to get up here and I am going to let my hands release the club and

there it goes.

It went relatively straight.

There wasn't a lot of energy.

There wasn't a lot of effort involved.

But my hands releasing the club helps to propel the club forward.

So how do we help that in a golfing sense again?

When I take my set up I actually think the club should release itself.

If I hold the club just with my thumb and pointer finger and I just let the club move.

I can feel the club turning.

Which is really the club releasing.

I don't have to make it release with both hands.

I am gripping fairly lightly.

So the club should really release itself.

If I grip it tightly.

I stop the club from releasing.

I certainly stop the hands from releasing.

So as much as I can.

I just what to let my hands stay light on the club.

And the club releases through the shot.

And as I have said before in another video which I will putt a link to at the top of

the page there.

But really the hands release.

The club turns left.

The club is turning itself.

I am I am not going to try and make that happen.

If I leave my hands quite light it should happen by itself.

So as I said I have got some videos coming out in the next few weeks.

I will discuss the role of the right and the left hand from both the right handed perspective

and the left handed perspective.

So really.

Thank you for the question grillo the release is all about the hands allowing the club to

turn.

So I hope that answers your question.

Thank you for letting me help you with your golf.

Why Willpower Is Not Enough - Duration: 2:17.

Morning guys, happy Monday!

First of all I just want to thank a whole lot of you

for your awesome messages, your wonderful messages that came through on Friday

and on the weekend when Kim and I had our little baby son, Hendrix.

So thank you for that. Kim's doing well, Hendrix is doing well.

I think Kim will be actually checking out hopefully today

maybe tomorrow. So it is quite special for us

because we have been trying for about almost three years actually

so having Hendrix finally arrive is pretty special.

I remember watching Kim going through labour

and I've never seen anyone with so much persistence

to make something happen

and I think that's what I want to share with you guys. You know

persistence, willpower, determination... they're important if you want to achieve your goal,

if you want to achieve your vision but I found that there's only so much of that,

so much willpower that you can muster if you don't have an emotional connection

to that goal because without the emotional connection you're always

pushing yourself and eventually if you don't have that purpose or that "why"

then you're going to burn out. So I guess that's my quick tip for you guys this Monday

is whenever you set yourself a vision, when you set yourself a goal,

then create that emotional connection with it. One of the great ways

to do that is really understanding and getting clear on what your "why" is,

what your purpose is because when your "why" is big enough,

then you're gonna do whatever it takes to make it happen

and as hard as the journey becomes, as hard as the process can be,

when your "why" is big enough, then it becomes all worthwhile,

it really becomes worth it.

So make sure that whatever goals you're pursuing in your life

and your business, make sure that your "why" really shines and make

that really big. So that's really all I want to share this morning.

Have an awesome day, have a great week and I'll see you guys soon.

Cya!
