an important development for developing your back muscles
a back muscle called 'lattismus Dorsi' is responsible for bringing that 'V' shape look
you might have heard about pullups helping to get 'V'shape look
thats due to this muscle development only
as a beginner you may struggle with pull ups
it doesn't matter whether you are doing other back workouts
pullups is an important back workout using your own bodyweight
so how to do it?
is what I am going to explain in this video with my opinion
please don not skip this video or else you might not understand some details
first thing to note in pullups is body stabilization
no shake in body
legs should not be shaken and should be stabilized while you are holding that bar
because if legs are shaken, all the energy for doing
that workout will be distributed below itself
so you cant give enough force to move up in the 'postive phase'
so to execute a proper workout you should be stabilized first
now that you have stabilized yourself , what should you do next?
squeeze your body
squueze all these these individual body parts and make it stabilized...
and using that thrust
push yourself up
at first you will feel difficult, but go up as far as you can
hold for atleast a second
dont come down suddenly...Holding 1 second is important
when you go up you should breathe out
while coming down you breathe in
while lifting weights also its the same thing ...breathe out and in
this is very important in a workout
when you come down slowly you will fell the stretch in your Lats muscle
again repeat this process
so keep trying like this
while starting your repetitions will definetely be on the lower side only
you may have a spotter for getting a liitle bit of help
but make sure you dont get too much help or else this
workout it will be easy and you will not feel the workout
spotter should not lift you using your full
body weight...you will not feel the workout
you cant improve your workout then
only slight help should be given
dont take too much of help
in the beginning even if you are able to do
only 1 rep..Its fine...Do that 1 rep properly
then 1 rep will become 2 reps as you will improve
2 reps will improve to 3 reps and then so on as your workout strength improves
its all about how much you try for it
an advanced person can do more reps
even 20 reps or more in a single set
tha is due to their experience
so pullups is an important workout for increasing your power
to increase strength
evn if you dont do many machine workout for back, do not avoid bodyweight pullups
so try this workout and
