an important development for developing your back muscles

a back muscle called 'lattismus Dorsi' is responsible for bringing that 'V' shape look

you might have heard about pullups helping to get 'V'shape look

thats due to this muscle development only

as a beginner you may struggle with pull ups

it doesn't matter whether you are doing other back workouts

pullups is an important back workout using your own bodyweight

so how to do it?

is what I am going to explain in this video with my opinion

please don not skip this video or else you might not understand some details

first thing to note in pullups is body stabilization

no shake in body

legs should not be shaken and should be stabilized while you are holding that bar

because if legs are shaken, all the energy for doing

that workout will be distributed below itself

so you cant give enough force to move up in the 'postive phase'

so to execute a proper workout you should be stabilized first

now that you have stabilized yourself , what should you do next?

squeeze your body

squueze all these these individual body parts and make it stabilized...

and using that thrust

push yourself up

at first you will feel difficult, but go up as far as you can

hold for atleast a second

dont come down suddenly...Holding 1 second is important

when you go up you should breathe out

while coming down you breathe in

while lifting weights also its the same thing ...breathe out and in

this is very important in a workout

when you come down slowly you will fell the stretch in your Lats muscle

again repeat this process

so keep trying like this

while starting your repetitions will definetely be on the lower side only

you may have a spotter for getting a liitle bit of help

but make sure you dont get too much help or else this

workout it will be easy and you will not feel the workout

spotter should not lift you using your full

body weight...you will not feel the workout

you cant improve your workout then

only slight help should be given

dont take too much of help

in the beginning even if you are able to do

only 1 rep..Its fine...Do that 1 rep properly

then 1 rep will become 2 reps as you will improve

2 reps will improve to 3 reps and then so on as your workout strength improves

its all about how much you try for it

an advanced person can do more reps

even 20 reps or more in a single set

tha is due to their experience

so pullups is an important workout for increasing your power

to increase strength

evn if you dont do many machine workout for back, do not avoid bodyweight pullups

Preparation.

Heat the cup of water and add the passionflower (you should add every part of the flower).

Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, strain and drink the liquid.

You can drink it three times a day.

Lettuce to fight nerves.

Lettuce is a very healthy food that helps to fight nervousness and anxiety since it is a natural tranquilizer.

Today we have reached Gurdwara Mal Ji Sahib to learn a special incidence associated with a divine soul, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

This Gurdwara Sahib is located in the town of Shri Nankana Sahib.

When Guru Ji impressed upon his teachers at a very early age, the village folks started speculating about him

so father Bhai Kalu sent Guru Nanak to graze the cattle

When Guru Nanak used to visit this place to graze the cattle, he used to get absorbed in the beauty of nature and sing hyms praising the almighty

The chief of the village Rai Bular was aware of the divine in young Nanak and had great affection and held him in high esteem since childhood

A big cobra came at that place and provided shadow with its hood over the face of the Divine Master.

Rai Bular was going through that area with his attendants. When he saw this strange scene, he thought child nanak was stung by Cobra

But when he approached close, he found that child Nanak is singing hyms of the Almighty

Rai Bular got very pleased to observe the blessings of Almighty on Guru Nanak

Diwan Kaura Mal constructed this place in 1750

1820, Maharaja Ranjit singh added a Jagir and renovated the building

This Gurdwara was completely closed after 1947 due to lack of Sikh Population in the town

In 2015 , the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Committee, reopened this holy place upon the request of growing Sikh Sangat of Shri Nankana Sahib.

However, there are some natural methods that are completely safe.

The best thing is that they're also highly effective.

Because of this, it's work to trouble to switch to natural methods for magnificent results.

Here are some ways to clean the bathroom with ingredients that anyone can easily get hold of.

Clean the bathroom starting with the toilet.

The toilet is a place where the most bacteria accumulates.

Because of this, it should be cleaned daily.

If you don't have time for this, at least apply a squirt of toilet cleaner each day.

The inside of the bowl should be cleaned with a disinfectant that contains chlorine.

It's really important to wear gloves and a face mask for this.

Simply apply a little to the inside of the toilet and leave it to act for a few minutes.

Then, scrub with a brush and flush the toilet.

If there are stains or other build-ups, the best liquid to use is vinegar.

Make a mixture with even parts water and vinegar.

Then, apply the mixture to the areas in question.

Vinegar is highly recommended in this case.

Apply it with a sponge over the stains, leave it to act for a few minutes and the wash with water.

You can also use paper towels soaked in white vinegar.

Place them over the stain, leave for 15 minutes and the remove.

Then, rinse with water.

In the sink you'll need to pay special attention to the taps and plughole.

Clean them both well, inside and out, at least once a week.

Mix them in equal parts, wet a toothbrush with it, and clean between the tiles.
