LIVERPOOL are reportedly looking at Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes because of Philippe

Coutinho and Real Madrid.

Liverpool sold Coutinho to Barcelona during the January transfer window and made the bold

decision not to break into the £142million they received for the deal.

However, reports in Spain say they are now about to raid Barcelona for Gomes.

The player has endured a turbulent time in Catalonia ever since arriving from La Liga

giants Valencia back in 2016.

But Gomes has done little to justify being a Barcelona player and is expected to be sold

when the transfer window reopens this summer.

Liverpool are supposedly keen to snap him up.

And Don Balon say Coutinho and Real Madrid are two of the reasons why.

Liverpool are aware they still have money in the bank from Coutinho's sale, despite

shelling out £75m to land Virgil van Dijk in the same month.

As a result, they feel it should be spent on Gomes, despite his Barcelona struggles.

Real Madrid are also said to be a motivating factor.

That is supposedly because Liverpool feel Emre Can will make the move to the Bernabeu,

with Los Blancos expected to come calling.

But with Can's contract expiring in the summer, the Liverpool star may be a opportunity

too good to turn down.

Speaking earlier this month, Gomes admitted he was unhappy with life at Barcelona.

"I don't feel good on the pitch," he said.

"I am not enjoying what I am doing.

The first six months at Barca were pretty good but then things changed.

"Maybe it's not the right word to use, but it has turned into a kind of hell, because

I have started to feel more pressure.

"With pressure, I feel fine, but with the pressure on myself, I don't.

The feeling that I have during games is bad."

April first of this year equal pay laws are going to come into force in Ontario,

for all workers who are not in a union. For unionized workers equal pay becomes

the law in January 2020. So what this means is that casual, contract and

part-time workers in Ontario are now entitled by the law to equal pay to

their full-time colleagues. At Ontario universities and colleges this has huge

implications. We know that it's widely acknowledged that contract faculty are

not getting the same pay for the same work, as their full-time colleagues.

So, what we're going to do on April 4th, is we are going to have a day

of outreach where we get out there and we talk to workers on our campus, we talk to

staff students and faculty about the equal pay that we are now all entitled

to. And this is going to be part of our fight to make sure that equal pay is

enforced at colleges and universities across the province.

3d printed custom bit holder for a drill - Duration: 2:52.

Today we create a 3dprinted custom bit holder inspired by Jamie from Homemade modern.

A few days ago Jamie published a video on a 3dprinted custom accessory for a Ryobi drill.

This video inspired a quick print for one of my cheap drills.

I start by measuring the side of my battery pack where I would like to position the bit

holder.

In Fusion 360 I create a rectangle with the dimensions of these measurements and create

a round shape at one side.

This shape can then be extruded to a height of 8 mm.

For the bits I create a new sketch in the side view and a draw a polygon.

I create a pattern of this polygon so that 6 shapes are spread across the length of the

holder.

After leaving the sketch I extrude the polygons and thereby cut a shape corresponding to the

size of a bit from the main body; leaving some material at the bottom.

On the bottom of the bit holders I create a new sketch, draw a circle and create a rectangular

pattern corresponding to the one I created earlier.

These circles are cut out 3 mm deep for some magnets.

With the same extrusion I cut material from above the magnet so that I can put it in place.

After creating a few fillets the 3d shape is done.

I send it to my printer and after less than 30 minutes I can remove the print from the

build plate.

Gluing the magnets turned out to be the most difficult part of this project.

Whenever I tried to glue one of the magnets in it snapped to one of the magnets I already

glued in one of the other holes.

With a pair of pliers and a bit of patience I could move them in position and press them

in the hole.

The holder gets glued to the side of my drill with a bead of hot glue.

This print will be a great efficiency improvement.

It is easy to remove the bits and put them back.

And even with a lot of shaking and bumping the bits did not get loose.

with all the dimensions.

The 60-year-old music executive is being sued for $10 million by an anonymous woman, just two months after a different woman filed a $5 million lawsuit.

Both women report that they were raped by Russell, which caused emotional distress.

The woman who filed the lawsuit today says she met Russell when she was taking her son to a concert and accepted his invitation to attend an after party at his hotel for drinks and to go clubbing.

Instead, the woman claims Russell asked to go to his hotel room to pick something up where he forced himself on her.

Russell denied the new claims in a statement, saying, "I vehemently deny all the allegations made against me.

They have shocked me to my core as I have never been abusive or violent in any way in my relations with women.

I have submitted myself to multiple lie detector tests.

I denied forced sex and sexual harassment allegations brought against me in each test; I also answered no to the question, 'Have you ever physically forced any woman to have sexual intercourse?' I passed all of the lie detector tests.".

Last year Russell took a lie detector test after several other women came forward with sexual harassment claims.
