sit in a comfortable position so for the purposes of this video I will sit like

this just so you can see better what I'm doing what it is it but I'm actually

doing okay take one finger and put it right down to the bottom of your spine

your tailbone feel your tailbone and then move up about two or three

centimeters okay that's my base and I'll move okay

now feel that and we're going to apply pressure to this point for one minute

I carried it for a little bit longer than a minute but yes

so now just feel the feel the sensations around name they're happening around me

Try These 7 Remedies for a Sore Throat

A sore throat can occur in the summer or the winter.

Being exposed to constant brusque changes in temperature produces inflammation that can annoy us 24 hours a day.

This commonly causes the following:.

•  Infection of the tonsils or the pharynx.

•  Sleeping with the mouth open.

•  Breathing through the mouth.

•  Breathing contaminated air.

Among the symptoms are burning, itching and discomfort when swallowing.

To reduce the discomfort caused by a sore throat, you can use some analgesics such as aspirin, ibuprofen or paracetamol.

However, you can combat theses symptoms with natural remedies that are not going to harm the stomach and will also alleviate the pain.

If the pain persists or if you have a fever its best to see a doctor.

Homemade Remedies for Sore Throat Pain.

Gargle with salt water.

This is one of the simplest ways to alleviate the pain of a sore throat.

Salt helps to eliminate the bacteria, alleviate the pain and prevent infections in the respiratory tract.

Ingredients.

•  1 cup of warm water (8 oz.

•   1 t. of salt. Directions.

•  Mix both ingredients well and allow the salt to dissolve before gargling.

•  Do this 2 or 3 times per day.

Lozenges.

There are many cough drops or lozenges in the pharmacies that can alleviate the symptoms of a cold and soothe the throat.

Any one of these that contain ingredients such as mint, menthol or eucalyptus can help the pain.

They can also be honey drops, that stimulate the production of saliva and alleviate the pain of swallowing.

Camomile Tea.

Camomile has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

These help to alleviate the symptoms of a sore throat.

•  Prepare a cup of camomile tea.

•  When warm, wet a small towel and apply it as a compress to the neck.

•  Let it sit until the compress is cold.

•  You can repeat this as many times as you feel necessary to feel the effects.

Hot Compress on the Throat.

Our grandmothers used to tell us to put a scarf or handkerchief on the throat to soothe the pain.

Hot cloths also help to lower the inflammation:.

•  Moisten a cloth with hot water, squeeze it out and place over the throat.

•  The heat saturates the blood vessels and helps relax the muscles and alleviate the burning.

Ginger Tea.

Ginger root can reduce inflammation of the throat, shorten the length of laryngitis, and alleviate burning and congestion.

It has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.

And, these properties can inhibit the growth of fungus, bacteria and other microorganisms that contribute to sore throat pain.

Ingredients. •  1 T.

of ginger in powder form and 2 T.

of grated ginger root.

•  1 C. of boiling water. Directions.

•  Prepare the tea, adding the ginger in a cup of boiling water.

•  Let it brew for 5 minutes, strain and drink.

•  Drink up to 3 cups per day to treat a sore throat.

Honey with Lemon.

Honey is rich in vitamins and trace elements.

It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and energizing properties.

The lemon is rich in vitamin C and also has antimicrobial and antiviral properties.

The combination of these two natural products is excellent for alleviating throat issues.

Preparation. •  1 C. of water.

•  2 T. of honey. •  Juice of 1/2 lemon.

Directions.

•  Boil the water and add the honey and lemon.

•  Mix well and drink.

•  This is combination is highly recommended and the most popular to treat sore throat pain.

Cloves.

Cloves contain a substance called eugenol, which eliminates pain and burning and has antibacterial properties.

Directions.

•  Simply put 1 or 2 cloves in your mouth and soften them with your saliva.

•  You can chew them and then you can swallow them or remove them from your mouth.

Both methods are effective.

Other Recommendations.

•  Stay hydrated: Its essential to avoid dryness of the tissues and irritation.

•  Avoid cold drinks, since they can increase the pain and inflammation.

•  Good hygiene: Washing your hands and brushing your teeth regularly will help eliminate germs.

•  Get enough rest: Its important to rest when the body has an infection.

Finally, if the sore throat persists, accompanied by a fever, inflammation of the lymph glands, or skin eruptions, consult a doctor.

And they've invited us to check it out.

The Cessna Citation Latitude is aimed at providing comfort and speed

to Netjets' typical customer base, be it a hedge fund manager or an oil executive.

The aircraft seats up to eight passengers

and can reach locations like the Middle East and West Africa.

The takeoff out of City Airport is twice as steep as at other locations.

5 Yoga Poses for a Flat Stomach

To get a flat and toned abdomen you'll need to adopt a healthy lifestyle that combines good eating habits with an exercise routine.

Yoga poses can help you achieve this.

While there are many different tips for achieving the desired results, it's essential to keep in mind that diet and exercise are the most important pillars.

With that in mind, today we want to describe five yoga poses whose regular practice will help trim this part of your body while increasing the number of calories you burn.

The best part is that in addition to this wonderful physical benefit, you'll also be toning your muscles and increasing your stamina.

Try it at home!.

1. Cobra pose

It's ideal for people who want to tone and trim their stomach while also fighting fat.

How do you do it?.

Lie down on a rug or mat with your legs stretched out on the floor and your arms lifting your torso off the ground (as in the picture above).

Inhale slowly and try to lift your chest as much as possible.

Hold this position for 20 seconds and then return to the mat with a slow motion.

Perform three to five repetitions of this, increasing the time as you gain strength.

Note: avoid this pose if you have a back injury, a hernia, or are pregnant.

2. Boat pose

While this pose is ideal for toning the muscles of the abdomen, it's also recommended for strengthening the legs and back.

This pose works those muscle groups together, and because it requires balance and strength, it's great for increasing your resistance.

How do you do it?.

Lie on your back on a mat with your legs extended and your arms along your sides.

Inhale and lift your legs and torso as high as you can.

Your arms should be outstretched as if you wanted to touch your toes.

Be sure to form a 45-degree angle with your whole body and breathe deeply, while holding this pose for 15 to 20 seconds.

Perform three to five repetitions per session.

3. Bow pose

Regular practice will relax the muscles in your lower back and also improve your digestive system function.

How do you do it?.

Lie down on a mat on your stomach with your legs stretched out and arms at your sides.

Flex your knees and reach your arms back to grasp your feet or ankles.

Inhale and lift your head back as you bend your body as if you were trying to form a bow.

Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds while breathing deeply.

Exhale as you return to the starting position, and perform five repetitions.

4. The plank

The plank (Kumbhakasana) is a physical resistance exercise that allows you to work your stomach and back muscles.

Although it might look simple, its practice requires balance and concentration because it puts your whole body to work.

How do you do it?.

Lie on your stomach and support your body using the balls of the feet and palms of your hands.

Be sure your legs are completely straight and keep your hands resting below your shoulders.

Now lift your torso off the floor while pushing down with your hands to increase the intensity of the exercise.

Inhale and hold your body in a straight line for 20 to 30 seconds.

Exhale and lower your body with a gentle motion until you reach a resting position.

Perform three repetitions of this exercise.

5. Bridge pose

Regular practice will reduce tension in your back and also tighten the glutes.

How do you do it?.

Lie on your back with your legs bent, and your hands alongside your body.

Pull your shoulders slightly back and grasp your heels with your hands.

Without lifting your feet off the ground, raise your hips as far from the floor as possible.

You'll also be contracting your glutes as you try to form a bridge with your back.

Hold this position for 15 seconds and exhale as you return to the start.
