The court has dismissed the appeal made by Lee Juno, the former member of Seo Taiji and Boys who was charged with committing fraud and indecent acts by force/compulsion.

Lee Juno was accused of fraud when he borrowed roughly 100 million won (approximately $93,000) and 65 million won (approximately $60,450) respectively from two acquaintances and failed to pay them back in 2013 and 2014.

He was also reported for sexually harassing two women in a club in 2016. On March 23, the Supreme Court dismissed an appeal by Lee Juno and confirmed his previous sentence of one year and two months in prison, suspended for two years.

Lee Juno has an additional sentence of 120 hours of public service, 40 hours of treatment at a program for sexual violence, and 10 years of having his personal information registered.

His crimes are serious as he harassed the victims against their will and he denied it all, showing no interest in the damage he inflicted, they stated.

In Lee Junos second trial, he received a one-year-and-two-months prison sentence and a two-year probation. The court explained that they took into account that the loans had been paid back. Lee Juno was still found guilty of indecent acts.

2. Protein is necessary to achieve the body we want
