okay guys before I stop this video I wanted to tell you guys to please

make sure your notifications are on for my next episode I am on Days 72 of my
juice fast and I got about a hundred plus days to go no I'm not hungry for
the people that are gonna ask me am i hungry because I am not hungry
um so let's begin this video now I have a question arm to ask you guys um where
do you get a juice fast with the smoothie fast okay I didn't think you
could answer that okay let me just start off by saying this so we can get this
out the way a juice fast is very much different than a smoothie and I don't
even think there's a such thing as a smoothie fast that's something that's
definitely made up um a juice fast is when you remove the pulp from the juice
lets get that cleared out the way now and the reason why you remove the pulp
from the juice is because we're trying to give the digestive system a chance to
work on other parts of the body to heal the body like the liver the kidneys
cleaning up your blood and eating up dead cells so that new ones can
regenerate and that's how the whites the eyes get white your skin clears up sores
and and stuff that needs to be healing like psoriasis eczema diabetes high
blood pressure they start to level out because the digestion is not there
anymore that's not something that the body has to work on because you are
currently on a juice fast and your body is getting the nutrients from the juice
now a smoothie is fiber inside of that drink and the body has to still break it
down so if you do a smoothie you're going to if you're doing a weight loss
journey it's going to take longer to lose weight because the body is now
focusing on digestion it doesn't have to worry about attacking stored fat because
it has that fiber that it can eat first for you know for fuel and energy and it
doesn't have to attack any of your stored fat and stored fat is the love
handles in our bellies and in our chests and in our face that stores when the
body doesn't burn from the day before um so what I'm doing is the juice fast its
soluble fiber inside of it and it's much different than smoothie whatever you
want to call that the fiber is very much being removed from the juice and your
body is basically I'm taking a break it's like a water fast but what is
different is you're getting the micro nutrients from the juice because you
separate in the fiber and just get still getting the water in the nutrients the
the the minerals and vitamins that are coming from that fruit or vegetable and
it's very much different than the smoothie also you know when your your
you're trying to heal yourself smoothies you can't the process is it's gonna be
almost like you're still eating so it defeats the purpose if you're going to
do a juice fast to try to mix the two you're either gonna do a smoothie or a
juice fast but it's a slowest process when you do a smoothie juice fast gets
to the root of what's going on and it fixes the ailments faster and also
weight loss is quicker because the digestive system doesn't have to focus
on digesting any fiber or any kind of food that enters the body because it's
soluble when you're drinking juice um so this is what I'm on and this is what
I've been off a 72 days after a couple of days you guys are not gonna believe
it because you probably don't give you a body a chance
we'll just your hunger pains that you have when you're eating solid foods they
go away so when I get up there's not a time of the day being on this juice fast
that I have hunger pains they have all went away those symptoms so this is not
about just losing weight for me it's about getting control of myself knowing
that 80% of me losing weight and keeping it off is what I put in my mouth it
starts in the kitchen and the other 20% is a bonus the exercise so with that all
being said I'm not gonna make this video all that long but I will do a podcast
